I would give Natalie 0 stars, but thats not an option. My boyfriend bought me a groupon for Valentines day and usually groupons last a year! I contacted Natalie and was advised it only lasted 6mths for her as I was 3days after 6nths and my birthday. I explained I was ER with kidney stones and ovary cyst and she would not budge. LMTs are supposed to help others. She completely ignored me after her rude response.

Ive been going to Natalie for at least a couple years now, and Ive never been disappointed. Before her, I tried a slew of massage therapists who couldnt get the pressure right or kept trying to upsell me, but Natalie is easygoing and professional.
