I come to this spa once to twice a month and they always deliver top quality service. I do intense exercise 7 days a week and live a very fit and active lifestyle, so I need regular massages as part of my recovery to support muscle and joint mobility. This is the best massage spa I’ve been to. They let you customize your massage by choosing what areas you want the massage to focus on and they also let you choose how much time you’d like to focus on particular areas. The masseuse are also very talented, they take their time and they always stretch my muscles as well. The owner also gives you incentives for being a valued and repeat customer through rewards cards. I would recommend this spa to anyone!

Ive been going to Olympic Spa for a couple of years now. The spa is extremely clean and has a very relaxing ambiance. Ive had a different masseuse each time and every person has been great. They also include hot stones for free. Ive been getting massages for many years and this is a great place to go when you need a massage the same day. The front desk is also nice and professional when scheduling appointments. I will keep coming back here! Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been going to Olympic spa for almost a year now & every time that I have, it has been excellent! I usually go to Eva but she was not available so I went with someone new, Jessica! They are both wonderful & have great techniques. Very thorough with the massage. I don’t go to any other spa aside from here & would recommend if you are considering. They ask you if the pressure is ok during the massage & if you have any focus areas, they do a great job digging in. I don’t see why you wouldn’t go here! Very polite staff. This was my second time going to Olympic Spa and they never fail go give my body the massage it deserves. The warm blankets, the hot rocks, and the adequate pressure on my muscles are all my favorite parts. Moreover, the front desk is very warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend! I Love Olympic spa. I come here often for massage. A few weeks ago i called because i had a pinched nerve in my neck and a stiff neck. The lady on the phone recommended Lucy. Lucy was great always asking me if the pressure is ok and how i was doing. My pain relief was immediate after my massage with Lucy. The nerve has calmed down and I’m actually coming back next week for another massage with her. Thank you again Lucy.

I am visiting some friends from OOT for Memorial Day weekend, and this was my first massage ever. I recently had shoulder surgery and have a lot of tight trapezius muscles on the side that was operated on as I am recovering. My guy today was very thorough, and I feel so much more relaxed after my session. Initially I was apprehensive about having a male masseuse, but his touch was very appropriate and made me feel very safe/comfortable. Also, the hot stones were complimentary today & my favorite part of the 75 min. Will definitely come back when I’m back in town!

Olympic SPA in Walnut Creek is great. Ive been a customer to multiple locations and compare the environment all the time, so this one by far is the most happy and satisfied experience. They offer free parking in the back door, rooms are clean and luxury feel. I definitely will be back and bring my family members next time, maybe on Fathers Day!

Title: Mixed Experience at the New LocationI recently visited this establishment at their new location, and my experience was a mixed one.My partner and I had opted for couple massages, and they did try to follow our instructions ( but they mixed up the person). However, things took an uncomfortable turn during my session. The masseuse ended up applying excessive pressure while walking on my back and hands. Unfortunately, I experienced pain with hands turning purple (noticed the color at checkout- the didn’t have ice to anything to help), but what disappointed me more was the lack of an apology or acknowledgment of their mistake. Instead, the masseuse seemed to brush off my discomfort with a smile and laughter, pretending not to understand my concerns or knowing English .The hand massage, although marred by sharp nails, was tolerable, but the overall experience left me with mixed feelings. I hope they pay more attention to the quality of service and take responsibility for any mishaps in the future.

Olympic Spa moved to a new location. They have many masseurs with great skills. Their staff is friendly and they try to make you satisfied. You can choose Male or Female therapist. Rooms are comfortable with pleasant music and clean sheets. They can get busy so I recommend making an appointment over the phone. More expensive but still one of the best spas in Walnut Creek!

At Olympic Spa, I enjoy very much the way I was treated here. This is the second time I come back to this massage place, the front desk lady is very impressed. Besides her nice meet and greet, she sincerely welcoming of my arrival, her references of services also helps me to focus on what I need particularly. The masseuse was able to do me a full body relaxations, and enjoying the massage while I was fall-in-sleep. I also very much enjoy the environment here, it seems to me very comfortable.

