Phoenix Massage spa

Its been a while since I visit Phoenix spa, I just visited again.Man am I glad I did, very beautiful skill therapists.She knew exactly what to do to relax every muscle.I will make a effort to visit the spa at keast once every week.

Service was terrible! They will also claim that their credit card machine is down to avoid paying the fees. They also had the nerve to expect a tip after the lousy massage. Terrible! I would not recommend this to anyone. If you think that this is a good massage, then you have no idea of what a good massage is...

Terrible service, called before coming in and asked if I needed an appointment for an hour massage they told me no appointment just walk in. When I go in they tell me no hour massage only half hour for $40 and when I tell them I have bad pain under my right shoulder blade they try to tell me to go to the acupuncture doctor next door I tell them no have a bad fear of needles and just need a deep tissue massage. They take my payment before working on me and then only work on my shoulders and back and was way too light handed, she did use some hot stones on me at the end but then tells me that tip is $10 minimum. If you need an affordable massage go to Ling lings massage on bear valley much better and cheaper.

Very amazing the massage was so relaxing and helped my whole body….very clean in the rooms and waiting area… everyone in the office was amazing and nice to speak with..definitely coming back 😊

My husband and I went in to try it out and will for sure be coming back we arent in any pain we felt relaxed after thank you for helping us out between my husband pain and my pregnancy back pain we feel wonderful

May has a pleasant environment very warm and joyful enjoy having a stone massage along with the stretching of different area of the body if you need a great massage go here and ask for may.

After saying I wanted a hour for $50 she says can only do 1/2 for $40 , then tells me I need to tip her and extra $5 or $10. Crazy! Will not be going back.

I called to schedule a massage. I was told it was busy and the woman hung up the phone. That is deplorable customer service. It doesnt matter how busy a business is, new service and customers should be treated with the up most respect and courteous customer service.
