Today I walked in Mr. smokes and the customer before me didn’t get a ID but when I got to the counter, I was asked for my ID. The store is very racist. I don’t understand why anyone else was an ID and they could just make her prediction after over 21 which could really be a minor do not go to the store these people stank and smell bad and would judge you off your looks

Friendly staff, always a pupper hanging out. Prices are fair compared to some of the shops.Mr Smoke is open later too which I appreciate, so I can be sure to make it in time after work. Never had any issues the multiple times I have shopped here, though be careful at night as the strip mall location can attract some unsavory characters.

This place is bad‼️I bought some hemp sticks here and the whole box & Sticks had MOLD. They wont let me return or exchange them. Complete rip off 😩.

Very friendly. Have just about any product you could need. Occasionally will have a small wait while others are being served, but that is to be expected. They carry a variety of nicotine products from a multitude of companies, CBD products, and a great selection of glass and plasticware for your needs.

I went to this establishment yesterday. They were rude, racist, and had no knowledge of what I was asking for. I took my money somewhere else, where I felt welcomed and customer service was provided. NEVER will I step in this place again.

Im not accusing anybody, but soon after i had purchased something here, i had another charge to a Gadget something or other. It was refused, no harm no foul, but since I hadnt done it and i had my card in my hand, it must be a scanner or something. Be careful. I had been a occasional customer here, but since i didnt find the staff particularily friendly...maybe cuz im a old grandma......but i wont return.

These guys are truly helpful, and insightful when it comes to every product on their shelves. I prefer to support small business, and these dudes have mine every time. I recommend them to anyone in need of some great customer service and good products. Warm and friendly vibes throughout.

I was able to purchase a sweet little “lighter” to use for learning to solder jewelry. The young man working there was extremely polite and helpful (maybe because I am old enough to be his grandmother, lol!) - he answered all my questions very knowledgeably. He really knows all of his products behind the counter. There was also many beautiful and decorative hand-blown glass pipes. Even though I don’t smoke, I will be going back in the future because there all kinds of cool items stocked in the store!

Customer service good, pricing high. I was in a bind, my vape device crapped out and I needed a new one. I ordered one online but it will take a few days to get here. So I went here to get an inexpensive device to hold me over until I got the one I ordered in. Got the cheapest device they had, 35 dollars, and went home. Afterwards I go online at direct vapor and the same device is selling for $15.

Pretty nice selection. One of many store locations in the area. Nice selection of papers, juices, water pipes, and hookas. If youre looking for a quality piece and dont want it broken during shipping, you can always buy a piece from them instead.

Best smoke shop in houston end of story. They have the absolute best selection of everything including vapes. The staff is very friendly and they even have the sweetest puppy that hangs around. Great prices, great people, great selection, and great atmosphere. Could hang out there all day :).

Opens earlier than any other store of the same genre, nice staff, there was a pitbull that walked me in and out if the door, but I am a dog person. So dont be shocked when greeted at the door by a pitbull, its friendly. Some people may not like that though.

Why is it everytime I buy something from here its got something wrong with it? Tonight was the last chance I was like if something is wrong with this im never going back.......im never going back!!! What is this the outlet center for irregular paraphernalia???? Grrrr. Couldnt wait to get home and try it and bam all but worthless!!!

Guys who work the counter are super nice and always give good recommendations. And I happen to love his sweet pitbull. She is usually asleep or minding her own business when shes not being pet by someone.

This is my favorite smoke shop. Relaxed and friendly, and they have beautiful pipes, and the most reasonably priced and excellent kratom. They also have a great dog named Abby.

Ive always had a good experience, but I came In here and theyre always open until 12am on the weekend. Its a few minutes after 11pm and they gave me the the slash sign. I always come here late on weekends. I wouldve been maybe 5 minutes max? I always put tips In their Jar. Well, there wont be any tips anymore guys.

This is awesome store if they dont have what you are looking for then you probably wont find it anywhere else the staff is friendly and very helpful and the prices are decent and there is plenty of parking and the parking is free and like I said before this place has it all the only problem is they need more room but I do recommend this store.

Sorry too say this about this store.I went in too see how much they charge for a Puff Plus Electronic Cigarette and I was floored.Found out that They wanted $18.00 Plus Tax for just one of them with 800 puffs.The Gas Station charges only $9.00 dollars which is way cheaper.Talk about Price Gouging!! It is Ridiculous!!😠
