I love it every time I go into this place they always have my instant sugar cookie. Oh my goodness and I always try to buy out the whole jar and I just have a variety of things but I’m going there for my incident you know for positive energies and stuff like that, so great store great customer service. It doesn’t matter if I’m dealing with the woman or the man, just a nice nice environment

Great selection and the staff really know what they are talking about. Left the vape scene for a couple years and switched back to analog. George was able to get me caught up on how the industry has grown and set me up. He consistently focused on my needs and how I wanted to use my vape to tailor my set up for me.

HORRIBLE place. There Geekvape bubble glass is 3x anywhere else in Yuma. I bought 2 different glass from 2 different places. This place was almost triple the price. You didnt spend 15 mins on me. I walked in you grabbed it and I complained about the price and left. I was in your store for 2 mins.

So glad they finally opened. Im here on opening day, and the place looks great. One thing I have always loved about this business is their customer service I always walk away happy and like I got a great deal!

Had what I was looking for. Bag tobacco has been on shelf for some time. Bag went stale fast. Otherwise very clean establishment. Clerk was very informative and helpful.

I do not live in Yuma, but I travel the country quite a bit. I have been to many Vape shops since I started in 2009. This shop and the employees are by no exaggeration the nicest and most helpful of any I have been to. Also, the shop is always on the ball when it comes to inventory, no other store I know of does such a good job. It should be of note that even my 5 star review wont change the overall rating of this store, its already at 5 stars... That should tell you something.. Good job everyone at De Vapors, you deserve your success.

The door for the Vape Shop is on the corner, very clean and sophisticated establishment!! George was awesome! Needed high quality batteries and chargers which not many vape shops carry with as many options as he had. Has the highest quality of products like GeekVape & Smok. It was a huge relief to walk in and get everything we needed. Even assisted with things we didnt need but wanted. Stop in and grab an energy drink, Premium vape flavors, any gadgets you need for your Mods, or replacement parts. And dont forget to say hi to George (:

I have been living in Yuma since June, I had surgery and my mom came up to help me out. She ran out of juice and we found a shop called Cloud Chasers about two weeks ago. She went in asking if they had Kirbys Milk and they said NO immediately. My mom asked if they had anything close to it and the guy opened a book and pointed didnt even say a word! They didnt ask her if she wanted to try to what they were pointing at. So she bought some juice and left, wasnt in there for more than 5 minutes. So thats when I went on a closed group in Yuma on FB and I asked for other shops. Late that day I had someone from Cloud Chasers respond to my post because I explained why I was asking and he stated next time I go in, I would have better service, but I didnt want to go back. So I went to De Vape to see what their store is like! The store manager helped my mom and made her feel welcome. They didnt have that brand but they sure did have flavors similar, and he let us try as many as we wanted and did not look irritated at all!Thank you De Vape for taking care of my mom, anyone who treats their customers with kindness and respect get praise in my book!

This shop has always had wonderful customer service! Anytime someone asks about vaping I tell them that this is the place to go! Anytime I have had an issue they always come through for me. They answer all my questions and always give good advice.

I am in AZ for a death and thought I had all I would need but broke the glass on my unit. This place had what I needed in stock and put it on for me. He was great! They had everything in the everything! It was a great store he was so nice. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody!

Great customer service. Nice shop. Hooked my girlfriend up with a good first time starter kit and because she was new, gave her a discount for being new to vaping. Ive been vaping for over 2 years so I know the vape was a good deal. Included a battery holder when I went there the previous day and bought two new batteries as well.

Had my first visit here tonight. My experience was excellent! They have a huge selection of juices, mods, and everything in between. This place is amazing. I doubt I will ever step foot in the other shops in Yuma ever again.

