I went to Jiffy Mart not knowing if i could make the purchase, when I gave the cashier lady named Emma my change and wanted to pay the rest with card I realized the total went up then expected because card fee.I was about to leave without purchase but Emma quickly did what she could to help me out with the purchase.So big shout out to Emma at Jiffy Mart and the whole staff I’ve been able to meet there I highly recommend going here whether your local or visiting in Hazel dell.

Awesome surprise prices on tobacco products!!! I went in for a torch and the really bubbly, cute girl behind the counter said that they were awaiting their shipment, that they only had larger torches available. So I said Ill just get a black and mild, and get a torch later. The flavor I wanted was marked $2.39+tax although a select few were marked $1.39+tax. So I asked for my flavor anyway even though the price was more. And I think I got lucky because it rang up for the cheaper price of $1.39+tax!!! Stokeage. I think maybe the bubbly, cute girl just kinda liked me and changed the price... either way it was worth stopping in.

Pretty kick @$$ place since the mass remodel a while back. The employees were very helpful and made it a pleasant experience. Go check it out for yourself.

On anything…. What a breath of fresh air …. I never leave reviews but I had too with her … she’s quiet but knows all … this woman is wonderful…. But your store is always clean and … and put together… and honestly all your staff is amazing…. Very easy to tell where everything is for quick navigation if youre in a rush.A great selection of items to choose from from great brands. Including CBD gummies, cigars, beer, wine, snacks, cigarettes, loose tobacco, incense, sooooo many vapes, glass, pipes, candy and so much more!I always need a suggestion on which vape flavor to get and they always help me narrow it down.A very clean store with appropriate signage in case the floor is wet.The clerks always remember me and my daughter. I havent been going frequently enough to know names but I love all of them!There is one clerk who has long brown hair and she always remember my daughter and asks her how school is going.Really makes me want to keep coming back. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for literally anything.Its my one stop shop.

This was my very first time into Jiffy Mart and I do have to say that I was in and out in a jiffy! I myself couldnt find anything that I was looking for but I didnt have to wander around aimlessly like normal because one of the nicest sales associates ever noticed I needed help and knew exactly where everything I needed was. They are currently following all COVID-19 procedures. Ill definitely be back!

So, this is my second HOS review. The first being for the Salmon Creek shop, and this one for the Jiffy Mart location in good old Hazel Dell - The Land of Cops With Nothing To Do and Staggering Suburb Of Sh*try Strip Centers. Bottom line is that the staff is accommodating, the store is clean(ish), and they have whatever you may seek in the way of sin. I would give this chain a five star rating but will instead allow four, when my heart and mind would actually be stretched to give it two and a half. This is 100% due to the absentee owner of the business. The reason being that I purchased a small glass weed pipe from HOS in Salmon Creek for $4.99 + tax and within a couple of hours ( and after I had posted a glowing five star review here, I managed to let it slip from my hand and it broke neatly into four pieces. Within 24 hours I returned with it to the store and explained what happened and requested a replacement in exchange for an amendment to my Google review as well as ongoing great word of mouth referrals. Long story short, TOO LATE 🤔, the girl working could not grant my request and after a phone a 3 or 4 minute conversation with the owner, I walked away with a second identical $5 pipe to keep its unused and broken compadre company. The owner blatantly refused despite my hand in hat and very polite and well stated plea. I have worked in sales and marketing for 30 years and all I can say is that the joker who owns HOS is a very uncompassionate, unwise, and stubborn dude. With him the customer certainly is not right and the sale of another $5 pipe is much more important in his genius mind than the cost of future customer acquisition. Shame ON him for his complete and utter lack of customer satisfaction and pity FOR him for his shortsighted and profit driven idea of how to handle customer dissatisfaction. I wish I could afford to not shop his establishments, but hell, they had $20 bottles of wine for $2.99 lol. 🤫

Glass, glass, glass! And beer. And a nice selection of both at that! 👌 Heck, they even had free t-shirts. Ill admit, until most recent visit Id only been in here a time or two, neither of the visits were within the past 5 years. Today I went in for a glass tube to practice blowing pipes..Id heard they were cheaper and had a better selection than MJs next door. Both true. As for the store itself, it was clean, organized, and openly spaced. Im not claustrophobic or anything, but I move a lot and get worse road rage walking in stores than I do driving.. notta problem here.