I am super pleased with my weekly experience here at Olympic Spa and always recommend it to my friends and family. Jason does a wonderful job at relaxing the patient and also working really hard to create the perfect pressure to get out any knots and create better blood flow and circulation.I love this place and have already been consistent for the past 5 months as it is my highlight of every week.Truly a wonderful, calming atmosphere. I just moved to Pittsburg and found this fantastic spa after shopping around here.I totally love getting massage and just wish closer to my home so I can come more often.got problems With my lower back, hop and right leg. So I asked for a male therapist to do a deep tissue message.He Was very professional and very good with thepressure. I got a free hot stone message which was wonderful at the end of the back message. I did 1 hour with him and it was worth every penny.I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and regularly comes here.Two thumps up! !!

We got a couples massage and Amy and Coco and they were very tuned into the body. They were both very attentive and after weeks of packing and moving a 3 bedroom apartment, this massage with hot stone helped us both breathe and our feet did not feel on fire. Great prices, very extensive range of hours to accommodate all work hours. Friendly and clean new place!

Amazing experience! The customer service was great and took me in right away. My masseuse, Mike was great! I highly recommend Mike because he has great technique and continuously checked in me about the amount of pressure he used during the massage. I personally like hard or deep tissue massages and mike did a great job. Mike is professional, provides great technique, friendly, created a space for me to truly relax and enjoy the experience. I used to get massages at my chiropractor office with the masseuses there and Mike has been the best masseuse Iv personally have had.

Olympic Spa is a great little spot to get a relaxing massage in Walnut Creek. I really enjoyed the quiet, calming scents and ambiance. I am normally a very ticklish person, so I can be a little hesitant to go get a massage. Jerry had just the right amount of pressure to really get a good deep tissue massage and it still be comfortable. He always made sure to ask if the pressure was too much. This was my first visit here, but I will definitely be back. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, plus they have great hours if you randomly want to pop in for a late night massage! It was so relaxing that I completely forgot to take pictures. I will update my post later with pictures. I recommend giving them a try the next time youre in Walnut Creek, CA.

Jack is wonderful. I came in with neck muscle spasma and shoulder issues and he technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. I have been twice and plan to continue going back. Very clean establishment and great service. I would recommend anyone to give it a try.

My husband and I went here for a couples massage. Connie at the front desk was so friendly and very personable. She treated us like we she had known us for years. Emily performed my massage and she did an excellent job! Instant relief and no soreness the next day. The pressure was perfect. I have lower back and hip pain. I was surprised for about 3 days after I had no hip pain. I will definitely continue to request Emily and highly recommend her. Nancy is the one who performed my husbands massage. He said she did a great job and he will request her next time as well.

Olympic Spa was amazing!!! Definitely check it out if you’re in need of some body healing and restoration. I went for a 90 minute hot stone couples massage. Best massages we’ve ever had. We filled out a questionnaire for our massage preferences and our masseuses hit it out of the park. We left feeling much better after our knots were worked out. Our masseuses even used the stones to rub out the knots—chef’s kiss. The massage room’s ambience was sublime. Afterwards, our masseuses had water ready and waiting for us. Parking is free and staff is wonderful. Already looking forward to my next visit.

I am giving away my best kept secret. I can not say enough good things about Olympic Spa. It is clean, friendly and very easy to get an appointment. (Even same day!) I have never had a bad massage here. This past time I had Tom and my daughter had May, both excellent. They listen to your preferences and even throw in a hot stone massage for free. I went for my massage with Jason a few weeks ago and he did a phenomenal job. He used just the right amount of pressure and technique. The facility is also really nice with easy parking. Check in and out was easy and the receptionist was very friendly. Again, huge should our to Jason. My back felt much better right away and I will be back soon for another massage soon.

