H2T did our wedding partys hair/makeup which was a perfect fit. We had the studio to ourselves and multiple technicians looking after everyone very efficiently. They responded to everyones preferences and the group looked beautiful!

I went to Head to Toe this morning for a hot stone massage and deluxe facial. Both services were top 3 best facial and massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Rosemary for the massage. I cannot remember the name of the woman that did my facial, but she was awesome, too. They also use Farmhouse Fresh products which are high quality and what I use at home. I was visiting from out of town and they were able to get me in for both services on short(ish) notice. I tried to book a pedicure but they were fully booked. Again, that’s my fault for the last minute booking. Everything was beautiful, calming, and clean. Finally, I got a latte from the cafe area that was really tasty and hot. I’ll definitely be back when I visit again!!

I have been going to Head to Day Spa for quite some time and the environment and people are always so warm and welcoming.Rhonda always comes through with my hair inspirations and is such a doll to be around! I had a great experience with the full day package yesterday. Amanda did both my facial and massage, and she really got into those knots during my deep tissue massage. The facial was so relaxing that I fell asleep and even this morning my skin looks amazing. Ann Marie was a delight to talk to and did my manicure and pedicure to perfection. She even was able to eliminate some pain I was having with my toes. The check in and flow of the treatments was smooth. My only feedback would be to schedule the hydrotherapy before the facial because my skincare got into my eyes during the hydrotherapy and my eyes were stinging. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

I had a facial with Terry this evening and when I say it was the best facial of my life, I mean it. Not only was Terry so warm and lovely as a person, she educated me on my skin needs - and my whole treatment and appointment was based around her assessment and what I was comfortable with. She explained each and every step, and identified areas my skin needed attention that no other esthetician had ever mentioned. 10/10 recommend booking, both as a “treat yourself” and as a learning opportunity if you want to truly get to know your skin, and address its needs. Loved my experience and will absolutely be going back!

Clean place and pleasant staff. My facial, massage, nails and hair have always turned out great. However there are a few things that bother me. My friend and I received the same facial with different add ons. My base cost was $110.00 and hers was $100.00 for the same facial. We then paid additional fees for our extras. I didn’t mention anything but we checked out at the same exact time and I overheard the front desk reviewing her costing. Secondly, when you go back into the relaxation lounge they allow you to sit wherever you want when they should place you in a specific seat to ensure all appointments have space to enjoy the lounge. I was there with a friend and the two women already seated refused to move over so we could sit next to each other. I also time it out so I have about 30 minutes prior to my apt to relax in the lounge area and about 30 in between my first and second so enjoy a smoothie or drink and just relax. They always rush you. I sit for 10 minutes and tell me my room is ready. I had to order my smoothie and drink it while getting my pedi instead of relaxing in the lounge. They need to stick to the times of the appointments. Some ladies come to relax. Lastly, it’s impossible to call and speak to someone over the phone. I called three times over one day and no one answered. The next day tried again, no one answered. It becomes frustrating to make a reservation, and yes they eventually call you back but it’s hard to always receive their call back call. Everytime I go their training a new person at the front desk. Seems to have high turnover.

The moment I walk into Head to Toe I am immediately relaxed. The ambiance is top notch and very welcoming! Marian is the absolute best! She takes time to get to know you, and gives great advice about services. I trust her completely and her work is outstanding! She has a client out of me for life!

I purchased the full day at the spa package, which included hydrotherapy and one of the co-owners expresses on her site perfect experience, I respectfully disagree. The price too high for the small dark space provided, the towels stained and you should be embarrassed by the robes you offer, sad.

I’ve been getting my lashes done by Whitney for almost 6 straight years now! She is legitimately amazing - hence my 6 years of going to her!! She does an amazing job - truly listens to what I want and makes it happen! The environment is also amazing. Very soothing place to be! I have also done a few facials with her and always GLOW afterwards! I Highly recommend Whitney at Head to Toe for anyone looking to get lashes or a facial!!

Marian has been wonderful since my first consultation and appointment. She takes time to explain everything in detail, eases any worries/concerns, is honest and helpful with making your treatment selections, and ensures that you are happy with your results. This past Sunday I got to spend some amazing time with Rhonda Gour McDonald who is a Stylist and to say she does incredible work is an understatement! I have not had my head touched since November of last year and she worked wonders! I do not have enough great things to say about Rhonda and her work. If you need a haircut, color, perm, an updo or make up for every day or a special event BOOK HER you will not be disappointed! The entire atmosphere at the salon is absolutely amazing and having great company and talent is even better. Ive been seeing Jennifer Dove (NP) for over a year for my lips and shes amazing!! Talks you through every step and has a super gentle hand. Shes so sweet and talented at what she does, always happy with my results! I would definitely recommend!!

