I’ve been twice now to Mrs Yordanos and she does a fantastic job! First time I had the signature massage, second time the sports massage. Really enjoyed the stretching components of the sports massage. Everyone at the facility is so kind and it’s a very clean and welcoming space. I will keep coming back here for sure!

I recently received a deep tissue massage from Yordanos, and it was an exceptional experience! Yordanos was amazing—she ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire session and paid special attention to all my problem areas. Her technique and dedication went above and beyond my expectations. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be coming back for more sessions with her. Highly recommend!

I just had my first experience at Blue Bell -we had a couples massage. It was fantastic! Great, convenient location, friendly, professional, comfortable environment and great staff. Cant wait to come back for another solo massage and hopefully make it my go-to place.

Yordanos gave an incredibly relaxing massage! I especially appreciated that she listened to my requests and focus areas. I don’t feel that all masseuses do so.I’ve been seeing several different therapists throughout DC but Yordanos will be my new go to.

Hidden little gem of a spot. Its clean, calm, and the staff have always been lovely. Ive never gotten a bad massage, including todays with Yordnos - a small but mighty massage therapist! She gave me a great deep tissue massage with the works and really helped the tension in my neck as requested. I recommend!

Always an excellent massage. The masseuse will first meet with you to ask what you need. The service is really lovely and always consistent. It has really helped me when my back & neck gets so tense that I need help to loosen it up. Definitely would recommend. (:

Ive been going here for deep tissue massage since 2019 and Ive always had a great experience. I recently made two appointments over the past 2 weeks for lower back pain. The first appointment I was treated by Ms. Fatima and the 2nd time around I was treated by Ms. Yordanos. Let me tell you, both were amazing! They focused on my lower back and it felt great leaving! Thank you ladies!

Got a gift certificate for this place and so glad I did! Ms Yardanos is fantastic, checks with you on pressure at the beginning then lets you fall asleep or whatever. I will def be going back!

The front desk receptionist is kind and calming, which helps to cultivate the soothing ambiance of the entire spa. Wow - Fatima is a genius! I went in for a deep tissue massage, with a serious contracture on my acm that was bad enough to prevent me from moving my neck almost at all, plus the usual 25 shoulder knots 😅 I walked out 60 minutes later able to move my neck and shoulders and feeling about 200% better. Fatima really customized the massage to my needs instead of just going through the motions, and she was honest about what could and could not be achieved in a single session.The front desk person was super nice, booking online was a breeze, and prices were totally fair for the area and level of expertise. So in short, a solid 10/10 from me. I think I found my spa in my new neighborhood!

I booked a massage a on the same day, few hours before it would begin. Someone called me from the spa less than two hours before the appointment saying they needed to reschedule for the next day. I explained I would need to cancel in that case because I was specifically looking for a massage that evening. From there it became uncomfortable for me as Bluebell kept trying first to pressure me to book the next day, then oversharing about how the massage therapist had to go to the emergency room due to a fall and wouldnt be able to make it that evening, and back to pressuring me to book with her for tomorrow. If one of my employees had to go to the ER for a bad fall, I sure wouldnt be trying to book them to perform a massage the next day without even knowing if theyd be able to work but that was the impression I was given as to what Bluebell wanted to do. I got off the phone saying I was going to book someplace else because I have a medical condition that I was looking to have helped by a massage specifically that evening. But that wasnt the end of it from Bluebell.After nearly an hour passes and Ive already booked elsewhere, Bluebell calls me and leaves a message saying they might have a massage therapist who can make my appointment in an hour and she was waiting for confirmation from that person since they were having to fight through traffic to try and make it to the spa on time. Yuck! So not only are they making one of their massage therapists deal with rush hour traffic for an appointment that was cancelled, but Im now forced to call and remind them that said I was going to book somewhere else and didnt want their services anymore. At least that next phone call to refuse their offer went easy and it seemed like the problem was done.And then my partners credit card bill comes a few weeks later and we are still being charged for the appointment that Bluebell cancelled originally themselves. Ridiculous.If youve read this far, I ended up booking for Unna Spa and had a fantastic time. Super happy I skipped Bluebell Spa after they cancelled.