Really love this place! Its clean and super comfortable. As soon as I lie down on the massage beds, I am relaxed. Every massage I have gotten from here has been incredible. Seriously, I have been to 5-star places around the world and the quality of the masseuses here is top-notch. My favourite is Jason, cant recommends him enough! I had the best massage in a long time! My sisters got me a gift certificate so I figured Id treat the husband also, so we got a couples massage!Its super clean and calm inside. Oh my heavens, the massage beds are heated!We filled out a form before the massage, asking which area I would prefer more work on. I didnt have any specifics, just that the pressure was medium. Tom was my masseuse, he was AMAZING!!I never had to ask him to massage lighter or more pressure, it was perfect! We even got the hot stones for free! All my knots just melted! Peter has magic hands. So I went in for a 1.5-hour massage. My shoulders, neck, and lower back were aching. I needed some relief, and relief is what I got. The pressure was perfect, and I felt like a new woman. The knots in my shoulders were greatly diminished, and my lower back felt much better. Highly recommend. I have been going here on and off over the years and never had a bad massage by any of the therapists.

I have been coming to Olympic spa for many years and it has always been a great experience. It’s no problem getting an appointment, the prices are fair, the place is clean and comfortable (heated tables are a nice plus), it’s feels very Covid safe (everyone wears a mask), and the massages are great. I have probably had a massage from most of the masseuses at this point and had Lisa the last few times who is great!

It was my first time at Olympic Spa and I went with my best friend for a couples massage. The moment we walked in the staff was so friendly. We had to fill out a form before our massage to list our focus areas and how many minutes we wanted for each area. I really appreciated this, because I had a previous back injury and wanted more focus in that area and trapezius area. My masseuse took her time to find all of my problem areas to relieve all my tension and stress. She really worked out all my problem areas through a deep tissue massage. Which was amazing! My massage even came with free hot stones! The couple massage room was so peaceful, quiet, and clean. My friend also enjoyed her massage! We both felt so much relief afterwards and I didn’t feel any pain from my back injury after this much needed massage. After our massage the staff brought us waters and were so friendly beginning to end! They even had my favorite mints for their guests in the waiting room. I would 10/10 recommend this place! 100% coming back here!

I just had an amazing massage at Olympic Spa. The receptionist was extremely nice. There was a form to help me identify what I wanted. I did a Swedish massage with hot stones. I had tight muscles and a sore back from a fall. I’d been to a chiropractor who said massages worked well with his work. Tom the masseuse just did an amazing job for an hour and I completely relaxed. He was very talented and intuitive. My back is much much better. I will definitely be back and probably buy the 90 minute option. I think the prices are very reasonable for the quality. Treat yourself. Life is short and we are all stressed.

Definitely recommend this spot! Really clean and calming day spa. Very prompt service and professional staff members. I had Nancy and my husband had Tom for our couples 90min massage. They were both wonderful! Its also nice that they let you list specific areas to focus on for specific amount of time. It was our first time here and they let us do hot stone addition for free.

I had a long week and thought to myself- I deserve a massage! I wanted to get one the next day after work. After checking reviews on yelp and looking up prices, I thought I would try Olympic Spa. To my delight, they had many available time slots for my desired window of time- hard to find on other spa websites. Based on the prices, I figured it wouldnt be a full on resort-like experience but I was hoping for a good massage. It was by far one of the best massages Ive ever had! Really focused on the areas I needed and was very professional. Felt sooooo good. Just what I needed.The location is definitely random- but the inside is very clean and the in-room ambiance is very calming and as nice as any other spa Ive been to. The backdoor entrance is a little odd, but this is mainly due to the location and parking lot- the front entrance isnt super visible, so I understand why they have signage for entering through the back.I highly recommend- for the price and level of massage- you cant beat it. I will absolutely be back. This $60 massage will more than likely match or beat your $140 one wherever else youre thinking of going.

I have been having all over body aches and knots in my back from working out aggressively. I really needed a massage and decided to try out Olympic Spa. They gave me a questionnaire to fill out before my massage. My masseuse was Andy and he was incredible! He followed everything on the questionnaire and paid extra attention to the spots I had requested. He was so patient getting out all the knots in my neck and upper back area. Andy is great and I will be requesting him next time as well!

