Me and my bestie did a couples massage together, we had Jasmine and Diana and they were amazing!! Made us feel very comfortable for our first massages and we left feeling so relaxed! Very beautiful and clean spa, will definitely be returning!

The place is very cute and elegant. All services sound amazing. I have lots of tension migraines and tension in my neck. I booked a Swedish massage and asked to focus on my neck. I got the therapist Jerry. He was super nice, however it felt like he was tracing lines on my back for 45 minutes and then LITERALLY slapped lotion on each arm and leg and rubbed it down from top to bottom once. Took about 10 seconds on each leg and arm. Didn’t even touch the feet. Every massage I’ve had they took time on each leg, foot and arm. And he didn’t even touch my neck! He flipped me on my back move my hair from under me put lotion on like he was going to and then said ok times up. And he specifically asked me what I wanted focused on? I was not impressed and left unsatisfied.

Love getting my prenatal massages here, specifically with Jerry! Also great place for waxing. Love the ambiance, very relaxing and welcoming. Customer service has been great so far! And booking online is super easy!

Ive been going to Wildflower Day Spa for years, and I am just now reading the reviews.I have gotten massages for decades-usually with a different massage therapist each time, so I have experienced a LOT of techniques.Jerry is the only massage therapist I have intentionally chosen to go to repeatedly instead of taking whoever was available.I prefer Jerry because the pressure he uses is what it takes to make a difference in the knots in my back. Hes EXTREMELY skilled and knows what hes doing. Hes more knowledeable about the human body and muscular system than any massage therapist Ive met. I have never gotten a massage like his before.Anyone who has been for a massage knows that you are in charge of how intense the pressure is. I dont think Ive ever been to a massage therapist who didnt remind me to tell them if I wanted more or less pressure.There are many types of massages you can choose that are more geared for relaxation. You choose deep tissue for the therapeutic benefits. Deeper pressure is needed to make a difference in how you feel.I go in knowing and appreciating that Jerry will perform this service and not waste my time or money with a weak touch that doesnt make me feel any better in the long run.I bruise easily, but I never get bruises from Jerry despite how hard he has to work to remove my knots. Hes never been anything but accommodating and kind. I believe these one-timers were ignorant to the process.As for the grandmother who had the crying baby, she stole a rare moment for self-care from everyone in that salon. Her daughter obviously cant nurse her baby while getting a massage. She should have been selfless enough to keep the baby for her so that she, and everyone else in the salon, could truly relax. I wasnt there, but Ive gone to a very expensive spa in Abilene where a child was screeching in the lobby, and a worker was vacuuming. It ruined my experience, and I left more tense than when I arrived.The atmosphere at Wildflower has never been anything less than cozy, relaxing, and clean. When I read reviews, they can really influence me, so I wanted to make sure that you heard from someone who regulary takes her business there.

I received a gift certificate from my daughter for a manicure and pedicure. Wonderful service and she did a fantastic job. I’m buying my sister a gift certificate for her birthday!

We came for couples massages and booked with Alice and Jasmine, and couldn’t be happier. This was the BEST massage I’ve ever had! We will be back ever single time we need a massage!Thanks again for a great experience!

It was my first time doing a facial appointment, I definitely recommend Maggie. She went out and beyond during my appointment. Made sure she was able to do everything she can to make my face feel better! Thank you so much Maggie, definitely will be back in 4 weeks!

Went in for multiple services this time and got my brows done by Giovanna and she did not disappoint! She’s the only one I trust to shape my eyebrows and do any type of waxing!Also got my manicure and pedicure from Hope just in time for my baby shower! She got my nails so pretty, pink and perfect for my special day! So happy I booked with her!

I had Anna for my “sugaring”Bad reaction after getting sugaring. Gave me the wrong service and didn’t realize that t until it was done. Didn’t apply anything to close my pores. Definitely inexperienced.

Autumn was amazing! I felt very comfortable and was very pleased. I had a facial done with her and it was very relaxing, all their products felt good on my face, and the atmosphere was very relaxing & clean. Will definitely be returning here again!♡

I would rate my experience at wildflower a 10/10. Giovanna was so sweet. Even though I was a few minutes late she was very understanding. Waxing was not bad, she kept me distracted with conversation lol. I thought it was going to be very painful, but it was not.

