Massage Envy - Yuma

Massage Envy has been the only place I have received massages. As a travel Rn not all locations have ME locations. Since my first contact with the Yuma location, I have been impressed with their person to person interactions, from the scheduler ensuring I get the right person, we selected Alyssa, and boy is she a keeper, showed up had a thoughtful conversation about my needs. The massage itself was outstanding, exactly what I needed, as the massage continued to check on pressure level and responded to requests. All in all..I’d have to rate her massage as a 20 out of 10. Thank you Alyssa for the outstanding job, and see you next week

ME has offered, extensive sessions of therapeutic healing through there multiple services. I love having my me time it’s important to put aside other daily activities. To take care of my inner self and well being. ME has exceeded my expectations. Great job ME team you guys are awesome!

Kaila was amazing. So sweet right off the bat. She was incredibly knowledgable about products and why they would and would not be good for me and my skin. She gave me a ton of useful information. Her actual technique during the facial was top notch. It was very relaxing and comfortable. She recommended product if i was interested, but didnt push it on me or make me feel obligated. I booked my next facial with her before i even left the building! Definitely recommend her. 👌🏽

Jazlin is amazing! She did cupping on my shoulder and forearms and I feel brand new. Highly recommend her for light to firm pressure. She’s great using different modalities as well it really enhanced the service.

Mayra was a wonderful massage therapist. She was very understanding of my mobility limitations and hit all the right spots with just the right amount of pressure. The office manager was great too I just cant recall her name but she was patient and explained everything to me.

Jorge was great! Ive had lower back pain and tension headaches for weeks. I felt like a new person after my massage and all tension was gone from my head.

I have been a member of Massage Envy years ago in Colorado,where I used to live and enjoyed it very much.I was very happy to hear they are coming to Yuma.👏The staff is professional and super friendly.👌George my massage therapist does a great job.My aches and pains are more tolerable since he started working his magic.I just love coming here.😍

Absolutely love MassageEnvy. Mayra seeks to understand where Im feeling the most pain and tension and tailors the Massage to target the areas needed. I always look forward to my next Massage and walk out feeling better than ever.

The massage method was not for me. However, I can’t say if the method is correct or incorrect. However, I would recommend slowing the pace down a bit. I never truly felt relaxed during the massage.Maybe some people like that fast paced style, but it is not for me. I will try someone else next time and the establishment did offer another promo rate for next visit.

Alyssa from Massage Envy is Fantastic!!! She is very professional, and makes sure I am comfortable throughout the massage. After having a few spine surgeries, she always makes sure to use the right pressure in regards to how my back feels at that time.

I had a wonderful first time experience at Massage Envy with Gillian. I really appreciate her taking the time to understand my needs beforehand and checking in on me throughout the massage. I highly recommend Gillian! Massage was incredible, I will be back.

The receptionist was super helpful and kind. I felt that my massage therapist was in a hurry. I told her that I had a supper bad headache and she said that she would do a little more work for that. However while she was giving my massage she moved her hands so quickly that it was uncomfortable.(Quite frankly i left with a worse headache.) When I mentioned that to her she would slow down for a minuet or two, then her hands would go back to her faster pace. Finally I just gave up and tried to relax.The bed that vibrated to the music gave a better massage than the therapist 😌I used my monthly credit for that! What a shame.I have been coming to this Message ENVEY since opening day and have never had a bad experience until yesterday.

Kaila was wonderful. I came in stressed and when she finished my facial, all my stress was gone. She listened to my concerns and provided me with some great tips too. Can’t wait for my next facial with her.

I got a full body massage with Gillian. Gillian was amazing and extremely informative and knowledgeable. Alyssa gave me my first facial and even tho she is young she was very sweet, and knowledgeable also! Definitely recommend to anyone, and Ill be going back in the near future.

First time at Massage Envy, had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was perfect. Nice waiting room with a wall of facial and other high end products. Front end staff was great. The massage room was comfortable. Loved the electric massage table that was low to the ground that enabled me to lay easily on and was raised by therapist. Massage therapist was very knowledgeable and was able to alleviate back pain. Highly recommend.

