Fashion Diva Nails Spa

Been going to different nail salons in White Plains, but this place was beyond my expectations. I didn’t have an appointment. I showed Ling (I think she’s the manager) my design and took me in while I waited for the other nail tech. Tina did an incredible job! She took her time cleaning my cuticles, filing and making sure my nails look decent. Since at work I can’t have long nails, I went for something short. Tina was so nice, kept a conversation and very detailed oriented. I will definitely come back again!

Update:Powder manicure again done well the dark pink is the lastest. Job was not rushed. Ling was very attentive and made sure I was happy before leaving.The pale color I had for 4 weeks with no chipping my nails simply grew out. Replaced it by the pink and as always the ladies did a great job.Prices are reasonable. The place is clean. Very relaxing place. Staff are kind and very attentive. Massages include additional price but well worth it.

I loveeeeeee this salon and how great all the staff are. Ling and her husband are so welcoming as well as everyone else. It feels like family. They work so hard and really care about their customers. I tried the head spa for the first time today with Tina and it was amazing. I suffer from migraines and was starting to get one today. The head spa was so relaxing, I fell asleep. Definitely try that new service out as well as the salon in general. You will NOT be disappointed.

100000/10!! I was traveling from Ohio and walked in to Fashion Diva Nails hoping it would be upTo par but they exceeded my expectations! Such a beautiful and friendly environment. Ling and her team were professional, knowledgeable, and I had a great time during my services. Paid attention to the smallest details on my nails and the pedi was outstanding. I walked in for a full set I left with a full set, pedicure, and massage. Without feeling pressured! This is the only nail salon I will be serviced at from here on out.

I have been coming to this salon for almost 2 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is so nice and attentive, and the salon is clean and relaxing. I get dip powder manicures and the occasional spa pedicure and they always come out phenomenal. I recently worked with Ling to come up with my bridal nails and came up with this beautiful ombré shimmer look that was exactly what I was looking for. She has a talent for the perfect powder mani! My favorite salon in White Plains hands down!

Omg I haven’t had such a good manicure in a while!Tina is T H E B E S T!!!!The shape is perfect, the color is perfect and most importantly the cuticles are perfect!!!!!I’m so so so happy with the service!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. It was easy to book my appointment through their website, and they took me on time. My spa pedicure was wonderful as was my manicure, both of which were very reasonably priced. Salon is clean and quiet and everyone is very friendly and respectful. I will be back!

This salon is professional, consistently delivers quality nail care and I always feel like part of the family when I walk in. Ling is the master of powder gel. I have been to several places but my nails always became brittle. My nails are stronger than ever now. Massages are strong and relaxing too. Highly recommend Fashion Diva to everyone!

Ive never had a pedicure with jelly instead of water but it an absolute MUST!!!!! to try! I got the crystal pedicure with jelly and a hot stone massage, parrafin wax, callus remover, for $80 I felt like a princess. Definitely 10/10

Excellent salon experience. My daughter and I enjoy the green tea and lavender pedicures. The powder nail manicure has strengthened my fingernails and lasts easily 3 weeks. I highly recommend Fsshion Diva Nails.

Literally the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I asked for simple square white acrylic set. I specified that I like the corners sharp instead I got rounded acrylics that were various shapes and various thicknesses. When the nail tech put the nails on I told her 3 were crooked she told me she’d fix it during the shaping stage. During the shaping stage she told me my fingers were crooked and she couldn’t fix it. I don’t think I’ve ever heard anything as ridiculous as that, I’ve gone to a plethora of nail technicians who were able to do amazing jobs and I’ve done my own nails and never had a problem. I had to tell her there was still acrylic under my nails and after I left there was still acrylic under the nails. I called to rectify the issue and instead of her acknowledging that this was not a good job she decided to gossip to her coworkers thinking I could not hear and then hung up. I will attach photos, these nails have been on for a week so do not hold the color peeling against them but even when they were first put on the paint was bleeding into the cuticle area. The photos are to show the shape and lack of accurate shaping. I would not recommend this place even if you’re pressed for time, press on nails from rite aid are a better option that this establishment.

