Today, my husband and I both received couples massages, and I have to say, it felt like a complete body and spiritual cleanse. My body no longer hurts, and the therapist seemed to know exactly where I needed help without me saying a word. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, we understood each other perfectly. It felt like she was truly sent from above.

I read the reviews, but I still went. I wish I didnt. My nails do not look like they were done by a professional. I wish there were options on the strip. However, the massage was great.

Spent 50$ on foot massage only! They tried massaging my legs , the foot massage was terrible, ended up making my feet hurt more! They do not know how to massage here at all!

This is the worst nail spa I’ve ever been to. No one spoke any English when we arrived and as soon as she arrived we were still being ignored. I had to get my feet redone twice because they didn’t have the proper implements and products and I asked how long they have been open and they said 20 years. I just don’t think for a business that’s been open for this long should have way better service.

Just walked out of this place after they completely butchered my hands cut every single finger that I still own luckily, I guess the male that works there doesnt understand what ouch means and will not let go when hes drilling. Just letting everybody knowAnd then when I told him I would not want to proceed any further. He still got me to pay money for nothing.Youre welcome. Please stay away.

So bad. Not worth the money. I paid 90 dollars per person. They made a cut on my friends finger. They painted it around the nail instead of on my nail. They didnt center the gems. My other friend got a simple design and she messed it up. She also painted them terribly and had to get them redone and it came out worse. Took 3 hours and turned out horrible. Customer service was terrible.

Spoke no English at all, charged $10 more after a pedicure for regular polish and left me with polish all over my feet. Not to mention the lady doing my pedicure didn’t even know how to remove the polish that was on my toes previously. Would not recommend at all

I would give zero stars if I could! I am incredibly disappointed in my nails I paid $65 dollars for this!! I was also there 4 hours because it took them that long to get them to look this good. My nails looked worse than this! Horrible customer service and worst nail salon I’ve ever been too!

These people will take your money from you with no intentions of satisfying you ! i have been getting my nails done for 7 years consistently and been to many different spas and this shocked me! stay away!!!! poorly trained nail techs, IT WAS PAINFUL THE ENTIRE TIME. $70 for a full set with gel ?? gel is $15 alone. and of course they charge for everything, she told me $10 ON TOP OF THE $70 , when i asked for her to push my cuticles back before applying the acrylic. it took 2 1/2 hours and by the time she was done there was dry glue and acrylic all over my skin and hunks of it under my nails. the paint job was chunky and chipped the same day. along with loosing 2 nails before 48 hours of leaving the place. it was a nightmare. the entire time i was thinking “wtf is she doing?!?!?” i felt bad i had to keep asking her to fix every little thing and she would somehow manage to make it look worse. i am not exaggerating, i seriously do not believe these people are licensed to do nails. nobody even came in within the 2 1/2 - 3 hours i was in there. i was in disbelief. oh and to make matters worse, as i was leaving this lady asked me for a tip after i paid full price and was extremely nice but still clearly not satisfied. unfortunately, i caved. and she still looked at me like i was nuts for handing her $5???? my bf eventually convinced me to go back 2 days later and show them my broken-chipped nails, and ask for fix or refund, they said “no refund” but they would fix so i said ok, and then after she took off the polish to repaint them i asked if i could pick a different color and she said “$10”?????!!? i just said i didn’t bring any money with me at that point and she just said ok. she finished, and then asked for a tip as i was leaving .. again ! i just walked out. if i could give less than 1 star i would . i definitely will not be back.

Worst massage ever! The male therapist didnt speak English. His hands were calloused and his nails were too long. It was a wooden bed with no cushioning other than two blankets. No face cradle cover. Just a folded up towel with my chin resting on wood. No music no ambience. NO BUENO! I ENDED THE MASSAGE AFTER 20 MINUTES. I HAD TO PHYSICALLY STAND UP AND WRAP THE towel AROUND ME AND CHASE HIM AND THE MANAGER OUT OF THE ROOM SO I COULD GET DRESSED!!!! Very very AWKWARD! I do have to add that I did not do my research and I did not read any reviews prior to booking the appointment. But after reading everything about the credit card refunds I looked at my bank account and realized they had overcharged me. I just called them and explained that I could contact the authorities, the better Business bureau and get on all the social medias if she didnt want to credit my credit card. She did the right thing and credited my credit card IN FULL!!!!! SHOCKING but she did the RIGHT THING in the end.