Just finished up my appointment with Ashley for a sugar Brazilian and I couldnt have been happier.To start off, Im 9 months pregnant and broke down to get a wax for the first time in a while because I cant reach past this basketball in front of me to shave anymore.The first review I saw mentioned sugar waxing and their website said its gentler on sensitive skin (mind you: not less painful, but I still think it was less painful), which I have sensitive skin even not being pregnant so you can imagine how much more delicate my skin is currently.I texted to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in just an hour. The office is very clean and nice looking. Ashley took me into a room and was gentle with me and was very easy to talk to which was so nice to not sit in awkward silence and didnt feel forced at all. She made me feel very comfortable the whole time and was personable. She also got more areas and was more thorough than other places Ive tried, which is so appreciated.I would definitely recommend Ashley and sugar waxing. The sugar waxing felt more gentle and easier than hot waxing and my skin is definitely reacting better than when Ive gotten regular Brazilian waxes. And Ashley was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. 10/10

Went in for a deep tissue massage with Kalei for an hour focusing mainly on my upper and lower back area. Must say it was the best massage Ive ever received. She was very vocal and willing to focus on the areas needed. Very professional, well mannered, and polite. A clean comfortable and calming atmosphere is what I look for at places like this and it was all of the above. I highly recommend Kalei to anyone that needs a massage. The only problem I had was not booking a longer session.

WOW! Seriously an amazing experience. I arrived about ten minutes early for my appointment and was greeted by my therapist in a quaint office. There was a clipboard waiting for me, and once I had filled out the necessary health questions, my therapist, Carol, went over my wishes for the session. It was my first massage, so I was a little nervous, but Carol was very professional and walked me through everything I needed to do. She walked me back to a lovely room with soft lighting, and left me alone for about ten minutes to disrobe and get on the bed. There was a chair for my things and lovely music playing. The massage table was heated and was very comfortable. Carol began by working on my neck, shoulders, and head (and did a FABULOUS job, by the way) and then moved on to my back. I was incredibly relaxed by the end - well, actually after just the first five minutes - and was amazed at how good it felt and kind of mad that I hadnt tried this before! When she was finished, she left the room so I could get dressed again and then met me up front so I could pay. The price was very reasonable, and the student discount was a welcome surprise! I had a truly exceptional experience, and will certainly be returning soon. My only regret is that I didnt book a longer session this time!

Clean facility. Respectful staff. Tyesha is usually my go to for waxing needs; Ashley took care of me today for the first time. Ashley is very professional. Even though it wasnt my first rodeo she explained the process and everything she was doing in addition to giving me tips for future visits. Very friendly, and made me feel comfortable.

I got my armpits waxed and it was one of the rougher experiences to say the least. I like the website and the place looks and smells nice! Maybe I was just unlucky, but the wax was super stuck to my skin and was hard to get off. I wasnt sure if she forgot to put powder on or something (only cuz Ive been to places where they do that). There was also more hair left than I have usually experience other places. but I know they can only wax the spot so many times..I may be back, but I will look around for when I need a wax next. Doesnt mean others very positive experiences arent true, try everything for yourself 👍🏾

I had my first massage this morning with Kalei and she was AMAZING!!Ive been experiencing neck pain/stiffness for the past 2 weeks and I have not been able to rotate my head left and right without experiencing terrible pain. Kalei was a great listener and was able to address my issues. I am very pleased with my service and I will definitely be a returning patient in the future :)

I have used Wildflower back in 2011 and when I moved back to this area I went back to them. Mary did an awesome job waxing me. She was very professional and did the wax quite quickly. However, this past week I had several different waxes and even took my daughter with me for her very first wax. Julianne makes you feel comfortable and is extremely nice; however, I was very disappointed with Juliannes services. I prefer the hard wax and told her but she did not listen. I had skin ripped off, and at one point and time the wax was way too hot and ran out of wax and it took over 2 hours.My daughter had to take her son since she breastfeeds him. So while she was in the room, I was watching him. After I went into the room, the owner came out she made a comment like glad he stopped crying because it wasnt good to have a baby crying while trying to give a massage and when we started to leave she said some like glad to see you go because he wont be crying anymore. I perfectly understand that people like peace and quite but there was no excuse to make any type of comments like that when your suppose to be thankful for returning clients and future prospective clients. After thinking about her comments and texting her it defiantly does not seem like shes thankful for her clients.Roughly about six months ago my husband and I had a couples massage. I used Andrew and he was totally awesome! However, after I had laid down and he walked in and I could not catch my breath because of the smoke that was on him and his clothes. I felt like I had a house full of smokers around me. Even though he is an awesome massage therapist I would never use him again because of the smoking. I know theres a lot of people who cannot stand smoke or even have allergies toward smoke but I feel that I should have been warned before hand that he was a heavy smoker. When Im around smoke I loose my voice, my eyes start watering and I start coughing. It was very hard to lay there with such heavy smoke in the air especially when we (my husband and I) dont smoke.For me and my family, we WILL NOT be returning to this place. I feel like if Im paying $150 plus for services I do not want to pay for someone who does not listen to me, someone who smokes so bad that a person cant catch their breath, or an owner who does not care about their client. If someone had an issues with a crying 6 Week old infant Im sure theres other ways to handle it instead of making inappropriate comments.

