Awesome place for my needs... Picked up a non DNA mod box.. to be exact its a lost vapes Thelema quest 200w box..... Funny thing with all the reviews on the tubes... None take about it being smart... When you go to atomizer whatever you screw on the top you hit the middle button and it measures it to tell you what kind of coil you have and then it sets it... I like this box better.... Totally controllable heat wattage voltage... Thanks......

Lots of variety. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Exceptional customer service. For instance, I left one of the coils I had purchased and the sales person returned it to me at work! I will definitely continue doing business at this location.

The staff here are welcoming and very helpful. They are excellent at easily explaining things to people who are new to vaping! They have a great selection of products and the rewards program is a wonderful way to save. Would highly recommend to anyone new to vaping or looking to learn more, as well as long-timers who just need their regular go-tos.

Normally this place is fantastic, but here I am waiting in front of the store for someone to show up and open the store. It is 1130 and they are supposed to be open at 11. Ive seen alot of business come to the door already and leave. There is no sign saying that they will be closed or anything!

The customer service at this place is exceptional. The employees are knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and very helpful. Their wide range of products available is impressive, from their extensive amount of widely varied flavors and brands of e-liquid to the many different types of vapes and tanks they have to offer, as well as coils, batteries and other hardware that needs frequent replacement, lanyards and many other accessories. They have everything you could possibly need for your vaping needs and the knowledge to help any level of customer from those new to vaping to the most experienced consumer. Its easy to get answers to any questions you might have (and if someone doesnt know the answer they will call another location or employee who does) and if you come in on a regular basis they tend to remember your name as well as what your usual purchases are. They also have a rewards card program that is easy to use to build up points towards discounts on future purchases and the card can be used at their other locations.

I have been to two of their locations and both were clean, well stocked and the staff were polite professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great family atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. They have tons of mods and juices to choose from and are very experienced and knowledgeable vapers with amazing prices! . Definitely my go to shop for ALL my vaping needs!

You wont find a better vape shop. Prices seem steeper than usual at first, but their rewards system is amazing and their staff alone makes the business well worth visiting.

Out of all the times I’ve been this guy would put the vape juice in for me very nice man so I don’t burn the coil in my sourin. I went today and this older lady was very very rude and disrespectful she should have a punishment. If the mans not there then I won’t walk in I felt very uncomfortable
