Park Social

Park Social is the bar above Boca in Winter Park. I attended a happy hour party recently with some friends. The space upstairs is pretty cool. Its a large area that can accommodate a good amount of people and leave some room for dancing and mingling. The decor is kind of eclectic and mismatched. It looks to me like they havent quite decided how they want the space to look yet.The highlight of our visit was our bartender, John. He was very friendly and made some great drinks. They are working on a new drink menu so they didnt have a list of specialty cocktails, but he was happy to listen to what you like and then create a perfect cocktail for your tastes. Another gentleman was working with him as backup. I dont recall his name, but he was also friendly.They have a limited food menu upstairs, but you can get some small eats like zucchini fries or even some flatbreads and a burger. Overall, everyone had fun and I thought it was a cool place to hang out.

The Absolute best bar in Winter Park. Great Dj, Great security, great bartenders. Love the old school vibe, love the mature environment. Much better than downtown. Love that this place has a dress code and dont allow the street bums and just anybody to walk in there establishment dressed or looking inappropriately. The bouncer is a really cool guy, but dont get on his bad side and you will have a great time. Love Park Social.

We had a 21st birthday party here for our daughter and had a blast. From the initial planning with Kate to the food and the staff who helped pull it all together. Our bartenders John and Garret were so much fun and kept he drinks coming! We danced all night....deejays played great music! We will definitely be back!

The bar is nice, but the DJs are too young and dont play real 70s or 80s disco. The theme is the 70s but they dont play a lot of old school music. The majority of music they play is top 40 which totally defeats the artistic theme and vibe this club should produce. Please change your policy and bring in knowledgeable older djs that can change the culture and vibe of this club.

The 2 times Ive been here Ive had a blast. Its a nice change from trying to head downtown and it has a varying age range. The bartenders do a decent job of making the bar and getting the drinks out.

I generally dont care for speakeasys that have passwords, or secret entrances, or restrictive dress codes. Jumping through hoops just for the privilege of giving a bar my money seems stupid to me.But if youre into all this, then maybe Park Social is for you. The space is large, and can hold a bunch of people, so they likely wont run into capacity issues. Drinks are moderately priced, with a few craft beers on hand.

Went for ladies night tonight. Sad because I LOVE this place on Friday and Saturday, but tonight they had no DJ and because of that, no people. Need to rethink this ladies night. I brought 10 ladies looking for the normal fun Park Social, loved half off drinks though😉 But left because no fun vibe.

This is pretty bad for a posh area like Park Ave. Couldnt get a bartenders attention to get a drink. They have their regulars and so are gravitating to them. I witnessed a bar tender named Krissi basically yell at several customers. Just a bad attitude towards everyone. Maybe shes having a bad day but her manager should have caught it. Good thing I wasnt served by her. Just got her name to make sure management was aware.

Not sure what all the hype is about the place. It is an absolute dump. The whole place smelled of mildew/mold and urine. Paid $14 bucks for a watered down drink. Surprised that such a shabby place is located in beautiful Winter Park that typically caters to an upscale crowd.

Wins the suckathon! No parking, steep staircase to climb, rude gorilla looking doorman, air always broken, music older than God, no room to breath, same stiff ons and powder queens every weekend, and rip off drink prices. I have nothing good to say about this hole. If you complain to the manager (oh yes, I found Waldo) he will say if you dont like it leave!

This place is way to expensive! We paid $420 for one botlle even a club in the club in Miami it’s cheaper! And then the bartender told us because we are on park Avenue ! This is ridiculous! We are a bunch of friend who been living in winter park for years ! This is a rip-off!

I am really in love with the venue! The drinks are just as awesome as the atmosphere. Super chill environment and I LOVE the decor.

Good music. Terrible service. Probably the worst bar service in Winter Park / Orlando. 10 t0 minutes for drinks.

I love this spot but you all have to fix the air conditioning it makes people leave...shout-out to the bartenders and the twin DJs

Stumbled on this gem after dinner at Boca, great vibes, atmosphere and DJ. Fun place to dance & chill.

Hard to find door, to the right of Boca, small metal sign only indicator. Neat lounge area, good bartenders.

The drinks are soo weak....tequila shots were soo watered down & their Jack and coke was a joke. After 45 minutes we left.

This is a cool location with good drinks, but a little clubby for me (and for winter park)

The only place on Park Ave to drink / dance. Mash up of people and styles.

No flip flops for men, but open toed shoes for women are allowed? Really? Its 2016!
