Nicely set up store. Medium selection & clean.I have had 40 years of customer service and retail sales experience so I believe to be quite knowledgeable on the subjects.The clerk was a nice fella but he didnt know his stock of merchandise well & when I asked specific questions about a product (wording on package for pre rolls said infused) When I asked the clerk infused with what? He had no clue & claimed it to be a standard 2 gram pre roll. They werent. He had no idea what I was referring to when I asked. Also I shop regularly at a popular smoke shop just down the street from this store and I feel as far as the size and medium selection of items that this store was $3-5 more on the same selections I could purchase down the street.I wish them prosperity on their business mentor, however, I wont shop there regularly. Maybe every 3-6 months for conveience near work and home.Check it out, theyve got some cool air freshening items that are homemade here in WF, TX and other cool lil trinkets and bubbles.Support local business!

As someone looking for a legal way to relieve stress without medication, I thought a CBD pen would be the best option. Recently, I visited a store and bought a variety of items, focusing on a quality CBD pen recommended by the staff. After charging the pen, my first puff had a harsh, burnt metal taste. Giving it some time, I tried again but experienced the same unpleasant taste.Frustrated, I returned to the store the next morning, only to be told they dont offer warranties or exchanges for disposable pens and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. This lack of support for a new purchase was disappointing, especially since the manufacturer doesnt have a callback number. Buyers beware: avoid buying disposable products from this location as you’ll be left to deal with any issues on your own.

Very clean, great selection for vape, some flower, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wish they had a points system. They do have a spend $100 and get a scented candle free. For the leather scented candle personally, I think thats a good deal.

Excellent Cutomer Service! Been shopping here before Vape was even Vape! Their house juice is just badass...alittle pricey imo but worth it. Some of their house juices are what I consider premium just because it doesnt have a fancy box or label doesnt mean its not awesome. Try it for yourself

Most expensive place in wichita customer service is very rude. Do not recommend going here.

Helpful staff, easy in and out, reasonable prices. Went in to have something changed out on my gfs vape that I know nothing about. Staff was very helpful and didnt make me feel like an idiot for having no clue what I was talking about. No complaints, moans, or gripes on my part.

Love it, shop here all the time. Juices are a little higher price than most places but its also much higher quality too so take your choice. Employees are friendly and helpful. Sign up for the rewards, you get a lot of discounts/free juice.

Half decent vape shop, the juice that their brand makes is overpriced $15 for 30 mg, when I can get 120 mg for 12$ elsewhere, some of their juices are pretty good others are hit or miss.The staff have basic knowledge about Vapes and accessories but thats about it.If you ask them about anything other than basic knowledge they likely wont know.Its also more reminiscent of a head shop than being a vape centered shop.Its basically a smaller vapor village thats slightly better.

Love this place. Prices are affordable, and service is friendly. Last i knew, they even mix their vape juice. My favorite was mountain Dew, i would get the 30mL bottles, and it tasted THE EXACT SAME! Would definitely refer to anyone. Although they could lower their prices.

Staff is awesome and will help you with anything you need. Yeah prices on hardware are steep vs online but what do you expect. I just wish they would haggle with you instead of having concrete prices. I saw a mod I wanted online for $40 but figured Id try Stogies first....$100! They wouldnt even work with me on the price. I wouldve paid $50-$60 to support them but they wouldnt come down from $100 at all. So instead of earning $10-$20 from me they made $0.The liquids and coils are fair though. The Heisenberg with a little VG boost is the best.

The pina colada flavored disposable vape almost burnt my mouth in the first puff. It didnt taste anything like pina colada either. So i go back to the store to inform the manager. What an utter waste of time. Both he and the store owner dodged me. The store owner went as far to use a fake name when introducing himself. Complete and utter disrespect is the kindest words i can use, without being censored by google, to describe this customer service.

I love Stogies! Been with them for over 4 years! Always ALWAYS courteous! The staff is very helpful in finding what youre looking for! Hooked on the strawberries and cream! They know what I want before I even open the door!

We went in with NO knowledge of the vape scene, just knowing we want to quit 🚬. The salesman was so great. He took the time to go over all our options, not just pushing the most expensive stuff they have. Im super impressed and will visit again soon!

Favorite flavor is the Captain Black, they mix down for free so I get the perfect mix for my mod. Everyone here knows their vapes, they change my atomizer out for me also. I really enjoy their help and business.

I am a frequent shopper here, they don’t really stand behind or guarantee any of the disposable products, so if you get a disposable devise that cost $25 & it only lasts a fraction of the time it should, you are just out that $$. This has happened more than once. I no longer purchase disposables at this store.

Not bad, yes kinda high but what do you expect in a retail shop. Get what you want right there and then. I do wish I could ask a question though without getting the are you serious leave me alone look an no not everyone there is like that. Maybe I just caught them having a bad day.. Twice.. lol since Ive only been in there 3 times, but still good shop just hope the attitude changes especially for Sombody who is new to the whole vaping an wants to spend their money there

The owner of this franchise, refused to keep his New Braunfels TX location stocked with product, and this past weekend, went in overnight, gutted and closed the store down with no notice to the employees that worked there. Cant tell you to not shop there but keep it in mind when buying vape juice, Id take my business elsewhere.

The employees are always incredibly friendly and helpful, plus they are always ordering new items to try.

Their juice is watered down or something. I️ have tried multiple juices and they are all down right disgusting. Staff wouldn’t give me an exchange or a refund bc if this I️ even made them try it and they said it did t taste right , but did nothing about it. This place sucks!!!

Good selection of fluids, plus the employees have great attitudes most of the time. Ive been to many vape shops, stogs is definitely the best so far.

Wish they were a little more knowledged with their flavors or had a list and also they really didnt t suggest or show us anything only positive was it was clean. Unfortunately another business got my service and money

In town for the weekend left my juice at home so had to stop in and grab some . Tried one of their house juices they recommended and , to say the least it’s like water and is hands down the worst juice I’ve ever had!!