My mom absolutely loves going here when she (very rarely) gets time off work to go have a spa day. She typically is just a back or full body massage kind of person. But I secretly bought her a full spa package deal recently, so hopefully could make it happen soon around Mother’s Day. She always raves when coming home that she feels so amazing and light. Relaxed and calm, flowing through the rest of her day. She loves her massages. So I got her the whole deal, I’m so excited about this, I want to hear all about it. The facial special, a mani & pedi, a full body massage with hot rocks and all! She’s going to be on cloud 9. I had my second appointment with Rhonda today(first one was 3 months ago)… I was NOT disappointed once again ❤️! She did a touch up to my balayage and a trim. Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe how I felt when I left there. If you take the time to talk to Rhonda and really give her your hair history ( this is especially important with dye) she can do amazing things!

This was my first time at the salon and only the third person I have ever let touch my hair. Emily was so personal and asked and listened to everything I wanted! We talked about our kids and trips and I really felt comfortable with her as my new hair dresser ! So much personality and I can’t wait to come visit again!

Ann Marie did a wonderful job on my pedicure today - will definitely be coming back to visit her again! Clean, friendly and the polish job was excellent.

Whitney is the bomb when it comes to lashes and brows! She is always a pleasure to talk to, gentle with my sensitive eyes, and I always feel beautiful when I leave. I highly recommend! She also does a very relaxing facial when you need a good reset🩷

I’ve had 3 visits here for massages. The first was good, the 2nd quite bad and the third with the first therapist again. After the 2nd one as I was paying, the owner overheard me say it wasn’t good and comped half. She asked me to email her with specifics, which I did. I came back for the 3rd time, ready for a good massage. I didn’t get it. Various parts of my body got zero massage. The other weird thing is that I asked the therapist a simple question and she outright lied to me. I decided to email the owner with those details and asked her to recommend a therapist that I could try. No response. I just want a good, comprehensive, satisfying massage…doesn’t look like I’ll get that here.UPDATE!! The owner put me in touch with another therapist and had an amazing massage! Just what I was looking for 🤩

Whitney has always had the best results when it comes to my lashes I’m so confident in her I have let her change up my look without question I’m always so happy with her work an she’s always suggesting new ideas an always has pictures to show to see what I think as well !!!! I started going to Head to toe day spa in December with beyond damaged hair and today was my second visit. Im taking my girls there for a spa day in a few months. Rhonda McDonald is my stylist and I adore her. She explains everything to you and she has a heart of gold. I wouldnt trust my curls to anyone. Barbie is beyond wonderful for filler and Botox! I previously had a bad experience at another place so I was terrified going in but she made me feel so comfortable! Not only did she explain and educate me, but she uses several techniques to make the process almost painless! Her welcoming and calming demeanor also made me at ease and I cant wait to go back next month for another service with her! Run dont walk!

I see April at Head to Toe for pedicures and she has been amazing to me!! She always takes her time and uses these amazing products on me and is always so genuine. She also referred me to Christina who does hair at Head to Toe and she is amazing as well!! These two have been great to me and I recommend them both for sure🤍

I just moved here and was looking for a good salon to get my hair done - I made an appointment with Rhonda for highlights; during our consultation I gave her my full hair history from the last year in detail about everything that has been done to my hair and asked her to please not do anything if she thought it would compromise the integrity of my hair. She proceeded to put a lot of foils in my hair and then processed to add lightener to the ends of my hair which had already been previously processed. After washing my hair, it began to break off in huge chunks as it was severely over-processed. She began to brush my hair from the roots down which was painful and unpleasant and caused more of my hair to break off. Then she began to try and cut it but didnt finish brushing it all out and didnt part my hair how I like so I asked her to part it so it was even and she parted it completely different than what I said. She then proceeded to take random sections of my hair and cut them. Ultimately I asked her to stop touching my hair all together as I was beginning to cry because my hair was completely ruined. Throughout this she repeatedly said I shouldnt have done that. I was there for over 3 hours and when I was leaving she said Im sorry for frying your hair off, and closed the door on me. I feel that I have to write this review as I would hate for this to happen to someone else. I have a background in salon knowledge and procedures and it was evident she was unsure of what she was doing. I left with about 5 inches of my hair completely melted off and a horrible haircut with the rest being fried.

My experiences at the Day Spa have been absolutely wonderful. My first visit in December 2022 I booked a Half Day at the Spa package, which included a Deluxe Facial, Spa Manicure, Spa Pedicure, and Infrared Sauna. All of the staff were excellent, and the services were top-notch. I recently visited Head to Toe again on my birthday in April 2023, and booked a Deluxe Facial with Alex who was amazing. I told her my main priority was just for a relaxing and refreshing experience. She went above and beyond, and made me feel like a Queen! Five Days later my skin still feels like its glowing. I cant wait for my next visit!

