Best Breeze prices in the area! I will drive the couple extra miles to save money and usually get 2 for what 1 would cost at a gas station. I always have great customer service, but its probably not a bright idea for an employee to hit a weed pen while checking a customer out. I knocked off a star for that reason.

I’ve been in this store about 4 times. Great prices and beautiful glass. Unfortunately the last two times I’ve been in the store the customer service was awful. The girl I purchased merchandise from two weeks earlier didn’t know anything about any of the products I asked about. I wasn’t sure if she just didn’t know or if she was annoyed with me even asking questions. It felt I was inconveniencing her in her own job place.I was okay with my previous experience two weeks earlier with the girl considering she may have been having a rough day or something. But then I came back about two weeks later and it’s safe to say I will never be shopping in this store again.The man working the counter immediately came across rude and inconvenienced to do his job. This now being the second time coming to this shop and feeling not welcomed as soon as I walk through the door, I was very disappointed. So I made a comment to the camera outside saying I will not be coming back because the customer service is terrible. The man from the counter then runs to the door to tell me they have cameras and they can hear what I’m saying then proceeds to call me a “smart a**” he then locked the door behind him and went inside. I’ve worked in customer service and this is unacceptable. If I were ever to call a customer any sort of profanity I would be terminated immediately.

This place gave me some much needed knowledge and awesome service, I have been there three times in the last month and they are three for three! I appreciate the staff here, Im sure you will as well.

This store is awesome! I vape a juice that isnt carried anywhere anymore. The manager went above and beyond to bring in my juice and keep it on stock!

Cheap place for vapes. Employees are awesome, they helped me out when I was a bit short for what I wanted. It wasnt much, but it was a great act of kindness.

I was at this location a few days ago, and I would have loved to give it 5 stars because the beautiful decor and usual service. But Im assuming the person is the manager by how they were giving orders. Hes always so cold to people coming in, not just me, he also seems to linger on the side ignoring the presence of anyone solely because theres another employee working register.I asked him about a product and he wasnt being clear about it, so I asked more in depth. Clearly he was annoyed, he started to raise his voice the more I asked. Eventually he just handed me off to the other person working. I wont be shopping here until he brightens up, or they get a new manager.

Breeze Pros for $9.99...No other store with these prices. Staff are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. My go-to spot!Edit 8/21/23Theyre price is now $10.99 but still the cheapest around! Staff are still very helpful and courteous.

Best shop in the entire state, Breeze pros $9.99, Cheapest dispos, huge variety of glass all for the best price, cigarettes, rolling papers, cones, wraps, and cigars. Theyve got it all!!! They also have most amazing, helpful, and friendly staff out of every shop Ive walked into. This is by far the only shop I will ever go to.

Horrible Customer Service both trips to this location. Gives off negative energy of idgaf mixed with are you leaving yet. Will not be going back.

Just a general rule of thumb- don’t call your retail patrons sweetheart. They probably don’t want to be called that.I walked in to this tobacco shop to a “hey, how’s it goin” and then a “hey sweetheart, how’s it goin”I said, politely, “please don’t call me sweetheart”The shop worker then continued to call me sweetheart.I said, again- politely, “I did ask you not to call me that 😬”I honestly should have walked out but instead I completed my purchase.Great products etc. but like. Listen maybe? All for the sake of not creeping out your customers. Don’t worry I won’t be back. Thank you!

Very disappointed in visiting this location.. Today the gentleman running the place, Nate, obviously should have called in. My BFF and I were interested in the Kratom, and instead of just saying he didnt know anything about it, he popped off at the mouth, wasnt fully listening to our conversation ( my bff and I) and disrespected 2 customers, and the coworker that walked in behind us, i never heard him come in. Disappointed to say the least.

The Tobacco Shoppe has very reasonably priced glass and hardware. Most of my questions were abled to be answer by the young man working the counter. Will return again in the future.