Stopped in to find some new juice flavor and unfortunately the young kid didn’t have any customer service skills and couldn’t help me at all.Called in weeks later looking for a rta tank and they said they didn’t have what I was looking for but when I stopped in to check I found the rta I was asking about.Word of advice…hire people who actually want to help customers and knows what they’re talking about

I went a long time ago to the other shop that has a lounge. I felt uncomfortable. Staff wasnt friendly. I started shopping at Delys on 16th St then when they opened this store with a lounge we went to see what it was like. Dely and staff didnt let us down. Great customer service and patient staff. They always make us feel welcome. They take their time to explain things and they give you different recommendations. They know their products well. Been a customer at Delys since 2015 but we also come here to the new store! Great prices too!

Always have the best juices, and George always has the best recommendations for juice. I come here every time I need anything from batteries to coils.

I have been going to this place since ohh gosh I’m sure since it opened and the 2 gentlemen have always taken great care of me. I walk in and they know exactly what I want/need. I have recommended this place above all to anyone, just based on their customer service and knowledge. They have hired some new faces but I’ll stick with the 2 original guys :)

Dely is the man! We stayed here for about 3 hours and this guy was nothing but help for everything we had. We tried juice, looked at different accessories, and much more. Anything we had a question about, he had an answer. This guy knows his stuff. Great time here. I visited the store with my wife and daughter about 6 months ago. I had just finished up a day of kayaking AND was dressed in my camo pants and Cowboy hat. I was eager to check out the new vape store. The 2 staff were very knowledgeable but made me feel like I was asking stupid questions and snickerd when I first walked into the shop. I noticed several times these two staff members giving each other looks and snickering. I have never felt this kind of interaction or judgment at any vape store in Yuma. The worst feeling was when the girls and I walked out the door and these 2 employees had a fit of laughter that was so loud I could hear them outside. These staff are bullies and I cant imagine how they have acted towards other customersI was stoked with the variety and prices but I will never return even if the staff has changed. I used to purchase packs of smokes and my Seedless merchandise at the smoke shop by Food City but I wont return after the encounter at DE VAPE.

Wow, what a fantastic staff, choice of products and knowledge of everything to do with vaping. We were trying to find a different vape shop other than the one we were previously frequented for products. Come see these guys you wont regret it. After our first initial visit we were reading reviews from Cloud Chaser Vapes my husband and I have come to realize that Cloud Chaser Vapes is either being run by a bunch of name calling juveniles with over active imaginations. I only see wild accusation from Cloud Chaser Vapes towards De Vapors Vape about ludicrous, malicious and damnng incidents and threats that clearly didnt happened. Being a business owner I have witnessed this child like behavior before and I know that the true business really makes it through time. Cloud Chaser Vapes you dont focus on your customers or promises of discounts from one owner and not honoring it by the other owner. We are greatfull to Dely for educating us on the best vaping sets to purchase. We were only told about the vaping systems we were shows and sold. Thank you De Vapes Vapor finally we have a system that we are estatic to purchase and use. A special thanks to Dely and Adam for their time and knowledge in Vaping. As usual the staff was stellar in showing him that the screws needed to be tightened to get the maximum joy out of our setups. Only reason I went to this vape store because of red star capes was closed they actually make sure everything is working for you there was an altercation outside of this establishment so my buddy wanted to hurry up and get out of the area so I didn’t have time to check everything myself I called and told the guy the device he sold me wasn’t working he he couldn’t do anything about it. Red star is the way to go !

Very clean store with couches and a pool table. The owner was working when we stopped in, and he is very friendly, and quite knowledgeable about vape products. Even though I was just there with a friend (I no longer smoke or vape) I still felt welcome and comfortable.

Pretty pricey, not the best selection and premium only means that they shut out the growth of smaller juice companies just because they wanna. If you support vape and Advocacy this isnt the place to go.

The guy running it is rude and makes up prices and doesn’t give you the total bought a mod he said he couldn’t remember if they are $39 or $49 so I said it’s fine and got a small bottle of vapor juice let him swipe my card cause I was in a hurry and was charged $75 be careful.
