I come here often and I love their products! I highly recommend coming here if you haven’t. Their staff is absolutely awesome! Super friendly every time I come in. I went in today and tried a new product (my normal product was no longer in stock) so I asked the wonderful lady what I should try and I took her recommendation and the product was even BETTER than the ones I was using before. (: The lady that was working today was amazing! Tho I will leave out her name incase she wouldn’t want that shared. 10/10.

They are the only smoke shop Ive found that has pre rolls that arent overpriced ..the employee that helped me on 2 occasions was very helpful and informative..cool.place..I dont miss stopping by when Im in town..

Its good, they treat you well, it has a nice atmosphere, and its open 24 hours.

Brand new disposable vape didnt work. Tried to exchange same day with receipt and they refused. Wouldnt be confident to purchase there again.

I live kind of far away so I decided to call before I drove all the way there. I never even made it to the shop because the person that answered the phone was so incompetent and rude telling me. , they didnt have a clue and didnt care to help me I feel sorry for the owner of this business. Dollars are flying out your doors. I know what I would have spent.

Ive been to this shop a few times, I love the staff here, they are knowledgeable and very helpful. The prices on the products they sell are quite expensive for my tastes.I bought a vaporizer which I over paid slightly for, which is fine if I like a place. But then I was looking for another vape to add to my collection and other products, and the mark up in this shop is just way to much for me to afford.Guess Ill be stuck ordering online still for a good while. Most smoke shops in Victoria are like this sadly.

Hard to tell when its open... Although it does say open 24 hours.

I’ve been going to Red Rum for a few weeks now and I just want to say that Jake is AWESOME. He is always very helpful, attitude is great, and is always giving me his opinion and every time he does I end up loving the product. My kids also go there and they suggested I ask for Jake and they were right. Thanks Jake for your wonderful attitude and always willing to help with no hesitation. Also would like to add how clean the store is. 👍🏽

Jake and the girls are very friendly and very informative on products that are asked about. One of the best smoke shops in Victoria. Never fails to walk in and see nice and friendly faces with great customer service attitude all around. Highly recommend them!!!

Charged our card twice on accident (overcharged $150+), but then didn’t bother to return our calls (although they said they would) to resolve the issue. Had to file a dispute with our bank. All of this after already spending quite a bit of money with them. Lost our business. I suggest checking out Faded Smoke Shop on Ben Jordan, and their store is AWESOME! 😎

Best smoke shop in town!!! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Amanda is the absolute BEST!!! She is always so friendly and knowledgeable and greets everyone with a smile as soon as you walk in the door. Love this place I frequently visit to buy a few cigars and accessories…I am never goin to a convenient store again lol !!!

The customer service here is lovely! Since they have a ton of cool and unique vape products, I had a lot of questions but the staff was attentive and were able to patiently answer all of my questions. The prices are affordable as well in my opinion and they have a rewards system which is pretty neat.

Awesome shop, the guys in there knew a very good amount for me about what I know if I am being honest. Of course there is always that one person who is not satisfied, but in my opinion it has always been great customer service through out each time I have been there. I definitely recommend anyone in the Victoria area to check it out, also big credit to Trevor and Jacob with the help on my decision’s with vaping!🔥🔥

I’ve bought two different devices from there. The first one never worked the lite would only turn pink and they no longer sold that brand so I was out.? So I went with something I thought was going to last a Wulf unit that I used for one day and lived it! Charged it as instructed and then the light would blink and that was it! So I took it back to Redrum and the man working was very rude and tried to tell me that he could see corrosion like you would see on a car battery. At this point I felt like I was being accused of luring and got my things and proceeded to leave as then he was being loud in front of other customers saying “everything is cheaper online!” I called the manufacturer and sent it in and they have no idea what the man was talking about and sent me a new one! I can’t go to a place that won’t back there product so I’m out! Thanks but from now on I’ll order on line!!!!!!

Staff was very friendly but it’s upsetting that there is no uniformity between stores. Not sure if it’s a franchise or one owner but in my hometown I get 2 Escobar big 5000 puff vapes for 44 bucks at redrum. I’m paying 35 for one at Victoria redrum so yeah that’s a 13 dollar difference. I asked and there was no mention of it but good news if I spend another 100 bucks I get 5 off. Wow.

Its a great and helpful place to buy a vape great customer service now they do have a 24 hour policy. I bought a vape it messed up and was able to exchange do to product failure not abuse of vape. I did recommend they put a bigger sign stating of their 24 hour policy. Recommendations of this place are high from me. Support your community thanks Redrum.💯🤘

I went in to get something and the woman working there very professionally told me the real problem with my product. She helped me and assisted me with my needs. I didn’t get her name but it was the girl with glasses

I believe Redrum is new to town but they have such a great selection of vape products! Their prices are also some of the lowest in town and the quality is still just as good! Ill definitely be coming here more often.

4 bucks for a coil that other shops will charge up to $10! Big selection for all your needs. Really nice shop and knowledgeable. Hard to find anymore!Went back today. 12/1/2020 two employees, neither one in a mask. Nice guy but admitted he didnt vape much and knew about flavors of juices from customers. Im old school. I started vaping in Austin about six years ago so Im use to vape shop employees that vape and know all about it. I was disappointed this time. Beautiful store but I wont be going back.

I would not recommend this place. They will sell you faulty merchandise. And won’t exchange it or give you a refund instead they want you to pay more to send it off. Very scammy establishment. I would not recommend them strictly for the policy .

Highly recommend. I have tried majority of the smoke shops in town and redrum stands out from the rest. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also have more of a selection on products than the alternative shops.

Looks like a new shop with a HUGE stock of inventory. They have some really nice glass pipes and I bought a hookah device for my girlfriend which she loved. Nice young guys at the shop that are super knowledgeable!

Sold me two bunk vapes replaced the first one which was cool but when the SECOND one didn’t work they rejected me and lost me as a customer what a waste of 28 bucks