As a curly girl I usually hate getting my haircut from the trauma of stylists not knowing how to cut it. That being said I love getting my hair cut now because Christina knows what she’s doing!!! My hair is perfect every time and I always leave loving it. Decided to be bold last time I went and got highlights too (they’re perfect) and they even still look good as they are growing out. Ricky is AMAZING! I have very long curly hair and have struggled to find someone who can properly cut it. I had the best experience with Ricky! He gave me a proper consultation and made sure he understood what I wanted. Then he kept talking to me throughout the process, describing what he was doing and why. His communication made it so easy to have a great experience. I’m a customer for life!

My daughter and myself had an appointment today at noon. We live over an hour away, and we were late. We called several times and no one answered. We left message. The bridge is under construction so we had to take detour. We like Rhonda and Emily thats why we go this far to get our hair done.we checked in as soon as we got there. We sat and waited and then a lady came out and said we were unable to get our hair done . we proceeded to to to ask about our gift certificate and lady said she called the owner and the owner stated that we could not get our 600 dollars cash back that we added to our gift certificate last time we were there then they told us we could cash it out at any time.so we ended up getting make up and hair products . The girls that do our hair did not even call us before they left.and it really upset me especially knowing that we are good tippers on top of the cost of our hair..last time we spent over a thousand dollars on our hair and products and on top of that we tipped eachnone of the girls 100 dollars each.as we were there I watched the girl at the counter checking messages and returning calls as she never did for us.If she had done that that would of known we were gonna be late.Sad that there were at least 3 girls behind front counter and no one could answer the phone and we called repeatedly because it was important to us to het our hair done . because my daughters boyfriend passed away from a car accident and his celebration of life is Saturday . We explained this to them and they had had no remorse.We had a really bad experience . We will not be back.but on a good note we are getting our hair done now.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! The environment and people are amazing! I had a balayage coloring and a dead end trim done. I must say I am far from disappointed with the results. I have never been so happy with my color and cut (super confidence boost). You have to go see Rhonda!!! This woman is a whole different level of good vibes and professional! When I say she took the time I mean she really cared and put so much work into it. Rhonda made me so comfortable I broke past my anxiety and we held a conversation the whole time! She made me feel like family! I still can’t get over how great she did, she is just amazing!

Beautiful place with very friendly faces! My girlfriend got a gift certificate from her grandmother for her birthday and I had the luxury of tagging along for a full body massage and a facial ! This spa was nice on the inside. Was disappointed on a few things. And how the handled it bc some of their providers were not able to make it in. (Which I completely understand things happen)My massage therapist was 10 min late starting (because he was behind). And I didnt have my whole 60 min massage but had to pay for whole thing.Especially at the fact they upgraded my nail tech(more money for the service) and didnt even give me the option to decline since the original nail tech couldnt make it in. (Which my nail told me.Situations like this need to be handled better.Only reason I didnt address it more before I left bc I was with a friend and this was suppose to be a bday gift for her . Didnt want to ruin the mood for her.

My third time with Rhonda! She is fantastic! I’m just starting to get grey hair covered and she is very informative on how to keep a Heathy look. Thank you. I wasn’t completely happy with my first color (all because I didn’t know how to verbalize what I wanted). Rhonda invited me back to “fix” it to my liking and I loved it! I was referred here by a friend and became a repeat customer because I had such a good experience. April is so sweet and I love getting the dip dye, my nails have never looked so pretty! I could never have painted nails for work but the dip really holds up so now I can! They have a great referral program and the atmosphere is nice, would absolutely recommend.

I gave my wife a full day at the spa for Mother’s Day this year. She was very impressed by the quality of service and how clean it was. Highly recommend the hydro spa after a massage and the wife says you can never go wrong with their facial. All the ladies were exceptionally nice and very helpful. Will be booking another day again!

I just had a swedish massage from Jeremy and he was the BEST! I had some trouble areas that he completely addressed and focused on and when I left I felt so much better! He knows his stuff. I also completely relaxed. He took the time to explain things to me as well and share some tips for stretching before I left! I highly recommend him!!

Abby was amazing! Ive had facials at other facilities, but never like the one I received today. She was so knowledgeable, and spent so much time making my skin absolutely perfect. I didnt even know it could feel this way! I went in with pretty dry skin, and I left with glowing skin that felt and looked so much better!Ive never scheduled another facial before leaving, and I already have another one booked with her!

