Went there for the first time today. They didn’t have what i was looking for but their customer service was really good. Very helpful.

Village Vape is a wonderful Smoke Shop! Employees are always knowledgeable, friendly, and I always receive great customer service.They also have a wide variety of products ranging from obviously nicotine vaping products, to glassware to Zippo fluid to rolling papers. Pretty much any smoking accessories you might need.Laid back environment, excellent staff and large selection. What more could you ask for, so I highly recommend Village Vape!

I came in to buy a bong and am really happy with it. I told the guy what problem I had with my current one and he helped me pick out one that would solve it. And even told me how it solved it.

This place has every cigar you can ever want and other more exotic tobacco paraphernalia if you know what I mean. But the best thing about this place is their Lounge upstairs. This is the place that makes me happy. It has a great TV, poker tables, comfortable leather seating and plenty of room. The ventilation was excellent and the man running the shop was friendly and helpful. I will definitely buy a membership when I come back to town. This place is excellent. It would be nice if they were open till 4 a.m., but obviously there isnt the clientele to sustain that yet.

Always a pleasure every time Im there. Every employee is very friendly, knowledgeable and will do their best to help you get what your looking for. They also have an incredibly convenient cigar lounge located above them. Its an excellent space to hang out, have a cigar and relax in peace for a little while. I reccomend Village Vape to all my friends and anyone in need of supplies.

Ive been to all the local shops that sell cigars. This shop has a vast selection. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Also, a rewards program. Cigars are fresh for the most part. Competitive pricing. Always a pleasure to visit and also has a lounge upstairs which I havent used: so I cant comment on that.

Best shop Ive been to yet. Very spacious. Great selection and knowledgeable staff that is fast to assist you and very friendly. Nice relaxing atmosphere. They also have a little spot to have a seat and chill right up front by the glass overlooking main st. A sizable selection of tobacco pipes and all your vaping needs.

Vape staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Best selection around for cigars. Lounge is always clean and has plenty of room. Love the leather couches and big screens as well. By far my favorite place for having a cigar or getting anything vape related. Will return soon and will recommend to anyone!

Ryan was extremely helpful. He truly made the buying process a nice experience. They also have a nice variety of glass for all tastes. I would recommend this store to anyone trying buy a piece in the Webster area.

All the staff is very informed with each product and are very helpful in helping you build a rig or pick out which item is perfect for your needs. They will also replace any defective equipment and/or help you fix your vapes. They also recommend flavors for beginners and I found that to be a great help when I tries to quit smoking a couple years back. Highly recommended!

It a nice place with a decent selection of cigars and accessories. Its a babe shop but product wise its well varried. Its not just a vape shop with two boxes of cigars but an actual smoke shop with a good variety. Staff was friendly and courteous which is always a good thing.

A great cigar lounge with a knowledgeable staff and great quality Cigars. We feel right at home in this beautiful, well ventilated space. If I lived near here, I would definitely come all the time.

I went during the week and the young man that helped me with choosing a vape was really knowledgeable about all the products. He made great recommendations. And even though I love Im Greece NY, I will continue to go to the Webster shop only.

Lol actually pocket-reviewed this place. Anyways, these guys are a pretty professional establishment. Helped me grab a new vape and various other products without breaking my budget while still having me walk away happy! Cant say many others do that without trying to squeeze whatever they can out of ya. Great job guys keep it up.

I’m a regular customer I bought a pack of vape coils only two out of a five pack work. I get told they are adjustable which they should work out of the box and they didn’t , he just shrugs me off, no offer of a discount or anything. Looks like you’ve lost mine and my wife’s business. Like really? He should grabbed a pack of coils from behind the counter and gave them to me. We have literally spent thousands in here and your gonna act like its my fault YOUR coils don’t work. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Very comfortable atmosphere. Always a very very helpful staff! The only thing I would complain about is most of the time they have only two people working and 12 customers so waiting time can be lengthy but the friendly and helpful staff makes up for it!

Great glass, local and otherwise, decent sized concentrate section, only sells yo dabba in terms of quartz, but caps and glass tools are abundant, also great heady rigs at very good prices and knowledgable staff

I couldnt possibly be happier. Village always goes above and beyond to ensure my needs are completely satisfied. They do have a hippy working there but I just try to ignore him.

This is by far one of the best places to go. A large selection of products for vaping, and very knowledgeable or different products to use with your vape. When I have to upgrade my vape I will be returning here. I recommend going here before any other vape store. There are many vapes locations now all over town, but I would start here first!

I was surprised to find a great smoke shop in the village of Webster! Nice helpful staff, great selection I got a really nice and unique glass piece. Will definitely be back!

My old shop screwed me over and this shop helped me with no issues. much better environment and options as well. will be going here from now on

This would be a 5 star place if they had a bigger, better cigar selection. The upstairs lounge is the best smoking lounge in Upstate NY.

I’ve been in a lot of cigar shop- this one is a gem. The lounge upstairs is also very nice relaxing spot to enjoy your cigar.

I live in greece and all the shop around me u cant try flavors really. .. At the village vape u can !! Guys at the shop take care of u in the most professional way and no attitude. Thats why I drive 20 min to the vill.. keep calm and vape on.
