I saw Sarah last minute and she was so amazing! I have been having horrible shoulder pain and Sarah helped me and I felt like a new person when I left. The massage hurt so good! I will definitely be coming back.Also, all these negative comments about tips are so misguided! People should be tipping service providers! The services here are so reasonably priced too.

I’m a farmer and I do a lot of physical, manual work. I’ve had a back surgery and two knee surgeries. I have been visiting Asian Touch Massage for over 10 years and the treatment I get is why I’m able to continue to do the physical work I do. May and Kim are always very professional and extremely skilled as massage therapists. I very much recommend visiting Asian Touch Massage if you have chronic pain or soreness from manual labor.

Recommend to me by a friend and thus I pass on the recommendation. Massage therapist was kind enough to text me that she was running just a few minutes behind schedule. She was thorough in her introductory questionnaire and good about checking in throughout the massage. Am looking forward to going back!

I am not sure what Michael is talking about. I have had over 30 massages from Kim and May they are always outstanding. They listen to your needs and i always leaving fabulous,. There is none better in Vancouver and Portland that I have experienced.

I got humiliated for not leaving enough tips. Lady said that she is forgiving me this time and next time I need to leave proper tip on top credit fee and price as well. I would not come back here. Massage was okay, but for that attitude I would give 2/10 to this place.

I had a great experience. I got 90 minutes deep tissue massage last week. Kim has firm pressure and asked a few time at the beginning to make sure it’s just right. With effective techniques, she worked out all my knots.The place is clean and quiet with relaxing music playing in the background. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing. Thank you for the wonderful service.- Highly recommended.

Do not go here. Not a real masseuse! These people had no idea what they were doing. They had no training, even after I called and asked. They said they were certified. Whatever that means. The massage was inconsistent and mostly elbows. No major muscle groups worked. Felt like she was just rubbing my skin. Then she left the room in the middle of the massage to talk to a customer. I stopped the massage before the time. Pass.

I had a 60 minute massage with Kim and it went OK. Having been a massage therapist in the past, I must say that this massage was very unique. She worked on a couple of problem areas, but overall there were some issues. Lack of lotion/ oil, rubbing so vigorously I thought I was going to get a rug burn, and demanding a larger tip when it came time to pay. If youre looking for a vigorous body shaking experience then go here, but if you want more of a relaxing experience then go somewhere else.

I went to May for the first time just before Christmas. I was imagining that I needed hip surgery down the line. One session with May and it’s apparent that this is a muscular problem because the relief was immediate. I went back for the second treatment this morning and I can’t say enough good things about the service this shop gives. I highly recommend!

Kim was very nice and the room was clean with proper lighting but unfortunately my massage was anything but the deep tissue I asked for. You can tell when a massage therapist knows the muscles and how to manipulate them. Unfortunately Kim simply rubbed my body without actually going deep into the specific tissues that should have been targeted. Overall it was relaxing but not satisfying. She also made it known she wanted a 20% tip which I would have been fine giving had I gotten the massage I wanted.

Ive been seeing May on and off for about 7 years with a concentration on Ashiatsu for my chronic low back and frozen shoulder. Shes one of the best ashiatsu providers in Vancouver, and Ive had an occasional deep tissue massage as well. Try her out.

I purchased a gift card to gift a specific massage style/experience to my mother a while back. She recently set an appointment and was on her way out (close to an hour and a half drive), and as she was driving to meet her appointment she received a call from one of the employees May, needing to reschedule for a different date and time twice, and then again for a different time though same day as the originally set appointment. To make matters worse my mother was told the specific massage she requested couldn’t be done due to another masseuse who wasn’t trained in the style she had requested was using the room required to complete the massage. So, she would need to settle for a deep tissue massage instead. Unfortunately, my mother was more accommodating than I would have been receiving a phone call short notice to repeatedly reschedule a previously set appointment several times, and be asked to “settle” for a massage I hadn’t requested or wanted? Not wishing to turn around after driving as far as she did she settled. Unfortunately, for a mediocre massage experience at best. Had she enjoyed it and felt she got her money’s worth the story would be different. I am not impressed with the handling of this situation, no refund was offered, nor was any alternative accommodations suggested. Seemed very much like “oh well, we made the mistake, but you can either accept a downgrade or bite the bullet of wasted time, gas, and energy and try again next time.” I will not be spending anymore money at this establishment nor will I be recommending it to anyone. Major disappointment, I was truly hoping to gift my mother a positive experience that significantly fell short.

Ive been going here for years. I think I first visited them shortly after they opened when I couldnt get in at my regular spot. This happened a few times, then I just quit going elsewhere. Now, I visit them at least monthly for relief from some old injuries in my shoulder and hip. The deep-tissue and Thai is phenomenal. I go home every time feeling wonderful.Their team always starts the session asking about problematic areas that they should address. And they check-in from time-to-time to make sure the pressure is what Im looking for and that theyre addressing my concerns.Ive been treated by their entire staff and Ive never had a bad experience. I absolutely love this place.

