The owner is the coolest and nicest dude Ive ever met. They have game nights on Thursday and its just all around a wonderful atmosphere. He wont sell you things you dont need. Number 1 experience. Wont be shopping at any other vape shop.

Always greeted warmly as soon as I walk thru the door. Always has a wide variety of e-juice and I never feel rushed when Im having a hard time making up my mind. Im, Out Of all the other vape spots Ive been to Hawaiian Vapor has far Exceeded all others in customer service as well as their variety and knowledge of the products they sale. I smoked cigarettes for over half my life but today I cant remember the lost time I smoked one. Hawaiian vapor was instrumental in my quitting. They educated and encouraged me in my journey and Im forever grateful

The two guys in here are super funny and I felt welcomed as soon as I entered! The open sign was off but I think the goofballs just forgot. I chopped it up with them for a good 20 minutes. Out of all the vape shops Ive been to, Hawaiian will always be my favorite. Theyre such awesome and nice people. They are always hosting events if you wanna get out and mingle. They have always taken care of me even when their inventory gets low. The reward system is great and your points build up fast. They always remember your flavor profile and have always picked out amazing juice for me when I was being indecisive.

Nice location, large clean store, customer service was great, they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The only disappointment for me was I felt they lacked variety as far as the E juice flavors they had available. Of course I was after something specific, (vanilla) and it seems to be almost impossible to find anywhere. They did have plenty of other flavors to pick from though. The pricing seemed average.

I dont personally vale, but I did go with my buddy to pick up a new vape for himself. Inside the lounge was pretty awesome. They had seating and a pool table that was free to play. The staff was very friendly and overall had a great experience going here. Will most likely return with my friend when he goes in next time.

Fantastic. Great people, chill environment. Their prices are good, happy hour is awesome. You never feel rushed, no matter how indecisive you are, and its a great place to just hang out, too, the staff is hilarious and friendly. Hard to beat a good selection of LOCAL juice with 60mls for $20.. Highly recommend.

I have been going here for years now. They are always so nice and helpful when I go in. They always do whats best for their customers and if youre buying enough, they will give you as many discounts as they can. The juice selection has changed over the years but when my flavor or brand has disappeared they have been able to recommend similar flavors that I enjoy too.

After all the hard blows the vape industry has taken with the state taxation, flavor ban, and then covid.... this place has LOWERED their juice prices. I literally pay anywhere from $5-$10 more on a bottle of juice from anywhere else!! And then, they started a customer loyalty program where I collect points on each purchase and that gives me money off towards another purchase down the road. Normally, I would figure that the quality of whatever they are selling would take the hit by offering sub standard product. But actually, Its gotten better. I can vape a whole week before switching coils. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Great product at a great price. Who can beat that?

Best customer service... If you buy a flavor and dont like it, no worries they take care of you. As for the flavors AMAZING I have tried three other stores in town and their vape juice taste like poop compared to theirs! The richness and amazing flavors in their juice keeps me coming back, plus the owners wife has an amazing smile and makes you feel like you are home with friends aloha! ;)

I absolutely love this place! I am super picky about my juice and only really love one flavor. It happens to be the old version of a Hawaiian Vapor brand juice they wont be making anymore so the manager was nice enough to put a few they had left aside for me since he knew I would be back soon to buy more. That is excellent customer service! He finally convinced me to try the new formula of the old flavor I love and he was right, Its great too! Definitely my favorite vape shop!

Just stopped by for a bottle of fluid, was VERY satisfied with the service provided by Lucky and Steven!! I like recommendations and let the guys know what styles of fluid I liked. Lucky knocked it out of the park with a Blueberry cheesecake by Vape Crusaders, my old coil couldnt hold back the flavor! Definitely would recommended this place 👌.

I recently purchased a product that required a little setup and the staff was happy to help and educate me on it. Unfortunately the product was not a good fit for me. I went back to the shop hoping for a refund but legally they could not give me one. Instead I was delighted to see the man working there churning up every possible way to make it right. It showed me that they cared about my business, even as a light buyer. That is a rare thing to see these days and they have earned my business for the foreseeable future.