The BEST experience I’ve ever had at a Med Spa! I went in for Lip filler & Dysport by Barbie, she did not disappoint! Barbie is absolutely amazing from her knowledge to her technique. Just flawless! As someone who had never gotten a facial I was very nervous from all the horror stories I heard from people about their skin coming out worse then how they went it but this was not the case AT ALL! Ms. Abi did my facial and it was an incredible experience. She kept me informed and comfortable through the entire process. Everything was cleaned and I was able to learn A LOT of how to take care of my specific skin type and work on the issues I had with my skin. She was positive and very knowledgeable about her trade and I will definitely be seeing her again. I then had a massage with Ms. Josiphine. She again worked with everything I was comfortable with and asked about my problem areas and any injuries that could potentially be aggravated with massage. Her work was fantastic and a lot of the pain I had been feeling for months just started melting away. I ended my appointment in such a relaxed trance and was able to get the perfect nights sleep. I cannot thank or recommend Head to Toe enough!

Barbie was amazing! I got lip filler for the first time with her today and she was so gentle, comforting, and funny! I love my lips! She took the time to explain what we would be doing and where the filler would be going! I can’t wait to go back!!

This was my first visit with Courtney. She treated me like royalty and I felt like I had known her forever. She took me to get a foot massage while my hair was processing. She did exactly what I wanted to my hair and tinted my brows. She is excellent and experienced with color, cutting, and styling. I highly recommend her and I plan to go back for other services. The salon is beautiful and has a very relaxing atmosphere the moment you walk in.

My experience with Penelope for a facial was beyond my wildest expectations. I was immediately struck by how compassionate and present Penelope was with me the minute I met her. The actual facial was out of this world. She customized it to fit exactly what was best for me. It was a spiritual experience! I will be on her calendar regularly from here on out💖

The technician and overall experience was great but beware of odd pricing, any communication with management, or how much it will actually cost.I got this package for my wife as a present and wanted to plan this out as a stress free day with her and a friend. I communicated this in advance when I bought the gift card for an exact amount to include a tip as well. The issue is that the pricing (which the link currently doesnt even show what they are) apparently is determined by the level of the technician that does the service. Thats cool and all if you know this in advance. There isnt any way to know this until you complete the service and you are given a different charge than what is stated on the website. It does say from $-price but if the website doesnt state the upcharge, the person scheduling the appointment doesnt specify the level of person you are booking with or that the price could change accordingly, how is someone to know what that upcharge is?Dont bring this up with management either to communicate how this defeats the entire effort of trying to plan this in advance because they will apologize for how confused I was and not how odd it is that you cant know something that isnt ever communicated. It would just be helpful if the website stated this, or the person booking the appointment stated this, or even the person talking me through how much to get on a gift card stated this possibility.All that said, the experience was great and so were the technicians doing the pedicure.

I went into my appointment with grown out, dry, dead, processed blonde hair. I showed Amber some inspo pics of ashy brown with some highlights thrown in. We thought this would take 2-3 sessions to reach our goal but she pulled it off in 1 session! She was fantastic as was the entire staff and environment. Definitely will go back!

My spa pedicure was out this world amazing!! April was so kind and listened to what I needed. She recommended products to help my heels and Im very satisfied! Gorgeous spa and wonderful customer service. I live about 2 hours from Wilmington, but Ill be back!

Had my very first Deva Curl cut with Ricky Bell. Hes a total master of curly hair. So knowledgeable. He taught me so much during the service. My curls have never looked better. Ive always had a love/hate relationship with my curls. Now, its just love! Thanks Ricky!

I came with a group of 5 to celebrate a bachelorette party and the spa was wonderful!! They have an awesome relaxation lounge where we could hang out and order snacks/drinks while waiting on our services. BIG shout out to Abigail who did an amazing job on my facial. I received a myofascia microcurrent facial from Terry. And it was hand down one of the best facial massages I have ever had. My skin was tighter, toner and lifted. Terry explained all the steps to me as she was performing them, which was so appreciated. She’s so sweet, so full of knowledge and gives an amazing facial. My haircut with Nikki was perfect! I also got a facial with Penelope and it was the best one I had ever had. They were both awesome! I cant say enough positive things about my experience. I just moved to the area and am so happy to have found a great salon and spa.

PENELOPE!! I booked a Hydra-Facial just expecting a reviving and glowing FACIAL when I showed up for my appointment. When I arrived Penelope met with me and customized an EXPERIENCE. The bed was comfortable, sounds soothing , scents calming , and It all just felt so - right. Penelope is a master at lymphatic drainage. She somehow made it a relaxing and effective treatment resulting in a lifting effect I have yet to see without needles. My skin felt cleaner , brighter, taught , and glowing!I highly recommend you book with her and do it not only for your skin but your self !

Denise - at Head to Toe is amazing! I have been going to her as my stylist since 2015. Her ability to find the right style, color and pull it altogether is wonderful. When I travel and visit other salons, some are good, some not so much but none is as talented as Denise A. Now I live 70 miles away...well, I tried another stylist and but decided I had to take the time and return to Head to Toe and my Denise.The manicures and pedicures are exceptional and I try to schedule those at the same time. Relaxing, professional and friendly...a really pleasant experience too.