This place is a joke. By far the worst my nails have ever looked. The man couldnt speak English and put way way too much polish on my toes. Oh but the woman (trainer) she is a professional, bull. My paint on my nails started to chip an hour after I got them done. I am more passed.

Worst decision by far- this was close to our hotel but should have known they were terrible because no one was there. Should have looked at the reviews first. We went in for a full set gels and gel pedicure- they kept hitting my skin and had so much gel it was all over my skin and globs everywhere. I paid for pedicure but not the full set gel- do not waste your money!! She did ask how much tip and I said zero!!!

NEVER GO HERE! Worse Massage Ever!! They don’t deserve 1 star.When we walked in Selena Chin the manager/owner wanted us to pay upfront with cash. That was a red flag right there!! Anytime someone does that it means they don’t stand behind their service. The two gentlemen who gave us a massage did not convince us with their massage technique that they were trained and licensed. We felt worse leaving than we did at arrival. I’m absolutely disgusted!! The bed was uncomfortable. There was no adjustable head cradle, just a hole to put your face in and you’re hurting while laying there. No sheets only short towels are used. The two men couldn’t communicate with me. I would ask that a body part be worked such as rhomboid, sciatic, etc. and they had no idea what I was requesting. Any legit massage therapist would. This was a nightmare! I paid for Essential oils and hot stone. They dilute the oil this cheating you. I had to ask them to get the hot stones. They burned our backs. Do not waste your time, energy or money. I spoke with management. They do not want to do the right thing and refund me in full. Why didn’t we leave? We were in complete shock and couldn’t believe what was happening. Let’s work together so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

The nail techs in this salon made me and my husband feel so comfortable and welcomed! Dora did an amazing job on my pedicure and wax! She was so fun to talk to and was really nice! My husband doesn’t usually like pedicures because he has sensitive feet but the guy that did his pedicure was very accommodating and made him feel comfortable during the service. My husband got a 10min massage for $10 while he waited on my gel polish and wax services. The massage was definitely worth the $10 from what I could see! We plan on going back for the couples massage for $99 next time we visit! It was really an overall great experience! And right on the beach!! Thanks Aura Day Spa!

DO NOT COME HERE ! Even for a last resort they will overcharge you like crazy, They pedicures are garbage. I got a back massage and had bruises for days I couldn’t even sleep. I got gel on my toes the gel polish is off and three days. How ?? They are the worst

Ummm my experience was definitely weird. I shouldve listened to reviews cause I wasted money. What type of nail tech doesnt know how to do french tips so I settled for all white which chipped off an hour later I paid for a 90 minute massage that wasnt even 90 minutes more like 75 he kept leaving the room for long periods of time and would come back at one point he picked up my foot and started slapping it like what the door was left open and someone kept coming in the room I had to pay for services in cash upfront and no type of reimbursement granted so please consider other reviews too before coming here this was NOT relaxing at all

I am incredibly unhappy with my nails. I went in for gel full set and pedicure. The entire experience was over 3 hours and I am so sad about my nails. I showed the nail tech a pic of a basic tip paint and was assured she could do it. My acrylic is bumpy and uneven. I had to comment about a nail tip being put on crooked. She did not separate the acrylic from the sides of my fingers and now it is tight and uncomfortable. The paint job is horrific and this has ruined my vacation. This place is way overpriced and the quoted price continued to increase despite me telling them upon walk in everything I wanted and being quoted a price initially. To make matters worse she cut my finger open and drew blood. When I asked to go to the restroom, I was told to wait because she was still filing my nails. After $150 I will be running home to my regular nail tech to fix them which will be more $$$. Never again!

