This is my go-to store for all Card Shop related items! Phenomenal customer service as soon as I walk in the door - always greeted. Amazing product and singles. I always come for Pokémon but they also have many others. Matt is the man! And Justin too! Buy from this store if you’re in Winston. They’ll take care of you.

The owner of this place is really cool, the card shop is super neat. The only real complaint is the tall oaf that works/used to work the counter is extremely off putting. Stopped coming here once Gareth left because of him.

Rude, no interest in helping find an alternative for an out of stock item. The worst customer service I’ve experienced here, just seems to keep getting worse. Find another shop, I know I will.

Been going here for years since it opened! Love this store!! Great prices, selection of juices, always have the coils I need or anything I need actually. The staff are so friendly and really helpful and knowledgeable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 100% recommend!!

An absolutely phenomenal place to shop. Best vape shop in the Triad in my opinion. Great selection of juices, devices, and seem to have just about everything you could need. If they dont have it, they can get it. Ive shopped here since about 2016, and I used go here on and off, but with their recent opening of a card shop, I go here all the time now and bring my small ones along for the ride.Love that they sell 100ml sizes for the flavors I like, and the staff and owners have always been friendly, cordial, and professional. Just to give you an idea of how great this place is, I drive 30 minutes from High Point to go here for maybe 15-20 minutes. I get excellent customer service from the place I go to in High Point, but will pass them up for this place any day.... thats saying something.As said before, when they help you, they act like youre the only customer in the store. Very professional... cant say enough about that.

Great place!! Quitting smoking and they set me up with an awesome vape. Not too expensive at all and so handy. The person helping me was very patient since I only know a bit but wasnt certain about so much. Im very excited to notch down the nicotine and just enjoy the flavor.

Have been going here for years. The staff is super friendly and the shop is one of the most unique ones Ive been to. Three different stores in one and they all seem to go together pretty well thematically. Card shop, hemp shop, and vape shop all in one. Great place to go, seems like at least a couple guys are always hanging out in the card section every time I go.

Ive been coming here for 3 years now, and gave been extremely pleased with the service. Justin and Daryl are very knowledgeable, and have even brought in juice flavors I like, for me. Its also the only vape shop that carries the juice I like.

Talked with the owner about exchanging a cart, and his response was, “I’m not saying you did do anything to this packaging, but because of that reason i can’t give you a refund OR exchange.”Will never return here again. I just wanted to exchange THC-O with a Delta-8 cart, but apparently that’s too much to ask. Was willing to pay more also.As i was walking out he was saying he could give me a discount on an additional product with no refund still. Hard pass bro.

Employees are always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their entire stock. Its always a pleasant experience, until you get to the register. Their markup is rather high, but dont let that deter you from stopping in! My go-to place for all my accessories

The best Vape shop in Winston Salem! These guys have been around for a while now...trust me,they know their stuff. Unlike most Vapeshops, they cater to the individual customer and answer ALL questions...even the dumbones. They are very respectful and kind to ALL acustomers!

Staff was extremely helpful, did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need. Had a huge selection of juices and also reasonably priced mods. Highly recommend them for all your vape needs when in the area. Will be back next time were in town!!!

I had gone into a different shop in the area and they didnt have what I needed. I found these guys on google. Despite the fact that it was minutes before closing time they welcomed me in, had what I needed, and didnt for one second make me feel rushed. Customers came in after me and these guys had no care about the clock! That says they love what they do! Thank you! I will be back in!

This vape shop is by far the best stocked, best priced shop, with the most friendly and relaxed atmosphere in town. The highly knowledgeable staff is excellent at pointing those who are new to vaping toward the product that will work best for their individual needs. Their rewards system holds more value than any I have seen to date, and it worth accumulating. It saves me a ton! This is my favorite vape spot, and Im grateful for their dedication to what they do.

Very clean and nice in the store, very professional staff eager to help me out. Their disposal vapes were a little bit more pricey than nearby stores but overall the quality is much higher on the disposable vapes so no complaints here. Would reccomend!

