Absolutely fantastic service at this pitbull. Everyone I have delt with has been extremely friendly and beyond helpful.Just left there today after I bought a glass bowl (which is amazing) and had to leave a review. Iv gone to that store several times and each time left happy and interested in returning for something else. Great service, great product, and great people!Prices are also way better then some other well known shops.

All the employees at this location are friendly and knowledgeable! I have worked with one in particular the last few visits and she is phenomenal! Her name is Emma and it is such a great visit when I get the chance to work with her. She defiantly knows her products front and back and you can’t ask her to many questions!

So Kolt and Fitz were the most informative and truly were amazing with the knowledge and know all of their (some) local products!!! Kolt is current on all the benefits and I’m just like “WoW” of his expertise!!! Fitz’s appreciation for the art work that is offered in there only makes yourself appreciate the work that goes into the pieces💗 Again Kolt, we learned even more on a subject that I was familiar with and thank you!!! Not Impressed !!! Cartridge didn’t fit the vape pen the guy sold me I realized when I was 30 mins away .. Turned around, he offered me to switch out the bottom charger piece. Of course it didn’t come with a charger I went back again 🤬 I asked him about the charger as he nostalgically smoked on his vape pen, he said it didn’t come with a charger but they sell them there🙄 uh No .. you would think he woulda mentioned that to me when I purchased it … these people don’t know anything about what they are selling !! Wouldn’t go to them or any other Pitbull Shop if my life depended on it - Negative 1 ⭐️

I have known the owner since before. She owned pitbull very close with her and her family yet have never been in one of her stores. I live at Strawbridge and decided to go in and just see their products and I was met by a man named Jay And I can’t Tell you how friendly and knowledgeable and at ease he put me I would recommend the store for people who know nothing about the products all the way up to the most experience shopper shout out to Jay Good job. I will definitely be back.

I had been coming to pitbull since they only had the one location off rosemont, I go there about twice a week, and have been coming to this particular location since it opened but I am now going to take my money elsewhere. Today I went in to get a disposable vape and they didn’t have any lost Mary’s or elf bars except one flavor and the clerk told me that Escobar would be a comparable experience so I bought one “sun kissed” Escobar. Opened it and tried it in the store and it had some flavor and walked out, went to the 711 across the street to grab a drink and hit it again and it was completely burnt like I had been hitting it for days. Not even five minutes had passed so I went back to the store and explained that it had some flavor before I left and immediately tasted burnt right after. I asked if I could just pay the difference for the elf bar and the gentleman walked away to who I assume is the manager and explained it to her. I was told since it was a disposable product even though I had literally just bought it they couldn’t offer any replacement and I had to pay the full price for another vape. I come here often enough to have racked up 50 dollars off glass but I guess I won’t be using it now. All over an 18 dollar disposable vape that was burnt out of the box. I really did love this shop but if this is how customers who have been coming here for literal years are treated I’ll go to island dyes or papa joes.

We went here to find a specific brand of vape. They dont have it in store but one of the crew there went out of his way to assist us and inform us where to find it. Great customer service. Its rare to find this kind of service here.

Best place for alllllll your needs jn the area! They are open until 9 P.M, so they are open later than almost every other place in the city as well. Best part, they have a loyalty program. So you get points every time you shop. Every 100 points you get $10 off! Highly recommend, if your in need for any wraps, vape juice, batteries, etc 🍬 💨

I came here for the first time and received great customer service from Caroline. The store is nicely organized, clean, and has a good variety. Definitely recommend!

I went in looking for something specific but it was very outdated and they were so helpful in finding me a proper replacement. The employee was very knowledgeable on all of their products. I couldnt be happier with the product replacement I chose with his guidance. Also everyone greeted me when I arrived and left. Definitely going back! Thanks yall!

I usually love the people that work there, especially because I come in way too much. Im not sure if he was new but one person I havent met yet was kinda rude and kept breathing down our necks. I always buy something and always have my id ready before they even ask so Im not sure why he thought I couldve been a suspicious person. Precautionary is smart in this type of business but sometimes it feels very unwelcoming.