We are vacationing for the week and my daughter and I decided to get a manicure and pedicure while we are here. We found this little spa on the oceanfront and decided to give it a try. We both are very pleased with our manicure and pedicure! Dora did a wonderful job. She was professional, polite, and very pleasant to be around. I would highly recommend her! We will be coming back for another treatment the next time that we are at the beach! Thank you Dora!

Was rude, took 20 minutes for someone even great me, overpriced, and forced tip.

Waited 30 minutes to get an acrylic fill. Came out chunky and poorly painted. The whole experience took 2 hours.

Ive been here twice. The first time I had a wonderful experience getting a pedicure. The second time wasnt an awful experience but they were rushed with the pedicure and waxing I had done. I always get the gel polish because it lasts so long. This time its been a week and the polish is already chipping and they missed sections of leg hair. I always give businesses the benefit of the doubt and will definitely go back to try again incase it was an off day though.

The service was absolutely fabulous! I came down for the day with a friend for her birthday and brought my 10 month old. As my daughter was getting antsy the employees were so nice and accommodating to us and took her and they fed her, painted her nails, and played so we could relax. The salon was very clean and the people were so nice. We will definitely drive the hour again!

Couples massageMy sister and I are on a sisters vacation. We have been having a wonderful until we came here! We arrived at around 8ish and was asked to pay cash . However, my sister said no, so Saleena the owner said that we could pay with a credit card and sign after the massage. We agreed. Saleena said that she had to go home to her kids, so she left us with two experienced, non speaking, non experienced guys. The massage was horrible, we feel worse than when we arrived. No technique, very rough. My sister paid cash for the essential oil that was never used even after asking about it! We were supposed to get the hot stone massage which they did not receive until 15 minutes into the massage and we had to say something tbout that!s Moreover, the one who was giving me the so-called massage was hitting me in the head, started it with going straight to my gluten, and never even did the front of my legs. He stopped early and never asked how was it, nor where did I want him to focus on. Dont go here. When my sister called today, at first Saleena said that she would give us a full refund but that she had to call us back. When she called back she put someone name Olivia on the phone stating that she was the manager. Yeah right! So Olivia says she can give us back $35, we said no, we want a full refund. She tried to get us to come back to give us a free massage. We said no, we left the state. So Saleena gets back on the phone stating that she can only refund $35 and pretended to call the police. She said that they would call us as soon as they got there. Were still waiting on the call three hours later and counting! My sister is going to dispute the charge with her credit card company and no, she did NOT sign the receipt!

Never going back, me and my finance went for pedicures they charged too much for awful pedicures, my toes were not painted correctly, nail polish everywhere and on top of not getting good service the lady in the front demanded $10 tip each. If the service would have been good we would have given them more than 10 but the audacity.

So bad..DO NOT GO HERE EVER. My friend got her nails done and it was so bad she told them take them back off. While doing my nails the tech got so distracted she put 2 layers of acrilic on the same hand and when I said something she was like yea thats normal. Then with other tech was doing my daughters nails and I told her do not cut her nails just do overlay and she cut them anyway. The tried charging me for cutting them.the worst place I have ever been. If I could give a review with no stars I would.

This is the WORST place to receive service . I asked for a soak off and had to teach the lady how to soak off nails . Then they don’t even do a correct pedicure . They don’t understand “do not cut my nail too short “ and also they say a pedi is 40 but charge you 15 for gel take off or etc funds for just a regular pedi my best advice is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE . Terrible service . Btw I took my own nails off and I asked the lady does she even know what she’s doing and she saud she forgot how to take nails off . This place is H O R R I B L E !!!!

My wife and I got our first massage here yesterday. We did the couples massage. I wasnt sure if we would like it but I have to say It was amazing. Im not sure if Ive ever felt more relaxed. We vacation often at VA Beach. We will be going here every time we come back. Highly recommend

Worst pedicure I have ever received. Not sure you can even call it a pedicure, the water was just for show. No gloves used. No scrub or soap used. All she did was file my toes, polish them, light foot file for calluses, and lotion. The longest part of the whole pedicure was the polishing. Do not waste your time or money. This place needs to be reported to the bbb.

