This is absolutely my favorite shop in town. The staff is incredible and very welcoming. Everyone is always happy to answer questions or chat about different products. Ive never had a bad experience! They have fantastic prices, amazing atmosphere, and an unmatched staff.

Recently, Ive been going through a whole lot medically and physically. Everytime I come in the employees have asked me how my health is and how I am! It makes me feel like they truly care about the customer instead of a paycheck.Not only that but their products over the years have only improved tenfold. Highly recommend the 2 Gram live resin series!

Place is nice. Wide selection. Staff was very polite and knowledgeable about their stock.

Was driving through the city and needed a vape , had a long drive ahead of me and couldnt go without my dear nicotine. They had a great deal on vapes . Very affordable for the quality. Very knowledgeable staff thank u vape store.

I was in a couple of weeks ago with my friend while she was back on campus. We went in with intentions of just looking because we had never been in the store before. We were both amazed about what a wide range of glass this store had and all of it was good quality. Everything was priced very fair and even on the cheaper side for the quality you get. Cameron was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. He set me up with two new pieces of glass that I was on the fence about buying. I am now so glad I bought them and definitely dont regret it. I will for sure be back in to visit this shop because of the wonderful customer service Cameron provided to my friend and I. Wild Side is an amazing little shop... expect a good experience with great customer service. The prices are great and they have alot of inventive and different deals and sales. The management does a great job at keeping the shop clean and organized. You wont find a fingerprint on a piece of glass or anything in the whole shop. Wild Side smoke shop is an amazing experience on all five senses. Check it out sometime, you wont be disappointed

Terrible experiences!! First the people working barely even understand the glass and how to set up your rig properly if you want to use terp pearls. Spent $400+ on the puffco peak pro just to get home and it not work and them not do anything about it. WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Worst customer service in town when it comes to smoke shops

Cameron is a really nice guy. I wanted an electronic smoking device with cinnamon flavored oil and he helped me get exactly what I wanted and explained several models, showed me how they all worked and spent a really good amount of time with me helping to show me how everything worked. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his helpful manner. I will definitely go back again and definitely recommend this store. Thanks Cameron!!!!!!

I went in here just to check theyre selection of glass, they have everything you could ever need for all your smoking vaping needs and then some, this is definitely the place you are looking for, they have a great staff , i wish i knew the gentleman name because he deserves credit for the kind knowledge service he provided me with on my visit Sunday 10/18 i left him info about samples, this guy was very helpful. I have shopped at other places near by for many years and the staff are no where near as friendly or helpful....

Cameron was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything I purchased was correct for me seeing as how I was unsure of size. He even called me back to check in and make sure I was coming back before they closed. Saved my butt from having to drive back to town tomorrow. He was nice and friendly they have good prices, in short its definitely a must in headshops

I stopped by to see if they carried a particular product. They do not, but the employee (I think manager) went out of her way to call other shops to find me what I wanted. I would definitely recommend the Wild Side for all of your smoking needs. Large selection, great staff!

Im usually not the one to write reviews, but I left this place with a feeling like I got taken advantage of. The pieces and stuff was a little over priced for my taste. The person working, Austin who is a manager. Recently helped me pick out an enail. Austin gave no instructions, sold me the device and sent me out the door like my purchase didnt matter. When I got home I realized it didnt fit like he said it would, a little bummer. Went back and Austin spent about an hour trying to get me not to return it. Austin offered me a different enail attachment that wouldnt fit either, trying to sell me on something else I didnt need. After several tries of letting Austin know i didnt want it, I left the store upset and feeling like he didnt wanna listen to me. It was late at night and I was very frustrated with no solution. Austin told me he needed a manager to return it, even though I thought he was a manager. Austin informed me that he would give me a call back when the refund has been made. Its been 4-5 days and I still have no solution. After never ending battle I still dont have my money back, or the item I purchased. I WILL NOT GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THIS STORE AND I WOULD ADVICE EVERYONE NOT TO BE DOING BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION. Terrible customer service, customer satisfaction, knowledge on products, and over all business operation.

During our visit at Wide Side Cameron was extremely personable and helpful in finding the perfect piece for my smoking needs. He is an excellent salesman. He made both me and my girlfriend feel extremely comfortable and confident that we were getting the best deal in town. I would certainly recommend Wild Side to anyone in the greater Lafayette area!

