I went in and Stephanie was amazing and Ive never been in there before.and she was able to help me within my price range and I was able to purchase my favorite vape juice (Mr fog rainbow 🌈). Thank you so so much.ill be back next Friday evening to purchase another mod, (perhaps a pink one) and couple of vape e juices. And I petted there 2 cats. Friendly enough, but zero care that youre satisfied. Autodraw was a selling point for me and I made it known. I was assured the overpriced, low satisfaction Gemini I purchased was. Also, after stating it had no flavor, the owner told me the flavor would improve with wicking. The Gemini is a terrible device without autodraw. Even though this part is a shop mistake, I was hit with the No returns which the owner claims was an honest mistake, but zero effort whatsoever to make it right. Im left with an unusable device, sold due to being misinformed. Lesson learned.

Sold my girlfriend a faulty product and wouldnt honor a refund after telling us to travel to another town to get a refund at their other store. Unbelievable. Owners shady. Id bring your business somewhere else more respectable.

A very nasty store. They had a filthy cat in there roaming around and what appeared to be 2 drug attic‘s sitting in some chairs. They told me $40 for a Vape pen and then only give me $50 and change out of $100. As the door was closing they laughed at me.

Great guys, very very helpful. I went in, and instantly the staff asked what I was looking for. I told them a fruity/sweet juice, and they started pulling out tons of bottles of various flavors for me to sample. I usually feel a little shy and overwhelmed when a shop has a big selection, but this staff made it easy to get something new that I loved!

Jud and Stephanie have an amazing shop. Their selection is top of the line and their employees are overall a very talented group of individuals. Its a nice atmosphere to just chill in but also great and prompt in service. Way to go 7 Sins!

Prices are 15-20% higher here that other comparable businesses.On this occasion, great customer service. Knowledgeable, friendly.Several previous experiences were the complete opposite -- that is me being very polite and kind in my description.

Place is current on all vape standards, plus the mods are popular on the current vapes to date. I love the atmosphere and all the employees. If you hate cats youre a monster, best shop Ive been to. The owner is an amazing salesman. Biggest selection of juice Ive seen in the state. The cats are more friendly and chill than most dogs. If youre new to vaping or a seasoned vet go in and check it out.

I have been vaping for about 3 years now. When I started the very first place I went was 7 sins. Not only did they get me started but they were extremely knowledgeable and really insistent on setting me up with what suits me. Since then I have never been to another vape store. 7 sins has always help me with anything I need and over 3 years everything I have purchased for vaping has came from their store. I was extremely pleased with the service that I never had the interest to go anywhere else. The selection they have is just amazing, form juice to mods, to accessories. If 7 sins doesn’t have it they can help find it. Over all just 20 out of 10 pleased with customer service and quality of their products.Highly recommended!!

This place is great! The staff is so friendly and they were very helpful (as I am very inexperienced with vapes). They helped me with my old Kangertech and it has worked better than ever! Also the cats in the shop are adorable and super friendly :) 10/10 would recommend, and I will be back for all my vape needs!

Visited to purchase liquid and was shocked to find out how much it costs, then even more surprised to find out the liquid tasted like perfume. 120ml bottle was over $50, to put that in perspective I can get three 120ml bottles from another store for the same price. 2 stars since the guy that helped me was very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions readily.

I came to this shop trying to buy a vape mod tp help cut down and eventually quit smoking cigarettes. Owner of the store was very helpful. I went in very unrealistic about how much I wanted to spend not realizing these capes are quite expensive. The owner showed me many different mods and i ended up grabbing a Smok Species and am very happy. Ill be back again when Im in Indiana again. Thanks again.

BEST vape store in town. They actually know what they are talking about and will try their best to meet your needs instead of just being salesmen like the other stores around here. Only place thats open late.There are far the best prices in town i have been to all the vape shops in town there is one other near by and it called 7sins and it is in the mall. Thay treat you like a person and not like a number. Thay have a great selection of everthing to vape with a 😃.The cats are friendly.If youre new to vaping or a seasoned vet go in and check it out.