My boyfriend and I can here for 90 deep tissue massage. The place is convenient and nice decor. I was really looking forward to the massage, sadly it was a huge disappointment. I have been to many massage places and always receive deep tissue and that is not what I got. I had Kim and there was absolutely zero technique and not anything like a deep tissue massage. It felt like she had no schooling or training. She only rubbed up and down in one direction with light pressure. I finally asked her to go deeper and work on the knots and she said ok but continued to do the same repetitive movement. She barely used any oil and I had to ask 4 times to put more oil because it felt like I was getting rug burn. I told her to skip my arms because of it. The only good part of the massage was the feet. My boyfriend had May said his was similar but not nearly as bad as mine, but said he wouldn’t go back. Save your money and try Atom massage in downtown Vancouver.

I booked a deep tissue massage as something of an emergency after straining my knee so badly I could barely walk. I honestly was just looking for any kind of relief and didnt know what to expect from Asian Touch but all in all that I am glad I chose them! The whole experience from the talking about my concern and beginning to touching my knee was fantastic. And then there was the back massage…May was amazing! I explained what happened and she worked really hard on that area to get it to loosen up. She did a deep tissue massage and it wasnt always the most comfortable, but I did enjoyed every minute… So if you want something more gentle, well, dont get a deep tissue massage unless you have a knot…Overall, I couldnt be more happy with my experience and will definitely be back! Overall ok massage, was left In pain after the massage. For my first time there I didnt tip that high and I was shamed for it. Definitely not a attitude thatll bring me back to them. I dont recommend, masseuse was Kim.

Received a 90 minute massage from Kim today. She did a great job. She is very good at focusing in on problem areas - aches, strains - and reducing the physical stress in those areas.I have read some negative reviews about their massages not being that good. However, I assume most if not all were first time massages. Admittedly, the first massages I received from May and Kim were fine but not great. May told me that as she got to know my body that her massages would get better. That was definitely the case for her and Kim. They really do give great massages.As for other complaints about payments, tips, and scheduling, they have had some issues like any business in these areas, But they typically resolve such issues with their clients satisfactorily. Also, you cannot blame small businesses for being a bit cautious with first time customers. In this day and age, it is not unusual for small businesses to provide services and receive no or inadequate compensation.Finally, I do not get the negative comments about the massage therapist not using enough lotion. I have a very hairy body and they always use an abundant amount of massage oils on me. It is not only unpleasant for me if the amount of oil is insufficient, but it is also hard on the massage therapist skin. You just need to let them know if the application of massage oil is sufficient or not.Posted two years ago:May is a great massage therapist. She has given me numerous massages. Not happy with my prenatal massage. Nothing about this experience was relaxing. Bright in the room, a phone buzzed twice on the table. I was rubbed in the same spot with no actual pressure or method. Don’t go here. Not worth your time or your money.

Cheap massage oil, felt like hotel lotion.After we were done they said my credit card transaction did not go through. I showed the owner my Bank or America account and she still didn’t believe it went through. She would not let me leave until they ran it again. They double charged me. I was so mad at this point she asked why I didn’t leave a tip. Then she proceeds to tell me tips are mandatory and that she wasn’t refunding my second charge in full unless I gave a tip. This transaction was done on her iPhone, not very professional. I will not be going back.

May and Kim are both absolutely amazing. Due to my job, Im in a hunched over position for the majority of the day, and my knots had knots. I came here 2-4 times a month and my knots have gotten significantly smaller. The pressure is always perfect, the massage table is always toasty, and extras (hot stones, cupping) are always great. Im sad to leave them because I moved to Hillsboro and theyre too far away...but if youre nearby, definitely check them out!

Ive had dozens of massages and this was one of the worst Ive ever had, I had to change from 90min to 1hr to get it over faster. 2 other massages places were fully booked the whole weekend so I tried this place since I saw the good reviews, Im not sure how maybe they are fake paid reviews because the massage was not good at all, very repetitive long strokes same thing over and over, I even had to tell Kim to put more lotion because I was getting a rug burn feeling and very red from all the same motion without more oil. There was no use of fingers or targeted pressure, she found some knots but didnt work on them at all. And after it was done I was left with an oily back; they dont use a warm towel to get off the oil/lotion. Ive had better $30 asian foot massages, vs $70 for one hour here

Yesterday was our first time at Asian Touch Massage. It was my husbands first massage ever. We did 30 minute massages but wished we would’ve done the full hour! May and Kim were both wonderful! They focused on our problem areas and also gave us recommendations on what what we can do at home to help. The place is nice, clean and comfortable and they are very kind and professional! We will definitely be returning for the full hour massage. Thank you!

This place is awesome. I come here very regularly and feel great during and after every session! without it. I would have much worse back and neck problems if I wasnt getting massaged here. And parking spots easily available outside the storefront.