Never had tried or even thought about getting a massage but a client gifted me with a 60min session. & it was just AMAZING (Jorge) made it very comfortable because I was so nervous. He hit every point and explained to me what can cause so much tension and what I can do at home to help with it.. I made another appointment for sure!! Thanks massage envy... and especially Jorge.

The ambiance and services are what one would expect, very soothing and clean facility. Front desk was very welcoming and informative. I enjoyed my massage with Mayra, she gave me a firm massage. Only downside was that massage felt rushed. I did schedule another appt to try a different therapist since I enjoyed the facility and staff.

Oh wow! Im reluctant to share the name of my massage therapist because she just might be Yumas best kept secret, but Angela deserves ALL the accolades. Its apparent that shes been doing this for a while, so when she told me shes been a massage therapist for 12yrs, I wasnt at all surprised. Shes the perfect mix of active recovery meets relaxation. Im a bit of a gym junkie, and in the past Ive found massage therapy not quite enough, and active recovery practices (shout out to MyoLab) a little too intense- but my time with Angela proved to be the perfect balance of both. She was able to really work out some long-standing kinks, while still ensuring my comfort, and her expertise is truly undeniable. My husband surprised me with a 90min massage, but I will definitely be a repeat customer. All that aside, the lobby is clean and inviting, the receptionist was attentive and friendly, and the entire facility was impeccably kept. Do yourself a favor and give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Alyssa is amazing!! During consultation she reviews what it is i need and want. She always asks how the pressure is if Id like more or less or if it is okay. She works on the areas I need attention to. She always tells me what she is going to do. When there is more time needed on an area she is always willing to spend more time. If there is time to do scalp massage it is my choice, either spend more time on massage or all areas. The new massage table is amazing it gives you a soft vibration were very soothing. She offers to turn down or off the music if I dont like it but it is always calming. The front office staff is very kind always greeting clients as they come in and offers water. Soothing atmosphere in the waiting room, product out to view and they are always willing to explain add ons.i have done the relaxation lavender lotion and the sent is light yet relaxing. The price for a good massage is fair for a professional beautiful establishment. I encourage everyone not to forget to TIP !! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alyssa. I have been going there since they opened and yes I have tried other massage therapist, I found the one that has made me feel so relaxed and helps me everything. Find your one you wont be sorry.

She worked a trouble spot or two i brought to her attention and they are best in a long while and she did a great job on overall service. Alyssa, Jorge and Myra have all done great services

The massage is just so so. The massage table is not comfortable at all. Came in at 3:13PM for one hour body massage. Walked out of store at 4:00 PM.

I had such a positive experience. I got lost and called -the girl who answered the phone was professional but personal and gave me directions. A definite asset to your team. Alyssa is very good in her field. Her expertise and her ability to perform them is a five star. My comfort was her utmost concern. If you want to talk she will if you dont she respects the quiet. I love this place! I highly recommend Monique. She is my go to for facials and I trust her with product recommendations. Today she did a chemical peel on me. I was nervous at first since I didnt know what to expect and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed as she explained the process. She was very gentle with my skin and knows what she is doing. I have been complimented on my skin by friends as the results are starting to show. I havent had a bad experience at this place. All staff is professional.

Alyssa was amazing. She really targeted my problem areas. I was nervous at first as it was my first massage and I was in a lot of pain; but she walked me through the whole process and made sure I was doing ok along the way. She made me feel so comfortable and at peace. I was really able to relax, destress and leave my pain behind. I didn’t catch the name of the receptionist but from the moment I walked in she was so kind and welcoming. I asked her a few questions after my appointment which she was able to guide me and find the right information for me. I highly recommend this location. These ladies did amazing!

I went in for back pain and did a 60 min massage. Angela listened, was knowledgable and accommodating. I left feeling more relaxed and optimistic than I had in two weeks. Sarah at the front was also very welcoming. Their membership option is a great price and I appreciate that they have appointments available at 5 pm and on Saturday for those that can not get in during regular work hours.

