Nina did such a good job on my nails! She really took her time and made sure they were perfect. Beautiful color! Wonderful service. They look even more pretty in person. I got powder for nails, and gel for my toes.

Love these people!! They were super nice in explaining what the different manicures I could get and I ended up getting dip powder which required no UV lamp at all and was such an easy process. They offer cold water, freshly brewed coffee or tea! And the spa is very calm with music and is very clean😊

This was one of the best experiences Ive had at a salon, everyone was so helpful making sure I chose something that would last long and a design that I liked and giving suggestions that really elevated the nails. Constantly checking in to make sure I was happy with the shape color and design. Everyone was super sweet and friendly and I cant wait to go back

I came here with different expectations. I booked an appointment with Jennifer and Maria, my mother got Maria and she did an amazing thorough job, my moms mani/pedi came out beautiful. I got Ellen instead of Jennifer and it was an absolute nightmare, my pedicure was ruined because she did not put on toe spacers, so she had to fix it at the end, it still looks horrible. The polish is smudged and it looks so messy, I will insert a picture. I then got gel French and it got messed up many times, there are so many imperfections, for a high price there should be more attention. Ellen also cut my cuticles too deep multiple times, when they were under the UV light they were on fire, I am so disappointed with my experience here. I will not be coming back unless I am sat with Maria. Please don’t waste your time unless it’s Maria serving you. I paid $100 for a complete mess, I want my money back. I feel like I got robbed, just an absolute MESS .-.Update: this is next day! My gel nails are already chipping away.

I wanted to provide an update about my experience at this nail salon. After bad powder gel manicure and regular pedicure service I wrote about, manager Wendy called and offered to redo. I went today and her technician removed previous powder and redid my nails. She did a great job with cleaning and applying gel. The manager herself redid my pedicure. She was very thorough, removed ingrown nails, and nicely applied polish. It was a great service this time around and they did a very nice job. Im glad I gave it a second go.

This was my first time coming here, and I had a wonderful experience! I am happy to come back for another gel manicure. My technician helped me strip off some GelX nails, and she was careful and thorough with that process. After cleaning my nails up from that she proceeded to shape and take care of my nails for a regular gel manicure. The staff was kind and gave me some water! I loved how they turned out and I like how they have a loyalty card. I would recommend this spot for getting your nails done :)

I got gel manicure by Jennifer and massage with another person. Jennifer had great attention to detail. My nails look just the way I wanted it and the massage was so relaxing 🍃 the lady who massaged me handled me with great care 10/10. I also ended up adding wax services and all of that under $100.

The salon is beautiful and everyone was so friendly. I got a spa pedicure with gel and a structured hard gel overlay on my natural nails. Maria did my pedicure and Summer did my nails. They both did an amazing job and I would definitely go back.

Annie, Jennifer and Fanny are truly one of a kind nail artists and always take great care of my fiancé! Great designs and amazing customer service. They take their time and are meticulous with the detail!

I got the uv gel nail manicure after usually getting acrylic nails at another salon and I was very pleased with the service and customer quality. My new set were shaped perfectly and the nail artist took her time making sure each nail looked identical and had smooth edges. Definitely will be back and would recommend

For the price, you would think the quality would be better. First time getting my nails done here and a few days later one cracked and others started lifting. I went back and someone was able to fix the cracked nail. However, a week or so later I decided to take the nails off myself because the lifting was so bad and my nail bed is now green. Will not be going back.

Updating this review after a positive fix:Originally went for a manicure and was left unhappy with the design and experience, but the manager Jennifer called me personally to apologize and offer a redo. She and my nail tech Sunny were incredibly kind and understanding, and I was able to get my nails redone and am now very happy with them. Thank you!

Just had a Mommy-daughter day here in QQ. The place is very spacious and clean. We both had a nice, relaxing time. Our technicians, Mia and the other lady who assisted ny daughter, were both efficient, nice, and very thoughtful of how they attended to us. Everyone we encountered were very warm and accomodating. There’s a 15% discount for your initial visit and they offer discounts for students as well. We had a very nice experience.

Had a pleasant visit with my daughter. Tranquil environment. Clean. Summer and Annie were our techs. We had manicure and pedicure treatments. Prices are fair and love that they have massage services. Looking forward to planning a more relaxing visit in the future. Definitely will return!

Done very sloppy. I got gel on my nails and theres a hair from the nail brush that was painted over with gel. I had to file the sides of my own nail to separate the gel from my skin. She even took a look to inspect my nails and disregarded the imperfections.

Everyone is super amazing here and very accommodating! They also keep it very clean which is a huge thing for me …and also I feel like lately that’s very hard to find. The nail specialist are all very good, massages are incredible and everyone is so friendly!! Would highly recommend 🫶

Great nail salon! Staff is very friendly and the space looks great, clean, spacious and beautiful. They also validate parking! I got the spa pedicure and it was reasonably price for the area. There’s was 15% discount for first time customers and students and there’s a loyalty punch card.

