Not the shop for me. Guy that waited on me seemed bored and uninterested, no personality.Good freebase selection, though much of it is a couple years old.Check dates and I guess buy what actually has a buyer rotation.

A great store with reasonably priced smoking accessories and excellent kratom! The staff is courteous and very helpful. I recommend this store highly. I’m a regular customer and plan on staying so.

Overcharged for a vape that lost its flavor after 48 hours. I’m also pretty sure the guy charged an extra 5 bucks to my card- as I thought I heard 22.50- and was surprised to see 27.50 on my bank statement. I’ve never paid over 25 for a Hyde anywhere, certainly not one that lost its flavor that quickly.Just a quick update, I found the same vape at a gas station across town in Campbell for 19 dollars. Over 8 dollars cheaper! My recommendation to anyone shopping here is to cross reference your prices before you buy, and ask for a receipt!

All the guys working there are super nice and very knowledgeable and dont mind waiting and giving suggestions when you dont know what juice you want lol. I wont go to any other vape shop.

Overpriced pieces and theyre not all even good quality. They do not have heady pieces idk why people say that. Had several pieces break from here but honestly I let that stuff slide because its glass but the manager is crazy rude so I wrote a review. Also staff wont even pretend to notice u unless ur a female and theyre misogynistic about it. They have lied to several customers including my friends for no reason. Idk whats up with this store or how theyre even still open.

I go here for kratom. They have a wide selection and prices are comparable with most things youll find on the Internet. Plus, with their reputable brands, you can be assured of the quality.As far as the staff, everyone there is nice and knowledgeable. They have a practical 15% off rewards program for repeat customers too. Great place.

These guys at this shop go above and beyond for me. I moved about 40 minutes away, and I make a special trip once a month just to come back here. They order specific stuff just to keep it in inventory for me, and theyre always pleasant and easy to work with. Even if I moved to the other side of the country, I would still be ordering from GGW. Thats how strongly I feel about their customer service.UPDATE- I have since moved 750 miles away, and I am still ordering stuff from these guys. Thats how much I care about keeping my business with them.

EOD2 with 10 years down range. Younger staff is respectful to us vets and the owner is compassionate also. I buy my Bali Kratom from here. Best prices in area. Im Local Born and Raised Ive been looking and looking for any shop that actually carries quality pieces not just buys by bulk but has a collection a beautiful congratulations of artwork I was in and out real fast I didn’t get to catch the guys name that was working there but he was very kind and was very willing to help me with anything I needed Definitely If you’re looking for anything heady in this area I would definitely suggest the shop before you go anywhere else. From What i Seen reasonable prices and amazing heady glass,Cant wait to Go back and have a better look and chance to talk but Definitely where ill be going BACK ASAP. Been there a few times, been vaping for a few years. Let me say first and foremost; sure, you might pay a premium buying juice and hardware at a brick and mortar. But their prices are better than anyone in the area, and the guys working here are always real cool to talk to. I bought a new mod and tank at the Boardman store today; and Joe (the other guy was great too, but I didnt get his name) was fantastic, and Ill gladly pay a slight premium to keep these guys employed. Their glass isnt cheap junk, either, for all of my fellow tobacco use only enthusiasts out there.

Probably one of the best vape shops in the area! Huge selections of flavors and devices. Staff seems cool and knowledgeable. I just wished they carried TNT brand ejuice so I can stop living the nightmare of online ordering!!!

Glass Gone Wow Boardman is overall a 5 Star shop. Everything in their store from glass, vape juice, accessories, and more are of high quality for a great price! They even have awesome local paintings for display and sale. All of the employees are very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this store to any one every time!

I would give 0 stars if possible! Terrible customer service! Spent $100 last Sunday on 2 vapes. As soon as I left, mine would not turn on. Charged it for a bit, still would not turn on. Drove back and the worker exchanged it for another one. Stood in store to make sure this one turned on. As I was leaving, it started leaking. Thought it was just a little spill from filling it up and wiped it off. Not long after started leaking again and again. Got home and changed the coil thinking it was defective. Not even 24 hours later started leaking again. It will not stop leaking and I am on coil 4 in 5 days...Tried returning and they will not take it back or even exchange. Clearly this is a defective product and not my fault. Now Im out my money and my vape doesnt work. Great!! Thanks a lot!

Great selection of products, but extremely poor costumer service. They sold me a defective mod and told me they wouldnt do anything about it, even with the receipt. So now Im out $95. Also stood at the counter while others jumped in front of me as I was over looked. Would not recommend you spend money here, if you do, do so at your own risk.

Best vape shop I have been to. The staff is very knowledgeable, patient,and friendly! I drive about 30 minutes to get there. Rather than go to the one closest to me. Their prices are the best I have seen in the area. You can buy a whole pack of coils for almost the same price as on the internet. Other vape shops will only sell one for 5,6 sometimes 7,8 bucks when the pack of 5 is 12.99! The rewards card is nice too. I just love this place.

Bought a nova 2 . It worked 1 day then was told will give you 15% off a different vape . Like huh ...Great Job standing behind your products ! Didnt want a refund wanted a vape that works ..Nope 15% off a different 1 like wow . Why would i spend more money especially from a place that doesnt back up what they sell . Beyond pathetic ......

I will never shop here again. I dont know much about vapors and i told the guy that. He sold me a tank that doesnt work on my eleaf Istick and told me it would. Never told me you cant exchange or get a refund. The tank leaked all my juice twice and all they kept doing is changing the coil which they had already done 3 xs apparently that wasnt the problem. Very rude staff

Its a great place. They have everything for your smoking and vaping needs. I dont smoke, but I vape, and occasionally use cbd and kratom. The guys that work there are personable and not snobbish, which isnt something I can say for all the vape stores Ive been to. Im glad we have a place like this in the area.

Love these guys. Very attentive and always greeted with a warm welcome. They even remember what you get which is a good feeling. My one and only place to come for anything vape related!

Awesome environment, but during this lockdown, maybe update your website and say you are closed due to this or that, that way all these people dont waste their time driving to your store and seeing your closed! Just a suggestion
