Always friendly, love coming here for some prerolls. They have been very generous, best shop in town for sure.

I stopped in to grab a drink and I was impressed with this little place It is clean well stocked and the cashier was friendly and very polite. The shop smelled amazing and had a nice vibe in there definitely would come back.

Had what I was looking for but was over charged by $10.. the product was marked twice at one price but was refused the difference.. Bad business not to do the right thing.I won’t be going back.

Horrible customer service everytime i come there is a sign up that’s says will be back in 5mins but i have waited 30mins alr

I never venture out but Im glad I got a whim and went to check Clouds Smoke Shop out. There is a vast array of merchandise but not in a cluttered way at all. Arthur was an excellent addition to my shopping trip and helped answer my questions about flavored vapes. The owner, I believe, or store manager came in during my visit and the customer service and friendly discussion I had with him was a good surprise for me. Seems the world is so busy every where you turn so I will be a return customer. Id go just to get a single pack of smokes just for the friendly and attentive sales staff.

I was a customer here since opening, but not anymore. Today I bought a four-pack of Vaporesso pods and watched the cashier rip off the sticker price of 15.99 and charged 17.99 instead. Its not a big price hike, but to not honor your own prices is pathetic.

While they are a new headship in town. They have decent prices and openly are honest that soem rigs are clones and are price very reasonable. However, every piece I’ve bought from here has broken within days of using it. Also, they owner seems to think he knows everything about the industry and the customer doesn’t. Comes off as almost Braggadocious. I’m all for informing your customers of your products however Doing it constantly seems like you’re arrogant

I go for the candles. People are nice and helpful. I keep going back.

Only smoke shop Ive been to that doesnt overcharge for kratom! Really fair prices. The gentleman at the register was really nice and we had a fun conversation

This place is so underrated! Its very neat and way better than kemp discount 100% and any other smoke shop in wichita falls. Sucks its hidden away in a small plaza but its worth shopping at once you find this place.

I picked up a defective product and was taken care of although we were at the mercy of the manufacturer they kept me posted and the staff is awesome there.

Great place. Owner is very nice and has a big selection of water pipes and lots of tobacco products, cigarettes and vaping. Loved it. Stop by.

Live they have the thc vape cartridges. A little $$ but jyst by dollars the pkace is cleanwell atock vapes comparable to larger places