This place needs to be shut down I will be contacting Wavy 10 I was charged originally $80 for this never in my life have I ever been treated like this they wouldn’t even offer to fix my nails

It was terrible. Never going back! Total waist of money, we got a simple design and they couldnt even get it close to what u showed her. The gel nail polish wasnt even on my nail, and if it was on my nail it was put in my skin too. I also got a hole filed into my nail, I could see my skin. Not a pleasant time here. Dont waist your money.

Never again. Made an appointment for a couples massage at 7:30 pm. Arrived at 7:15 and was told we were early. We waited. Woman came in and asked for a pedicure and was told 45 minutes. Then a Mom and daughter came in and wanted a manicure. They were seated right away. There were only 2 people there and not speaking English well. The guy put them in theit seats and turned on the water . We are still waiting. Next thing you know the water is overflowing. We are still waiting. Guy sitting in a seat. We got tired of waiting do we walked out. They called 3 times After. Very poor service and very disappointed. Only giving 1 star cuz I have too.

We got a couples massage. It is not listed. It was horrible. She rubbed my back most of the time and on several occasions just had one hand on my back. No neck or shoulder work. I had to ask about doing my legs. She said dont worry you have a whole hour. I also had to tell her to massage harder because she was not working. She made a big deal out of that saying I wasnt going to like it harder.The pedicure was unsanitary in that they used the same utensils on both my feet and my wifes feet. The used one of the utensils to pull the stopper out of the drain. Then put it right back on the tray. The jets for our whirlpool were never turned on for us. Not worthy of even 1 star.

The people there are very friendly and accommodating. However, I can’t say that this was the best manicure that I’ve ever gotten. My acrylic nails were originally an almond shape, and they are now rather crooked, thick, and bumpy. They didn’t smooth them down at all. I had to file them down when I got home to make them look somewhat normal again. They’re just not very professionally done. Way too expensive for them to not look that great.

The only thing that lasted and was worth the money were my eyebrows. Dont waste ur money lashes fell off within minutes of walking and by morning completely off. Gel polish completely off by morning as well. Chipped polish on toes and extra glue piled on my foot in an attempt to glue a rhinestone...needless to say ended up walking out with unfinished feet and 5 hour uncessary horrible experience

Well I found a deal on groupon for couples massage. But they wouldnt honor it because we didnt make an appointment....so I had to pay full price, $140 . The massage was nice they got all our kinks out. But afterward the man said you going to leave tip for us !?!? That was not cool especially when I had bought my group for $88.10 then had to pay full price of $140.... And you want a tip? I tipped them and we left. Moral of the story....IF YOU GET A GROUPON DEAL HERE, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!!!

I am highly disappointed! I called 4:22pm on 10/11/2016 to make an appointment for a couples massage. The appointment was made for 10/12/2016 @ 11:00 am. My husband and I arrived early for our appointment as was told that we would have to wait until 1:00pm to receive our massages because there wasnt any one there to do them. I told them that we couldnt wait that long because we were traveling back to Maryland afterwards. Then they said that we had missed our appointment yesterday. I showed them my phone which clearly verified the time and date that I called to make the appointment. I called at 4:22 pm yesterday to schedule a 60 minute couples massage at 11:00 am this morning. How could i have missed my appointment? Long story short, it was an anniversary gift that I wanted to give my husband since he had never experienced a professional massage. I regret ever calling there. It ruined my day and ruined my anniversary gift!!!!

I went there last year for a couples massage and a pedi and it was fine. Came again this year and it was terrible. I asked for a French and it was horrible had to have her take it off and give me a solid color. If you cant do a specific style then just say soo!

The gentleman who worked on my feet was incredibly lacking in all areas of the customer service experience.He did not say a single word to me while he gave me my pedicure and would slap my foot whenever he wanted me to move it to and from the water.I noticed the same with other guests with different employees. Awkward silences, poor communication and service, overall unpleasant experience.