I had done a bunch of yard work and my lower back was so tight ( already saw my chiropractor that day ) She did an amazing job on my back along with not killing me! I received an exceptional haircut from Eric today! He did a phenomenal job creating my look and providing his expert opinion. Ive never had my hair done by a stylist and he knocked it out of the park! I had several compliments even before I walked out the door!The spa itself is a beautiful, clean and professional. I have been to this spa a few times and each time has been great. However, this last weekend when I went, it was the best experience yet. I went to Abby for a chemical peel and she is literally the sweetest esthetician I’ve ever met. She was so informative and made the whole appointment comfortable and relaxing. I had my first appt for a Brazilian wax and I’m not going to lie it HURT. I thought I had a high pain tolerance but that def proved otherwise. BUT Meghan was amazing and great at making me feel comfortable through out the whole process. She was super informative too. The after results are definitely worth the pain & healing time isn’t long at all.

I went for a Deluxe facial since I was given a gift certificate but it was truly the best experience I have ever had at a spa. Vanessa took her time made me feel so comfortable an amazing. As this was the first time I have ever had a facial she made sure to walk me through everything she was doing and all the ingredients in everything she used. My 14 year old grandson has very curly hair and had not had a haircut since before COVID. His hair was unruly and did not look good. After an appointment with Ricky Bell, my grandson’s hair was absolutely gorgeous. The curls were just beautiful and my grandson loved it. Ricky only trimmed it but explained what needed to be done to maintain the curls and gave my grandson a tutorial on styling. During the appointment, Ricky encouraged my grandson to follow his dreams. I was very impressed not only with Ricky’s abilities in hair styling, but also his kindness and concern of others. I’m positive this will be the first of many visits to see Ricky.

I had one of the best facials with Penelope on Friday. I came in with inflammation & redness on both my cheeks with no improvement regardless of all the home treatments that I had tried. She sat down and took her time to collect a bigger picture of my over all health prior to even starting. During the entire facial she provided so much education on why my issues where occurring and how to improve my over all skin conditions. The redness and inflammation had significantly improved before I ever left. She has a beautiful soul and is well educated in her field. Would recommend her to all my family and friends!!!

I booked a party for some coworkers and I for deep tissue massages. Britney was my coordinator and she was great to work with! When we arrived, the new spa was beautiful and very welcoming. All the staff was amazing. I had an amazing deep tissue massage with I believe his name was Lawrence. My experience was so wonderful that I plan on going back every couple of months for some good self care! I would recommend this spa to anyone.

My husband got me a gift certificate for my birthday and it was money well spent! I had 3 hours one Saturday at Head to Toe Spa and I felt like a princess. First I had a facial, then a manicure and pedicure. The team of women there made my time easy, relaxing and peaceful. No one rushed me through my appointments and that was very different from other places I’ve been. I recommend Head to Toe for a calming spa experience, especially in their beautiful new location. I have used Head to Toe for several years and had many different services from eyelash extensions to facials and waxing. The staff is very friendly and always make you feel very welcome. Whitney does the best lash extensions and waxing! I always look forward to going and plan on having many more services done there. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough!!!! It is a very clean, professional, friendly and overall just comfortable salon. I would recommend it for anyone of any age to use this salon!

I’ve gone to Head to Toe for a few services so far. I’ve seen Whitney Taylor for eyelash extensions and I’m excited to say how delightful it was not to worry about mascara for a little over a month. They looked beautiful and I received lots of compliments on them.I’ve also gotten my nails done by April Lewis and she is GREAT. Very flexible with her hours to accommodate my busy schedule which I was EXTREMELY grateful for. My dipped nails lasted about 3 weeks and looked fabulous.

This was my first visit to the salon and I was completely satisfied. After almost 40 years with my previous stylist out of state, I was beyond nervous with having anyone else touch my hair. Christina Lanier made me feel comfortable, and she did a great job with my color and treatment of my curly/wavy hair. I look forward to my next appointment with her!

My new stylist Gillian was Awesome. She’s super skilled, friendly, sassy and talented. I’m looking forward to working with her again in the future! The vibe of the entire salon was great; modern but cozy, and there’s a cafe/bar inside! Only thing was I didnt get to choose my color. I got a single overall color and my hair is dark, so I didnt really care, but now I know to ask for when I come back to get highlights.