If youve ever had a bad expereince here, you need to try again. Even if I just stop by to pickup a cartridge really quick, employees are helpful, and courteous. The gal at the counter was excited to give the happy hour discount and was eager to help. Rich is always super chill, finds what I need and makes sure I get the best bang for my buck. Thanks guys!

I consider Hawaiian Vapor practically as family, they are my dearest friend. Over the years Rich and the employees here have looked after me during tough times. They were there for me when I was at my lowest and took care of me when I needed someone most. You are not only a customer here, you are part of the Hawaiian Vapor Ohana.

Awesome place to chill and talk with some great people. Very informative staff. Big Rich is the best! He really makes you feel like family. Lots of great devices to choose from. Lots of good ejuices. Great prices!

Nicest people in the vape industry not going to lie. Inventory can be a slight issue for some visits i.e. where theyre out of 12s or whatever. They always make up for it with discounts or good customer service. I would advise calling if you have anything specific in mind to buy if you get irritated by that sort of thing.

This place is like a second home to me. Ive met so many wonderful people here who are life long friends and the staff at all locations are considered family to me. Rich is such an amazing boss and worker Ive learned slot about Vaping, how the industry works, and countless other things. He and Josh (other employee) love what they do, work on getting people off cigarettes. But when you go there they treat you like family.

Went in the other day and met the owner and his brother! They were super nice, helpful, honest guys- highly recommend this place, especially for those who have never bought vape before! There’s a really big selection to choose from as well.

I have been going here since It opened and have always been very pleased with the original staff and owners. That being said, Over the past few months i have watched it steadily decline untill last night when they fully lost my business. I was told that they no longer carry the juice I buy at this location and I will have to drive all the way over to the other location for it. No explanation, just a sorry. I appreciate the sorry but will most likely be finding something closer to home.EDIT:I am lowering my review to one star. I gave them one last chance as I have always been a fan of this place, I went to buy Coils tonight and was sold 5 of the wrong ones by a very uneducated employee. Its very sad to see such a great establishment dissipate when the original management leaves. Hawaiian Vape you have fully lost mine and my wifes support. I hope the original owners and staff are doing well and have moved on due to bigger and better opportunities. ✌️

Environment was great, as were the dudes. But I was told a set of batteries was 23 thenwas charged more. I bought something I didn’t need, literally walked out of the store & turned around to return it... was told no. Definitely upset at myself for spending $200 here. & feel like they took advantage

This shop was recommended to me by my friend Richie. Seriously the funniest and best experience and amazing customer service. The lady worker just wouldnt stop feeding me with knowledge. I felt like I walked out with a PhD in vaping. Definitely will be back, wish the space was bigger though.

My boyfriend and I went in a couple days ago to get new vape juice and pods, Rich was super helpful and nice! He recommended a few flavors aimed at our preferences and genuinely cared about our business. He also carries high end juice brands that you won’t find anywhere else around here, and for a good price. After we got back out to the car, I tried to hit my vape before the new pods coil soaked up, and it caught the coil on fire and completely ruined it. Fully my fault. I went back in to ask him what I did wrong, he told me, and he gave me a new pod for free and somehow managed to make me not sound stupid for doing so. He also invited us to a Hawaiian Vapor party! Likeable guy and great with customer service :)

Great prices, knowledgeable employees. Alas, like many brick and mortar vape shops, they rarely have the higher nicotine juices. 12 and 18 is the highest theyve told me they carry and they were out of 18 both times Ive gone. If you prefer 24 as I do, stick to the online shops.

I did give this place a 5 star to begin with but now I am giving them 1 star and taking my business elsewhere. I dont like to be taken advantage of and BSd with my purchases. Im just going to suggest everyone not make the same mistake I did and check around on prices for coils before going here. This place has been charging me double what everyother place charges and when asked why? They say oh we will price compare lol anyways best of luck.