A little pricey but definitely felt like it was worth it. Came to QQ after work and they had a huge variety of colors to choose from, some colors that you may not even see in typical nail salons. I winded up doing sns on my nails and one of the pedicures and everything was relaxing, I was falling a sleep with the pedicure. I had Sunny and she was wonderful, the foot/calf massage with the pedicure was much needed. She took her time to make sure the SNS was done right. The place was clean and people werent on top of each other which I liked also. One thing I do wish that there were more options for pedicures. I think they advertised 3 spa pedicures and only one included the hot stone. It was either called golden pedicure or had gold in the description and it was $88, which was pricy to me. If they had a pedicure that included the hot stone and was more affordable I think that would be amazing. This is definitely the place to go to treat yourself and do some self care!

After seeing great reviews figured I would try a new nail place. My technician messed up the polish on a toe for my pedicure so I asked her to please take the polish on the single toe off and redo it so there wouldn’t be 5 coats of color on it. She got nasty and rolled her eyes. All customers get paraffin to which I had to ask her for it when she was putting the polish on my toes.When we went to the manicure section I thought it was getting better as she listened and cleaned up the nails well. Once she finished, she got up and started walking away. Since this was a regular manicure I asked her if I go to a drying area or stay there. She grabbed a fan and put it in front of my nails. No back rub like I saw all other customers get. There are bubbles in my polish, they are unevenly coated and has ridges. The customer next to me was also having issues with her nails and the technician kept saying they were fine. Needless to say I will NEVER go back there.

Came here for the first time. The nails techs I had were very good and nice. But their sample nail colors on the powder/sns swatches are wrong. You don’t get the color you picked….so what’s the point? I dont have the patience today - but will redo my nails again this week for a prewedding photoshoot I have coming up. I would not come back.

Very nice nail saloon, although the price and quality is not the best. I got my nails done like a week and a half ago, already 7 nails came off. Additionally, paying 115$ for such simple set was draining. The time it took to do my nails also was horrible.

My daughter and I went there for the first time and had an amazing experience! Jennifer and the ladies did a fantastic job and the service was top notch.

My daughter and I decided to get our nails done here and sadly it was a huge waste of money. One of the worst manicures I have gotten. I’m 55 years old and the manicurist named frank who did my nails and feet did a horrible job. I will post pics..I’m the manicure in blue. My daughter was manicured by a different manicurist who did a SNS (DIP POWDER) which was chipping within three days. I will also post how her nails were chipping at tips. Her nails were done in orange. I do not recommend wasting your money here. It seems like it’s getting harder and harder to find quality manicurist.

BEWARE : Do NOT get pedicures here. This is the only place i have has a pedicure in the last 3 years and my toe nails now have fungal infection. Only got it done for a vacation and now i have to treat it for a long time with multiple prescriptions. Prior to this i was always scared to get pedicures but it looked so clean and right away my nails are infected. Dont take the risk!

I had my first visit at QQ nails today. Not impressed. My manicure is very uneven and sharp edges. I did not mention it during the session as I felt like the lady was rushing to get my set Done. It’s really sad to spend this much money on a service and you are not happy. I will have to redo some of my nails elsewhere to get the look I asked for.Definitely recommend going when there is NO clients my pedicure is perfect! Im only giving this place 1 star so I can write this review. I went at this salon for a pedicure and it was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. As soon as I walked in I felt rushed, they have a display of nail polish that “dry quickly” and “last longer” for an additional $10 which is just regular Essie nail polish. The lady who did my pedicure I didn’t get her name but she had short hair basically put lotion on my feet and pretended to clean the nail bed and I asked her 3 times to clean my cuticles and every time she kept saying my skin is soft, she even did a bad job applying the nail polish. I asked her to redo it and it still wasn’t done right. When it was time to dry my nails their fans weren’t working. It was $32 plus the tip for a bad pedicure. Im never going back to this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Very clean and modern salon. The staff is friendly and attentive. Jennifer is an artist with nails! She does amazing manicures with powder gel. Jack gives an excellent massage! Not too hard and targets the trouble spots. Very happy I found this salon

That’s too bad experience for me. I went yesterday to do my nails color and the staff that do my nail not as she can. When she did doing my nails she pulled my hand not gentle and when I came back home the nails color it’s came off

I just left this salon. I should’ve listened to the reviews… their customer service needs work and when I say, I never NOT tip.. I’m like known for big tipping lol but she didn’t deserve a tip. I had to tell her to go back and cut my cuticles and the energy wasn’t pleasant. They only asked ME, to pay before painting. I found that hilarious, but that’s what I get for cheating on my tech nail. I’m happy I have a solid person I go to in Yonkers. if you need/want a rush job, head here ! (=

I had an appointment scheduled in the evening a few days ago an hour before they closed and they called and cancelled and had me move it to a different day so they could close early because they had “no customers.” The next day when I got them done, I felt like it was rushed. She did my gel nails in 30 minutes. Then, less than 24 hours after my appointment, multiple nails were chipping. It has been less than 4 days since my appointment and many of my nails are severely chipped. I have gotten many gel manis before, and even when I was hard on my hands, they never chipped this easily. I had called back 3 separate times to see if I could get them fixed and nobody ever picked up. Very disappointing for how much I paid and tipped.Edit: I would like to work on getting this fixed. Who should I reach out to?

I went two weeks ago for a gel manicure, first of all the woman who did the gel manicure left my nails horrible and uneven! I dont remember her name but she is the one who is always sitting entering on the right side. The gel is of very poor quality, I thought my nail had broken but no, the gel was peeling off my nail, all of that happened in the first week. He didnt file my nails properly, he left them horrible. I dont recommend this place.
