I just had my first massage here and it was a wonderful experience. The ambience is lovely and so is the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. I was dealing with some serious lower back pain after a move and I really needed help with it. I’m so glad that I came here. My back feels so much better. I will definitely be coming back here soon. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

I have recommended this place to people many times and had tons of massages here but sadly after my experience today I can no longer do that. Sparadise rescheduled my appointment, which is totally fine- but then I was waiting for nearly 20 minutes in the massage room without any information or notice on a delay. After that long I just decided to leave. I was told sorry. If you do go, schedule an appointment with Jack because he’s great. The massages are good but it’s sucks to just be sitting there wasting time.

If the massage therapist need close to a 50% tip to survive then pay them more. I am very upset and I feel humiliated.

I bought a couples massage Groupon at Sparadise. We both thought the massage was not good. More pressure does not equal a better massage. It did not feel like the masseuse was trained in massage or understood the muscles of the body.

I’m not exaggerating when I say I had the massage I’ve been dreaming of my whole life. Our therapists Bella and Oliver were incredibly perceptive of all of our tight spots and adjusted the pressure and intensity perfectly throughout. We will definitely be coming back!

DO NOT GO.Had a gift card from a friend to get a 60min massage and they wouldnt redeem it. This place is a total scam. They took my friends money and did not provide the service that was paid for. When I talked to the owner about it they said I could pay a $30 fee to use the gift card. Thats 50% of the value of the gift card! They wouldnt even give back the money for the original clue of the card. Completely fraudulent behavior. DO NOT support a business that treats their customers this way. There are better places to go.

We just finished a couples massage here and couldn’t leave a 5 star review fast enough. I was able to book an appointment the same day, chose the Thai style massage for $60 each and it felt great, focusing mostly on my legs, upper back and neck which is what I asked for - the receptionist was nice on the phone and we left a $20 tip for each masseuse which they appreciated. Not sure what these negative reviews were about… maybe those reviews are outdated? Highly recommend and I will be back.

I’ve had at least a hundred massages all over the world, and Sandy gave me one of the best massages I have ever received. It was as if she made it her personal mission to take all the knots out of my shoulders. Somehow she made an hour feel like 2 in the best way. Thank you, Sandy!

After 10-days of travelling (walking, hiking and sight seeing) with the kids I was in pain all over. So grateful the concierge at my hotel (Hotel 850 5*) suggested this place. I had THE BEST massage. Professional, Clean and a full 60 minutes of attention. I wish I could travel back to LA for this massage alone. THANK YOU Bella! You made my day.

Best massage I have ever had in my life. Really reasonable rates given how good they are. 90 minutes with Bella and Nadia were both amazing. Very courteous, comfortable and thorough. Have been over 5 times and always excellent. 100% recommend.

I paid for 60 min couple massage (combination) for 6:15pmI got to the room & I waited .... then I told my friend that THEIR clock showing 6:21pm but I dont think they will play with our time!During the massage my friend tried to explain to the lady what to do but she didnt listen ...The massage ended @7:15So, when we tried to talk with the guy in the front he said that he sorry & we not telling the truth!He was very rude and didnt listen to our complaints , if so, so why you asking HOW WAS THE MASSAGE?Anyway, Me & my friend NOT going back & not recommending !

This was my first professional massage so I wasnt really sure what to expect. Also it was a couples massage so my significant other was with me. The Establishment was clean and the Personnel were nice. As instructed we arrived early so that we could fill out a questionnaire that asked a few questions such as did you have any special areas you wanted worked on, if you had had any recent injuries, and how much pressure you wanted your masseuse to use on you; I selected firm. We were asked our preference in regards to our masseuse; I picked male, my girlfriend picked female. We were introduced to our specific masseuse, Sara and Aaron and then escorted back to the couples room. I was a little confused getting into the bed how the sheet situation worked but my girlfriend explained it to me and after we settled in our masseuses came in. Initially I was being massaged through the sheet but then as the massage progressed, Aaron became hands on. At one point as I was laying there, I could tell Aaron started to climb up on the massage table and I was wondering what he was about to do. All of a sudden he was walking on me, but the way he did it, it wasnt painful at all. My girlfriends masseuse didnt walk on her but I think thats because she didnt take the firm choice. Both of us enjoyed our massages immensely and we will be going back. My only regret was I didnt have enough cash to tip Sara and Aaron the way I wanted to so Ill have to make it up next time. Ive been going to this place for years. I consistently have an excellent experience and recommend it to all my friends. Its a very relaxing environment and, despite having my favorites, have never had a bad massage here. The prices are competitive and the service is great.

