Maria has been my masseuse for the past two months or so since I’ve started my membership. I’m disappointed to see her go. I gave a 4 stars because of all of the reminders calls and message I keep receiving regarding my appointments I believe it is so unnecessary to continue to call me from multiple people and using different reminders. Otherwise, 5 stars for Maria, her hard work & efforts will always leave a positive impression on me & I’ll miss her conversations.

Do not visit this location . I wish you could leave a negative star rating. my masseuse was Henry And he did not care about my experience at all. I asked for a deep tissues and he was barely touching me. Each time I asked him to be harder he ignored all of my requests then when i spoke to Linda at the front desk she did not listen to me because Henry became very confrontational right out front. This place is very rude and unprofessional, as a customer they didn’t not listen or care about what i wanted or my experience. The massages are too expensive to not be treated at the very least with respect as a human being.

I believe Diana gave me the best massage ever. I’ve had a problem with my foot since back surgery a couple months ago. She helped me tremendously today. Not only my foot but the rest of my body. She is absolutely wonderful

Ive been going to the baybrook location and seeing Jared twice a month for a few years now, he is an excellent massage therapist and all around a really cool guy. My appointments with him keep my muscles loose enough to work without much pain between visits. Front desk staff is always very nice and helpful, would give more stars if I could, highly recommend this location!

I have been going to Jared for about a year now. He always does an amazing job. He uses great pressure and incorporates stretching. The staff is always very nice and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door!

Jerrod is the best. Always attentive and uses your time wisely based off of what you need. I’ve seen him monthly for a couple of years now and he stays consistent. Book in advance because he books up quick.The front desk staff is always very nice and efficient. I highly recommend Jerrod and this location.

Thor is amazing. He has strong but gentle hands and a very caring soul. He has the rare ability to read his client and adapt to their exact needs. I always feel so much better after a session with him. He’s the best!

We drive past several different massage companies to go here at the Baybrook location. We love everyone from the front desk staff, therapist and management. Everyone I have used has been great, Kaylee is definitely one of the best therapist I have ever come across.

Ive been a member of MH for a while now and had a truly frustrating experience with my massage last time. I very specifically told the therapist where I needed my massage before it started, and even booked a 90 minute to get extra attention to that area, and they didnt listen to anything I said... in fact, kept working around the area I needed even while I was trying to tell them during the massage to focus on that area... very frustrating and I wasted my credits for a massage that left me annoyed, tense, and still needing another massage.... Im probably gonna cancel my membership after this experience!!! Very disappointed!Update - the response to my post was let us know... this IS me letting you know... and I called to discuss it... and nothing... so how truly committed are you to addressing your customer satisfaction experience??? 🤔

The massage was absolutely amazing but that was the most uncomfortable massage table Ive ever laid on. The cushion for the headrest was way too big. My chin was resting on the bars underneath I repositioned it like four times during the massage. I was so tense during the massage because I was trying to keep from putting too much pressure on my face and chest. There was also a bar going through that was stabbing me in the ribs. Im very disappointed in this experience! I Massages supposed to be relaxing and euphoric. Not tense and stressful.

This place is the biggest scam ever. I’ve had two bad massages there and the management does nothing about it because they’re all about money. The massage therapist did not touch my feet, my lower back, anything above the knee no rhythm and no muscle because I asked for deep tissue and it was the worst massage I’ve ever had in my entire life. When I spoke to management they offered me a complementary elevation what a joke that comes with the membership. Then offered me to waive the tier fee for a better massage therapist???????? What? Since when did that happen you guys are not cosmetologist. That should also be disclosed to people that are buying memberships because if you’re buying a membership you’re obviously serious about caring for yourself. I would’ve had no problem paying for someone better and not wasting another $120 that I’m now out of because you guys are sneaky and greedy. I was starting a new job and really needed this massage because I’m using my arms a lot and everything. I’m in more pain than before and they refused to do anything helpful or accommodating because they are all about money. So now if I want to return before my membership renews (which it won’t because I’m canceling the card and asking to dispute the charge for my extra one) I have to pay another $120 plus a tier fee to get a good massage. You guys are supposed to be about health and wellness not about stress money in pain. I caution anyone that wants to go to this location or this business in general.