Walked in after work for a pedicure and gelX manicure. Great pedi and mani with good prices and attention to detail. Only downside was I had to wait a while between the pedicure and manicure. Friendly staff! will be back

DO NOT GET THE GEL METALLIC NAILS...I grew up in WP and use to love to go to this salon when it first opened. I moved to Manhattan and came home for a visit.I got a $45 gel on 8/14/21 on 8/15/21 my nails were chipping. I had to return to get them fixed. Lets just say that the re-mix was worst than the original....Horrible job🤮..Oh and BTW they made me wait over an hour before they would fix their mistake and it was almost closing ti.e...sooo you already know they were rushing.I did not just walk in for a manicure...I walked in so that you could fix the mistake from the day before and as the pictures show my nails were not done well. Today is 8/24...nail polish has peeled and it hasnt been two weeks yet..smh

Growing up in White Plains, I usually went to Fashion Diva for mani pedis. I walked in on an empty Thursday afternoon and spent 2 hours on a simple dip manicure, that came out sloppy with nail polish all over my hands. I payed 60 dollars for one of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten. The nail shaping was bad as well.They are also extremely outdated in terms of what they offer. Very sad to see how horribly this salon does under the new management. Will not be returning after nearly 10 years of loyalty.

I’ve gotten my nails done all around westchester, nail spa, Michelle’s, pinky… you name it. But honestly this place has been my go to for the last few months. I never wait… appointments are easy and my nails always come out good and they last. Lynn does sns fast and well. She shapes really good. But the other women are good too.

Ever since the new management occurred, Ive been loving their services! I get gel and sometimes powder. I read the reviews and pics that was posted prior to mine and I think they were the previous set of employees. But now things are different! My gal is CINDY ❤️. LIKE she does my nails so well and they last so long! F*kn love it! The older gentle men that does pedi is so nice and sweet. He does great massages too! If you want acrylic, ask for LING!. Ill post some pics!

Great experience, but the quality doesn’t add up to the pricing. I spent $95 and added tip just for my acrylics to start falling off 3 days later.

I visited this location for the first and last time today. Ive been getting my nails done every month since I was little and Ive never had such an appalling experience. I went for a powder manicure with gel overlay and pedicure. Despite asking for a gel overlay repeated and even making it clear I was willing to pay for it, the technician continued to refuse to the point I thought it was best to leave. No point in paying for what you dont want. Id already observed another customers wishes being ignored and didnt want to partake. At this point things went downhill. She told me it would be $62 ($50 for the nails and $12 for a massage). Other salons on the same street charge less for a powder manicure and regular pedicure done correctly so I did not want to tip on top of such a pricey bill for a service not done the way I liked. Feeling slightly bullied, I tipped $8 and walked out. However, feeling like this wasnt appropriate business behavior, I returned and asked to tip $4 instead of $8 because I felt bullied into the previous tip. In response, the technician got the worst attitude and slammed the money back at me. Terrible service and not so great nails. Visit another salon on Mamaroneck Ave to get better service and better pricing.

Consistently the greatest place in White Plains for nails massages & waxing. I have been coming here for more than 10 years. Customer service is as perfect as is possible. Clarity about pricing ahead of time- they go above and beyond to make whatever service you come in for, the best by far. They have seen me through my terrible high school over-done eyebrow waxes, did my prescription nails when I wore fake nails& each pedicure is relaxing and wonderful

My first and last visit today. Friendly staff...I dont know if she is the owner or the manager but she is overbearing with trying to sell the services that they offer. I got gel manicure, regular pedicure, a design on the each big toe, waxing and tint for my eyebrows with cost me $94. The gel manicure was not neat it was bubbly. My eyebrows were not even...I made them correct that before I left. I suggest you find another nail salon that takes pride in what they do. They know how to take your money real fast.

Awesome place. I got my nails done by a young man there and he made sure that i liked my nails every step of the way. They have so many unique nail colors to choose from, which is why i like this place. Really friendly awesome nail technicians I really recommend going here.

