Hands down, the best vape shop I have ever been to. I will recommend to the day I die that you come here and you ask for Marshall. This man is extremely knowledgeable and professional and has a sense of humor to ease any problems, questions or inquiries about new products. This man is so good at his job that I hope the owners see this review and heavily consider giving him a raise. I will recommend Marshall to everyone I know that vapes. I have gone to dozens of shops over the years I have been vaping but he is the best. No matter the reason for your visit here.

So I have had several encounters with viper vapor and I have mixed feelings about it the first time I went there I purchased a 15 mL bottle for $16 in change I thought what a great deal and it was okay it wasnt great Ive had better the flavor was a little bit bland like theyre just not putting in a flavoring in it but my biggest issue with this place is I went in there for some coils and some juice one day and I was going to change my coil in my mod and the gentleman at the counter said here would you like me to do that Im like the NASCAR of changing coils so I hesitantly let him do it which I usually dont do because I prefer to work on my own equipment just in case something happens I dont have to have hurt feelings well something happened when I got home I noticed there was a small crack in my glass from when I can only assume him tightening down the top and the bottom piece too tight no big deal I had spare glass at home I just changed it up but it was still annoying Glass cost money its $5 I didnt really have extra to spend then I went back another time and purchase some more juice and I still ran into the same problem it was just bland I went back today because I couldnt afford to go anywhere else and I got a bottle of juice and it was okay it was a banana flavor which Im not really too hot about but at least it actually had some flavoring and as I said before at $16 and change you really cant beat it I will continue to use their shop as a value shop if I cant afford to go to DOTCOM I would say if youre in the need for value juice I would stop by this place but I wouldnt use that as my first choice but as I always say check it out for yourself

This is my go-to vape shop! The owner is super cool, easy to talk to and absolutely knowledgeable on all the products in the store! Might I add he hired a great team!! One girl in peticular ❤️ everytime I come in she is soo friendly we end up chatting away when its on the slow side and that stuff is important she remembers me and and we always catch right back up where we left off from the time before:). Prices are great and they always have what I need, good variety and its always clean :) thanks for being close to home and reliable. Definitely recommend

Love this Vape shop. They are very knowledgeable here and have a great selection of brands & flavors. They even have a house blend that my husband loves.

First time coming to the shop and bought two disposable vapes, they were both defective right out of the packaging.The strawberry/melon/apple blinked with a dead battery and the blue razz sizzled and burned the coil on the first hit.I called them within just hours and explained the issue. The guy I spoke to was short with me and unfriendly saying all sales are final theres absolutely nothing we can do, its state law. He asked me if I opened them up and tried them in the store, that was never offered to me or suggested.I told him that I understand what he said about state law prohibiting the issue of a refund. However I just moved to the area and Im trying to find my regular local vape shop.I said this is my first time coming to your shop and $20 wasted. Are you able to hook me up with a coupon/discount for my next visit or just anything at all?He stonewalled me and said absolutely not, thats the name of the game with disposables they are all cheap quality and made in China.I wont be returning and I will be sure to share my experience of getting bitten by Viper-Vapor.

I just want to take a minute and give some major respect to this location. I bought a new set up recently and the tank was leaking juice like crazy. Thought it was a defective coil. The coil was replaced and a day later it started leaking again. The staff was so friendly and apologetic every step of the way. It ended up being completely defective and they took really good care of me in getting it replaced. Really loved my experience and the staffs willingness to make it right. I will definitely do all my vape shopping here! Thank you Viper for being so helpful!

Ive been to this store more than a few times. First, their customer service is TERRIBLE!! The taller guy is friendly and likes to converse, but the other guy is a jerk. Hes really rude in a subtle way, if you know what I mean, but its more than obvious. Their house juices are poor quality and the rest of their merchandise is over priced. If you want to have a good experience then make sure you skip this store!

Ive only been in a couple of times so far, BUT Ive been to a lot of shops in Vancouver and this is my favourite!! This last time Sara took the time to put me with a coil I never knew even existed! A coil I wish I would have known about over 2 years ago!! Thanks to everyone for amazing service and a welcoming, relaxed environment.

Purchased a new Nova on Thursday night at 7, took it home and didnt work. Charged it overnight, still didnt work. I even tried several pods. Took it back rhe next morning (12 hours later) and they wouldnt exchange it. I was told a manager needs to decide if it can be exchanged but I havent heard back. Ive been a customer since day 1, but not anymore. This is not how you treat long-time customers.

My husband and I frequent this store, its very close to our home and we like the selection.The employees there can be wishy washy... there have been many times weve come in for juice or a new mod and the employees talk to each other like there isnt a paying customer standing in front of them.(Ragging on each other, ignoring customers). There is one incredibly helpful employee there though, he has an accent, I wish I knew his name. Hes so helpful and very knowledgeable.I dont like their house flavors very much. I do like the Pomegranate Raspberry and my husband really likes the Strawberry Milkshake.

Absolutely love this shop. I started coming here 6-ish months ago after some bad experiences at some other vape shops. Every single time I come here I get treated well. The guys here are always willing to explain anything, and answer any questions I may have. Knowledgeable staff that doesnt make you feel stupid for not knowing everything there is to know about vape products. I was initially concerned about their proprietary flavors, as I am very picky - but I found several that I like, and I cant imagine going anywhere else! Thanks guys, youre awesome.