The facility overall has a relaxing modern ambiance however that feeling did not transfer into the massage room I was in. Nor does it appear to be that way in the other massage rooms. Had a very nice conversational attentive tech who has over 10 years experience, so that helped to make my time enjoyable and functional. Did have a wonderful facial by different tech (with same room experience) the week prior, so thats why I am giving a 4-star rating overall. :)**Edited to 2-star based on generic auto-reply message, as repeatedly used when is a 4, not acknowledging or wanting to address what made my experience (& many others giving 4s) less pleasing than what a costly spa experience should be to make it a 5... Granted, in public service, you cant please everyone & nothing will be perfect... however, in all my years of customer service experience, this is a disappointing response system for real people, with varied experiences, looking to simply have a relaxing getaway that they were willing to pay a significant amount for, justifiably expecting reciprocal quality of service to justify those rates. My daughter and I just had a manicure and pedicure by April. She was very professional and easy to talk with. She did a wonderful job on our nails. We had a very pleasant experience. I went to Head to Toe today for the first time and had an appointment with Eric for highlights and a cut. I have to say, I was probably asking for the almost impossible, and he was wonderful! On time, professional and paid attention to what I asked for and he was very meticulous. Outstanding! He explained all of his techniques and made no promises he couldnt keep. I am super happy with my highlights and cut. I was a little unsure of his suggestion for layers, but he said trust me. Im SO glad I did. He knew what I wanted and knew how to accomplish it. The salon is beautiful, calming and I will definitely go back to see Eric for my hair and maybe even try one of their other many services!

Received the most relaxing pedicure from Bonnie. Never at any point did I feel rushed or that Bonnie was watching the clock. The massage was luxurious and the final paint (not gel) glistening! Bonnie engaged in conversation, when I felt inclined but was also happy to let me read in peace while enjoying the massage chair. Although, I used to frequent a spa near this location, Head to Toe is my new go-to spot when Im in town!

Penelope is a wonderful esthetician. Not only did she give me a great facial but she really educated me on my skin. She was able to pinpoint my areas of concern, and explain why I was having the issues I was having. She showed me new techniques to incorporate into my skin care routine and advised what products would work best for me. And I really saw a difference in my face after she worked her magic. In addition, the new spa location and atmosphere is first class. It is definitely one of Wilmingtons premiere spas.

Eric was amazing. He was attentive and super professional. Very easy to talk to, and he did an amazing job. He went above and beyond making it a true treat as I hadn’t been able to do anything with my year for almost two years. It was long overdue, and he was patient and kind through all of it. I bought the products he recommended and I’ve never done that before, but he was really good about explaining why it was beneficial for me. Can’t wait to go back. It’s gorgeous in there too. I had a facial done by Alex and absolutely loved talking with her! My skin can be a bit sensitive but I had zero issues with any of products she used. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back here again when I’m in Wilmington!

My girlfriends and I had a spa day with messages and facials. The event room was dark, cozy and comfortable, it made the entire morning very peaceful. Although we each got the same service but they were tailored to our needs.

My sister and I had manicures and pedicures during a recent weekend trip to Wilmington. My mani/pedi was very good. My sisters tech put the coats on too thick which caused her nails to bubble the next day. It was weird that they didnt offer any drying for our toes. In all of the spas Ive been too, Ive never experienced that before. I wasnt offered a neck wrap. We were both relaxing until a very loud group came in right as our pedicures started. Ugh. Certainly not the spa experience that we are used too. We wouldnt return.

I have partially curly fine hair which can be rather challenging. I’ve tried several stylists in the past 2 years and been disappointed each time. Finally, success! Ricky Bell gave me a great haircut and a color correction taking my hair back to a natural color. He spent a lot of time with me and listened as I explained my hair issues. He’s a quite talented stylist. And additional plus was his fantastic personality! I will go back to him.

I had a facial and a massage. From the minute we stepped into the place, it was amazing. The staff was extremely polite and efficient. The spa is immaculate. You are led into a dark room where you can start to relax before your service. After getting services for many years in NYC salons, I am so glad I found a spa here that is just as good. Meagan has been doing my facials for 2 years now and has always had my skins best interest. She’s professional but also welcoming, and has given my skin quite the recovery.

As recently newlyweds (unable to travel for our honeymoon) this was an incredible way to celebrate our marriage! We had deep tissue massages, some time in the sauna and then topped it off with an hour in the hydrotherapy room. It was FABULOUS!! The massage was absolutely killer, the red light therapy/sauna felt wildly good for your skin, and we felt like royalty in the hydrotherapy room. On top of the services, what made our experience that much better was the incredible staff. They each went above and beyond to make us feel special! In fact, I misplaced my wedding band at the end of our visit and the owner came back to the spa to look for it for multiple hours. I was blown away by her dedication and generosity. We will 100% be back!

My review is for my nail technician, April Lewis. I’ve been going to her for a few years (mainly Shellac pedicures), and she does a fabulous job. She’s very professional, and is a perfectionist at her work. She also has an easy going personality - will gladly chat, but will also let you sit back and relax if that’s what you need. I highly recommend!

I had a 90-minute massage with Lisa and it was absolutely amazing! Not only was the massage everything I needed and more, the whole experience at Head to Toe was wonderful. The new spa is gorgeous, the staff was welcoming and I felt so relaxed the entire time I was there. I cannot wait to go back and see Lisa, and to try some of the other services that they offer.

