I passed by on this store last week, I saw these Cookies blunts on the menu and its 2 for $30 only. I bought it but i’m not aware that they are both half year over its BEST BY date, I learned it was bad upon smoking it and I checked the package. The male employee didn’t say anything about the product why its on sale for a low price.Old dry weed already, no good high. Solid 0 star for that. I’m willing to pay for a regular price or even higher for a fair quality weed, for a good high. I got too excited by the price and quickly go for it. Lesson learned, always check the products, its package details and even the QRcode before paying out. 1 star for the store’s good ambiance.

Such a gem in White Plains. I guarantee you will leave this place satisfied with the whole experience. This is hands down one of the most aesthetically pleasing smoke shops in Westchester County.The manager “V“, is the man. He has a good amount of knowledge on the products and makes very good suggestions. V put me onto some CBD treats for my cats because they having separation anxiety and they work so well. Trevor is dope as well! Other staff are alright, friendly and knowledgeable as well.All the products there are good quality and they have a crane machine that is fun to win some free products. Also, just so yall know, there are no refunds which this is stated on the receipt, but also kind of common sense. They also have a IG to keep up with any deals or new products they may be having.10 outta 10, recommend if you’re in the area to stop by this shop. They’ve been open for sometime and the owners are dope as well.

A younger male employee I was trying to ask for help when I stopped by this past month was not sober and can barely form a sentence while slurring his speech so instead he just shows me the tablet with the inventory and doesn’t know anything about the products they have in store.Visually, it’s very nice inside but make sure your employees are sober on the clock to at least be able to speak to/help a new customer. Not a good first impression to me and unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be recommending/coming back to this place on-top of receiving a defective product that leaked after 3 days of light usage. Cmon now.

Scam they say their puffco products come with warranty but they in fact do not they later on make up that the warranty is only for 2 days after i show them item broke on its own

Smoke Blazy is the best smoke shop in Westchester‼️ . The clerk Vee helped me with all of my smoke product purchases . I literally had an epiphany while purchasing all of my products conversing with Vee. While purchasing a vast ammount of products he helped me reach out to my babies mom’s and talk to my son for the first time in two years! I spent over $500 in products at smoke Blazy. This is no ordinary smoke shop. It was truly a life-changing experience while purchasing my smoke products from smoke Blazy. They helped me carry all of the bong and precious glass equipment to the car. Vee also helped giving recommendations on cat products and cat treats CBD treats for cats.. Then Vee went on a story about his ideas of kitten mittens mittens for kittens. 🐈 It was an honor hearing a future entrepreneurs ideas and inventions on cat treats and innovations such as kitten mittens. I highly suggest this smoke shop because it’s most certainly my go too in White Plains. I love their yonkers location and was ecstatic to know they now have a WP location. Awesome crew there’s one blonde kid with dreads that’s and absolute delight, so kind and helpful, really a beautiful kid. The rest of the employees are so nice too, just something about that one kid.The store is beautiful and has a lovely aesthetic. These guys are hilarious and friendly, the store is clean with an amazing and inviting setup, and they have EVERYTHING I needed in stock. Came in for one thing and left close to $200 later all with stuff I had no idea I definitely needed. They carry stuff that lots of other places are sold out of. I forgot my stuff in the city and passing through White Plains was referenced to this location for some consumables. It was an amazing experience. The store’s atmosphere has a polished ambiance, more of like a lounge(the good kind). There’s a plethora of consumables and accessories to satisfy anyone’s needs. The staff is knowledgeable about their products which instilled confidence in my purchasing decisions. I forgot the name of the girl that helped me(classic) but she was awesome. I did mention I didn’t have anything and she reminded me of what I would need for an excellent night. I also got a couple tokens to okay the claw game in-store and I won a 50 pack of cones!!! I think the girl brought me good luck! Thank you very much for a most excellent experience and I will definitely be visiting again when in White Plains!!

Needed some “accessories” for a vacation I’m going on and the place is the best in town! I think his name was Trevor? But he helped me find everything I needed, wish I could thank him again. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

DO NOT BUY VAPES FROM HERE. My experience is pretty much robbery. Visually a nice store, and ALRIGHT staff (selectively nice to customers that they think r spending money vs people just looking). I bought a vape and it was faulty with no taste at all. Of course I immediately went back to tell them and the same person that sold me it. This was a brand I always get and he started telling me “that’s how they are” kind of insulting because I buy this brand so I know what it should be like. They then gave me a super hard time about a refund. they offered an exchange but even those were faulty too. This All happened within 20 minutes and I wasted my money. It is a nice store but unless u got a lil extra money My suggestion it’s a lil over priced and there’s better spots to go before this one

I went in here for the first time since they opened up, mainly since they have THC products but I went for the CBD products. I am vegan and they have a great vegan-friendly selection. The staff is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable in helping me pick the best CBD cartridge. I also like that they are open late. I will definitely be back for their other products!