Absolutely incredible deep tissue massage from Oliver. Got a same day appointment within a couple hours and they took such good care of me. Amazing price, couldn’t believe the value!

STAY AWAY from this place. The owner is SCAMMING people by selling them gift cards for messages but then he does not let customers use their gift cards. He literally told me that he does not care about losing customers because he has enough customers because I told him he is scamming people. I asked for money back and he refused to give me my money back or for me to use the gift card.

I am not a huge fan of massages...UNTIL NOW. I went today for a 60 min massage. The room is very cozy with dim lighting. I had Oliver and he was AMAZING! The only bad thing is that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the next room.

Sparadise is a no frills massage establishment that, in my experience, delivered a solid massage. I was visiting LA and having some neck pain and was hoping to find something same day. Sparadise got me in within a couple of hours. These types of places are common in other countries Ive been to, but not so much in the states. I got a deep tissue massage for 50 minutes at $50 plus tip. Johnny was my therapist and was quite strong and capable. Id do back on a future visit.The neg reviews here and on Yelp, by the way, seem related to Groupon. The ones that evaluate the services themselves seem highly favorable.

My 1-star rating is based on the professionalism of this establishment and the way that they treat their customers.The first time that I went to Sparadise, I used a Living Social deal and got a couples massage with my girlfriend. I actually enjoyed the massage itself, especially for the price. The atmosphere was not ideal though, as the rooms were just separated by dividers and we could clearly here the client next to us complaining to his masseuse for 10 minutes about the massage. This was followed by the masseuse refusing to continue the session and walking out of the room, with the client leaving upset. We finished our massage in relative silence, gave a decent tip together, and left happy.I later bought another Living Social deal, and called to make an appointment. I told them I wanted to use my coupon, and scheduled one for the next day. When I showed up, they refused to honor it because they said I hadnt given them the Living Social number 24 hours in advance (even though I had been on the phone with them, told them I needed to use my Living Social coupon, and did not ask me for the number on the phone). I asked to talk to the manager or if there was anything we could do to honor the coupon since I had just driven 30 minutes in traffic to get there, but they absolutely refused. I left angry, stating that this was not a good way to treat customers and a waste of my time, and would not be leaving a tip when I rescheduled (which I probably shouldnt have said, in retrospect).So yesterday I tried to call again to schedule a session, and I literally called 8 times throughout the day and it went straight to voicemail every time. I left a message, but did not get a call back. Today I called again, and Edward (he would not tell me his last name) answered the phone with an inquisitive, Hello?? Im sorry, is this an actual business or did I call somebodys home phone? After some confusion that this was indeed Sparadise, I tried to make another appointment. After putting me on hold for a while, he came back and informed me that they refused service to me because I didnt leave a tip last time, which was completely false. I explained the situation a couple times, but he again absolutely refused. He stated I would have to get a refund from Living Social. I asked for Edwards last name, asked to speak to a manager, and promptly got hung up on.So for a cheap decent massage, you can go to Sparadise. But if you expect to be treated with any kind of respect as a paying client, I would avoid going anywhere near here. Me and my husband had a couple’ s massage there. My husband wasn’t really satisfied with the massage and ask the therapist not to do it with elbows, but was refused with the request. Despite of this we left almost 20% tips, but the personal wasn’t happy about it and literally asked for more tips and said otherwise it wouldn’t be any availability next time I call.