My boyfriend purchased a Groupon for a couples massage at this location and confirmed the appointment for 2:00pm with them over the phone. We arrive, and they immediately knew they were not going to be able to accommodate our appointment. They were saying things like “okay wait here for a little while,” then “wait here, undress and get in bed and we will be there in a little while.” They led us back to a room where we undressed and waited about 5 mins before the “manager” comes back into the room and says that we will be waiting an hour for our masseuses to arrive and that they will give us free hot rocks. Absolutely not, we have dogs at home we planned to come here at 2:00 and you’re not ready for us?? They tried saying that they would reschedule us but at this point they were not making sense and just wanted us to stay for an hour to wait for the masseuse to show up. We ended up dressing back up and leaving and we are getting our money back from Groupon. Overall awful, sketchy place and really irritating. If they knew they wouldn’t be able to help us at our appointment time they could have called and told us they could help us at 3, we would have been accommodating, but we drove 30mins, paid for parking, UNDRESSED completely before they told us they didn’t have anyone. Be warned.

My friend and I scheduled a massage last minute and were immediately taken back. The room was clean and comfortable. The music playing was soothing. The massage was thorough and damn good. Would highly recommend for tension and overall relaxation massage. I had the hot stone massage also and it was amazing.

We called to get a couples massage for my cuz bday and she said she didnt know if she could accommodate us but she would call me back to let me know she called back but I had difficulties hearing her. Less that 5 minutes later I received a text stating that we can be on our way there because they have someone to do the massage for us. We get there, the place is nice and clean. We are greeted upon walking in and we go over what was discussed over the phone. Then we are taken to our room. The massage was good but I was critiquing my person alot because I am a massage therapist myself and I felt like she rushed thru it. All in all it was a good experience. My cuzzin enjoyed her bday massage so thats all that matters to me 💯

My husband and I got a massage for Valentine’s Day. The tables were very hard and uncomfortable. The man who was giving my massage was very rough. My husband wasn’t satisfied either. My shoulders still hurt 2 days later. I don’t recommend getting service unless you like rough massages. We really wasted our money here!!

I received a Groupon for Christmas and called to schedule an appointment, the lady who answered the phone seemed in quite the hurry, telling me I can come any day, any time. I got there 20 minutes early, but they let me start right away. The lady who did my mani-pedi must have been the same one who answered my phone call because she talked quickly and quietly giving orders of where to be throughout the entire visit. The store was quite dirty and outdated. The employees were in sweatpants and flip-flops, dodging in and out of the back room to grab food. I have a bit of misophonia and cannot stand listening to people smacking on their food. They had some sort of thriller on their big screen TV. I watched one woman employee wipe her nose with a tissue, then use it to wipe down the sink counter where we wash our hands for the manicures (same one smacking away on her food). Needless to say, I wouldnt go there expecting a relaxing spa feeling. I got the shellac manicure and pedicure with paraffin wax treatment. It was rushed and she moved from one to the next quickly, with her starting my manicure while the wax was drying on my feet. My manicure on one hand ended up being diagonal, even after pointing it out and her trying to fix the tips. When the pedicure was finished, she moved me to the manicure station where my feet laid on several cords under the desk. For mani-pedi, it took 40 minutes. I paid the $2 taxes and asked her to make it $15, she took that as $2+$15, but whatever. Its been 4 days and my shellac is still chip-free, even after washing dishes and painting furniture this weekend. I will not return.

Literally on the door and on the website it says walk ins welcome…yet my daughter walked in and they told her they wouldn’t take her unless she made an appointment. Of course my daughter is a teenager and argued with them because it says ON THE DOOR walk ins are welcome. Then as she’s arguing with them about the sign on the door they called her a “stupid American”. So yeah I would suggest if you really want to go there, make an appointment first and I guess try not to be American?

I see a lot of negative reviews but I had a great experience! The massage was well worth the cost! The only down side I had was no one was on site and had to make an appointment. But Im sure thats due to the time of year. I would have given five stars but the lady was running late and I had to wait.

Today is the second time I came to this place, the guy who massage me it’s just wonderful, he hit the right spots and make me feel so comfortable and relax. Definitely I recommend this place. The guy doesn’t understand the language but he tried to use his google translator for understand whatever I needed. Thanks!