This place is definitely not my favorite store because they have a no returns/refunds policy that they strictly adhere too, even when the situation would compleatly call for it at almost any-other store....nonetheless, they do have a great selection of headshop-type items for very reasonable prices, along with all your other basic convenience store items. So all-and-all its a decent store worth checking out if you need a waterpipe and pack of smokes or a soda and bag of chips.

I shop at the HWY 99 store and the people in this place are amazing always friendly and the manager had now started carrying an item that has been hard to find so two thumbs up to this place keep up the good work.

So I just stared going out with a guy & I went to the market with him to buy a six pack and the cashier was really disrespectful to me & was calling me names in Spanish & I got upset so left outside & my boyfriend follow me outside & she went outside too and stared at fight with me & punched me in the face. Ive never had bad service like this one & the manager didnt do nothing about it & they told us to never step in the market ever again.

I would give them more stores if they didn’t always try to Jack up prices. They charge $54.99 for a 5 pack of OPMS black, yet if you go to Mary Janes right next door or High 5; or almost any other shop in Vancouver/Portland and that same 5 pack is only $37.99. If you reach out to OPMS they even say that Gold and Black retail for the same price. I’ll use Jiffy Mart as a last resort but you can usually find everything they sell for cheaper at high 5 in Vancouver. It will be the exact same product, just about 50% of the price.

Selene is AMAZING (sorry if I spelled that wrong!), but these new girls need to be a little better educated on products, as one tried to convince both myself and hubby that BICs are refillable when we were looking for a refillable lighter. We called her on it, and I ended up getting one anyway, and upon inspection, it was, in fact, a DISPOSABLE BIC. I have had zero issues while Selene works, but every time I deal with anyone else, they treat me like my 40 year old @$$ was born yesterday. I dont like going in when Selene isnt working, but because Selene is awesome, yinz get 4 stars.

Nice Store, its the coolest little convenience store I have seen! They have a nice assortment of fruit wines, I never have tried a birthday cake flavored wine until I got it here.

Make sure you get a receipt, when purchasing ANYRHING from this store. I bought a small device that was supposed to come with a battery according to every picture of the device online. The manager told me as far as Im concerned that didnt come with a battery. So, I bought one for an extra 8 dollars. The battery was dead, so I had to go back and get a new one. This morning I woke up and the device completely stopped working. Im sick of going into the store every day for replacement parts and usually they make you buy them. Just a bunch of scoundrels trying to get over on people and make a little extra money with shrewd business tactics....avoid at all costs.

Very bad customer service today. First I called to find a product (a coil for an electronic cigarette) and the employee stated they dont carry anything but a particular brand and by the way they were pronouncing the brand and what they thought I was after it was obvious that they didnt know anything about electronic cigarettes despite that being one of their retail products. They even mispronounced smok and then we had a discussion on whether or not they even carried e-cigs! long story short I decided to stop in on my way to work and found the product went to the front counter to ask for them to pull a couple out for me and after waiting for 6 minutes behind another customer and listening to them shoot the bull in Spanish with the sales associate I decided that my money must not be worth their time. Please note this is not about the language its about the fact that the associate want to sit there and hold a conversation while there was someone obviously in line. (Dictated may be typos.)

Fourth Plain store will never have my business again. Bought a zippo style lighter for 10.00 and 25.00 work of other items. Two days later the light er flames out its side and burns my hand. I try to return for exchange. Sorry its a novelty item no returns. F that. Stay away the owners are money grubbing and dont care about you.

Their products suck and they know nothing about them. Theres a large selection of first generation vape juices... for pen vapes. Almost nothing that can be used with modern mods. Also, their kratom is over-priced and weighed funny.