Prices are pretty high compared to online prices and even other local head shops. They do have a wide selection of glass and wraps, but any specialty items are in low supply.Also, had two incidents of being given the wrong vape juice product and wasnt able to exchange the unopened juice even with the receipt. Lack of customer service.

Lots of selection, clean shop and very helpful staff. I bought an atomizer from here and after I got home I checked the price online, out of curiosity and was happy to see the price I paid was comparable. Glad to see they dont gouge on price either.

Wildside had a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Cameron was very knowledgeable about their products and offered several different options to suit my smoking needs. Im very happy with my purchase and will be going back for my next piece.

3rd or 4th time going. Went in to get a bowl for my piece and wasnt sure on the size and was told if i do the buy one get one i could bring it back for in store credit. Well went back in today to switch it out for another one that fit and was told I couldnt because they have a 48 hour return policy.....maybe inform all staff to tell people that before a purchase. I wont be returning.

The shop is a little difficult to get to if you arent familiar with the area. The selection of items and products was phenomenal. Savannah was running the shop that day and she was incredibly helpful and had even let me know that the product I wanted was going out of business.

The Staff does a good job with answering questions around product, which is nice for someone like me who has only dipped their feet into the world of CBD, Delta Products, and Glass.

The manager savannah is very in appropriate and does not know how to speak to customers. I have had many problems with her and would like to speak with someone above her instead, she wouldn’t give out any superiors information. Not impressed at all! She also goes on and deletes reviews that are negative about her for whatever reason

I went into Wild Side Smoke Shop looking for a new glass piece for myself and one for a gift. I was blown away at how nice and inviting the atmosphere of the shop is. They also had a really nice selection of glass pipes and bubblers.One of the highlights of the trip was Cameron’s knowledge and helpfulness. Normally the sales people at stores like that make feel kind of watched and anxious, but he was super laid back and incredibly helpful. He helped me pick out a bubbler to fit my needs and even pointed out their selection of CBD concentrates and pain cream that I would have completely missed otherwise. Highly recommend checking out Wild Side!

First smoke shop Ive been to since moving to the area, staff was super helpful! I came in looking for a hp and ended up asking some questions about a vape. The manager was awesome brought a few examples out and shows be a few things and showed me a few recommendations, I got a discount on several items and they hooked me up with some starter vape knowledge, overall it was an amazing stop in!

I never write reviews, but after stopping by I feel like I should for Wild Side. The prices for ejuice are the best Ive seen in a smoke shop, the deals on glass look reasonable, and the manager was very very friendly and was happy to help.

Dakota was very helpful and very knowledgeable in helping me pick out my first vape kit. Wanted to quit smoking for a while and he gave me a wealth of info on what to choose and also gave me a great price. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a vape

So all my experiences here have been wonderful .. Me an my wife .. Just won on the raffle .. They had today at 4:20pm today .. Got good galss and good deals .. If they dont have it .. Honestly Im a massive fan on infamous glassware and they sell quite a bit of it, the cashiers are always friendly and willing to help you find things and if your a regular they frequently give discounts, plus their policy on discounts for breaking your pieces is incredibly lenient.

By far the best smoke shop in town. The manager is wonderful, along with the staff. They are all extremely knowledgeable. Ive always loved this place, but theres just a better atmosphere and vibe there with the new manager.

Went in looking for a new ash catcher. These guys helped me out for a good 30-40 minutes trying all sorts of different attachments on a pipe to fit my needs, and gave me a great price as well! Ill be shopping here from now on

I am so thankful that THIS is the smoke shop we decided to visit yesterday, or Id have never learned that there is a legal alternative to Kratom.I wish I knew the name of the young lady that was working yesterday evening (5/22/20) so I could commend her by name, but she was extremely helpful in every way and instantly earned us as loyal customers.

Went in to get a new glass piece and the salesman talked me into getting the DTFO vape pen instead. He promised me they would always have replacement coils for it so i wouldnt have a problem. I have now called 3 weeks in a row and am now told they cant order and there is nothing they can do. So one day i was promised to alwaus be able to get replacements and 3 days later nothing. So now im stuck with a broken pen because they lied to.me about always having replacement parts. Seems like they will tell you anything to make a sale.

I really enjoyed the merchandise they had they were well made and had quite a selection to pick from and the people that work there are always a big help on deciding what is best.

Thin/cheap glass, rude service, & one of the pieces I got from here literally shattered in my hand! Last time I went there the lady was so rude It got to the point where I just walked out, I can’t imagine how they stay in business.