Had a couples massage with my husband and was very pleased with our experience. Very quiet and relaxing and they two girls that worked on us really seemed to know what they were doing. Feeling great!

I got first time special on a full body massage and foot massage which was very reasonable. The body massage was very nice and very different from what I’m used to. She used lots of pressue which was ok; I felt great when I left there; (I told my husband that was the best massage I’ve ever had) However, I am extremely sore on back and between the shoulders still now two days later (which some soreness is expected) They do not speak English very well at all, but that was ok. It was a nice experience overall 🤗

I am here on vacation from Massachusetts, All the walking took a toll on my feet.I received a foot massage from Dora. Dora was personable and a real pleasure to work with. Well worth the money spent. I highly recommend this spa and Dora.

Very friendly... But I was not happy how at the end, they put me on the spot about a tip. I felt that $5 was enough but the woman told me that the minimum tip was $10. Ridiculous. Now the next day, the top of my back, neck, and shoulders are very sore. I told him several times that he was pushing down too hard. I will not go back.

Make an appointment. Was taken right away. They had me wash my hands. I have a pedicure that was ok. For my hands I had dip with a tip. Theh lasted 3 weeks. I can not complain. I would recommend

I was a little sketchy based on reviews. However, I would go back in a heart beat. Diana gave myself and my significant other a full body massage, best massage ever! I definitely recommend going on Grupon and paying the small fee for an hour massage.

Actually I would like to give this place a negative rating! There were bootleg movies with Chinese subtitles playing on the TV when I walked in. The service that I received at this establishment was the worst I have ever experienced! I bought a Groupon from this place and although it was a discounted price I actually didnt receive what I paid for! Less than a week later and my shellac nail polish is already chipping. I do not know how this so-called business stays open. Save your money and time and DO NOT go here! Consider yourself warned!

We really enjoyed our couples massage, they were polite and very professional. They knew exactly which spots to give more attention to. Over all it was an amazing experience and we definitely will be returning!

I was extremely uncomfortable as soon as I walked in. Im not experienced with going for massages but ive gone to Massage Envy once. This is NOTHING like that. We booked a couples massage from groupon for a vacation we took. The facility/building wasnt professional grade stuff. It looked like it was just something from someones home which made me nervous about how hygienic it was. The women who preformed the massage were rough as all get out and kept trying to upsell other treatments which i know sometimes business is business but thats unprofessional to do during a customers already paid for relaxion. My back and shoulders felt like I got beaten up the next morning. I didnt want to say this but basically its one of those backroom massage parlors where things get sketch and seedy but you know, whatever. Also they kept trying to get more tips which is what a lot of reviews are saying and its 100% true. We tipped 10 each and they wanted more and asked for more! I didnt tip well because i didnt enjoy my service. Bottom line. It was cheap with the groupon but I would honestly pay not to ever go there again.

Went for the couples massage Groupon deal. Scheduling was easy. They called me about 30 mins prior to make sure I remembered. My wife and I both enjoyed the massage. They did upsell me with hot stones without disclosing the price which is why I knocked it down a star. Even after the upsell and tip I thought it was a good price for the service I received.

This place was not good at all! They go to deep even after telling them it was and I woke up sore.... He didnt even do my feet!!!! I sware he was passing gas while massaging me because I kept smelling it unless it was his body odor which is still not good. Last but not least he tried to make me pay a $10 tip per Masseuse(couples massage).... would not recommend

Weirdest massage experience ever. Everything about it. Not what I expected. The guy kept leaving the room, they put hot stones on us, then said it was more money, the guys hands smelled like hed been eating Chinese food with them all his life. Waste of money. If it would have been a decent massage I could have gotten past the sketchiness of everything else and maybe even the smell of his hands.

Horrible!! Just don’t go. Left mid way through a fill because all my fingers were burning and some of my skin was open from it. Didn’t get all the color off before starting with fill.... had to have another place fix the disaster. I’ve been getting my nails done for years, every two-three weeks and this was the worst most unbelievable experience with it ever.