My wife went here for a massage and a facial. Jerry absolutely destroyed her muscles and skin leaving bruises after the massage. She cant even get comfortable to fall asleep and is constantly in tears. The girl that did her facial was amazing and she said the facial was a great experience. Jerry needs to go somewhere else if this place wants our business again and preferably he go somewhere else.

I’ve made a total of 4 appointments. 1 was moved to a later time and two were cancelled for that day. Understand once in blue moon things happen. But 3 of my last 3 appointments were moved or cancelled. Other than that the pedis were good.

Had my wedding in a few days and wanted a facial.. I had a small wound from acne and the facial lady said she couldn’t do anything and put some oil on my face and that was that… well whatever she put in my face was burning my skin bad! My mom had a student who does facials and she did the FULL facial and helped get rid of the horrible burning and redness the lady put in my face! The service was very rude too! Highly don’t recommend!

Love Tyeisha! She is excellent. She has done my last 3 Brazilian waxes! She did my first one. It was a great experience. She walked me through step by step and it was great. Definitely recommend her to anyone, especially first timers!

I’m a weekly client for over a month now. My massage therapist from the start is Kalei. She is amazing! She consistently asks questions on what to focus on and I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! I highly recommend her and the other professionals at Wildflower Day Spa

The atmosphere was very uninviting on arrival however to avoid canceling charges I continued on with the service. The technicians did not seem well-versed about the services they provide which came across as incompetent, and unsettling. Especially when it came to applying products to my skin during a facial. It was very cold in the building thus it was very uncomfortable, not ambient at all. The bedding did not look professional or clean. It all made sense after speaking with the manager. The coldness flows from the head down. Very unprofessional and unyielding to first time visitors and possible new patrons of your spa , I will not return.

This was my first visit to this particular establishment. Their website was very easy to use. I booked an appointment filled out all the forms. I received a text reminder of my appointment. I changed my mind on my service ( I wound up getting a brazilian sugaring) and it was very simple to cancel and reschedule. I even got a text message asking if I got rescheduled alright and verifying it was the service I wanted. I like the fact the website was detailed on their explanation of services. I knew exactly what I was getting and didnt have to guess. When I got to the facility, it was clean and inviting. My technician was Tyeisha. She was very pleasant and inviting. I know she took the time to read the background forms I filled out because she knew it was my first time getting this particular service. She explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. She was very friendly and professional through the whole visit. From our chatting she found out my husband was military and gave me a military discount. I wasnt aware they offered one so it was a pleasant surprise. She didnt have to mention it and give me one, but she did anyways. Overall, the service I received was first rate and would recommend Tyeisha and Wildflower to anyone that asks.

Jerry is a sadist. Extremely painful, I got a massage at 3pm. At 6pm I have bruising all over and everything hurts 100x worse. I am in Severe pain to the point ofi am literally crying. Do not go to him for a massage. Absolutely nothing relaxing about him..The only reason I am giving any stars is because I received a facial with Autumn and she was amazing.

I love this place! I have been seeing Tyeisha for almost two years now! She’s amazing and is awesome at working with your schedule making sure to fit you in! I have sent several of my friends to her and I’ve heard nothing but great things!