Just went for my first time and it was absolutely amazing!!! Ryan has some hands. Get some Ryan in your life, hes amazing. I was so happy and relaxed I couldnt even talk. At one point I was so relaxed I felt paralyzed. Haha. The ladies up front Shelby and Tiffany are gems as well. So welcoming and they make you feel super comfortable and very knowledgeable on their products. I cant wait to go back already. Wonderful atmosphere

Thor is very professional and is receptive to your requests. He used a good amount of pressure, so be prepared for that.

I don’t have a long history with massages but Thor did great. He was constantly asking if the pressure was too much or too little, and had some conversation but wasn’t too distracting from the relaxation. Very knowledgeable too.Front desk women were nice too, I could tell they were rushing a little to close up for the night and get home, which I completely understand. I never got the feeling like they were trying to pressure me to buy the different subscriptions they have, but more-so presenting the information and asking my thoughts on it. Will definitely be back

I received my massage as a gift from a friend. Its been a long time since Ive had one a with the year Ive had it was much needed. The ladies at the front were super sweet and helpful from the time I walked in the door. As I waited another customer came out. She had just finished her time with Mr. Thor, she gave him high praises. He was great!! He asked questions, listened and made recommendations based on my needs. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been a member for a few years and was amazed that they would not let me cancel my appointment today and reschedule for another day for being exposed to COVID. I was canceling for the best interest of their clients and massage therapist to prevent from spreading. I rather be safe than sorry but unfortunately that’s not their policy and rather take the chance or my money than looking out for their clients.

After we said no she didn’t talk to us for 30 min and took someone else trying to convince them (she was also annoyed). After we realized she was just messing with us and not taking our money so we left without a gift card and went somewhere else

I got a massage here about a three weeks ago, and while I really enjoyed the massage, the service from the staff has really turned me off from coming back. Not only was the woman at the front desk very pushy and aggressive for me to join a membership after my massage, and made me quite uncomfortable when i declined, but continued to call me asking me to join their membership program again. When I declined, due to the fact that I would be out of town, they were very short and rude with me for no reason. Overall I liked this place but the staff needs to take no for an answer and stop being so aggressive towards their clients.

I have been having some aches and pains in my back and neck/shoulders lately (probably from too much stress). I set up an appointment and got in with Thor.It turned out to be AMAZING! I loved every second. It was relaxing, soothing and the communication was awesome. The pressure was just right. Seriously was just what i needed to destress. I felt super comfortable. I really felt like he went above and beyond! He made sure i was comfortable and took care of all of my concerns. I was truly blown away!! I set up another appointment to see him again!The front desk ladies Jennifer & Elisabeth were awesome as well. Super kind and very informative.I was over all extremely happy with my visit today and cant wait to go back! 🥰

Dot sign their subscription!That don’t want to cancel it!!!When I got this subscription, they told me that it is easy to cancel, but it is not true.I moved to Dallas and use their services in Dallas. But when I decided to cancel they can not do it.When I call in this salon, where I signed documents, they told me that I need to come !!I do not ready to drive 4,5hours to cancel subscription.Manager on the phone with nice voice can not tell me email where I can send my documents for cancel it. On web site they don’t have any e-mail.So ... be ready to have issues with this “nice” lady who doesn’t help you, because they want to charge you forever!Horrible management service!

