Mr.s Victoria did my braids and she was so polite and kind as well gave me exactly what I wanted! And wasn’t rough or tight at all.

As many times I have drove by im so mad that this was my first experience here. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by multiple people, was offered a beverage and a seat. The atmosphere was warm and everyone was so nice and friendly. So friendly that I came back the next day after getting a pedicure to see Tot again and get my nails cut down and soaked off for a manicure. I will be back again. The services Tot and the establishment provided was top tier. My manicure was done so good that my friends who do nails thought I had an overlay on my nails.

Love this place! The owners Hotep & Ma’at are the best in the business! You can get a cut, nails done, massage, etc all at the same time! I’ve been seeing this blessed and wonderful couple for 20 plus years! Beautiful environment for all!

Absolutely loved the atmosphere and customer service. My boyfriend and I came all the way from south carolina and it was definitely worth the drive. Everyone was super nice, I had me some complimentary wine while I watched my man’s get a haircut, and LOVED the results!!! 10/10 would recommend. A big thing that stood out to me was the hospitality and the patience that was included in the service, to guarantee our satisfaction. WORST mani/pedi I’ve ever gotten! Friendly service and clean space, but TERRIBLE QUALITY and VERY OVERPRICED!! My friend and I went to this salon yesterday to get pedicures and I got a gel manicure. We both had to get a toe nail repair which the nail tech, Angie, seemed excited about. She did not ask my friend what kind of nail repair she wanted, and ended up doing a “gel” fake nail, which peeled off in less than 12 hours. There were 3-4 other techs at the salon, but Angie was the only one working on our toes - she was very friendly, but seemed uninterested in giving us a pedicure. She didn’t massage our feet, or even cut our cuticles - (THE BEST PARTS OF A PEDICURE) I literally had to ask her to file my toe nails because she wasn’t going to…I could’ve just painted my toes! On top of all of this, she never switched her gloves before switching from me to my friend. My friend left before getting a manicure, but I stayed for a manicure and the SAME THING HAPPENED! She didn’t cut my cuticles at all and she barely filed my nails. It seems like the techs are waaaay more interested in doing hair and fancy designs on acrylics.24 hours later and our polish is STILL WET, both mine and my friends toe nail polishes are rubbing off completely lol I spent $80 to have to go somewhere else to get it redone. Don’t waste your money!

Went here Friday with my friend. The ladies were nice ! Everyone was friendly but the quality of gel polish may not be great .. my gel popped off one by one and it hasn’t even been a week . Gel should last 3 weeks . Today is day 3 . I only have a couple nails with gel on them . I spent $95 here I would expect it to be quality nail products and the gel to be cured properly .

Taylor is an absolute DELIGHT! She’s very pleasant to deal with! She takes a little longer than any other nail tech I’ve been to, but she is very thorough. She explained all the services they offered and was very personable. I love the location of this salon as it is very close to my house! The owner is a vet, and her and her husband own the salon and the barber shop next door . Giving it a real personal feel! They offer a military discount as well as complimentary drinks! The prices are amazing, the people are amazing.

I have yet to get A Pedicure or a manicure but I tell you what I got the best haircut ever in life by Hotep.... my Brotha Have me a haircut Only Rivaled by my Father.... with the added Hot 🔥 Towel and he Greased my scalp when the haircut was done and the edge up was straight Sharp as Ginsu.... only place Im getting haircut from now on if not Pops.... same thing I told him.... #1 Barber check him out.

I absolutely love this salon! Everyone is very polite, courteous and attentive to all of your beauty needs. The main reason for my visit was to get my lashes done, but I ended up receiving a full set, pedicure and massage. Before I knew it I was asleep! Its such an relaxing experience and everyone should treat themselves to the full spa package. Its amazing! Not to mention you get complementary beverages with your service. Really made my day! Theyre amazing!

This new beauty bar was designed beautifully! They really did a good job making it feel like a spa. They even offer wine or beer. My inital service was a manicure, which came out great! The tech did a great job and took her time. I went back again to get a pedicure with my husband and it went okay. I definitely believe the cost was super inflated. The prices are pretty much double the standard salon and that alone makes it difficult to justify making it an every 2 weeks type of spot. My husband and I received the standard pedicures (no hot towel, oils, massage or anything) 1 Mimosa and a glass of sparkling wine and we ended up spending $90 not including tip. It felt excessive for the what we actually received. I was hoping to make this my normal spot, but I just cant justify spending that much for the same services offered at every other shop for literally half of the price. Pretty decor was just not enough. Angie was great though, she was personable and polite the whole time. If you want to bring someone call ahead to make sure they have a couple of Techs too🤦🏾‍♀️ there was only one. Other than that there is definitely room for growth with this business, but has a ton of potential.

Went there today for the first time. Had an appointment at 10:30. Had to wait for 15 mins before tech arrived. I started with one tech and the had to move to another. Neither one of them seemed to know what they were doing. I was getting the dip powered. I had to stop the tech after one nail. It was awful. She was very nice but it was apparent she had no idea what she was doing. They charged $20 just to take the dip off. I really hate writing bad reviews but I am not even sure these tech have the required certification. NEVER go there. I really would give the zero stars.

They were super nice and professional. However my nails are so thick they are weighing down my hands. I had to file the nails myself when I got home. And now Im going to have them redone and these are supposed to be my birthday nails. I should have spoken up when I realized how thick they were in the car.

Okay so first things first my friend and I decided to check out a new place for a change so we agreed upon A Nu touch. So i also decided to bring my mother and make it a girls day as we entered we checked out the decor which is amazing and all however I only saw 1 nail tech available. So I was confused a little she walked over and greeted us and was very warm by the way. I proceeded to ask is there anyone else available at the moment mind you the “business” opened @9 am I arrived at 10 am as a walk in and there was literally one tech available.. so I asked when does the next one come in and I was told 11?! So basically my mother and friend would have to wait until then... I’m a nail tech and licensed cosmetologist myself so I did understand as to why you would open a place of business at 9’am nt your employees come in a hour or two later so I became irritated a little. So then another tech walked in at 11 and had an appointment literally as she walked in!!the next tech came in at 12 did nt speak at all to any of us walked out went to 711 grabbed food came back in and at this time I’m just now gettin my nails finished bt my mom and friend are still waiting and then another customer walks in was immediately greeted and taken from the tech that came in at noon... I am so frustrated now because I try to support my own ppl bt this is sadly why a lot of black owned businesses flop due to a lack of organization and professionalism and customer service!! I will only return to lichele whom was very professionally and customer service was amazing if I was nt for her I would nt come back at all.

Very clean , amazing place , the esthetician is amazing , my skin looks way better than before , the lash technician is the best , the nail technicians are so professional, it’s a real spa , I highly recommend.

Used an electrical grinder on my real nail to “save time” cutting my cuticle and leaving dents in my nails. Complained about not wanting to do nails while working in a nail salon and working on my nails. Sloppy application of gel polish to boot.