I went in for a Deep Tissue Massage to relieve tension in my right shoulder blade, right arm, legs, chest, right foot and neck. My massage was performed by a wonderful lady by the name of Kim. She did a really good professional job, being extremely detailed and focused in her technique in the locations in which I really needed focused on. She heavily focused on my areas of need multiple times, which was extremely appreciated. I definitely would recommend Kim to anyone in need of a wonderful detail focused massage. I will most definitely return for more Deep Tissue Massages from Kim. Thank you! 🧔👍

My first time there and I searched out a place that did massage using there feet walking on you which my personal trainer suggested to relieve the pain in my left shoulder blade area. He said it must hurt in order to teach the brain to release the muscle and get it to relax. Kim did a fantastic job and May was very nice to deal with as well. Ill definitely being going back when needed, Thank you so much!!

In severe pain from a prior back injury, and having not researched Asian Touch Massage, I decided to walk in to see what they had. I was greeted by May who took my temp and followed covid restriction procedures and talked to me about what my options were, on the menu, as she has many techniques, and I chose to have her focus on my low back and glutes and hip flexors. She studied in China and in Seattle and her methods are better than any other massage therapist Ive gone too, ever. The room was clean, the music was incredibly relaxing, and warmed bed, which she asks if comfortable first before proceeding and during the massage, and also she has a new clean cover for the head pad and sheet/blanket is clean and soft. I have had massages all over the world, and honestly I was blown away-I was in tears when I got up afterward and told her she fixed my back. I scheduled 1/2 hr deep tissue sessions with her every week until I got through my back flare up, and I wouldnt have made it without her. I do recommend having the entire hour. Her price is low for one whole hour, only 65 I think, and the quality is of a much higher price point so I feel like its a bargain. You can add more things too, like the suction cups cuppingon the muscles or the hot stones, and there are many different massages. From now on I will only go to May and I make sure anyone in my family who is visiting, goes and gets one while theyre here. May is incredibly kind and skilled. Her staff is also good. Unfortunately a man called while I was there and May had to politely tell him they do not do that there- some people think theres some kind of sexual thing theyll get there, but the cops have arrested people for it in the past and May who is an amazing professional should never have to risk possibility of assault or humiliation due to ignorant criminals who think the Asian touch massage name means there can be a happy ending

Asian touch is hands down the BEST massage provider Ive been to. They always work with my schedule, they are so flexible. The massages are incredible, very therapeutic and the only way Ive been able to find relief in my neck and back. Mae (the owner) goes above and beyond to make sure you receive the best care. I had a massage this evening on my way home from Portland at Asian Touch Massage and it was amazing!! Could not have felt more comfortable and relaxed on my way home. May gives the best deep tissue massage that Ive ever had and I sure miss her not being local to the peninsula. On a scale of one to five stars Id give her a six it was that good. Best LMT Ive ever been too and could easily replace physical therapy. Well worth the cost and the three hour drive to get there...

What a wonderful, healing experience ! More than once I have came to May to relax, but more than that I have came when I was experiencing pain and limitations with my neck and back. Each time she has been able to find where I am hurting and work out my issues. I travel a few hours to visit- it is a very professional, relaxing and outstanding in every way. I am thankful to have Asian Touch and May at the top of my self care routine !

Extremely good massage, Ive had at least a dozen massages from small places like this to resorts at 4 times the price. Was able to get an appointment same day, when everyone else I tried was booked. Was interrupted twice by the phone and once by the door but the therapist apologized and handled as quickly and quietly as possible. Hopefully they will address this in the future.

I had a great experience on a nice quiet Sunday night. The massage was just what I needed. I also tried cupping for the first time, and I will definitely do it again! All in all it was an enjoyable time and well worth the money.

May really is good at what she does! If you have tight spots, or injuries she knows how to work with you to help you on the path to healing. I prefer massages that are designed to do something, to break down the damaged tissues, and although you might feel sore the next day over time your body starts to heal. Shes right across the street from Les Schwab. So, if you can arrange it so that you get a massage while your car is being worked on, then youre a genius!! 😁 Her prices are reasonable, and she seems to have a good following. Hmmm, perhaps I should have kept my mouth shut. 😏 Seriously, go see her. She is wonderful!!!

Humans have two great inventions: the wheel and massage. Asian Touch is the best I have been to, period. The premises are well-appointed, warm and squeaky clean. Friendly staff. Thoroughly trained, experienced, professional therapists. On occasion, like today, I spoil myself with a four-hand two hour session. Sublime.

This is the only place to get a massage. Ive been getting massages for years and these ladies are just amazing. Very professional and always check on your well being before starting so they can concentrate on the areas you have told them about.

I had what is called a 4-hand massage. It was fantastic. I like the studio very much. Everything is super clean and the waiting room chairs are big leather recliners. So if you have to wait a bit even that is very comfortable and relaxing. I really like this place!