Terrible! I work around the corner and decided to get my nails done. So I got a gel filling & they charged me $58! For a FILLING! So I didnt finish because I had to go back to work. Soon as I started typing on the keyboard my index finger BROKE! So when I returned to get my nails filed & polished they tried to charge me $5 more dollars. I told the owner NO! On top of all of this, some young guy who did my nails didnt know what he was doing so the owner kept coming over to help him. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Overpriced & sh*tty services. Go somewhere else & save yourself the time & agony.

The staff there was NOT friendly at all. They were rude. Also They were a bit rough when taking off my acrylic tip set causing my nails to hurt a bit,m. They kept telling me I needed gel when I preferred regular polish. They said it was a MUST that I give them a tip which is unfair, due to the fact that the service wasn’t good enough for a tip.

Thank god I found this place literally the only place around that do acrylic fill-ins. ..decent prices and great service Jeremy was great and very precise definitely recommend this salon !!! Four stars because of the price I usually pay around 20 for a fill-in but I cant complain about anything else . An it was worth itUPDATE***** needed to do an update just because of how upset i was - 4 days later and my fill-in* is showing its true colors - 3 nails broke off before the 4th day had to get a whole new set NEVER GOING BACK HERE sorry !!!!!

Not to mention I paid $50 for ONLY a acrylic refill and 3 nails broke within 2 days. I felt taken adavantge of when she told me the total. I’ve never in my life paid $50 for a relfil the most $35. After I left and felt completely taken advantage of I went on their website and saw the prices that were not listed inside the nail salon I went back and showed her that she completely lied to me and basically got over on me she immediately gave me some money back !!! As a first time customer that was VERY WRONG and I will never go back again. THEY ARE RUNNING A BUSNIESS TO FEED THEIR OWN POCKETS NOT TO MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !!

We take my daughters in here every few weeks for manicures and pedicures. They are really friendly and do a great job. The prices are a little higher than other local spots....but you get what you pay for.

Honestly do not go here , the lady did a horrible job I got a gel pedi , it looks so sloppy and they charge $50 for it and then begged me for a tip I only gave $5 tip .. this is not the place to go ! I’m sorry but not sorry and she had a very bad attitude . Idk how they’re still open !!

This was probalbly the WORST nail salon i EVER been to.ive gotten my nails done in many places even out the country, and never have i ever seen such bad work. And on top of that horrible manners.It was disappointing to know theyy dont even do acrylic but i still gave it shot. they couldnt even get the length and width right. The shape was HORRIBLE. and on top of everything in 3 days my nail broke. I dont recommend this place what so ever. im highly unhappy . Never will i return to this place again.

My first time there.Nice staff.If you get a spa pedi your mani is free.Clean, went on a Thurs eve at 4:45 pm, not too busy at that time but started to at around 6.They are open 7 days a week and, was told, gets a bit crowded as you get closer to the weekend.Will go again.

I would give it less than one star but its not possible. This was the worst fill of my life. Two weeks later, 6 of my nails have broken - not chipped - actually broken because they filed them so thin. Not only that, they tried to charge $20 for gel polish, making a fill over $50 - which is insane. I will never ever go back.

Horrific service! The so called manager is rude, not professional at all with customers. Kept going back and forth between myself and other people. Again, just a very unpleasant experience. Barely did my pedicure, painted my nails and told me I was done. Good luck with yours.

Don’t ever go here for acrylic or tips nails. They will totally rip you off to keep coming back. Not even after 3 days the tip of my nails started chipping off..

I made appointment, paid for parking got seated someone started me then stop to do someone else’s nails ended waiting 30mins or so for him to finish. Rude, unprofessional and I’m being honest awkward!

This place is so overly expensive. I paid $90 to get my eyelashes done and they stayed on for months.. no this is not a good thing, my real eyelashes fell out, they were uneven, chunks of glue remained on my lashes, my real lashes thinned out, it was horrible.

Actually such a great place, my nails lasted for 1 week with regular polish and their customer service is so good!

After 2 years of going there we love lucys work but for some reason the last few time its not that great because someone else did mine and my sisters, any way I called the owner telling her that my powder gel didnt last aweek , she refuced to give discount ,i payed full price for the fix as well , i always gave great tips , me and my sister will never go there again .

I’ve been coming here since 2018. Hands down the best place in Westchester. Jeremy always does a consistent, thorough job and I would highly recommend this place.
