I don’t know who is Mai but she sold me a vape device and told me you have 7 days to return it if it doesn’t work properly or has a leak and the juice comes out to my mouth, after two days the device start to leak and the juice came out to my mouth, I went to the store to return the device or to replace it with another kind, the employee at that time changed the coil and told that all I can do for you sorry I can’t replace it, the device still leaking and their warranty is fake not true all they want to cash you out. I put tissues inside to prevent the juice from coming out.

I remember back in 2012 when my Russian friends were running this place I was a Full Sail student studying recording arts. I performed as a DJ a few nights. The random parties that lasted all night until early the next morning were awesome especially for a small dance floor in the rear.The party bus used to pick up on Fridays at this area outside. All these events are lasting memories as an early 20s college student.

Absolutely love this place! Great customer service they are always very helpful ! If anything is wrong they make it right. Even if you just come in and ask a question they are very helpful ! Keep up the great work guys !

I have never had a bad time at this smoke shop. All of the workers have been super nice and helpful to me everytime I have gone in. They give helpful recommendations and have always been sociable enough to have nice conversation while we are in the store. Its not very often when I can say that going to buy something is a bright part of my day, but the employees here almost always have me leaving with a smile on my face. 10/10 I would recommend this store anyday of the week.

I’d give them a zero if I could.I purchased a vape that did not work, not even once. The store said I could not get a replacement but they would send it to have it fixed. This is ridiculous since it literally never worked. Anyways they said it would take a week or so. I had to spend extra money on disposable vapes waiting for them to fix it. I called today to see if it was fixed since it has been a week and the person who answered the phone said, “just come get another bro.” I am not his bro and he was completely disrespectful. Acted as though I was the one inconveniencing him! Anyways I went back to the store he put the replacement vape on the counter mean while acting like a sullen child. He then walked away. No apology. No let’s make sure this works. No communication at all besides what color you want. He then walked to the back counter. After I made sure it worked, I said, “it works, thank you.” He seriously ignored me and went into the back of the store. I have never been treated so disrespectful and like I’m the a inconvenience before in my life. I will never go back to this place again.

Had a really awesome experience at I smoke. Really glad I decided to walk in today. I meant Jake and he was extremely helpful and super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back again.

Been going to this place for the past 2 years and never had a worse experience then today. Went in to buy a Vape 2 days ago and the employee had sold me on this big new vape pen they got in. I just wanted something small and light but he insisted I purchase the big new one. After completing my transaction, I was never given a reciept or my box and left. Immediately after purchase I noticed after I had tried to put juice in it that the device had a leaking issue. I went in today to make a easy return on my purchase since there was a problem with my device. The employee in the store today was very disrespectful using vulgar language calling me racial slurs and refused to help me telling me that it was my fault for buying the device and that it didnt have a problem. After pleading him for help telling him I just wanted a refund he ignored me & walked away.... If this how you treat your loyal customers that ask for help then we CANNOT DO BUSINESS. Never going back. ✌

Great place, walked in, asked a few questions, they were very friendly, very knowledgeable, managed to find me the right vape and some awesome juice. Walked out in less than 5 minutes. Very happy.

This place is awesome. I paid $30 for something that another shop a little closer offered. Came to this shop a week later...the same product was $10. I have noticed that since this shop has been getting some good reviews online, the prices have gone up by a very little amount. But, that is to be expected. They are nice. Good customer service. Great selection if you vape. I was unaware of their other locations. But, since I have moved from the area, I will check out the one closest. But, this location is absolutely awesome!

Love this place!!! Open until 10pm everyday.. prices are fair and the staff is very knowledgeable. They also have a reward program you can redeem for free product. Only problem I have is they keep refusing to order glass protectors for the vapes.

I went down to ismoke outlet in winter park and dealt with Alex. I had a problem with what I thought was my mod or tank. After assessing the issue and listening to me he found out that the place I bought my atomizers sold me the wrong ones. Thats why I wasnt getting the hit I was used to. I was so grateful he took the time to help me and listen to my issue. Instead of pushing a new mod on me like the shop Farenhyte Smoke Shop tried doing to me. All they kept saying was theres nothing we can do they didnt look at it or even try to help me all they said was its time to upgrade. I walked out frustrated and felt like they werent even willing to help me only push a new piece on me. ismoke is so not like that at all! They are always willing to assess the problem and see if they can fix it before anything else. I also learned there other shop is not far from my office. ismoke has a lifetime customer and I will always point people in their direction!! Its hard to find good honest helpful people and companies that arent just trying to make money but help people and provide a service to people that we can trust! Alex thank you so much yet again for helping me!!

People are super nice and knowledgeable , good selection , and so close to me . There is also a reward system that will get you free things and discounts . This place rocks . Definitely an awesome chill experience . Thank you guys so much . I wish I remembered dudes name he was there both times . I am so bad at names though . Im sorry . I went at closing time too and there was no frustration or anything still very kind . (People tend to be upset at last second customers and I understand fully . ) I just moved here for school and Ill be back !

Staff is great and helpful. Sometimes the run out of important pieces you might need like glass replacement or mouthpiece or even coil but the experience is very good. They should change that thought....

I smoke is a fantastic shop I just wish it had more options, but the employee are nice and will be willing to help and solve your issues that you may be having with your products.

MILITARY DISCOUNT HERENot only is the place clean and the staff extremely knowledgeable about their product and state laws but they offer a great rewards program and have great pricing on all products I dont really review smoke shops but this place is fenomenal

Ive gotten 2 different devices here they give warranty on them have best prices on juices and devices they a rewards program and you get discounts
