BUYER BEWARE... I purchased a package on Groupon. You have to make an appointment on the website, with minimal availability. Finally got an appointment.The appointment gets canceled for NO REASON and says I requested to cancel the appointment. I called several times and no response.

I found Carmen on Groupon. I have been wanting a better self-image. I had lost 50 lbs but still looked chubby. I opted for her 8 sessions on 2 body parts and have seen great results. My triple-chin was down to a double after the 1st session. 4 sessions in, and my double-chin is almost gone. I bought a dress in December to wear to a work party. I had to take it in a bit to fit right. She does take the time to understand what problem areas you have and what you are looking to accomplish. Im glad i cam across her promo! I have referred her to family and friends. Maybe they could get similar results.

Carmen was very nice and polite but also very unprofessional. She talks on her phone while in the session with you, which I didnt mind but it was still unprofessional to do while you have a client. I paid for a standard MONTHLY package on April 4th. Here we are at the end of April and Ive only had 3 sessions. She had to reschedule twice because she forgot she had a surgery scheduled for the same day.. this last time, I have reached out twice about rescheduling and have gotten no response back. I have noticed some changes but I would not recommend going to her just based on her professionalism... or unprofessionalism rather. Such a shame because after doing my research I went to her due to convenience of her location and to support black owned businesses.. this type of shenanigans is why black ppl dont support black owned businesses right here!

Love this place I feel so much more comfortable then the last place I tried. She is very friendly explains the process to you and how it works. She is very nice and friendly I’m gonna spend all my money here lol. I highly recommend this place if you want your body snatched💪🏼

Carmen is such a sweet and kind individual. She listens to my concerns and understand my problem areas. She takes her time and does not rush. I really do appreciate it. I know it takes time to see results and it is not an overnight process. The results I’ve seen so far is great. She definitely understand the assignment. Brittany did an amazing job on my facial. She took her time to explain everything she was doing and how it would work. She let me look in the mirror to see the difference that just one side of my face was showing. She was gentle and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire experience.

I purchased a product in February. The freeze happened so I was understanding of the delay. Over a month later I asked and was given a story about the products being delivered to an old partner and would be receiving the product once it was all sorted out. Throughout the months I finally said I just want a refund and supposedly I was number 8 in line and that was back on August 23. I reached out again in September by text and phone, but never responded or answered. I reached out again in the beginning of October and no response or answer and again just 2 days ago and still no response or answer. The 2 last texts I told her I was irritated telling her I have been nice and patient and still nothing. It was over $200 that she owes me which is why Im very annoyed. I swear you try to give people the benefit of the doubt and so many times they choose to disappoint. She is a small business owner and this is so unprofessional as well as it shows a lot about her character. Very un-trust worthy