Nothing in Wilmington compares to the new Head to Toe Spa, it is truly perfect! I wish I could have stayed all day. I purchased the profile package with Barbie and it was amazing! I was SO nervous before my first visit and she made it so much fun. Played some music I loved and she got to work. She knew everything I wanted without me even having to say it and she was SO gentle. I truly almost fell asleep as I was receiving the needles. I somehow got very lucky with cancellations and was able to go twice in one week to accomplish what I wanted and each time she was so patient, thorough, and calming. There is a reason she is booked out months in advance. Do not go anywhere else, there is truly no one better! She told me she wasnt perfect, but im convinced she is.

Penelope is amazing!! My skin has completely transformed since going to her. I am always so relaxed when I leave her and learn more every time I go. It’s not just about my skin, she educates you on how to take care of yourself inside and out. Her energy is wonderful! I look forward to my visits with her.

I was in town on an emergency basis and in need of a platinum toner and a trim, I called the shop in desperate hopes of getting an appt before my fathers funeral. My daughter and I were gifted a half day spa packaged that included infrared sauna, facial, manicure & pedicure. The sauna was great. In the relaxation room in just a robe, a couple of teen boys came in and sat down. They were not disturbing us but it just seemed unprofessional. They were related to someone working there. XO The facial was just ok, she never explained what she was doing and the only advice she gave was use SPF. The mani/ pedi was not good. She was clipping my nails back and not even really looking so she had my entire fingertip in the clipper the first two nails and I had to tell her she was cutting my skin too. The polish was old and clumpy. The pedicure wasn’t great either, same person. Come to find out she used to work the front desk. It just was a very unprofessional place in my opinion. When we checked out with the exact same gift cards the lady charged us both different prices, even though we had the same services. I won’t return, I expected a more relaxing atmosphere.

New to the area my curls were just not the same in this environment. I made an appointment with Ricky Bell after finding him on the DevaCurl website and he did not disappoint! He took the time to explain every step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Ricky taught me not only how to do my hair but how to truly love it again. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the products he uses and makes sure you are too. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and their curls!

We had an amazing experience with Ricky and Denise for our wedding on 09/28. They traveled to our venue to do hair and makeup for 7 ladies and 4 girls. They made everyone look absolutely stunning!!! I love head to toe! They are my go-to place for all things beauty related. I regularly have nails (Savannah is an artist!), hair (Lindsay does gorgeous cuts and color) , and facials (Shelly gives the most relaxing treatments) done here. I have also had many cosmetic procedures here and have always been happy with the result. The Owners always make me feel like a valued customer.

I was quite pleased with the friendly and professional staff. I thoroughly enjoyed a massage with the use of hot stones. It was heavenly. Afterward, I had a manicure and a pedicure which came complete with wraps, lotions and massages. No one rushed through any process which made me feel comfortable and appreciated. This was my first visit. They were very nice at check-in and the coffee/wine bar was a nice surprise. I had left my coffee at home but was able to purchase another coffee right there. They did not take me back on time, however the coffee made up for that. The lady that cut my hair was personable and attentive and did a great job. I would recommend.

A friend and I were in town for the weekend and I scheduled some pampering time for us at Head to Toe Day Spa. We had manicures, pedicures, eye brow waxing and hair (wash and style). I love Head to Toe Day Spa. I came here for a massage on a visit to Wilmington a few years ago with my best friend. I just happened to get Lawrence that day for my massage....Thank Gawd!!!!! Lawrence is the best!!! I told him I felt like I was cheating on my massage therapist at home lol. Fast forward later when I relocated to Wilmington and one of the first things I did was call to see if Lawrence was still here and taking appointments. He was! The rest is history. I schedule my appointments faithfully as my “me time” is so important to me. I highly recommend Lawrence to anyone who is looking for a massage therapist who is professional and pays attention to his client needs. The salon is clean and the front desk staff are friendly and professional.

Both my massage and facial were amazing! I needed some stress relief and I got it. I will say that the new building was beautiful, but the walls seem pretty thin. I could hear talking in the next room, even through the music playing. And I wish the relaxation area was a bit bigger and more secluded. Overall, the services were great though and I would recommend trying it out.

Great facial and pedicure. Every one was very nice from the manager at the entrance , Caroline was her name to the wonderful people who carried out my services. Caroline was helpful from check in to check out. My facial was great and I will have another soon at Head to Toe. My pedicure was the best that I have had in years. I will return soon to Head to Toe Day Spa.

It’s been over two years since I had a hair cut. When I moved from big city to Wilmington, I had a tough time finding a stylist that really understood curly hair. I had bad experiences, which led me to not go to any salons. Finally I decided that I need to do some research and find a hair dresser that can cut my curls. That’s when I found Ricky. Love my hair cut and love that he is so knowledgeable and completely awesome to deal with. Thank you Ricky!

