I had the pleasure of visiting Olga Florez and her team, and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations! The staff is magnificent and incredibly friendly, making every visit a delightful experience. The facials are the best Ive ever had – my skin has never been so clean and clear! Additionally, their flexibility with scheduling is a huge plus, accommodating even my busiest days. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch skincare and exceptional service!

Horrible customer service. Made an appointment over a week ahead and they called me just a few days before to cancel my appointment because they couldn’t find someone to do it. Instead of being accommodating, the person on the phone got offensive and made it seem like I was an inconvenience. I asked her to cancel my appointment instead and she hung up the phone. I was really excited about my appointment based on the other reviews, but that phone interaction really disappointed me.

I have been going to the Olga Florez spa for years. Every time I go their services and equipment they use gets better. Always top of the line new medical and aesthetic devices. I recommend every service they have to offer.

I’m glad I waited to leave my review because They immediately ask you to review upon check out while you are “waiting”. So at First I was happy because the facial felt good. But the days after I was not so happy For a few reasons. I love extractions, they’re my main reason to get a facial. The extractions felt nice but I noticed a needle was used on some. Those extractions became and are still Enflamed and very painful on the surrounding skin… never happened before. And the next thing is I went in with dry skin but it was never so dry that it flaked and was visibly chapped, however the days immediately following I noticed my skin was dry and rough. Now my skin is so dry that my skin is flaking all over. I’ve applied moisturizers every day since but I think my skin was over cleansed. I would give them another shot but would have to speak with them about this prior

First let me say. Upon walking in Spa is beautiful and has a relaxing feel. I called in a jam not having good information on a procedure I was getting done, the Owner Olga accommodated me immediately and educated me on the dos and don’ts. I have gotten 5 massages from Eliana, Tommy and Maria who have all been above and beyond wonderful.

Olga Florez spa is top notch! I’ve been a loyal customer for 5+ years. She was great from the first time I went and somehow she’s gotten even better! I’ve tried a few other people on her staff also and they’ve all been amazing. You tell her what you want from your treatment and she gives you an honest approach of how to get your skin there. I’ve tried a bunch of different facials/treatments and haven’t been disappointment. Also, her prices can’t be beat and that has never interfered with the quality of work that she’s done for me. This spa is a hidden gem located right in White Plains! It is always clean and sanitary and you can smell the awesome aroma’s before you even enter the spa. The staff is kind courteous and caring. Milena and Maria gave me the most amazing lymphatic massages that I often dozed during this relaxing process that left me feeling incredibly brand new upon completion. Olga is friendly knowledgeable and always makes sure your experience was positive. There is free parking in the garage attached to the building (which I wish I knew at my first visit because I went over the metered time and got a ticket) so the convenience is bar none. I had lymphatic drainage services at this place and had a good experience. Staff is very welcoming and always offer me water when I come in. The ladies are all super caring and took really good care of me even the first time i had fainted due to being freshly post op & having a lot of drainage. I feel very safe and secure in their hands. I got my massages done by Maria who is super gentle and calming. She is very informative of the entire process. Sometimes an intern or possible new employee (I didn’t ask) does come and watch sometimes and assists as needed. I do see that each massage was tailored to my own individualized needs. I sleep better after I get them & I look forward to trying some other services they offer such as their deep cleaning facials. My aunt has came here as well for drainage in her swollen foot, had her massage done by Milena and reportedly looks and feels a lot more relieved and energized to continue her activities of daily living. I’m grateful to the entire staff for taking care of me and my aunt so well. Thank you!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Skin and Self Spa since May 2023, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the initial impression of the spa was positive, with its clean and welcoming atmosphere, several issues arose during my visits that left me greatly disappointed.One of the main issues I encountered was the inconsistency in the availability of skilled massage therapists. After completing two body contouring packages, I was informed that my regular therapist was no longer with the spa. This was disheartening, as I had started to see real results under their care. Despite trying out several other therapists, it was only after a lot of trial and error that I found Cecilia, who was truly amazing. She made my weekly spa visits worthwhile and helped me achieve visible results. However, the lack of consistency in therapist availability became a recurring problem, with multiple rescheduled appointments and even being informed that Cecilia would no longer be working at the spa, only to be later told otherwise. Such unprofessionalism was quite frustrating and diminished my confidence in the establishment.Furthermore, I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy demonstrated by both the massage therapists and the front desk staff. It was not uncommon for staff members and even Olga, the owner, to enter the treatment room without any prior warning or even a simple knock. This lack of respect for privacy left me feeling exposed and uncomfortable. Moreover, there were instances where the rooms were not adequately prepared with robes, leaving me waiting nude while people came and went. These oversights in basic courtesy were unacceptable for a professional spa environment.The final incident that ultimately led to my decision not to return to Skin and Self Spa involved Olga herself. During one session, she intruded without permission, proceeded to analyze my C-section scar, and then began aggressively rubbing and pulling at it. When I requested her to stop, she dismissed my discomfort and claimed she wasnt exerting much pressure. Not only was her behavior unprofessional, but she also failed to follow proper hygiene practices by not sanitizing her hands, wearing gloves, or seeking my consent before touching my body. This complete lack of professionalism and boundary violation was truly shocking.Considering these multiple negative experiences and the unprofessional conduct exhibited by the staff, especially the owner, Olga, I have decided not to continue my treatments at Skin and Self Spa, despite having purchased packages that remain unfinished. The issues with staff consistency, lack of courtesy, and the deeply concerning incident involving Olgas disregard for professionalism and client boundaries have left me with a strong aversion to returning to this establishment.

