Great place to get pretty much anything you need related to smoking. They always have what I need. Very educated staff about products and they give the best advice on how to use your newly required product and how to best take care of it. Been multiple places and the Staff is always Friendly and very attentive to your needs. Great place!

Sold me a faulty vape and when I called to question it they told me I should have checked the vape when I was in the shop and they would not do anything about it. The issue with this statement is that they have a big sign that says no smoking in the shop. They dont know their policies but want to enforce the one that leaves them with the ability to sell defective products and hold no responsibility. The person on the phone had argued with me about the smoking policy and had to go check just to find out I was right but was quick to tell me they wouldnt do anything about their defective product.First time at their shop and my last. The Fog Foundry is my favorite place and I should have just made the drive there.

Sold me a faulty vape then claimed that I was able to somehow use all of it or something similar within two days. The device was 5000 puffs = 14 mL of juice a normal pod is about 1 mL and lasts me 4-5 days. This was within a short time frame and the same person who sold me the device yet he didn’t respect me as a customer and treated me like a con man. Buying here is a coin flip as to whether you will get a working or broken device.

I came in to grab a delta refill and I had been waiting about 5 minutes but the guy was finishing up with a customer. Another guy comes out and never asked me if I need help. Someone else walks in after I’ve been waiting and they get help right away. Pay attention to your customers. Obviously I’m not standing here for no reason. Not that big a deal to have to wait but when you’ve been waiting and then you watch someone else get service right when they walk in the door is simply unfair. I guess if you’re black you don’t get priority . Last time spending my money here.

The owner and the guys who work there are the best. The owner special orders my brand of cigarettes. I was there from the very beginning when he opened the store. But now it’s hard to get my brand. Very awesome shop. Has everything you need, plus some! Clean and welcoming. Sonny was super awesome! He spent decent amount of time helping me and explaining things to me. Very knowledgeable and patient.

A really cool shop to get anything smoking-related. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly as well. I visited about a week ago and was new to the country. The employees booked an Uber for me and were very helpful and amicable about it.

Would give zero if I could. Bought a couple of vape devices, one broke after 4 months and another just after 5 days. When I asked if they could replace it, they straight out denied. Worst service

I have been stuck to Indy smoke time for all of my vaping needs for at least a year. They offer a variety of vapes, mods, pieces, artwork, incense- you name it. And all of them employees are well informed on the devices and even helped me pick out a new pod device that is waaay better than my last one. Theyre always happy to see me and always happy to serve me. I am still looking for that juice head mango strawberry without ice though! Ive yet to nab it!!! One day I will... one day!!!

Went in on my 22nd birthday day right before close. I hate being one of those, but the owner showed love. I was checking out the cigars clueless and he helped me out. Left the shop with a good conversation feeling like Tony Montana.

This place is great. Ive been to most vape shops in the area and this is my new favorite. Great prices, great selection. They do have other things as well. I can find my ez duz it on Ice for $5 less here than other places. Also they have decent flavors of 60ml bottles of juice for $10. This is my new vape shop. I only shop here now and never regret it!!

If you like paying double the price for your vaping needs this is the store for you! Avoid this store its over priced! The Arco off 38 sells pretty much every disposable they sell for half the price.

Extremely nice shop. Amazing selection of pipes, tobacco products, cigarsc CBD products, and vape products. Store is very well organized and very well taken care of. The employee we talked to tonight was super friendly and really seemed passionate about the store. Would definitely recommend.

Unless their hygrometer was totally off, I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying cigars from their humidor. The hygrometer read 34% and I don’t think they even had a humidifier of any kind in there but I could be wrong. Buy cigars elsewhere, however they had a nice selection of vapes and glass

I moved from up north and this establishment is very nice with great employees. The owner is also very nice. They are extremely clean and have a large variety of items.