Im so happy that I trusted yelp reviews, and gave Olympic Spa a try! I was in desperate need of a good sports/deep tissue massage. My usual go to spots were booked, and so I gave Olympic a try. Mike gave me one of the best deep tissue massages that I have ever received. He is extremely skilled, and worked hard the whole massage on working out all my kinks. I will not be going anywhere else for a massage. If you need some serious work done, look no further than Mike at Olympic Spa!

I had Kevin and he was absolutely amazing! He checked in about the pressure of the massage and the temperature of the hot stones. Kevin have a comprehensive 60-minute massage. It definitely eased my muscle tension and anxiety. The facility as a whole is clean with a calming and welcoming ambiance. They also have a loyalty, so if you make it your go-to spot you’ll be rewarded. The check-in process is super thorough. Theirs a questionnaire so you can get the pressure you want and select how much time and focus you want on different areas! They massage the issues out of your tissues. This place was amazing. We did a couples massage and I had Nancy and she was perfect. I feel very rejuvenated. I would highly recommend her. She did an amazing job. Today I had a full body massage, This is one of the best spa massages I have ever had. The masseurs name is Lisa Ho ( there are two Lisas - Remember to ask for Lisa Ho ) . She is excellent and very , very good. She knows what exactly needs done. She is very knowledgeable too. This is a deep tissue massage that would relieve multiple stress points. Money well spent.

First massage today with Tom, it was fantastic. Tom is technically skilled and also asked at different times if pressure was good. I split my 120 minutes between full body medium/hard pressure and also foot massage. Don’t go anywhere else for massage. Reasonable prices, very clean and relaxing, elegant decor. The woman who greeted me when I arrived, was kind and pleasant. It’s clear there is a passion here, to provide an amazing experience at a reasonable price. I’ll be back in a few weeks!

I received a massage by Jason today and he was great! So happy with the service. This place is clean and they even give you a form to fill out on what specific areas you’d like them to focus on and how long! I asked my massage therapist to work on my leg knots and he did that exactly. See Jason, he’s the best !

I had a massage with Jack yesterday ... he’s an awesome therapist! I booked another spot with him ... he was courteous, professional and did exactly what I had requested. The Olympic facility is quiet and clean with everything you need in one place. There’s a full time receptionist so you actually have someone answer the phone to book your appointment and greet you upon arrival. They have a generous reward program for repeat clients ... I definitely recommend the Olympic!

This is the best place ever! My masseuse was Tom he is amazing. Im a MMA fighter so I put my body in a lot of stress. Tom has the magic touch and just knows the perfect pressure and what parts of the body to spend more time. Every time I come in, I end up leaving brand new. Its like he is reading my mind! You all have to give this place a try and every person in this place is so warm and inviting!

I have gone here two times now and I had Danny both times. This guy is amazing. It seems like he hits all of the right spots and finds every knot hiding behind my shoulder blades. I definitely recommend him when you visit this spa.Also, the spa is very nice. It has very nice decor and if you are sensitive to smells, this place is for you. They use fragrance free oil. If you do like scents, you can request it for an additional charge but I find it to be nice without.

Ive been to Olympic quite a few times already. My last masseuse Mike was pretty good. They were very attentive with your concerns, and the price is not expensive considering its in Walnut Creek. The location of it is also good since its not in busy area of WC. If youre looking for a good relaxation at a reasonable price, this is a good place to go.

Always a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Interior is clean and always smells good. The massage therapists are excellent at reading where you need to be massaged. They have a sheet for you to fill out your preferences that works well. Prices are fair too!

Went to the spa and got Coco, she did a fantastic job in making my shoulder pain and back pain go away almost instantly after the massage. Went in with tons of pain, and walked out as light as a feather! 10/10 would definitely recommend and request her again.

Ive been coming here since they were first opened in downtown WC years ago so this review is long overdue. This is my go to place for massage, I generally buy the 3 pack 1 hr massage to get a small discount. The most important thing to note about this place is that, if you are not entirely happy at the beginning of the session, YOU HAVE TO let the therapist know, whether more or less pressure, or focus on a particular area. In my experience, theyve always make it right, dont be shy about asking too many times or be too specific about what you want. At the end of the day, they want a good tip so they want to make sure you are happy with the service.

