I really like this location. I have visited all of the locations but this one is my favorite because of the staff. I don’t know their names, but they’re very friendly and helpful.The only issue I have is that the kratom products are way overpriced. That’s why I don’t go as often as I used to!

Terrible customer service . I was accused of stealing by the cashier. After I emptied my pockets she said it isn’t because I’m black it’s just because someone stole before . I didn’t really say much in return the whole situation was uncomfortable and the cashier seemed to have an attitude with me after she realized she was wrong and I hadn’t stolen anything .

This place was good they helped me and my family super quick like in and out and her name was Kylie and she is easy to talk to and had a really positive attitude while she assisted us. Prices for things are cheap which is great, for real smoothie machine is : dollars cheaper than the one at circle k or Arco. The prices here are 3.00 which is great!

This review is based on personal opinions and experience. Quality staff (always offering assistance, sometimes before I even enter the store!). And an amazing beer selection (especially singles).Unfortunately the location can only be accessed by foot or by driving southbound on 117th. And Unfortunately there is just not enough advertisements distinguishing the business location.Overall I always enjoy my experience while shopping at this location, as well as their other local locations. And its because of special and outgoing individuals such as Aurora (assisted me at the 117th location), that my needs are met and even exceeded and that I will continue to make Jiffy Mart my first stop. Be Leary of this place in regards to disposable vapes. They sold me 2 vapes that literally both died after 1 hour of my purchase.. tested both in the store.. 1 literally didn’t work & they did replace it with another phony.. then naturally the next 2 died with in 1 hour of me leaving 😑
This place is down the road from where I live and they have quite a few of the things I use every day so its one of my favorite stores its got ok prices and welcoming staff I do suggest.
I love this place. Pleasant environment, clean when you walk in, spacious and there’s quite a bit to look at. Awesome prices and the customer service is up to par. Great little shop that feels like a seamless mix between neighborhood corner store and head shop. If youre a smoker theyve got an extensive collection of glass ranging the entire spectrum of price and quality. They have something for everybody whos in the market for a new piece of glass. Im not a smoker, but theyve got items youd be lucky to encounter in your typical smoke shop. In addition, theyve got a decent selection of CBD products and incense, which are more in my wheelhouse than their glassware. Theyve even got hookahs! They also sell random legal highs and kratom if thats what youre looking for, as well as a beer section. Staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful, regardless of whos at the counter. On the rare occasion I pop in, Im always greeted with a friendly hello, and the staff are always happy to assist in any way they can. Theyve also got a milkshake machine and one of those new Coca-Cola machines that lets you dial in your selection. Definitely worth a quick visit if you happen to find yourself in the neighborhood!

The customer service at this store has always been terrible. Its like an inconvenience if you ask them to see anything. They have many different types of papers but dont sell a pack of crutches in any brand. Tonight I walked into the store for butane twice now they dont have the kind I want. The worker was standing in the far back of the store stocking didnt see or hear me walk in. So I walked back out. Then sat there to see how long it would take her to see there was a car in the parking lot, she had direct view of the front door. When I walked in the second time she still didnt see or hear me so I yelled, and asked if see had seen or heard me the first time, she said no. Poor poor customer service. I cant spend money in your store if there isnt someone to help me. Aside from the cameras I could have just taken what I wanted if I were that kind of person.

I bought a $10.00 vape cig and when I plugged it in to charge the charge unit started to melt. So today I brought it back for a refund and they refused to refund my $. It is obvious that I did not use cig and that the charge unit melted. Dont buy anything there that you may have to return. Today they have lost by business and will never send any of my friends to them.