A basic selection of hardware, and average variety of juices. The staff and their friends are usually lounging around on sofas and you feel like an intruder when you walk into the place. One of them might begrudgingly get up and walk over to the counter, but usually you have to wait at the register, feeling like a fool.Speaking of fools, the prices of The Vape Shops juices are for suckers. The average is $30 for 100mL, but many lines are more expensive than that. A markup is expected for a B&M store with helpful and knowledge staff, but they have neither. And a markup of 400-600% from what you can find online is crazy. But if you want to subsidize a couple of dudes sitting on a couch all day, go for it.

Staff is awesome here. Ive had issues and every time I have they have gone above and beyond to fix them. Only thing is prices are ok, theyre are definitely not the worst by far but they have good product and Ill reiterate that the staff is awesome. 👍👌

This was the first time I visited The Vape Shop and I do not see myself, ever, coming back unless they act more professional and be more respectful to the LGBTQ community and other customers. The sales personnel and other staff was making homophobic comments and I did not feel comfortable.Plus, I do not like being ripped off. No one does! I bought a baby beast V8 tank, sales person grabbed the display tank because he was unable to find any in stock. I did not mind it. When I started using the new tank, I wasnt able to taste the flavor of the juice. I inspected the cotton and it appeared old and did not absorbed the juice I bought.

Volume Vape is a great shop, with plenty of devices and juice flavors to choose from! The folks that work there are very friendly and knowledgeable! Its my favorite shop around my area, in Winston Salem, NC!

I just moved here this year and only vape a specific juice and a lot of vape stores try to get you to buy stuff you really dont want or try to act like they know more than you but this place was great! Staff was very friendly and had exactly what I needed.

Kind of expensive for what you get and id also just avoid their juices. I went in for hardware for my tank (coils) and I heard another customer complaining about their juices. The coils cost more than I had gotten around town but I needed them ASAP. Good service otherwise but better shops out there.

Darald and Justin are amazing. I took 3 different vapes I bought elsewhere and they fixed 2 of 3 (the 3rd couldnt be fixed) at no charge. I also tasted different flavors of vapes they had. I will be going here from now on verses where I have been going. Making customers happy is defiantly their top priority

I am always on the fence about this place. On one hand they have an amazing selection of devices and juice. On the other hand they tend to talk down the smaller salt-nic devices (like the Juul, Suorin Vagon, etc) when this is how I primarily vape. The selection is great. The price is higher. The customer service leaves a little to be desired but overall not too bad. 3 stars.

Ive frequented this vape shop since shortly after they opened. I usually visit once a week and all the employees know what juice I need before I have to ask. Theyve always been personable and eager to please. I wont get my vape juice or supplies from anywhere else.

Had a problem with my vape not charging. Called and talked to to Darrell. He told me to try and pull up on the charger coil on the vape side. ( easy ).Guess what he knows what hes talking about. It started charging.Good customer service support.

The Vape Shop has a wide variety of flavors. The staff were great at helping try new flavors and choosing your favorite. The atmostphere is very clean and neat. Convenient location and all around a great place.

Hands down the best vape store I have been to. Wide variety of products to choose from. The best part for me was they didnt try to push products on to me but informed of products with the pros and cons. I wish there was more vape shops like this one. If you go here you wont be disappointed.

Nice shop with a good selection of juice and mods, but the first time I was there I spent $230 bucks and I didnt get points for my purchase, called and they said they would call me back, that was a week ago or so.

Been there a few times personally dont care for it at all, they are very rude and dismissive seems like they just want you to leave so they can continue to watch tv and socialize, also not good at reccomendations once so ever, they recommended me strawberry shortcake & it literally tasted like ass. Lol

Staff always has a new recommended flavor when I come in. Butter dreams, Rainbow Riddle, and now Baby Gravy. Many awesome flavors at an average price.

After months of not having any replacement coils for the sub-ohm tanks I purchased there. They sold me the wrong coils with no receipt, from a store with a no return policy. The juice stock is always thin and picked over.