Bailee did a great job on my color (root touch-up) . Next time, Ill ask her to go darker on the eyebrow tint. Overall good experience.Barbie was very informative. I will look forward to taking advantage of some of the treatments we discussed.

I had the most amazing massage with Lisa today. It was my first but definitely not my last visit to this gorgeous new salon location. Lisa is an amazing massage therapist with wonderful technique and professionalism. I cannot wait to go again!

I’m not a hair person , mine is thin so I’m not a fan usually but I had my hair done for a wedding by Nikki ( please forgive if spelled wrong) I had to post a review because not only was she a lovely soul with the best vibes, she added extensions & finished it off with a style that made me want to cry, she took her time, shaded the scalp to cover any small spots & the finished look was above what I was hopeful for . My bridesmaids and I LOVE head to toe day spa and salon! I had my big group of bridesmaids (11 of them!) plus my mom and other family all getting hair and make up done here. It all turned out AMAZING and they were so accommodating! Everyone is so nice and I would recommend everyone and anyone to get pampered here or even have their whole bridal party get glammed up for the big day here!

I had a massage and a mani/pedi for my birthday Friday. It was amazing from the second I walked in! They have an amazing relaxation room and both the massage with Amanda and the mani/pedi with Paige were great! This will be my new go to spa!

I’ve been going to Head to Toe to see Savannah for mani/pedi for over 10 years now. She is so attentive and gives the best pedicure in all of Wilmington! She will never forget what color she did on your toes or nails last time you were in. Savannah is always friendly, positive and genuinely cares about her clients. She is an expert at both shellac and dip manicures. I never have problems with my manicure or pedicure lasting until my next appointment or beyond that if needed.

I had a hydro facial from Penelope Menacho it was a wonderful experience it was a first for me the outcome was amazing I looked and felt 5years younger the before and after photos showed the results. Thank you Penelope for such a an experience with a great professional facial and a great master Aesthetician that you are.

I had a great experience at Head to Toe. If you have curly hair, I highly recommend Ricky Bell as a Deva Cut specialist. I think he is the first stylist I have ever had who truly understood how to properly cut and care for my curly hair. My hair looked fantastic when he was done. He is the only one I will be going to as long as we live in this area.

Best spa in town!I love Head To Toe! Baylee is absolutely the best…She always recommends the right cut and the right color and so accommodating. The salon is beautiful, clean & hip. I moved to the area a year ago & Ihave not been disappointed. I have very fine hair & have gone from stylist to stylist because no one gets it right. Baylee however, has nailed it from day one. She is very skilled at what she does and it’s a great listener. So friendly!

I have been to this spa twice and I loved Lisa! But to get scheduled again is IMPOSSIBLE! Ive called 3 times, with plenty of advanced notice (once a month ahead and another 2 weeks) and they have no room in their schedule. Oh well, if you arent a regular member than you cant get in. Guess Ill go elsewhere.

Everyone was so nice and put me at ease. I was from out of town and nervous about getting my hair done by someone I did not know but the staff was incredible. I ended up getting my makeup done as well and I was so pleased with everyone and everything. I was going to The Marine Corps Ball that evening and wanted to look great and they were incredible.

I dont usually post reviews but felt like I owe this spa a good recommendation. I made a mistake on my appointment date and inadvertently missed my appointment, showing up the day after. Im new to the area so this was my first visit to Head to Toe. I drove 45 minutes so was disappointed that I may have to reschedule. Even though they had just closed out the register, Barbie insisted on finding a way to re-open it and treat me as planned. I felt very bad about my error, but she made sure I left feeling good about my experience. And i did. I appreciate the extra effort she gave me even though Im sure she was ready to go home for the day.

Becky D. is super sweet and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and excited to be here. Im not big on going to salons because im pretty lazy about having to maintain my hair in general but after it being damaged, difficult to grow, and unmanageable for too long, I knew I had to do something about it especially since I worked for a company based on appearance. She helped me pick a gorgeous new hair color and cut my hair into a style that would compliment my hair growth. Unfortunately, I had to keep pushing back my second appointment because I keep to a hectic schedule and a family tragedy occurred that caused me to miss my appointment entirely. She was super understanding when I finally did return to touch up my glaring roots a few months later. My hair feels super healthy and its growing out beautifully! She definitely gained a client as long as I live in Wilmington or nearby.

Ok so I have very very curly hair and I always struggled so hard to find people that could cut it and it was usually botched, but this time around it was completely different. Special shout out to michelle and Ricky bell this was easily the best experience I’ve ever had!!! They were both incredibly nice and helpful they even went as far to print out multiple hair care instructions for me Definitely will go again , curly girl approved !