Ms. Yordanos was sooo amazing! Definitely one of the best massages Ive ever had, and Ive had a lot. She really cares about you being comfortable, is very accommodating to what you want, and you can tell she is really in tune with the work that shes doing. She will definitely be my go-to person in DC.

I have always had great experiences here and love coming back! Yordanos is wonderful and I recommend booking with her. I’ve been back several times and have had some of the best massages from her! She makes sure you’re comfortable and relaxed, uses great techniques, and I always leave feeling so great! The space itself is calming and clean. I like the rooms and music/noise machine they play during the massages. Definitely book a deep tissue with Yordanos!!I will say, the last few times I went the music from the restaurant/store underneath was booming and very distracting from the massages. I heard it at night and the daytime so it didn’t matter the time of day. I hope this won’t continue, but overall great experience!

My skin is the best it has ever looked thanks to Karina! I have been seeing her for almost a year now and her expertise, skill and product knowledge is amazing. She single handedly transformed my skin. I started with sensitive, textured, acne prone, dehydrated skin. Other professionals left my skin irritated, but Karina helped me form a regimen that’s perfect for my needs. Now my skin is smooth, supple and glowing. I have never gotten so many compliments and I can leave the house without makeup for the first time in years. This place is fantastic. I am a dancer and yoga teacher and have been getting massages for over 20 years. Ive had a LOT of massages by a lot of different therapists, and Ella is the best Ive ever had. She is so knowledgable and in sync with her clients needs. The place is great all around. Very friendly and helpful staff, the environment is clean and calming, etc.

I have been going to Bluebell for years and I always have an amazing experience. Everyone who works there is very friendly and welcoming. I always request Ms. Yordanos for a sports massage because she does an excellent job tailoring my massage to what I need to recover from working out / running. I moved out of the area and still come back here whenever I am in the area because it is the best massage Ive ever had. Highly recommend!

Ive been going to this spa for more than a year now and get facials and massages on a regular basis. I continue to come back because I see results and Ive discovered the best of the best. When I started coming here my back was chronically tight and my skin was not so great, its never been.My go to for massages is Ella. Ive had many massages before, but Ive never experienced a masseuse so knowledgeable and diverse with their craft. I usually go to her for deep tissue massages, but today I tried a lympathic massage for the first time and let me tell you, Im amazed! Not only was I so relaxed that I dozed off a few times, but I could instantly feel the changes in the fluid around my ankle from a past injury. Mind blown. I cant tell you enough good things about Ella and her level of expertise. My dilemma now, is which massage type to book for my next visit.On to the facials. I recently received a compliment on my skin and I have to give a shout out to Karina for her skin care knowledge, techniques, recommendations, and product tips. I no longer feel the need to cover up my face with makeup.So at the risk of making it more competitive for me to get appointments, dare I say, these two are the best in DC!

As my child would say “1000/10” !This was by far the best experience.I set myself up for success and arrived at the spa 10 min early with a parking spot right out front 🙌🏾.I was met at the door by my masseuse Ms. Ella Hill…Let’s note that I had the earliest morning appointment. She greeted me at the door, offered me something to drink, and asked if I had to go to the bathroom (I politely declined both). We then proceeded to the massage room that was so Zen. The sounds were soft, the decor was antique and spa like, the beds are warm, everything feels clean and smells good.Now to the massage, Ms. Ella Hill did her thing! I received the greatest Deep Tissue massage from her. She pointed out my tension spot was on my back, she also focused well on the knots in my back. She made sure her pressure wasn’t too much. She was gentle, very professional, and I LOVE HER!! I kept wondering how could this all this pressure come from this women.She is awfully amazing.There is much more about this experience that I would document here, however, I’m sure you get the point.Book your appointment! But fair warning: Set yourself up for success upon arrival.

Amazing services. Great Father’s Day from my wife. I received a 1 hour massage which included the back scrubs and hot stones. My masseuse, Yordonas was AMAZING. She did such a wonderful job in targeting the areas which I needed some relief. Did not feel rushed. She was super attentive and always checking if the pressure was good and how I was feeling. One of the best massages that I have received. Definitely going back for another massage with her.

