Absolutely excellent people with knowledgeable staff who are youthful and respectful I stopped in to give them a sales pitch for my company called Exquisite premium and I was treated with respect and as a peer and equal. All In All Good People with good vibes and great selection!

You can go in here and buy 2 of the same product, pay with a card for one and pay with cash for the other and youre going to pay two different prices. Also, you can go in here at two separate times with a different employee working each time, get the same product both times but again, youre going to pay different prices each visit.

Went in 08/31/23 and purchased two Elfbars one expired on 08/01/23 and the other one not far behind, I googled the store to try and contact them and the phone number was disconnected. Of course they say nothing to you in the store and do not provide a receipt and there’s no way to contact the store if you have an issue.

This is hands-down, the best smoke shop in the area. Their prices are unbeatable, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and everything is clean. The workers and the owners are always so happy to help, and they always have a great selection in stock.

Been wanting to stop in for a while and finally got some time. Cone selection was slim to say the least. But what got me was the closer I got to the man working (short blonde/brown hair with a hat) , the more my nose BURNED from the smell of cat urine. Definitely wont be back.

I bought two Orion vapes at Valley view in Cortland yesterday. Same owners as Big daddy. One of them was counterfeit. The gentleman offered to replace it and grabbed another one. We scanned the second one, it was also counterfeit. That’s TWICE they tried giving me fake ones. I asked to return both of the vapes I bought(strawberry banana and blueberry) because I did not trust them anymore. He would only take back the one after he called two people to approve it. I have records of buying hundreds of dollars at valley view just in the last few months on my credit cards statements in vapes. Never had an issue until yesterday. I am extremely disappointed. I live in Warren and go to the Warren Valley view daily. I will no longer be supporting this business and will for sure be telling my friends and family what happened. The morals and values of this company are icky. You don’t sell someone counterfeit goods and think they won’t realize it. You could’ve really hurt someone.

Its hard to rely on Big Daddys to get your favorite flavor or a flavor you just had last week or the week before.Overall a wonderful place, friendly staff, knowledgeable staff, good discounts and a point based system for members (its free!) To get free stuff, and a large selection of just about anything youre looking for when it comes to this type of market.I go here every month and would definitely recommend Big Daddys Smoke Shop.

Did a lot of shopping around for the ageis x mod...came in and they had some in stock and paid $60 for a mod and tank that everyone else was charging $75 for! You have a happy customer here...will be returning for all future vape supplies!

I’ve been a loyal customer here for a while, never had a problem with anything I’ve purchased. I bought a Hyde N-Bar in Tropical Gummy on a Wednesday. I opened it Friday night and used it all weekend. These devices will usually last me a week. Sunday night it would not charge. It just blinks after trying different chargers. I went in on Monday and was told they couldn’t do anything about it, I have to “try it out in the store.” Which is not stated anywhere in their store policy or upon buying the item. Needless to say I will not be returning there anymore.

OK hands down Big Daddys Smoke Shop is the best Vape Shop Ive been to in Northeast Ohio, I live in Youngstown and make sure I travel to Big Daddys Smoke Shop in Niles at least once a week to get ANY and EVERYTHING I need for my mod. Oh, and the Juice and Salt selection is as Amazing as it is Vast. They even have disposable vape pens an the flavor selections are off the chart. The customer service here is phenomenal and If you have any questions dont be afraid to ask because the guys are well educated on Vaping and any Vaping Accessories an their open to helping anyone who needs it. I love this place and everything about it. They are always stocked with what u want. Amazing service with very nice employees that are very reasonable.

I walked in on a whim before heading to work, they were super friendly and informative. I told him what I like and dont like and he recommended the most perfect disposable vape. I walked out with the Hyde banana mint, opened it as soon as I got into my car (i needed a nicotine fix) and its by far the best disposable vape Ive used since I quit cigarettes a few months ago.

A week or so ago I walked in an the workers knew who I was and asked me if I wanted the watermelon gummies I normally get. The fact that they remembered me and what I get meant a lot. 100% recommend the CBD and Delta 8 gummies