5/5 Definitely recommend. I get my massages by Angela and she is amazing, yesterday told her my exact pain in shoulder and lower back & she focused on those areas and help pressed out all my knots and educated me on which knots i had from stress, posture, etc. I will continue to go to Angela specifically at this Massage Envy. I got my facial by Eliana and the whole experience was amazing. She will definitely by my go to facial pro at this location. She educated me on my face and recommended what products i should use as i advance my face care routine, answered all my questions, gave me the best facial while informing me during the process what was going on & she was so kind! The front staff who greets you and checks you out, is always up to par and efficient in getting people in and out without being rushed or too slow. I love this Massage Envy and sooo glad there is one in Yuma so I can continue my previous membership from San Diego. Thank you staff! See you soon.

Alyssa is wonderful. I came in with neck and shoulder stiffness. The techniques used by Alyssa made all the difference. I left feeling relaxed and all the stress of my work week had melted away. I have been twice and plan to continue going back. Very clean establishment and great service.

I signed up in December. I have now been in massage envy four times now here. I wanted to give it a full month or more before I reviewed. I see Ingrid every time I have been. The first I want to say I am over 45. I’ve been trying to get a massage regularly established in Yuma since I moved back 12 years ago. I run a business. I work out/lift weights. I needed help to feel better.Easy to make an appointment and they have never rescheduled on me which was an issue. I was having with others repeatedly but not here. Plenty of parking too. I signed up for membership. I almost always get an addon with my massage. I love Ingrid she is very professional. I feel the price is very reasonable, especially coming from Scottsdale Arizona. I am happy we have a massage envy here and a regular here. I am signing up next for a 90 minute session. Next I’ve only done 60 minute sessions so far. I do feel more relaxed and refreshed. This is one of the best things I do for myself each month.

I don’t recommend this place. I went in twice and had poor experiences both times. The music was really weird and distracting. I literally thought her phone was ringing for like 5 minutes because the song was so upbeat and strange for a calming relaxing environment. The massage itself was underwhelming!! I requested deep and firm. The foot massage left me wanting. My neck is still in pain and she never messaged my scalp as requested. At one point it felt like she was doing something on her phone because she only used one hand and seemed to be fidgeting with something. Also you don’t get a 60 minute massage as advertised. You get a 50 minute massage. They include consultation and dressing time in the massage time advertised. I got there early and the timer said 50 minutes and was counting down several minutes before my appointment time..

Mayra did a fantastic job listening to my concerns and addressing my muscle spasm between my shoulder blades. I highly recommend her for deep tissue massage!

My massage with Richard was one of the best of my life. Often, when a therapist knows you’re in from out of town, you get a mediocre massage. Not Richard. He listened to my current pain spots, customized the massage for me, and did not skimp on the deep pressure I’d asked for. 12/10 recommend and will request him again if I’m ever in Yuma!

My therapist was so thorough, kind and gentle. The whole facility have nothing but kind people working for them not to mention the eutectics was very nice. My daughter and I enjoyed it so much we became members!

Wife got a prenatal massage here recently, prices were a little on the higher end. Very relaxing but impersonal. This is probably due to our experience with local masseuses vs a chain like massage envy. Very convenient but not the same.

I have had both massages and facials, and both were equally great. I havent had a bad service or service professional. Highly recommend!UDPATE: The facials and skincare here are awseome! I love that I can get a facial at this price but still have the top shelf products like Jan Marini, Obagi, and PCA Skin.

I had a massage yesterday with Richard. I was having a lot of pain and mobility issues with my shoulder/rotator cuff. Richard really worked on the area and was able to loosen it up enough to where I actually had a return of mobility. Thank you Richard!!!

Extremely disappointing facial. $200 for a little under 40 minutes. Washed my face (didntfeel like the cleanser was fully rinsed off), high frequency treatment (was an up charge) and then 2 quick passes of the microderm wand. Thats it. The skincare was layered too quickly and is piling. Honestly looks like I am peeling on areas of my face. I tried to wipe the piling of my face and the products left my hands feeling dirty. The microderm facial is way overpriced for what it is. The eye treatment is just a serum. I unfortunately paid extra for that add on. I was still wearing eye makeup and the serum was placed around the occipital bone (not on the areas where I have fine lines) so it was a waste of $15. I was asked if I wanted to book another appointment and I told them flat out that I was disappointed with the service and thought it was extremely over priced. I have been getting facials and different med spa treatments for years. I have ever traveled abroad for treatments and skincare... dont waste your money on the microderm facial