It is clear that the staff is not properly trained when it comes to human body and if you care about your body and not being in pain don’t go there.I went twice, for the first time I figured I just got someone who was average. Massage was fine, I did not get hurt. So, I wanted to give them another try since the location is very convenient for me. Second time I got an older lady who literally pulled a muscle in my back because she did not know what she was doing.. My body was totally fine before the massage and I was in no pain, and now I can barely move my right arm. The lady kept asking me what to do like I should be the one knowledgeable about her job. Absolutely ridiculous and just irresponsible that people without proper training, knowledge and certifications get to massage and straight up hurt people.

I AM COMING AGAIN!!!Do not be fooled by the neighboring 7/11 crowd, this was the best massage I ever got in the US (I even got a birthday massage at the Old Mandarin Hotel in DC… so blah)The room was nice, my bed moved up and down so the therapist could work comfortably and well, it was cozied up with a heated blanket and cushion - it was perfect since I am always cold when they move the sheets around.I had the 90min house special with Liz, late on a saturday (they remained open for me) and I can say that you could not tell the therapist was tired since she was very attentive to ask me before hand what I wanted where, and how much pressure. She also checked in every now and then of course. The special included hot stones and warm towels the help clean up back and feet before getting dressed.She hit all the pain points with pressure and grace so I was relaxed but not in pain.Anyways, it was great i really recommend it!

Booked my appointment for 3:00pm. Got there by 2:45pm (make sure you plan your route). The front desk was nice. Environment was warm and clean. My massage was performed by Fatimah; who was amazing. She communicates with you, she makes sure you’re relaxed, and definitely knew where my knots were at. Will come back here again!

From start to finish, the service, ambiance, and experience sets Bluebell apart from other places in DC. Ms. Yordanos (masseuse) provides a comfortable and relaxing environment, asks about areas of focus, and will also ask about pressure throughout the massage. I’ve received numerous massages from Ms. Yordanos and each time I leave feeling brand new (would highly recommend the hot stone as well).

I’ve had a lot of massages in my life, and this one from Ms. Membi might have been the best. In addition to being very technically skilled, she also had a warm and kind demeanor that relaxed me right away, which doesn’t always happen for me at a new spa. The convenience, atmosphere, and organization of the spa was also fantastic. I was able to book a massage this morning for this afternoon, all through the website. This place is a neighborhood gem and I will definitely be going back!

I booked a couple massage for 2/25/23 9:30am.. we were given Ms. Ella and Orlando and me and my lady absolutely loved the experience..we chose the deep tissue massage and they really took there time and found out which areas we needed to pay attention to the most..you can tell they are experienced and took pride in their jobs!! I rate it a 10/10💫💫💫💫 we will definitely be coming back and already set a friend up for the following week for her 50th birthday

Skip the expensive Georgetown spas and come here. Seriously. I’ve had a lot of massages and none of them compare to the deep tissue experience at Bluebell. Not only is your entire body expertly massaged, but the therapists actually stretch you out and leave you feeling like you’ve simultaneously left a great massage AND yoga class. I will be back - thank you!

I have been to Bluebell three times now, and I have had a wonderful experience each time. The masseuses are fantastic, the environment is peaceful, and they can send you super bills for your insurance company if you want to claim your visits!Yordanis has become my frequent masseuse and she is awesome! She is friendly, sweet, and reads your energy and needs so well. She has tailored massages to cater to my bodys needs, and has genuine concern for what is happening in my life to cause the sad state of affairs in my muscles.Not a single bad thing to say about this place, and Im so happy that Im lucky enough to have them in my neighborhood.

I went to Bluebell spa twice and had a great experience with Yordanos. She embodies great customer service with her promptness, preparation and gentleness. She usually begins sessions asking for which areas to focus on and she follows through after I tell her. After my massages with her I feel light and very relaxed. She’s great at what she does and one of the best massage therapist I had.

