Massage Again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Got angry with me before the massage because I didnt tip as much as she wanted. I told her I would tip more after the massage if it was good. The massage was horrible, she walked on my back for over half the time. At the end of the massage she asked if I wanted my privates massaged. I said hell no, got dressed and left. Do not go here. The worst experience I have ever had with customer service.

Mostly excellent service just my last time there got a 60 dollar massage and tipped 20 and she didnt even thank me acting like I was cheap, is 30%+ a bad tip now?

I use to love this place. Two very sweet ladies run the place and do a great massage. The best thing was that they are next door to my chiropractor, so I could go in there to get my muscles loosened up and relaxed before getting my bones popped. It was always a wonderful experience. But lately their credit card machine hasnt been working. I dont normally carry cash with me.

It was the most amazing massage ever and my back feels amazing and when I walked in I was unable to stand straight without feeling tense pain in my shoulders, when I walked out I could hardly open my eyes from how relaxed and replenished I felt.Definitely will be coming back to see her! Highly recommend!

Twice I have tried to get a massage here. Both times arrived between 930 and 10 and the doors were locked, even though the sign says open between 930am and 10pm. On top of that both times their machine was down for credits cards. I havent gotten a message here because of this and will never be back.

I just called to get a massage appointment for an hour in a half and the lady answered saying “sorry busy right now” and I said okay and she hung up on me. I would definitely not recommend.

I wouldnt spend another dime at this place. Bought my wife a massage for full body and feet for christmas.The woman questioned the certificate she sold to me becasue her ink was smudged on the card she provided.After arguing, she gave the massage to my wife but stioped several times to greet customers because its only her there.After all was said and done she had the nerve to ask my wife if she had left her tip on the table!!!!Go somewhere else.... terrible service

Since I had a dinner next door to this place, I went in to this place to find out what kind of massages they do. This rude Asian lady told me its a licensed massage therapy, or something like that. I rephrased what kind of massages Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Hot stone etc. The rude lady told me she doesnt know what I was talking about. Did I go to a wrong place? I will never go close to that building.

Set an appointment for the $39 massage for 45 minutes got there and was told sorry they wouldnt do the appointment and were very rude. Would never go there again its a bait and switch. Would give no star if it was possible.

I absolutely love this place. She did a fantastic job. I walked out of there feeling brand new and ready for a nap thats how relaxed I was. I will definitely be going back here!!

Well I have never been here and I don’t plan on going now I was calling to set up an appointment and the lady was extremely rude on the phone. I actually tried to call several times and kept getting hung up on. I thought maybe they don’t understand me but no they were just being rude.

Ive been here twice. Havent set an appointment because its always a spur of the moment thing. Sign on the door says walk-ins welcome, but she always has an appointment. Sooooo Im guessing NO walk-ins.

My sister and I both had amazing experiences there! We left feeling extremely relaxed and happy! It was much needed and satisfying!

Lady on the phone was very rude Ive never been there and some how they have my number and called me Then they had the nerve to tell me it wasnt from their establishment

My neck and shoulder pain for a long time, after they massage treatment, is much better now, they are very professional.

The service is good, People are very friendly.This price is reasonable
