Cassandra was a wonderful help. She showed me all of my smoking needs and was extremely friendly and professional well interacting with me as a customer.

This business is unethical as their 15% discount for service members is a lie. See the attached photo on which the board clearly mentions 15% discount for military personnel. However, the first time we bought hookah products over 20$, they gave us a discount. The second time, they denied us discounts by stating that they dont do discount on tobacco products (Seriously, its a VAPE shop with 98% tobacco products. Also, we wonder why the denial policy didnt apply for the same products on the first visit???). Anyhow, yesterday, on our third visit, they said each product needs to be above 20$. Note: we shopped above 20$ on our every visit, but they do not honor their own business practices. The girl at the store was impolite. When we pointed the shop policy to her, she didnt care and said that its not her problem. Regret giving business to such unethical, rude, and imprudent people.They shouldnt have the right to fool anyone, especially service members, by luring people through lies and unethical business practices.

Definetly my favorite smoke shop! This shop has the best prices in town and has awesome merchandise! Cassandra is the cherry on the top. She is kind, funny and always has an amazing attitude and energy. She definitely makes the experience better! Thank you!

Bought 2 elf bars there last week, got home and realized they were knock offs, blatant knock offs at that. Its like they didnt even try to make them look legit. Dont waste your money buying those there.

This place is the real deal – hands down the best smoke shop and vape shop Ive ever visited. Their online presence is top-notch. While I was hunting for a coil, I stumbled upon their Google Maps page and could instantly spot the exact mod I use in their pictures. When I arrived, I had the pleasure of speaking with Ann, who was incredibly patient with my novice questions. After visiting five different smoke shops during my time in Yuma, Ive finally found the one that not only stocks everything you could possibly need but also has the best company(Ann) that sets them apart from the rest. The kindness I experienced here means a lot to me! You would be stupid to go elsewhere 😃

Theyve expanded and added so many new products, from kratom to CBD to Vapes and glassware. Definitely the most affordable in town with great rates and theres always someone there to help! You could tell they do good business because of how busy they always are!

One of my favorite head shops in Yuma. Exquisitely well stocked, there are very few products that you wont be able to find here, and reasonably priced especially for the california/arizona market. Staff has always been courteous and helpful despite my getting around via the use of a power wheelchair and help of a service dog

I should have written this review a long time ago. Now that Im leaving Yuma, I have to say that this is an excellent shop. It has only gotten better with time. Ive been visiting shops like this in Yuma for about 2 years, and Fourth Ave Smokeshop generally has the best prices. The staff is friendly as well. Ive never had an issue shopping here.If you usually shop at a different smoke shop, do yourself a favor and give this shop a chance.

They dont bubble wrap the glass good and they dont do returns when they know they can but still give you a receipt, this place hustles you. Last resort if you need glass products.