An excellent massage experience. The spa is tastefully appointed. The reception is always friendly and engaging with a real neighborly feel. The massage tables are heated! My masseuse Yordanos is an expert. She understands physiology and has power when needed to work out troublesome spots, and gentleness when necessary. I am an habitual cyclist and trail runner, and I always walk away renewed. The next day I am always faster. Highly recommended.

Had my first prenatal massage with Ms. Almaz. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was so lovely. They have an adapter of sorts for the top of the table to accommodate your belly, and you stay on your front side the entire time. She did a fabulous job - would highly recommend!

Amazing 75 minute massage by Ms. Yordanos. Such a gem of a place- I was immediately greeted by a very welcoming person at the front desk and I felt relaxed right away. The space is really nice- really happy to have found it! I will be back for another signature massage!

Ms. Yordanos gave me the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had! She gradually increased pressure and was attentive to pain and tickles. She incorporated stretch, weight, and heat techniques. My one hour massage felt like a two hour massage. Cant wait to come back!!

I really enjoyed my experience today - a 75 minute signature massage with Yordanos and an express facial with Karina. Both were kind and welcoming. Ms. Yordanos inquired about any problem areas and gave them extra attention while also doing a wonderful job of providing full-body relaxation. Ms. Karina was gentle and efficient with the facial and asked questions to determine what my skincare needs would be. The receptionist was also super welcoming and helpful, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. I will definitely be requesting both practitioners on my next visit (hopefully soon)!

My girlfriend and I did the couples massage this past weekend and we both left feeling absolutely relaxed and refreshed. The staff (Dan and Denise) were incredibly professional and made sure to communicate with us throughout to ensure they were applying the right amount of pressure. For the price, you cannot go wrong; very worth it!

Ive been to quite a few spas in my life and this one was at the top of my list. I was able to make an appointment for the next day for a 60 minute massage, which is rare for a spa! I got the signature massage, which was excellent! (All their massages are very reasonably priced and there is a 15% off for first-time customers deal). The pressure was perfect and he checked in with me regularly to make sure everything was good. He even gave me a sampling of what a hot stone massage is like, which I definitely plan on trying next time!We started the massage at 2:45pm and he went until 3:45pm (even though my appointment was at 2:30pm) which I really appreciated! The facility was well designed and very relaxing. They clearly put a lot of time and effort into the aesthetics of the place and it shows! One thing I really appreciated was that the music in the rooms felt like surround sound (though I dont think it technically was) and the lights were perfectly dimmed. Ive been to other places were the music came from an iPod dock and the lights were single on-off switches, which I hated. They really did it right at Bluebell! I will absolutely be returning!

This is the best Thai and deep tissue massage business I’ve found in DC. If you get a package it comes out to ~ $90 / hour which is great. I can almost always get in same day but be aware you have to schedule and pay over the app as they take no money inside the business. There’s only one restroom so sometimes before or after a service you and other clients and therapist end up in a bit of a queue.

Bluebell Spa is definitely a hidden gem of D.C. Clean, peaceful, and well organized my experience was absolutely fantastic. The user friendly website made booking my appointment easy to do. I opted for the 75 minute hot stone massage with Mr. Carlos and it was worth every cent paid. He did a magnificent job. Attentive to every problem area I mentioned and very skilled at his work. I recommend the spa to anyone looking for quality service and I will surely be a repeat customer.

I typically do not like doing these, but here we go. I used to love this place. I now live is SE dc but still make the trek to NW to get my massages here. I come to Bluebell often and have even encouraged others to go. But their customer service and lack of being flexible with their patrons is very disappointing. I’m never late to my appointments here, but today, due to events outside of my control, I was late to my appointment. I called to inform them, but when I called a second time to see if I could just reschedule, I received a cold response from the receptionist. Their lack of customer care in this regard is very poor. My advice to bluebell would be to work on how your receptionist communicates with guests and to also be more flexible and accommodating. Unfortunately I will not take my business to bluebell and will no longer recommend their services

I scheduled a 90 minute Swedish massage with Yordanos and the experience put me in a state of pure relaxation. She made sure I was comfortable. The pressure was perfect. I moved to DC 3 years ago and ever since it has been a challenge to find a good massage therapist. I highly recommend this spa as it is clean and the atmosphere is exactly what you are looking for when you are in need of some serious decompression. I’m an extremely satisfied customer. So satisfied I booked my second appointment this afternoon. Book your appointment with Yodanos. She is amazing.

