Always the best. Old school service and I have never heard a No whenever I ask a question. Its not because the customer is always right, its because they have everything I ask for. One of those rare places that make going out of their way look easy.

This is my third time visiting this business. My second time since they relocated. The atmosphere remain the same. It is the same svelte. Customer service quality has remained Top Notch. The bigger and in my own opinion better location is as elegant as ever. Will definitely be coming back to do more business.

James and his staff are wonderful! Beyond friendly and always up to date on products! I’m always greeted with a smile! I feel like I’m walking into an episode of Cheers since they know what I want before I can ask! Wish I could give them more stars!

Came here to buy some juice and a couple of disposables because they have more of a variety than a lot of other vape shops around the area, and I noticed that they also have a an abundance of THC friendly products as well! From DELTA-8, DELTA-9 to HHC, THC-O etc. they have it all, even edibles! I highly recommend to stop by if you dont have a rec card and you dont want to pay any extra tax on top of any THC related products you would regularly buy at an actual dispensary, or if you just want a quick fix. Ask for Angelo or James and theyll help you out if you have anymore questions about it!

Thank God for this store! I have been looking for a shop that was open during Covid-19 shut down. They are offering curbside pickup! They are very thorough with their safety protocol and very good hand hygiene, which I really appreciate. They were very knowledgeable & able to answer my questions with fast reply through texting. The staff’s very friendly & their pricing are reasonable. Also, I did notice that they sell masks & gloves so if anyone is in need of those items check out their online store or order through curbside pickup. This is my first time going to this shop & I will definitely come back!

First time trying this place and what I like is the large selection of salt nic vape juice. I usually have a hard time finding flavors I like because I hate fruity flavors and prefer stuff that tastes like food, i.e. peanut butter, vanilla custard, coffee, etc. They have a nice butterscotch, which Im now a fan of, and the customer service was top notch. I will be coming here more in the future.

Place had a great settup, plenty of things to choose from, and are always well stocked. Staff was very accommodating, and knowledgeable. Great customer service! One of the workers, I dont remember his name knows his stuffvery well, I was looking for a particularl item, and dont remember the name of it, and the guy was very patient.

Pick up West ejuice and by far the best line of flavors I ever had for my big mod also got the Pink Acai taste just like the pink drink from starbucks and for my salt mod I got the ASIN salt line and the ripe strawberry, vanilla tobacco, and RY4 was oh so GOOD even the cool acai bowl, I dont normally do menthol but I dig this alot ONLY company so far I have seen that makes 15mg which is great since I been trying to lower my nicotine but want to stick with the salts and every other company the lowest is only 25-30mg

These guys are the best, I hang out here nearly every day since I started my new job in the area.The staff is amazing and ALWAYS have the best juice suggestions when I cant decide what I want.

Personal service, and most important is there selection and inventory availability. They will have what you need and or will get it for you. I drive a 40 minute round trip and its worth it.Keep killing it!Big Stu

I have had two terrible experiences at this vape shop.The very first time I went into this shop, things were okay until I bought juice. I asked the employee behind the counter to give me a bottle of 3mg juice and he gave me 6 instead; it was if he had a complete disregard for what I needed even after we extensively discussed what level of nicotine I needed in ratio to how longneck a pack of cigarettes lasted me. Upon returning the juice and my desire for a refund due to his lack of customer service he refused to provide me with one even though the lady that I spoke with on the phone immediately post leaving the shop and realizing that I was given the wrong nicotine level said they would provide me with a refund due to the circumstances.While I prefer to frequent my regular go to vape shop in Thousand Oaks, Hidden Vape is very close to where I reside and thus convenient. Anyhow, the second time that I went into this Vape shop, my experience was just as poor. I intended to purchase some juicd. After purchasing the juice, I asked the employee behind the counter if she would not only take a look and see if my coil was burnt but change out my juice. Not only did she lie and tell me that you can’t see if a coil is burnt, she proceeded to tell me their single was backed up (another lie) so she couldn’t do so. The other employee was presently using the sink so I know that was a blatant lie. It was close to closing, so I believe she was being lazy, wanted to get a quick commission on a final sale for the night, and do as minimal amount of work as possible.I will not be returning to this vape store and hope that the general manager and/or owner sees this review as he or she desperately needs some new employees.

I love these guys. Even in such uncertain times they are there to help out! We are loyal to those in our community that are there for us in tough times and the best of times.

I been coming to HV since I began Vaping 5years ago, From the Owners to the newest employee. They have a good Attitude along with being very knowledgeable about that Vape Life. I dont go anywhere else!!!

Horrible customer service and they up-charge for things. Will never go backWanted to sell a novo salt vape for $35 have seen them for $20 everywhere else.Recommended a vape flavor that is terrible. Then when checking out they added a $15 mystery charge and when I asked why he was like oh ha opps I didnt realizeYeah no thanks

Pretty Dope spot! I just came in for the first time...I liked the vibe once I walked in. Great Selection to choose from on Vap Juice. To bad I didnt have enough time to pick out a pick out a juice, but Ill be back. I highly recommend Hidden vap

Come from out of state and needed some juice (didnt travel with any).We have nothing like this in my home state, such a cool place with great atmosphere, and the guys working there were cool AF. Higly recommend it.