I would like to recommend everyone to Olga’s Spa . They are super experienced , friendly and are always ready to help if I have any questions. I have been a client at her spa for 2 years now and every time that I have been there I know that I was always treated with respect and I know that they will always give the best service .

I’ve done PRP injected in the face also known as the “vampire facial” and Botox to prevent expresión lines with Lisa. I’ve also done microneedling with PRP and Potenza to tighten the skin with Gisvel. For massages I go to Tommy. I highly recommend the spa the prices are very reasonable, the staff is highly qualified, the spa is extremely beautiful and the owner Olga is extremely pleasant to deal with! Five stars for them

Extraordinary experience, I’m highly impressed with Olga and her staff! They are simply the best, I went for a facial with my mom and the quality of the product’s and procedures couldn’t be better. There are so many amazing things I want to say about Olga Florez Spa there isnt enough space to express it all. Had my first facial this past weekend! Totally loved it! She definitely cleaned my face so well, extractions were done perfectly! Will be seeing here back to back every 2 weeks for 3 months to get my face cleaned and pores reduced! Can’t wait for the ultimate look!!! Made an appointment for a lymphatic massage and was accommodated quickly, which was such a plus. The spa is very nice looking (decor) and from what I observed, very clean. My massage therapist Andressa was so sweet, personable, and knowledgeable. We had great convo, which kept my mind off some of the rougher spots in my massage. The spa is so beautiful and so clean!!!! Such a nice place to relax after post opp. In each massage she used hi tech machines to soothe the pain and help with the drainage, thats something you dont find in a lot of places. Believe me I called around. Needless to say you make the best choice coming here its worth every dollar!

I scheduled a liposuction post surgical lymphatic drainage massage at Olga Florez Aesthetic Center & Spa .-#1Very easy to to schedule an appointment via her website.#2- Maria did my massage and it was wonderful, I had heard that this type of massage would be uncomfortable after undergoing lipo ( I was only 8 days post-op). Well, that was not true! Maria used gentle yet very effective massage techniques, I was relaxed and more importantly not uncomfortable at all! After the massage I was brought into a “ Light Capsule”, it looks like a tanning bed, it emits red,blue and yellow light which helps ease discomfort and soreness. I felt AMAZING afterwards. Please note this is an additional fee to the massage, and both treatments are well worth it. I was able to sleep more comfortably that night because I felt less tightness in my skin/muscles.#3- Olga came in to the treatment room after My services to introduce herself , she is lovely. She took the time to reiterate what the benefits of my massage/ light capsule treatment would have.#4- The spa is very clean, serenely decorated and calming.Upon leaving the spa I immediately scheduled my next massage for the following week and truly look forward to going back, I firmly believe this will help my recovery immensely!#5- Most import bit of info in this review is that my cosmetic surgeon actually recommended I go to THIS spa for my lymphatic massages, if you can’t trust your surgeons referral who can you trust 👍☺️Five stars from me !!!!