My boyfriend and I went here for an aromatherapy couples massage. We have been to several massage places in DC and multiple in other parts of the country--this place is by far one of the best experiences either of us have had. Yordanos and Denise were both amazing and so kind. They used varying techniques and adjusted pressure as requested. They are clearly experts in this field. We had a full body massage plus head and feet, and they also used hot stones! It was wonderful. We chose the lavender aromatherapy scent, which was so relaxing and cozy. The decor and little touches in the room and in the waiting area made this place very comforting. Highly recommend!

I received a 1.5 hr trigger point massage at Bluebell spa to treat debilitating sudden back pain and muscle spasms. I threw out my back on Wednesday, with symptoms peaking on Thursday evening. I booked an appointment for Friday morning and walked out a changed woman. I literally went from experiencing extreme lower back pain every time I walked, turned, or stood up to being comfortably mobile after the massage. I am so grateful for the work they did and will be returning.I did book the appointment with a female masseuse, but they gave me a male masseuse. I’m not sure why the switch happened, but it didn’t end up being a problem at all. The male masseuse I had was incredibly professional and tailored the appointment to my requests.

It was my first visit to Bluebell SPA DC, and I could not have a better experience. The facility is gorgeous and super clean. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff is very professional, and my therapist, Yordanos, was simply on another level. I get massages regularly because I practice a lot of sport, and I never had a massage like that. I suggest you book a massage with her.

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage the other day. The check in process was seamless and we were seen very quickly. Once in the room, our masseurs did an excellent job of walking us through our options and other important information. I had Mike and he gave me a GREAT massage!! Very thorough and for the most part totally aligned with the amount of pressure I requested. My usual was soreness was gone as he truly worked out the tense spots I had. Also, the ambiance in the room really promoted relaxation which was something we sorely needed.It is also conveniently located--readily accessible from the bus and train which I love.My only (small) issue was that they didnt make it clear that the massage was over and it was time to get redressed. They just thanked us and kind of left the room. I was hoping for more as I wanted a clean towel to wipe excess oil off. The staff was nice about it but I felt rather awkward, especially when informed that they needed the room for another customer. We are massage newbies that didnt pick up on nuance. LOL. Other than that, I had a GREAT experience and would definitely return .

Went in for a much needed deep tissue massage. I was with Ella, who was absolutely phenomenal. Really ensured to take her time in problem areas and even went a bit over time to ensure all desired areas were handled. I couldnt recommend her enough if you are looking for a specific tech. I called and they fit me in the same day. They were very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend this place. My male massage therapist took his time and worked on the key stress areas I told him about. The oils he used were just right, not greasy and left my skin feeling moisturized and refreshed. The place is conveniently located on 14th street and has a great zen, relaxing decor. I will definitely book again!

David at Bluebell Spa is one of the best massage therapists I have been to. He is professional and highly skilled at deep tissue, Swedish and many other modalities that he provides. He listens to the body and provides just the right amount of pressure whether you prefer a deep massage or more relaxing gentler bodywork he will listen to what you need and be able to accommodate. I have received hundreds of massages (I go religiously/ at least twice a month and shopped around D.C. before finding blue bell) and David is A+. Book with him! You won’t regret it!

I found Bluebell Spa online looking for a couples massage for my husband and I to celebrate our Anniversary. The reviews were great, so we stepped out on faith and selected Bluebell. We were not disappointed. Almaz and Athiena were excellent!!!!! These were the best massages that weve had in a very long time. They went above and beyond and did more than I had expected. I highly recommend Blue Bell. The only disappointment is that I do not live in DC and wont be able to come back as often as I would like. But trust me when I say the next time we are in DC, Bluebell is on the list. If you dont have a massage here you are truly missing out. Also I recommend 90 minutes, 60 is just way to short .