I really enjoyed going here until my credits started coming up missing. Was at an appointment and had 2 credits. They could only apply 1 “for some reason.” So I paid for the additional and they confirmed the other credit would still be on there. It was no longer on there. I had an appointment with the girl I use, she is going to be out for a couple of months, wasn’t notified and they switched to a different massage therapist, a male (which I requested no males) without telling me. When I found out and called to ask why, that is when I found out the lady I used would be gone for a couple of months. I declined the one that was rescheduled for the male therapist. Had not been back, those credits are gone. Yesterday I scheduled an appointment, having 2 credits, had to cancel (1 credit for 60 minute massage) both credits are gone now. Haven’t been since June, been paying monthly, but have no credits to use. Also, when I had taken my daughter, they talked us into signing her up by telling us that if she ended up not using her account it could be closed and the credits transferred to my account. She has never used it and they won’t do what they originally had said to get us to sign up for her an account. They don’t write anything down, so the client is wrong in every scenario. You will lose your money not get what you pay for. The therapist are great, but not the administration or the ones that handle the accounts. VERY disappointed

This place was amazing and better than everything expected they took great care of my girlfriend and I and made sure that we were fine and comfortable before and during the massage! If I could rate this particular franchise with a ‘no star’ I would absolutely do it. If you are worried about any current life circumstance changing and need out of a contract with them, DO NOT sign a contract! If you need to cancel, due to a legitimate health reason, they will not work with you, they require signed doctor’s notes, AND I personally feel like they withheld certain information in regards to the contract/pricing. I have had a very difficult time canceling a 6 month membership I purchased with them. This franchise is unfair, deceptive and they do not care about their customers! Go to Massage Envy!

I purchased a Groupon as a gift to my significant other for Fathers Day, and when he arrived for his appointment he was told they were trying to call him to cancel because the masseuse was sick. They were unable to call him because they wrote his phone number down incorrectly after asking for it 3 times. He was rescheduled with a male, which he wasnt happy about, but since he told them the day of the massage there were no accommodations to be made. The male masseuse was very aggressive in his technique and the hot stones were uncomfortable due to the temperature. I am ashamed this was a Fathers Day gift and was so uncomfortable, as it should have been relaxing and healing. I have purchased several massages on Groupon that were pleasant and professional. I will not purchase another one for Massage Heights for anyone and I do not recommend them. If someone needs another massage after a massage, the masseuse was doing too much, and that was the case here. You should not massage someone to the point they are wincing in pain and gritting their teeth.

I bought my wife a membership back in March before all of this COVID-19 mess swung into high gear. The spa director, Elisabeth, gave us a great opportunity to join and I signed on the dotted line without hesitation. As the pandemic grew, Elisabeth continued to work with us and provided exceptional customer service throughout.Elisabeth has been a shining beacon in the dimming world of customer service and is truly a one of a kind spa director and a delightful human being. I am very thankful for the help and exceptional customer service she has provided to us during these trying times!

Massage Heights are consistently good. Ive been to several locations. Never disappointing. Judith takes care of me at this location. Regular massages are so beneficial for my well-being. I have a couple vertebrae that are too close together in my neck leading to nerve pain and shoulder issues and they always take great care of me.

Mrs. Linda gave us great customer service, answered all our questions and concerns. Will definitely be coming back!

Zoe did an amazing job with the facial she gave me. My skin has never been so clean and dirt free. Also she removed all the blackhead in my nose with the elevations they offer. Great Job !

Judith is excellent! She is very strong and was able to isolate the sources of my lower back and shoulder pain very quickly and give them extra focus. I had terrible lower back pain after a long day of flying and walked in during my lunch break. Fortunately they had an appointment and lucky for me it was with Judith- she really is terrific. I felt much better and was able to make it through the rest of my work trip.

Stumbled across Massage Heights while doing a little shopping at the mall and I was pleasantly surprised. I have to say, I wasnt expecting the atmosphere and staff to be so nice since it is a chain but this place was amazing. Front desk girl Tila was so sincere and offered me water before my service. My therapist, Mayra, really got in and loosened all my tense muscles from working in Construction. I signed up for a membership and Ill definitely be back monthly!