I came back, I had a service, brought a new client even , when I mention about that I had paid for the massages and wasn’t traveling ( by the way no contract nothing was signed just the credit card slip of course !) She simply said with no Shane that since they moved to the new building they changed the system ! I have my lawyer taking care of it with my receipts!

Today I had my post-op lymphatic massage. The staff was so very nice and very professional in answering all my questions. The facility was extremely clean, inviting, with a warm Miami kind of vibe. Very modern. Chris was very patient at the front desk and helped me fill out the forms. Sandra who did my massage was very gentle and detailed with the areas that needed treatment. I’ve been coming to Olgas Spa for over a year now.I love everything about this place from their staff, techniques , products, and services. I’m currently going in for Body contouring and mesotherapy (I think that’s what it’s called) it’s so great and I’m seeing a noticeable difference especially in my abdominal area. Oh and let me mention that I live 1.5 hrs away from White Plains NY so YES I have traveled over 2hrs in traffic just to make it to my appointments. This spa could be good if it werent for the owner ,Olga who is a blood sucking money making machine! I went to Olga a couple of weeks ago to get a massage with both the machine and by the masseuse but after the 1st massage it was so painful I opted out and only wanted to have the machine on my body. I paid $600 dollars for 10 sessions but only got the machine for 30 minutes on my stomach and I still paid for both services. When I asked Olga why did she charge me for both, she replied to me, Well what did you think that you were only going to pay half! Olga doesnt care about her patients she only cares about the money that she is going to make on You!!! Trust me you will only be a dollar sign to her.

The staff was very friendly to fix the issue and a manager actually called me back to assure I would be seen regardless. This turned out very well. I recently had a facial from another spa that left my face burned from a chemical peel and started to break out. I was looking for a new spa that catered to darker skin tones. Valeria was very understanding and professional. She personalized a facial for me and recommended I wait for my skin to heal before returning instead of selling me a package right away. My face started to clear after one facial and I cannot wait to begin my other treatments. Because of the great experience I had with my facial I started weight loss treatments with Olga and Juan. Lets just say Ill be vacation ready very soon!!

I’ve known Olga Florez for over 15 years, and been her customer on and off during this same period. Loosing weight in my opinion only happens when you are ready and internally convinced this is what you want and not before, and only then, you will find the will power and discipline to make this happen. When I was ready and with Olga’s guidance, full body massage techniques and cutting edge treatments my body drastically improved, initially loosing over 60lbs in a span of approximately 2 years, followed by some more years of maintaining and further sculpting. Needless to say I’ve experienced most if not all treatments available in her spa, starting with her most effective manual lymphatic drainage, mesotherapy and body sculpting massage together with machine treatments such as radio-frequency, pressotherapy, vacuum to name a few. This is my second time using Olga Florez spa. After my lipo360, I signed up for 15 sessions of messages and had amazing results. My hardening dramatically reduced and Im loving my results. I used Darlay and Adam, who were both great. To up my post lipo results Im having 5 sessions of the Oxygen treatments to reduce the remaining swelling and Im certain the results will be amazing. When you check their prices, they are far more affordable as some wanted $1200 for five lymphatic sessions!!! The front desk hospitality with Cesar is unmatched and the new young lady is just as pleasant. Ill certainly be sad when Im done with treatments, as I enjoy visiting. I strongly recommend Olga Florez Spa.

I just moved to White Plains NY and could not find a place to do lymphatic drainage massage and then I came across this incredible spa!! The guy who did my drainage I forgot his name was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. I felt better having just my back then after the entire body was done I could feel the difference in my body. I could see how my swelling went down! I cannot wait to go back! Got a facial 11/2020. Not only was it incredibly painful. It has been 1 week since the facial and I still have pimples and she also left 3 SCARS on my face from the Lotus facial with microdermabrasion. My skin is still raw and dry after putting products on it. I am so disappointed for the $200 I spent, including their face products I bought. In addition, Olga is extremely pushy to sell a $1000 facial package to me, which she says I would need to go there weekly. She had the nastiest look when I refused. I will never go here again or recommend anyone else to. My face looks worse off after this facial and I am very upset.

A very relaxing atmosphere from the moment I walked through the door, everyone was very nice. They explained everything to me before applying anything to my face and what to expect. I will definitely be going back to see them and I recommend you to do!