I had a massage with David, hands down one of the best massages I ever had. It felt like he customized his technique based on the tension felt in my body. Staff was very friendly, over all great experience. I will be returning the next time I’m in the DMV area.

Amaaz is a great therapist! She made sure to address my concerns and took her time.You can tip by venmo or cash, which I prefer so therapists can get their money right away. The sign was not very visible so I first tipped on my debit card and then when i saw it I asked them to cancel since it seems like the payment was still processing. The receptionist assured me she cancelled the transaction. I requested a receipt for that, but she could not give it to me.I paid again since she assure me the transaction was indeed cancelled.When I reviewed my bank transactions the next day I realized I was accidentally charged twice. It took a while to get a hold of someone who could reverse that charge. But once I did, they reversed it without a problem.

Tonight I went to Blue Bell spa. My neck to the base of my back was in knots ,shoulder blade etc. I requested a 75 minute deep tissue massage. You can pick your masseuse, but this was my first time, so all I knew is I wanted a man! I got Marcio.I dont even know where to begin. He was kind, courteous and respectful. Before the session began he asked me what were my areas of concern. We discussed my concerns, he left the room to let me get undressed and a way we went. He periodically checked in with me to see how I was feeling. All along the way I felt great. I am typically a very chatty person; however, when Im getting a massage I dont particularly care for a lot of conversation. I feel like he can read the room. Beyond the check-ins we didnt talk much. Perfecto! Sadly 75 minutes went just like that. At the end of the massage she asked me how it was feeling. I felt great.When I got off the table I was so relaxed, I felt super relaxed! Im so grateful that I live within the neighborhood. Talk about a hidden gem.Bluebell, where have you been all my life? Im so glad I have found this spa. I highly highly highly highly recommend spa and especially Marcio.

Fabulously relaxing experience at this place. Carlos, the owner, went out of his way to schedule us a late evening couples massage on short notice. I went because I was having neck and shoulder pain and left feeling like a new woman. My partner was equally happy. The massage therapists were great at asking if the pressure level was okay and checking in with us throughout, which put me at ease. I sometimes find massages uncomfortable both physically and emotionally and at this place I felt neither of those. I would definitely go back!

I highly recommend Ms. Yordanos! She is a gifted therapist who healed my lower back pain. The hot stones, warm towels, and aromatherapy were all amazing as well.

I’m not one to write reviews often, but this spa is a local gem. I’ve been to fancy hotels and spas all over, but the massages Carlos and David provide are truly the best. Very relaxing and therapeutic. Friendly, professional staff, rooms are always clean, with HEPA filters in each one. I’ve been going for years. Couldn’t recommend more.

I thoroughly enjoyed my respite away from the stressors of everyday. I have been going through the same worldwide issue as everyone but added to that are some close losses and ending. Add to that health issues and this was very needed. I will be back with my mom and myself and have recommended it to my job.

My temperature was taken immediately, and all staff were wearing masks, so I felt safe as well.I was attended to by Orlando, who knew exactly how to make a client feel relaxed and pampered.He not only knew how to get the kinks and the toxins out of my muscles, more importantly, he sensed that after being in isolation for months (NYC was on total lockdown beginning March), that I also missed conversation with another human lol! He allowed me to just ramble on, which I appreciated so much.I highly recommend this spa. They really apply the Human Touch!

Had an amazing facial here recently and cannot wait to go back. Not only was it a wonderful and relaxing experience but my esthetician was extremely informative and even provided me a list of ingredients to avoid in order to keep my skin clear. At the end I decided to buy a retinol from the front desk manager. My esthetician saw what I bought after I left and called me to tell me that this wouldn’t be the best product for me. I returned it and she offered some alternatives that were better suited to my sensitive skin. This extra step was so appreciated! I will be recommending this spa to many friends!