What an awesome shop! I called on my lunch asking a few questions and was blown away by the customer service. From the first greeting of Aloha I could tell that Rich was a cool guy and very knowledgable. I came by after work to a great setting, like being at home. Sure the vape cloud was dense, but Rich apologized before I could even say I didnt mind. He knew his product and his people. Took plenty of time showing my needy self different juices and was just FLIPPING WONDERFUL! My new juice is a white chocolate macadamia and Im in loveeeee. After while since Ive been here but, from what I remember it is not a very clean shot the lights are very poorly distributed so it seems like its kind of like a clandestine location. Feel like its being operated by some family-owned mafia-style established something. I shouldnt be so subjective and so I critical about a vapor shop but still its a place where you going you want to buy something and I feel like its at least clean and that the person that is knowledgeable about the stuff that he has cuz he was not very knowledgeable and I tried one of the neighbors that they had there and what he gave me what I purchased and why I tried was leaving the same thing so if youre desperate the prices seem to be on par with everybody elses but put the extra mile and try to find something else first. At least I got to walk out with both hands and what I paid for, kind of.

Been shopping here for over a year. Decent customer service I enjoy that they really know what they are talking about compared to most shops but 1 star because I only vape 1 flavor and they are constantly out or having trouble getting it to be delivered to the store I get lied to when it is going to be coming in owner will not order more even tho its constantly out.

The staff is amazing and will always help you find what you like and get whatyou need. They can teach you about different options and ways to set up your vape. There is a happy hour where you save $5 a bottle of vape juice too. I always come here for my gaping needs. They have a good selection that changes often so there is always something new to try.

Reason for 2 stars was friendly staff. Vape was so thick in the shop I could hardly see the products. Just wanted to get out. Nothing worse than inhaling what just came out of someones mouth. Kinda funny how the sign outside the front door says no smoking within 25 of the entrance. Price for a small bottle of juice was $27. I went to Walgreens and bought it for 7.50. I understand its a small business and might be a bit more expensive, but 200% is a bit excessive.

Looked for a difficult coil....Hawaiian Vapor said on the phone they had some in stock. Today I came and picked them up. Super nice guy!! Same guy I had talked to on the phone. I bought the whole box of coils, as I have always done (another vape shop 😖) only to find if I bought the whole box, there was a discount. I paid $5 less than at my fav Vape shop.🤯🤯 Guess where Im going from now on.

Big Rich and his team are great. When I suffered a medical crisis three years ago, Rich set me up quickly and at a very descent price. The whole team is laid back where you can sit down, vape away, get updates on what’s going on in the industry, see how everyone is doing, and get pointers on new equipment or how to do DIY. They now offer a pool table and drinks. Their e-juice is a bit on the high side, but you will make that up by hitting them up on any knowledge on vaping or great customer services. Their vaping equipment for sell is top notch. They always have something going on during the month like corn hole throwing or contests. I do enjoy my time talking to Rich and his team, especially since I was given the big C news. Went in December to pick up my first vape setup, a Volcano Lavatube V2.5, and an Aspire Nautilus tank. Nate was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew about the warranty period on the device, which was a year. About a month in to owning the lavatube, I discovered that the bottom threading for the battery was becoming harder to turn. I took it in, and exchanged it no problems for a brand new one. No issues since, and I highly recommend Hawaiian Vapor to all of my friends.

Love it here juice selection is a bit small compared to what im use to seeing but other wise great customer service and friendly employees go hang out their and have a beer as well👌

They sell DotCom, Bang Bang, and Hawaiian Vapor branded juice.The website is very basic, and could use work/polishing. And Ill NEVER buy from your online store as long as you want me to provide my FULL SOCIAL Security number to verify my age. Ive been buying e-juice online for several years and NEVER had to do it, (from within and outside of WA state). NOT.GONNA.HAPPEN.EVER Youre not a bank, youre not the IRS.