Absolutely the best massage value out there. My partner and I go there for couples massages and neither of us has ever been disappointed. He likes super intense and is always happy. I like something between strong and relaxing and somehow both of us are always pleased. Clean and friendly. You cant beat it.

Thank goodness Olympic spa has re-opened (I went October 10, 2020). I cant recommend it highly enough. They have multiple people there that provide deep-tissue, high quality massages. Ive seen Tom in the past, this time I saw Peter. It was a life saver as I havent had work done on my back for 7 months and I have a lot of pain in my neck, shoulders and back. My back has never been this bad - and its because I havent had the massage work done for so long. One massage relieved 80% of it - Im going back soon to get the rest of my back corrected. And I will go there regularly. Hopefully they will stay open for good - who knows with Covid happening.

This massage parlor/spa is extremely good. I have been going there for years and they never disappointed me. The pricing is very reasonable. The decor is clean, pleasant and make me feel relaxes. Also, the massage therapists are very professional on deep tissue/hot stone and swedish massages. When I make an appointment, it was is very easy either thru their website, or call the receptionist who is pleasant with courteous manner. Parking is convenient, they have their own lot at the back. I will go there regularly whenever I need a massage fix on my right shoulder/back. I strongly recommend this place to my friends who wants to do a massage near Walnut Creek area.

They are open! The atmosphere is soothing and I felt very comfortable coming in for a late massage. They were great and applied the perfet amount of medium/hard pressure the entire time. The hot stones were intense but felt great since it was chilly out. I will be coming every few weeks. Prices are reasonable! Alice was so sweet and welcoming. Im very picky about massages and this checked all the boxes. There is also parking in the back. I highly recommend!

Olympic Spa is the best! I found Olympic Spa on yelp and was impressed by the high 5-star ratings. The wonderful reviews are spot on! I’ve been going to the spa for 3 months now and get a treatment 2x a month. The facility is clean, each staff member is skilled, it’s super easy to get an appointment and the price is right. I took a friend of mine here the other day and just had to go back even though its 45 minutes away. Both times the same experience, The best massage Ive recieved. The place was clean, and very Covid aware! The staff was nice, and we didnt have to wait at all, they took us right in for our massages. My masseuse was Lisa, who was very attentive and hit all the spots I suggested in my pre-service questionnaire. I will definitely be back!!

It was a quite relaxing experience. I usually felt awakward to let male to do massage, but only they can do the level hard. That is what I was looking for. And Mike did a great job on releasing all my tensions from the head literally to my toes. Releasing my hips stressed shoulder knots, my foot reflexes and many more pressure points. We didnt talk at all, but he could sense where I was right and where to release. So Im glad that I felt safe and not awakward to get a massage here. Also having mask on when turn to the front, it was an overall much needed break relaxing experience.

Forgot how therapeutic a massage can be. Jery was amazing! He worked on loosening the knots around my shoulder blades which is where I carry my stress. I have had many deep tissue massages and Jery is one of the best. The massage even unclogged my sinuses. I have been having poor circulation on the right side of my body and will definitely be back to see if this will help with my circulation and continue to loosen up my knots.

My wife and i have been coming here for 4 years. Always a good and relaxing time.We had jason and tom who gave us amazing massages, highly recommend them.The environtment soothing and they were foowing covid protocol.The lady at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. I called last minute for a massage appointment and they were able to accommodate me. I have owned and operated my own salon & day spa on Oahu and I have to say I was impressed. From the sweet welcome at the front desk to the check out. The massage therapist was so professional and gave me one of the best deep tissue massages ever. I will definitely be going back!