It is my first time going here and i was a little sceptic at first because of some of the negative reviews i read but after experiencing their service i can say that it is the best massage ive had so far and will definitely be back. The place is clean and nice and the staff were all friendly. Beth was my massage therapist and she took care of me, relived me of my neck and back pain and i felt really good after. Signed up for a couples massage with my boyfriend and neither of us were too happy with the service. Upon arrival, you are asked to fill out a small sheet with areas on your body you would like worked on, the intensity and so on.(1.) We are both athletes with different areas to get worked on and neither of us chose a full body massage because we have specific problem areas that needed more focus, but full body is what we got anyways.(2.) The massage itself was a bit rushed, so tight muscles and knots were not worked on at alllll. I understand this was not a sports massage, but I was expecting better.(3.) In the middle of our massage, there was a man moaning in the room next to us which was disgusting. It is an establishment with the majority being women, so no one is trying to hear that and could be heard from down the hall as well. Makes you wonder what has happened on the very massage beds we were laying on... If youre a lonely old man, this is the place to go!(4.) After the massage, my boyfriend let me know he was uncomfortable with the masseuse he had because she purposely exposed his privates and rested her hand on his genitals multiple times. I find this to be very disrespectful because we signed up for a couples massage, so no stranger should be putting their hands on some elses partner like that, especially when Im right next to him... No different than if roles were reversed and it was a male masseuse exposing a female in that matter.We defiantly will NEVER be coming back.

Massage was mediocre at best, but the 1 star review is because of how heavily my fiancé and I were harassed for a tip. Was uncomfortable for most of the massage so didn’t leave a big tip. They yelled at us and acted like we robbed them because we only left a $20 tip. Unprofessionalism at its best

Located in a small strip mall. Does have a few parking spaces, but a few shops in the strip mall are empty so if they become occupied, parking might be tough. Staff was extremely polite and professional. My 90 minute massage was excellent. The place is small and basic, no frills, but clean and quiet. I will definitely return.

I’ve been coming to this place for over a year before Covid. Today was my first time back after Covid. Everything was clean, sanitize and the masses was wearing a mask. The staff has been vaccinated for 2 month, which made me feel safe. I’ll be back next week. You have to wear a mask through the massage. A bit difficult .

Avoid at all cost, the male at the front desk is very unprofessional. Its not clean, they use very cheap oils. And tries to force you to tip more than required. Support other businesses that pay their employees healthy wages.

They get 2 stars for the price, and the cleanliness of the front lounge. U cant go fully nude, and u r put in a room with a sliding door, and side walls that dont go all the way up to the ceiling. So, u r able to hear people talking, and breathing. I requested a$70-90 min Swedish massage, med- hard pressure, due I have been sore from working out. A guy named Ray was the one who gave the massage and I kept having to tell him to slow down, less pressure due to it felt like he was mainly using his elbow and fore arm for the massage. He was treating the session more like when u turtle wax a car. High speed and DEEEEP pressure. I left more sore than when I went in, or the same and oily from the amount of massage oil he was using. Which I was fine with until I realized he ended the 90 min session. Will never be back.

I called to redeem a Groupon for a one hour couples massage that my wife and I received as a gift. They were booked through the expiration date and refused to honor the Groupon passed the expiration date, leaving me no option to redeem this. I am contacting Groupon about the issue.

Great service! The ambience is great, the massage was very warm, and peaceful, plus with the additions of aroma therapy, heated stones, and the relaxing music atmosphere. This makes a great place for decompression, and relaxation. Thank you Sparadise.

Not professional at all. When they dont tell ME how much Is the total cost when I called Twice.VERY RUDE AND BS. YOUNG GIRLS SITTING UPFRONT SENDING THEIR GRANDMOM TO DO THE WORK. THEN DEMANDING $20 TIP. MAKING THE CUSTOMER UNCOMFORTABLE IS NOT A GOOD WAY TO RUN BUSINESS.stop ur BS just say its 49$ per HR and $20 tip. Plain and simple.