This whole experience has not been what my family and I expected as a first timer. Not only did we pay in advance for multiple massages but they decided to cancel our couples appointment. They did not notify me knowing that they had my contact information that we had a 6 months limit or it will be canceled nor did they tell me on the spot. With all of the coronavirus and businesses being temporarily closed for a month they should have at least returned the month that they lost. Regardless of having the 6 months they should have notified me that the couples massage was going to expire! This is an ethical and moral violation for any industry. Not only that I booked the appointment before the 6 months for the couples massage deadline; why did they not advise that it was past the limit? Now they have my money and do not want to have some type of compromise to try to resolve the conflict. I am truly disgusted and appalled at the way they handled the issue and took advantage of my money especially in these difficult times.

I have chronic tension in my neck and shoulder that causes pain and headaches. Getting massages every 1-2 months improves my quality of life. Catherine and Jared are my favorite therapists and I always feel so much better after a good deep tissue massage! It’s changed my life with chronic pain/tension!!

BEWARE!!!! I came in for a massage and when they were talking about membership they told me that if I changed my mind I could let them know within 30 days to cancel if needed and they wouldn’t charge me. A few weeks later my mother died and I had to pay for cremation. I called well within the 30 days, explained the situation and the girl on the phone reassured me that it was cancelled and a charge would not occur. Checked my credit card today and I had a charge from them. I called and talked to the manager and she was less than friendly or accommodating. She informed me that it was a “pending charge” from when I signed up and that I could feel free to come and use my credit but I wasn’t getting my money back. The tactics used are underhanded and they don’t tell you the truth because I guess omission isn’t lying to them.

Stay away from here, I spoked to Blanca to try to cancel my membership and she has hung up on me numerous times. I asked to speak to her manager and I was told she won’t be returning until Monday which then would be too late to cancel my membership. Due to the terrible customer service I won’t be returning to this location and I canceled my massage I had scheduled at the end of May. Thanks to Blanca, Massage heights at baybrook lost a customer. I must say Kevin did a great job on my massage, and listened to all of my concerns. I recommend everyone to pay Kevin a visit.

I was skeptical with my second visit, but the new management and staff are amazing! I was so thoroughly satisfied with my visit that i signed up for a membership. The therapist for my massage and facial did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend this location. You wont be disappointed!!

Flew into Texas to book a massage with my mother. Booked two massages on Groupon and was given a price. Went and paid, and hours after my massage was called and told by a rep suddenly there was a $30 per person additional charge for us being in the same room. Unprofessional and deceptive practices.

Absolutely loved it! The staff were very professional and kind. My sisters and I were running a bit late, they made sure to have the therapists and rooms ready for us as soon as we got there.

The hot stone elevation was a great bonus. I think I will add them every time from now on. It was my first and I lived the way she left them on my hands and feet. If you havent tried it yet do!

Front desk is very pushy when trying to sell memberships. I was asked what day of the month I wanted my monthly fees drafted before I could even turn down the offer. Then I was asked for my credit card before being told what my total was. I was also charged for an upgraded service that I didnt even know was an upgrade.When an add-on service is offered, it should be presented as an add-on, not as regularly offered treatment. I wont be returning to Massage Heights.

I really enjoyed my hot stone massage today with Mayra she has the hands of an angel. This was my first massage ever and with the long hours I work this is new must have. I will definitely be back to see Ms. Mayra!

Had a couples massage with an included hot stone massage (used a Groupon). The masseuse was very attentive and focused on all the proper areas. Really enjoyed the hot stones as well. Only downside side was the massage was 40 min instead of 50 min.