Bought a $20+ vape that wouldn’t charge and they didn’t offer a replacement charger or device. Nice people but poor customer service in my opinion!

This will be a lengthy review. Stopped by 7 Sins Vapor today. Im a 67 year old veteran and new to vaping (two weeks) because of surgery and the surgeon suggested vaping instead of cigs. Decided to try to chase clouds. The local shops in Lafayette, see an old man come in and think you dont know anything, try to explain Ohms Law, (little do they know that I am a Crew Chief on electric go karts that compete in the EV Grand Prix, against colleges and universities from all around the world. We use all sorts of unregulated battery packs of different chemical composition.) The local shops (Lafayette and West Lafayette) just want to sell you stuff from house brands to more equipment. The person (I didnt get his name) at 7 Sins Vapor taught me and helped me a great deal. Saw the cats on the counter, so I shared pics of our cats. Got back home and told the wife they had cats on the counter, she said thats the place we are going to. Bottom line; great service, great selection, very friendly and helpful. Just tried the juice (the taste is exquisite) and the coil setup. Followed his advice on breaking in a new coil, which NO OTHER place suggested. AGAIN this persons advice and suggestions are spot on. 7 Sins Vapor is the place to go, you wont be disappointed.

Decent selection but harsh on pockets. I purchased 4 juices here that are $15 each from the company itself. Instead of closer to the 60.00 i walked out paying over a hundred and twenty dollars. Also the rewards program is a joke. If you spend over a thousand dollars you get 25% off next purchase. Super duper ill take my bussiness elsewhere. Obviously you have to upcharge to keep a bussiness running but more than double price is obnoxious.

Only vape shop I go to anymore. After being disappointed time after time with other shops, this one finally has what I need. Always expanding their shop and their staff is wonderful! Only carriers of Fogged Out in the Lafayette Area. Ive bought 3 mods from them so far and love everything Ive purchased!

This place has an amazing selection of juice and Vapes. Jud helped me out alot bu showing me some new coils and suggesting an amazing key lime juice. Im extremely satisfied with their customer service, definitely not like most of the other rude shops.

Bought a Pulse Dual here on 4/19/20 That day I spent $182.97 with them. On 4/26/20 the unit stopped functioning. I contacted 7 Sins Vape of Lafayette and so far they AND Vandy Vape have refused to swap out the unit. No happy customer here. However; Vandy vape did offer to send me a cheaper model (not my pulse dual.) Think I may just let them keep it. Neither place (7 Sins nor Vandyvape) honor their warranties. Honor your warranty and Ill try to remove this post; maybe.

Vape pen stopped working within half an hour of leaving with it. $30 dollars wasted because they cant take it back after you leave the store. Stay away from their 4000 puff pens.

Has 3 cats that are chill. Definitely a laid back vibe not the sterile tobacco shop usual.

7 Sins has become my home shop. I love all of the products and staff-even the little fuzzy ones! Everyone is very welcoming and helpful! Love you guys!

Nice people, bad at customer service. Constantly went in for help, never got any help until the 100th attempt. Went to another vape store, they fixed my problem in shorter time than when I would sit around waiting for help here.

Smells like cat piss in here ...it might be because there is cat piss on the floor and cat just laying on the counter ...place is disgusting ....im so glad they dont make the juice there I was gonna be sick being in there t min...ober priced also

A employee attempted to frame me for using his employer discount and I call the store manager and he acts like he doesn’t care about his costumers so I’m making this review to inform any new or existing costumers to be careful shopping at 7 sins vapor I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone after the costumer experience I’ve received

I go here all the time for my coils and juice because of the friendly staff and nice environment.

Their shop on 16th Street says open 10am-8pm...don’t fall for it. I’ve been there the last 3 times and doors have been locked during those hours.

Was advised to buy a mod that was extremely weak, probably an item that they were trying to get rid of that had been sitting in the case for months. Charged 10 dollars for two coils. Waste of money.