This place & the employees knowledge on all their products amazed me! Ben was beyond helpful in picking out the perfect vaporizer! He gave me the low-down on the top 5 and explained it all to me! To top it off, he even set up my vaporizer so I was vaping as soon as I left! GREAT customer service, extremely knowledgeable & took the time to really help me out!

Great shop, Great service and overall a good experience. I got helped by Ben And he was patient with me and suggested exactly what I wanted just by what I was trying to describe to him. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase that I made from this store and the prices were also very reasonable.

Went to the vape shop down the road, and was horribly disappointed with the selection and customer service. I manage a vape shop in Pittsburgh, so that kind of stuff means the world to me, especially when i travel to unfamiliar shops. When my friend and i popped in the Pitbull Tobacco shop, i was overcome with relief when we were treated more like guests than *customers*. The two employees (1 female, 1 male) were absolutely fantastic with greeting us, making us feel welcome, making sure my product worked before we left the store, and informing me about my products lifetime manufacturers warranty! Hopefully those two specific employees see this, somehow, because their friendliness & guidance was beyond appreciated! :)

Multiple times I’ve experienced terrible costumer service at two separate locations. If you don’t walk in matching their aura of superiority, they act like you’re a criminal for looking at the merchandise. They turned me away (after they closed early) very rudely. I recommend against this shop; they don’t seem to respect their costumers or their jobs.

The staff at this store is so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been having withdrawals and anxiety attacks due to a wait on my medical prescription and was looking to CBD alternatives to help me manage my pain. The young lady there walked us through the products and really pointed us in the right direction with information such as dose amounts, how to use it, and helped me pick a flavor. I’ll be a customer for life!

Received response to this post that had nothing to do with issue.. once again No clue what is happening at this location. The issue was with customer service and customer membership account. Even your response is the worst service. You assumed what the issue was. I wont recommend to anyone, if anything I will tell them to avoid this specific shop.Absolutely the worst service. Rude employees, zero common sense. Specifically the strawbridge location. Luckily three other vape shops within a mile to choose from. Customer service is not a value at this shop.

Im so glad pitbull took over the old place that used to be there, theyre so much better at helping customers, they actually have a good selection of product, and they follow through with their promises for special orders. I needed a new tank and Im very picky, but they helped me find a very comparable tank that I really enjoy. They even ordered new glass for my old tank that broke thats three years old. I think everyones happy they moved in.

Spoke with an employee today who said he doesn’t get paid enough to clean up graffiti outside the store. Um, neighbors have cleaned graffiti and trash outside your other store for free..A better response would have been, “Thanks, we really appreciate you doing that.”

The staff is always very helpful and I love that they have cbd products close to home. I love the gummy bears, they help me sleep at night as I suffer from insomnia. You definitely want to give them a try.

Terrible customer service. Skipped me in line to help several other people, then thought my ID was fake. They said it was policy, even thought they have never done that before. And the woman who told me it was policy never checked my ID before that. Very rude & disrespectful. Save yourself a trip & hit up ANY other location in Hampton roads.

This is a great place for a variety of smoking, vaping and CBD needs. Staff are very helpful Ive been going to the General booth location for about a year nowThey have a new guy who makes the place no so enjoyable as it use to be, if he could crack a smile Id probably fall over. Other than the grumpy guy its a cool place

Absolutely terrible customer service. Never going back 1/10 flat out. Bad vibes and they closed early on me and didn’t let me in 2 mins before closing.

Bought a 50 dollar torch that didnt work. 2 minutes after purchase i call and n they wont exchange for one that works. Test all lighters, torches, and electronics before you leave. Thats for damn sure. Coulda got the same torch online, probably woulda worked, and for 27 dollars less.

Me & my friends went there to grab a couple stuff for our hookahs the workers asked for our ID’s we presented the ID’s to them. My friend is a scarfie as soon as they seen the ID they said to get out and they could not sell to us. They are racist. Horrible service never going there again.