Absolutely horrible company!! I had a massage that expired and was told that if I purchased an additional membership that it would unlock the one massage that expired. So I purchased an additional membership, same as the previous, and used three of the four promised massages. When I tried to use the expired massage I was told it was locked and I would have to go to baybrook to use it. Baybrook location tells me that I could not use this massage that I had paid $50 for unless I gave them an additional $79! So now they would like for me to pay $129 for a $99 massage. I asked to speak to the manager and the clerk told me that she had been communicating with the manager throughout the phone call so the manager is perfectly fine with all of this. So I was not able to use the massage even though I had been told previously that I could if I purchased another membership. So just be warned, the company and the management lack integrity and honesty. The massage from Mrs. O in league city was phenomenal however, sadly I will never support this company again.***Update***So the the League City Location called me and said that they were sorry and they would honor my remaining massage that the Baybrook location would not!! So my apologies for talking bad about the business Massage Heights, I did not know it was individually owned, so it is just the OWNER and MANAGEMENT at the Baybrook location that is horrible and has no integrity or concept of customer service, not the franchise itself. I fully support the League City location, and as stated previously, Mrs O at the League City location is amazing and I will continue to do businesses with her and them. Beware of Baybrook, they really do not care at all about the customers satisfaction after they have your money.

LaDesha and Jared both took great care of me. Made me feel relaxed from the moment I walked in and so welcome. Jared is incredible - if I didnt know any better I wouldve thought he had an extra hand, day after my massage and I still feel incredible and relaxed! Afterwards he went through different stretches that would benefit me and walked me out the door. LaDesha took incredible care of me again after my massage and set me up with an account so I can come back again and again and again, which I definitely will. Never been so happy with a massage or customer service :) Thank you LaDesha & Jared for making my Monday so much better!

This was my first time having a massage. Great experience from walking till the end of my session. I had Mayra attended to me and she explained everything as the massage went on. THE HOT STONES.......are a must to enhance the experience.

Cristal was so much help! I’ve never gotten a facial before so I wanted to talk to someone about what to exspect and my overall concerns. Cristal listened to all of my general skin concerns and suggested that I try a Dermalogica kit to make sure it was addressing all of my skin care concerns. We decided on the Calming line due to my skin sensitivity. I’ve been using the products for a month and my overall skin texture has improved and I am seeing a lot of improvement in the number of blemishes. I am getting ready to schedule my first facial with Cristal using the Calming line in my facial to continue the awesome job it’s been doing so far from home. This girl is gonna get me wedding ready y’all!!

Came in for a couple’s massage for my anniversary. Had an amazing experience and I really appreciated my massage therapist being careful and asking questions about my fibromiyalgia pain. Thought it would be a one time thing but I’m definetly coming back.

I had Aida for a deep tissue and she did not disappoint. This was by far the best I have ever had. If you have trigger points, see her. Very welcoming and clean environment.

I wont get the chance to see.I ordered a Groupon for a couples massage. When I called to set up an appointment was told they only accept a limited number of Groupons a day, and are booked up on the weekend until after the Groupon expires (4 months).Its not possible to make it during the week. Ive asked for a credit of the Groupon in order to apply it to the full price, still the reception Destiny says no go. Per her instructions she is in charge of the office when her manager Elizabeth is gone, and she has no idea when Elizabeth will return.I may or may not hear from someone else, but Ive already been told by Destiny that I wont be receiving a credit to apply to the full price of services (so Im not throwing away $100), and I cant use it on the weekends until after the voucher expires (which makes no sense).

Chena was my best massage ever!!! She was a teacher in that she knew the body mechanics and was able to advise with stretches and home massage until I can get back to her!!! The reason for the two stars is, the massage was spoiled in essence when I went to check out. UP SALE UP SALE UP SALE. It was awful and finally I had to say please, I just want to pay for todays massage. There is actually a contract if you get a membership. You can only break it with a Doctors note. How said that you have to go through all that when you are there because you are stressed in the first place.

Beyond irritated. Called to make an appointment and the receptionist told me I had 2 hours on my account. Got a babysitter, drove 25 minutes in a thunderstorm just for the receptionist to tell me those hours are expired and there is nothing she can do besides me pay MORE money than the $150 I already paid.

I didn’t feel any difference after the session, the girls are very welcoming but the other thing I don’t liked it, is that they push a lot to sell you the membership even when you said “no”.

They call me twice every day and leave a message even tho I have told them I lost income and can no longer afford the service. Pretty sad that in the middle of a pandemic they cant respect someone going thru a financial crisis.
