I always love coming in to this location when I need things! All employees there are great. Luke is usually who I deal with 99% of the time but when I get other employees they still are phenomenal! It’s always such a great experience. Whether it be a million questions I have (I’m indecisive haha) or asking for opinions or recommendations on things or flavors he always is spot on with recommendations and helping me out! I’ve never tried something he recommended and not liked it. 10/10 recommend for all vaping needs. I will always recommend people here when I get the chance.

Only place I DID come for a disposable vape a couple times a month from the foothills because they have decent prices. Yesterday I purchased a disposable vape for 27$. It died pretty quickly and the juice light on it shows over half way empty after just a few hours of having it. I called the next day after purchase because they will closed the night before and told they only allow same day return/exchange. Would of thought just next day they would of allowed to exchange. Waste of 27$.

My favorite shop. I started coming here when I had the HorizonTech Kanger tank because they were the only place in town to have coils. Now I switched tanks and still come here 9/10 times. Great products and great customer service

I went to this shop yesterday (5/5/21) and my group was treated very poorly. I went with my husband and brother-in-law. My BIL asked for juice recommendations and after telling the manager what he was looking for, this manager (Alexis) continued to give him recommendations that were not relevant. He was too busy socializing with the other people there who were just eating and hanging out. He wasnt knowledgeable about the products, and acted like we were impeding on his social time. He also ended up selling him a product that was not what he described it as.

Alexis provided absolutely tremendous service to me, he helped me find everything that i needed and made a fantastic ejuice flavor as well!

I usually dont leave reviews but seeing its a local place I will....I needed Juice and the guy behind the counter was straight forward told me about what he had and didnt sit there trying to sell me stuff he likes...I liked that....Prices were right and the juice is amazing. Ill be going back once this runs out...They now have a new regular

Ok guys Ive been writing reviews for Google for years now and I got to tell you, my experience here as far as customer service and customer appreciation goes was top notch. Unlike a lot of other vape shops that i have visited where they have shady characters working behind the counter just waiting to tell you that whatever juice youll pick is the best one they have ever tried. I found that these guys were very knowledgeable about there products, very friendly and professional. If you are new to vaping I highly recommend coming to this shop first. These guys will ask you all the right questions and get you set up with the best equipment to fit your needs. Hands down 5 stars for Red Star

This place is amazing!!!!! I just recently had a friend switch from smoking cigarettes to only vaping now and I brought her in here. We told Albert what we were looking for that would fit the needs for my friend, and he was super helpful and knowledgeable about all of the vapes and showed us several different ones and set ups. He was friendly and professional and by the time we left, we were all laughing and joking around and my friend got a whole set up and it was a deal of the month so even better!!! Ive gone in by myself before several times and I have never personally made my own ejuice and was a little nervous until Steven gave me the courage to actually go ahead and try it. It actually wasnt half bad! Plus, any time I need a new juice but I have no idea what I want, he gave me a whole list of ejuices that he thought I might like and lets me test them then and there. Im pretty picky on what I vape but Steven has always been patient with me and very helpful to help me find that perfect ejuice Im looking for but still keeps the atmosphere light with jokes and laughs. From the excellent customer service and merchandise to the corny jokes, this is hands down one of the best vape shops I have ever been to, and they make you feel like family and the prices are amazing too!! Whats not to love??

Ive frequented a number of vape shops, got close with and worked with a few of their owners, but when it comes to price and quality of their in house products, Red Star is in a league of their own. Generally when I purchase a house juice elsewhere, Im having to settle due to a lack of funds or them not having what I want in stock. When I come to Red Star, however, its for specifically for their house products. The Sour Grinch is a favorite of mine, and for flavor and consistency, it beats out just about everything else ive tried... If i were to ask anything more of them, it might be to attempt to create something comparable to the now out of business Modders Choice Beast Mode... Its a crisp green apple (similar to what I find in your Sour Grinch), a touch of kiwi to give it a little more tang, and a little bit of menthol. Ive been chasing that flavor for years...