It’s terrible that these people at this place would charge for a service they cannot do properly. They seriously need to be checked out by the board if there even is one. Pretty sure the women doing my nails had never done a pedicure before. Save ur time and money go somewhere else.

Not the best place I been, the chairs were broken so no pedicure, and charged $35 for it anyways. Massage was nice except when I left what felt to be more than enough of a good tips and as I walked out the ladies sighed basically making it seem as though my tip wasnt enough.

My friend and I got the couples massage off groupon and it was the best massage Ive ever gotten. Cant wait to go back, just make sure when you buy the groupon to call ahead of time and make your appointment!

This place needs shut down!Please save your money, this place is a scam!The lady that did our manicures could barely do nails, she cut my thumb and I was bleeding.The front desk person can’t even speak English, it’s very low quality they’re just trying to take your money.

This was ridiculously awful. I have had many massages and this was so unprofessional amd rushed. Had appointment at 7 pm. Place locked and lady showed up at 715pm as I was leaving. Massage only 40 minutes. I do not recommend!

Dont waste your money or time. Deep tissue massage means nothing and matter how many times I said deeper they had no idea what that meant. It got to the point where they switched people in the middle. Such a waste.

These are the worst nails I’ve ever had. Overpriced & low quality. They absolutely tore up my cuticles & when i complained they continued to put alcohol on them. I’m very disappointed.... I’ll be getting my nails redone within the week. Do not go here.

Horrible place to get a massage. My husband and I got couples massage with hot stones. We feel more stiff and sore than when we went in. Not relaxing at all .. And we both have 5 in long bruises on our backs. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

Got a couples massage today, very relaxing. Definitely going back. Wish they had everything they needed at hand, they had to leave a few times to get items such as hot rocks and hot towel.

Worst service ever. Ill never go back. They didnt know what they were doing. I had to get them to remove my nails before they were even done. Hopefully their pedicures and massages are better than their nails.

Absolutely Not!!!!!!!! Too much to say. Deal breaker was electrical appliance that technician insisted on using over the basin of water that my feet were in. This is a safety hazard. I fled the scene. I never post reviews but I am concerned for others safety. Absolutely Not!!!!!!!

This past weekend, I was visiting Virginia Beach with my husband, when we decided to get me a pedi, mani . And my husband a pedi , they had a poor service. When they clean up ours nail , they were rushing to finish . As if there were many customers in line after! When there was only my husband and l. Than for the gel that was used , is chipping off from a week from today that, I visited the salon.

I have NEVER been hustled for tips before, except for this place! My friend and I received a mediocre massage. Afterward we tipped what is typical and the guy legit hustled me for a higher tip! So unprofessional.

My girl was awesome. Dont remember her name but her accent sounded eastern European. $80 for regular spa pedi and take off and gell mani.

I would not recommend. She tried to accuse me for her mess up. The nail is bubbly. And the shape is horrible. I will never again. She can not even paint right. Very upset

I went there for a couple massage and they even had our schedule in their agenda. Also the massage itself was awful, 0 technique!Without mention absurd tips for a non quality service.

We had a Groupon and we will be coming here regularly from now on. They were amazing and so professional. It was amazing. We feel rejuvenated. Cannot wait to be back!!

My toes look great and I love that they have a tv channel form China on, it’s a food channel and it wonderful, and I love listening to everyone speak their language, my guy was so gentle with my feet, that had been neglected all summer!!! I’m very pleased!!

Got a wonderful couples massage here! Staff was very friendly and polite. The room was private, quiet, and relaxing.

Do not go!!!!! I never actually got a service there! I went in for a scheduled massage, waited 45 minutes in the room and then left!!!! Also their massage bedding looks like it was stolen from a five year old!

The service was horrible. My daughters back is bruised. They lady kept trying to charge me more than she was suppose to. I came out 5 employees were standing there begging for tips. Horrible experience!

Very friendly, nice place just seamed very concerned about adding/upselling services. Then at the end l was bombarded by the whole staff for tips & felt like no matter what l gave they wouldnt think it was enough. Explore other options if possible.