This place is awesome !!! A little gem in Walnut Creek. I have had massages in the best Spas and hotels but like this place the best . Tom, Kevin , John are all hard working and polite. Not a professional spa — don’t waste your money. First of all, they tell you to park in the back for no parking fee and it looks like the entry is next to a dumpster (but it’s the back entrance for employees I assumed). Second, when we got into the couples massage room, we noticed the face pillows had make-up on them. Not sure if they were stained or just unwashed, but either way it was disgusting. They also added a paper towel to cover it! Uncomfortable and not relaxing. Third, I don’t think I was relaxed at all at any point. The first ten minutes or so I was “massaged” through a sheet! Not what I expected or paid for. Fourth, I asked for a soft/light massage and it was hard, rugged, and pushy. When the hot towel came out to wipe off the oils, it was aggressively wiped off and not soothing in any manner. The masseuse spent majority of the time massaging my back and it got to the point of it being over worked and sensitive. Fifth, when it was over (which I was counting down the minutes in my head for the end), they waited outside the room with water and for us to finish the entire thing. They stood there quietly basically waiting for a tip, which I assumed I could have some time to get it together when paying at the front (aggressive and demanding — so unprofessional)! Added note: they do not even wear uniforms. Our masseuses wore sweats and a t shirt (their own clothes), which I found extremely off-putting. I should have left when I saw that initially.All together, very unprofessional experience. I would rather pay a little more money for a relaxing and professional massage.

Best deep-tissue massage Ive had! I used to have weekly Swedish, Balinese and deep-tissue from very good masseuses (some blind and who are very good at detecting problem areas) in Bali, Jakarta and Manila so I know what is good and what is not. I requested for very hard pressure and Tom did it extremely well! He used his elbows but also thumb and was able to dig deep under my back nodes and fix muscle pains. The techniques he used were special. Foot massage was without pressure and very relaxing. I would recommend masseur Tom and Olympic Spa.

I just got a 90 min massage with Peter and it was amazing! All of their massage therapists are vaccinated and the room was clean and well appointed. The massage was my first since Covid and it was just sublime! I already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to go back!

Updating my post ftom 3yrs ago, yes Im still a customer.I had a great deep tissue massage a few weeks ago by Peter; very professional, great deep pressure applied where it was needed.I have a problematic shoulder and lower back or plainly put, the right side of my body has issues from an injury. Peter dug into that side like it owed him something and I appreciated it very much. He communicated with me regarding pressure, if it was okay or if i needed him to ease up. I had 90 minutes today which included my fist ever hot stone massage; oh boy the hot stone addition was fantastic.As for cleanliness during these covid times...10/10.

We go here for couple massage normally. They go through questions to know what each of us want and based on that, they give us the massage we liked so far. Its a clean and quiet place to relax!

We went here a couple of times already and i can say that olympic spa is still the best. As you fill out the form you can tell where do yu want them too focus or how u want the pressure. I know spas always have this but this one is different they do FOLLOW IT! Horray to that.Tom (thats what i remember) is the one who do the msaage for me and he is really good on focusing on the back which is i mentioned in the form and much lighter when it comes to my neck.They will also double check it with you if everything is okay. This is like our stress reliever place to be. Because of the cold weather and all of the stress at work - my lower back, aches a lot but this place is one of my remedy.Its really an amazing massage experience and very therapeutic!I always recommend this place with my co workers as our office is just close by in this area lol. And im serious this placeis really good!

If you dont mind a deep tissue massage this place is perfect. Doing bodybuilding, they really help fix up the tight tendons and give you a chart to fill out for any areas that need extra work, and any areas that are injured you can select to avoid on the form. Very professional service.

I have had severe back pain underneath my right shoulder blade for 9 months. Without exagerating I believed I had a knot so large it might have to be surgically removed. Thankfully the staff at Olympic has the knowledge and strength to remove pain from my day to day living. I will be transparent, if you want relief from day to day non stop pain you have to be willing to go through the 20-30 minute sessions with a little pain. Im a damn infantry Marine and I was on the edge of throwing in the towel once or twice during my first 2 sessions. The next day you will be sore, but the days after, the pain drops dramatically. Now I will never go less then twice a month. Thank you guys soo much, I can go through a night of sleep without waking up 5 times because of back pain. ***** STARS