My mom went in on a Monday night to get gerr nails done and she wont be back. She wasnt even allowed to wash her hands properly because I guess the layout of the spa there is a sink in a room that another person who worked there was doing eyebrows in 🤷🏾‍♀️. She didnt like the nail job overall but the girl doing her nails was very professional despite my moms kinda uppity attitude. Ive gotten massages here before that were great and a facial, but that was probably 3 or so years ago and the girl who did my facial and the man who massaged me both no longer work there. It was really stuffy in the spa..if I hadnt been there to show my mom where the spa was she probably wouldnt have even gone inside the building by herself at night. Idk, I just feel like they need a better location. I was bummed out that my mom didnt enjoy it. She got a gift certificate as a Xmas gift but I dont know that shes eager to try other services. I told her thre facial I got years ago was great, but like I said that person isnt there anymore so who knows. Shes had massages done here too, but in the past once again.The owner is kind, but yeah they just need another location and maybe that could help all around. The girl had to awkwardly spray my moms hands with a spray bottle... not very professional and probably not even that hygienic Im assuming since you wash at any other nail place. Not gonna blame the nail tech, or the girl doing the eyebrows, but maybe a little communication would have been nice :/

Kailey Sharp does my deep tissue massage. Without fail, this young lady knows how to get problem spots better so you feel an immediate relief. I go every two weeks and have never felt more energetic. Thank you Kailey, for keeping me able to keep up with my granddaughters. Youre the best.

I was very disappointed with my service. I scheduled an Organic Spa 60 minute facial with Kailey in hopes of relaxation and stress relief in the 37th week of my pregnancy. My esthetician was less than welcoming when I came in and asked no questions prior to the facial. The description online said this facial begins with thorough cleansing and gentle exfoliation of the decollette (upper chest), neck, shoulders and face. She only worked on the face for the whole duration of the facial. At one point during the facial my esthetician said im going to let this mask dry for a few minutes then left the room and didnt return for over 15 minutes, as well as my facial ended 10 minutes early. At the conclusion of the facial not all the mask was removed from my face.

I called before they opened and they never called me from the message I left. I called a little less then 2 hours from an open appointment and I was able to get with someone. Thank goodness because I was in so much pain. I feel so much better.

Booked a 45 minute deep tissue massage. Started at 3:04 and the therapist said she was finished at 3:36!!! I couldnt believe it. I even took a picture of the digital clock in the session room. I thought maybe she misunderstood and just did a 30 minute session but I was charged $60 for a 45 minute session. This is not okay!! Very disappoointed.Owner called immediately and advised that it was a scheduling error/covid protocol issuemissue it right. I appreciate the professionalism. Thank you. I will try them again.

I was a 3 year customer, but because I had COVID 7 weeks prior and, of course, not exhibiting symptoms, I was required to show Tyeisha a negative test result, which costs $200. (Info. not on website.) So I went to Beauty Bus. They scheduled me next day, and they don’t have a COVID policy beyond the CDC. Buh-bye Wildflower!

I get a massage at least once a month to relieve muscle soreness and tension so trust me when I say that this was one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. Brandon has hands of GOLD and was able to massage out all my knots. I also lift and run daily so by the end of the week I was pretty sore. I felt like a million bucks after the massage. Highly recommend Brandon!!

Diana always does a great job and focuses on whatever I need. Ive been going here for weekly massages for several years and will continue to do so. Its a nice, quiet, and pleasant atmosphere.

Its nice when you walk in, smells good. Therapist walk around bare foot. As a LMT I get it. I requested Andrew because of the reviews. I told him what I needed. Shoulder, hip, low back work. 90 min. Plenty of time. He then replied “so basically you want a deep tissue massage” me “yeah” he began with extremely light pressure. I thought “ok, he’s warming up” but the pressure never got any deeper even after I asked 3x for him to apply more pressure. He attempted to apply more pressure with hit his thumb. It was awful. He continuously added more and more lotion and would wipe some away and then add more, this added on to my confusion. I eventually asked him to just stop the session. (You can do that, if your session is making you uncomfortable) and he was sitting almost the entire 20-30 minutes I allowed him to massage me. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of massage being offered in Abilene.

Diana the owner is absolutely amazing and reaches out to resolve any issues that may arise. Alexandria is incredible fast and efficient at sugaring; she makes the entire experience quick and easy.

I was a bit nervous since this was my first Brazilian wax but, Julianne put me at ease right away. There is always pain with this sort of wax job but she was very good about getting the hair quickly and on the first go over. And I have minimal irritation and no ingrown hairs. 10/10 I need to come here again when Im in Abilene.

I am now addicted to facials. Miranda is amazing and makes it so relaxing. Leaving there, I always feel refreshed and my skin looks beautiful.

Ask for Ceci (Cecelia). She is the best. She worked at a European Wax Center beforehand, so she uses that technique, wax, and product.
