My favorite smoke shop in the city. The staff is amazing, Eli the manager is always helpful and knowledgeable. The owner is an amazing and hardworking woman who has been supportive and uplifting to the Brookland community. The products are always spot on and don’t be afraid to ask to take a picture or two.

Amazing atmosphere! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Parking was easy to find (Big Plus in DC!) This shop carries a variety of items for all your smoking needs. Will definitely be back!

Awesome spot!!! I happen to stumble across this spot and I’m so glad I did! The whole aura and energy of the place is suuuch a vibe!! The owner is so welcoming ☺️. Not only is the product great(definitely my new spot) , it’s also a whole community! Like a family type setting. It was just such a warm and pleasant experience altogether! I’m definitely going back ☺️

Exceptional product selection, and a super ROCKSTAR team. My one stop shop for botanicals, crystals, sage, various accessories, and awesome customer service. Easily accessible by metro or car, definitely the best shop in the city.

Amazing experience with this business! I could not find an item for 2 days and they were the only place I could find it. I sent them a message and they responded rather quickly. They took their time to check their inventory for me, TWICE, while all of this was a cyber purchase. They were able to ship to me and they even got it out the same day! Five stars And two thumbs all the way up! Thank you again!

Wonderful customer service from Jay and the other guy (Im sorry I cant remember his name). Instead of just selling us the most expensive thing they took their time to help us get all the right pieces that were best for us. And since we came in under budget, we bought one of their VERY well made bags and a few extra accessories. A lot of their pieces are from local vendors and artists and we love to patron a small business that supports small business. Am I right?

Since opening day I have had nothing but great things to say about this shop! Everyone on the staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient to answer all of my 1000+ questions. They treat you like family and its all love!

Stay away... I called and asked if they had a 14mm male to female drop down, a female answered and said they had it in stock. I asked asked her to make sure because Ive been looking everywhere for one, she said she absolutely had it. I drop over 40 minutes during my lunch break to purchase it, when I get there, they said they were completely out of them. I mentioned that I had called and specifically asked them to make sure, but the guy couldnt care less. The female that answered the phone, was sitting in the back smoking weed. Couldnt care less that she had just lied to a customer , just to get him in the door. I mentioned that I had driven from far away to get this, and all she said was sorry. I asked for a 5 dollar discount on a 40 dollar item, and was rejected. I will NEVER come here or recommend anyone anyone come here. They will lie to you and make you waste your time, just to get you in the shop.

I live down the street and was really excited to have this in our neighborhood. I’ve been a couple of times and each time there is great energy and they really take the time to help you find what you need. I had an issue with a product I previously purchased , brought it back and they were more than willing to help me figure out the issue and address my needs. Very appreciative!

We just stopped in to get a bong and the employee there was incredibly helpful and kind. We ended up getting a silicone bong or something with a life time warranty. It’s a small place but decent selection. Although i didn’t get one, the bowls are gorgeous and they even have a plumbus bowl from Rick and morty. Bonus points for the Dave Chappell art i saw!

Came in to try new papers and grabbed a bunch of vibes. The two folk there described the papers perfectly and if I was smart I shouldve listened to the young lady cause she described the black pack of vibes as what raw papers should be and those ended up being my favorite outta everything I picked. Definitely will be coming back.

Very disappointed, we all understand the situation we are all facing with the epidemic. If you closed, then stated you are closed. They have a sign posted that due to the epidemic they are closed, but you can call/text at such number to place an order you call the number and never answers it. Very unprofessional. Either close or answer your phone as stated on yourSign. So we can take our business elsewhere.

With this current situation of our Constitution being destroyed by our elected officials Ive been in a jam trying to get supplies. I reached out to these people and they hooked me up. They asked what worked for me and accommodated me like a princess!! Prices were competitive and I was happy with the selections offered to me. Brookland Smoke went out of their way to help me even though the government is doing its best to keep business owners from earning a living.