This is the most comfortable, professional, well-spoken staff that Ive encountered in a vape store. The gentleman I bought two vaporizers and five liquids from and he took time to explain each element of the vaporizers and their functionality as well as taking the time to charge and prime the machine to assure functionality and comfort of use. I will be returning to that store again. Fantastic !

As a complete novice, I was not sure what to expect from this experience, however, I was treated with the utmost respect, understanding and care from each of the four different employees that I have encountered at this store. They were always willing to answer my questions fully, and made sure that they carefully explained everything I did not understand. This is the finest Vape shop in Vancouver, and I would not hesitate recommending it to anyone who is looking for great customer service, and knowledgeable professionals.

Very helpful and friendly staff but I will no longer shop here. This shop has proved to be very unreliable in carrying popular juices in 3mg. Week after week I go in to find they still dont have what Im looking for. This is likely due to lack of good management... They seem to have entire shelves full of products that obviously arent selling and are near expiration dates or have been discontinued. Ive been a regular here for well over a year mainly just because its a conveinient location but Im tired of stopping in and leaving empty handed. I wouldnt recommend this shop for juices.

My experience everytime I walk into Viper is great! I feel welcomed as soon as I walk into the door. These guys know their stuff and are very down to earth. Product is great! I am always satisfied when I buy new hardware from here

I learned so much about vaping. The knowledge of their staff in a relaxing environment and not pushy to buy brings me to repeat my service. Not only are they knowledgeable but they make sure that you get what is fitting for your preference in vaping and reasonable prices. The high quantity of selections of flavors get me excited every time I go. Even having to go across town to get my products, its worth every penny. Because of this I have stopped smoking cigarettes and now enjoying vaping for my better health. Thank you 😁

I am so happy they carry CBD products now.! Not only I buy for my vaping needsI buy the CBD shampoo, Conditioner, cbd cupcake bath bombs, tinctures and CBG tabs. I think they said over 60 new cbd products!Love the Amazing deals we get every time we come in.Also how they help me out when I have problems or do not know what I am doing .Thank you see you guys soon!

I love this store they have a huge juice selection I always find something good even if it takes a couple tries. They have great deals all the time especially with the new happy hour its a great time whenever I come in

I spent $80.00 purchasing a vaping system from Viper Vapor literally 28 days ago, and the chimney separated from the tank in a way that it never should have. Not only do they not even carry the replacement parts to fix it, but have no warranty on this, and will not let me return it. Literally, all I needed was a new tank, and rather than replace my tank, they would rather lose my business. You should consider this before you buy something from this establishment. If something goes wrong with your product, you quite literally mean nothing to this company as a customer.

I have absolutely had it with this vape shop. First experience was terrible, staff was indignant, lazy, dismissive and way too stoned to be at work. Upon my second (and final visit) I was met by an arrogant staff member who insisted that 90vg/10pg was perfect after I mentioned I prefer 70/30. Opinionated much? This is why vape gets a bad rap. Dont waste your time or money.

Guy was unhelpful and condescending as if I couldnt possibly be so clueless. Sorry I dont know all the lingo and what it takes to build these things. And youd think if youre going to spend $80 on a complete kit theyd be happy to throw in an ejuice or at the least kindly explain that you cant not treat me like a jerk for asking and then tell me he could if I get an even more expensive one. Just felt uncomfortable.

Been coming to this store since they opened. They carry other vapes other than their own. Personally I am hooked on anything viper vapor produces juice Wise. You can tell whoever makes it cares for their product. But since I have moved I am a frequent buyer on their website. I recommend this product to anyone that vapes.

Purchased replacement coils for my TFV-8. One of the coils was defective, with my device registering Check Atomizer Clerk had me disassemble my atomizer and visually inspected the coil, found no visible issues, however also went on to confirm in a shop device that the coil was indeed defective. Only offered a 10% discount on another coil, of course with the same no guarantee if it will actually work. Unacceptable. In addition having staff who arent so know-it-all, and spout off about how coils (SMOK TFV-8 Q6 etc) are all hand made and cant be tested might help keep customers. Perhaps testing coils before sale to ensure theyre not dead shorted would help. Im done wasting my time and money.

Customer service is awesome but their vape juice is fowl. The banana cream smells like feet when you exhale and the mothers milk imitation has no flavor.

As I am new to the vape community I had no idea what I was looking for when I arrived at Viper-Vapor. As I stepped foot into the establishment I was not greeted. So I browsed the menu catalog. It wasnt until I asked about an ejuice, that I was acknowledge. After that, the service was still not up to par. If you are in the PNW. Choose another vape shop.

I am currently sitting outside this business. Just walked out. Current employee on duty gets an attitude and looks at you like your stupid if you tell him you dont understand what he is saying. I am new to all of this. Went in for advice and a new coil and got attitude and treated like I was stupid. Will never go back and will never recommend this place.

This place is why I dont shop online or at other places. I dont recieve cheap juice not am I pressured. They truly just try to find out what I want and give me the best available options to satisfy my vape habit. Cheers!