I went today and asked for firm massage to get relief from my crossfit training. Tonyce knows what she is doing and she is excellent at it. She is very precise with the area of your body she works on. The staff working there is very professional, helpful and friendly. They accept walk in if they have availability which was the case for me. They accept Apple Pay which is very convenient. I will definitely come back. Recommend this Spa!!👌🏼

Yordanas has given me 2 amazing massages. The first deep tissue left me feeling good for days. Today I was so relaxed it felt like I was dreaming. My regular therapist moved away and recommended Carlos at Bluebell Spa. This was my first visit so I didnt know what to expect.Carlos (the owner) is...super friendly....excellent Massage Therapist....AND his low prices are muy affordable. His Bluebell Signature Massage was right on time for a stiff and extremely sore neck.The spa is nicely furnished and exceptionally clean...even el baño.

We traveled 3 1/2 hours to go to this spa. We communicated to the spa that we needed to reschedule our appointment date for a later time in the same day. When I looked online there was openings for the same day and openings the next day. The person on the phone who claimed to be the owner stated there was no appointments for either date, although there was. The “owner” cares more about the money than the customer experience as we were not accommodated for reason beyond our control. The “owner” lied about dates and times available and when confronted about the time, decided that I would need to pay for our appointment and another appointment. If you are coming from out of town, please do not book!

Ive been going to Bluebell for prenatal massages for months and theyve taken great care of me. Selly is amazing and Apple was excellent too but she seems to be gone. I love the interior design, thoughtful touches, and friendly vibe.

Where do I start ? This was the best spa I have ever had . Luis if I spelled it correctly is awesome . His massage was on point and accurate . His touch was hard but not too hard . He made me feel like a million bucks . And he didn’t talk a lot which was awesome . I think I have found my massage therapist for life . My foot aches before I came in . I have been in hospital for 3 months having a spinal fusion (thoracic to sacrum) and nearly cried when I saw the stairs, but am so glad I persevered as it was 100% worth the effort getting up, and the kind team of Blue bell spa carried my walker down the stairs for me afterwards, and checked I was ok though out. Ana was professional+ and kind, I look forward to returning.

Ive been to Bluebell in the past and was getting ready to book a treatment for the coming week. Life happens. After reading the copy and paste response of the cancellation policy from the owner, Ill pass. I get that business owners and small business owners at that have it much harder, especially during these trying times. But life happens and sometimes there needs to be some flexibility and the reminder that a business is only has good as those that support it. It also made you come off as cold and callous that you simply pasted the cancellation policy and nothing else. Maybe a slightly different tone and approach. Have a great day.

Tonyce and Almaz gave massages to my daughter and me and we absolutely loved them! I am a massage therapist and I received a deep tissue massage and Tonyce is very thorough and what I like about her most is how she warms your muscles up before she goes in very deep. She asks what the problem areas are before hand and she uses that information to provide a focused massage. My daughter really loved Almaz as she gave her a very relaxing massage.

Customer service and professionalism is top notch. Unfortunately, the quality of the facial was subpar. I requested a full microdermabrasion. The microdermabrasion was not thorough and she did the extraction with her fingers. No pore extraction tool, no cutting, no real extraction. I hate spending money on things and leave the business feeling like I got scammed. This could have been an off day, but Im not going to pay again to find out.

I absolutely love this spa. Everyone is so pleasant and professional. I got a facial there the other week and it was hands down one of the best experiences of my life.

Mediocre for the price. I paid nearly $350 (incl. tip) for a 90-min massage and 90-min facial and the experience is just not spa-like enough to justify this price. I could have gone to a luxury hotel spa for what I paid to come here. My skin also looks worse and even more dry, now three days post-treatment (was not told Id have severely dry skin afterward, so dont think its from the dermaplaning).

I was starting to get acne on my jawline and came to Bluebell for a facial with Denise. She is amazing! My acne has started to clear out and she also gave me some tips on what products to use! Denise is the best!

Horrible customer service experience. I called to book an appointment and they told me to go to the website to book. The website was down and would not let me make an appointment, so I called again and spoke to Marilynn who clearly was not knowledgeable about the spas processes/policies and could not help to book an appointment. There seemed to be no one else who could assist. I was looking forward to trying the spa since it is in my neighborhood, but ended up making an appointment elsewhere.
