We give them all of our business. The owner is great about getting new products in and keeping them stocked. She also does a great job with hiring. I rarely know what I want when I go in and would take a recommendation from any one of the employees there. We do have our favorite there however, Brandon is phenomenal at his job. He has always answered our questions fully and to the best of his ability and has never given us a poor recommendation. Everything is priced very fair. Her prices can even compete with online pricing but online will never come close to the customer service of this place. I have never had a poor experience at any of the several locations she has either. The only “complaint” I have is that there is not a store in Clay Center. Until there is one though, I will happily drive to Abilene specifically for this store.

What more could you ask from a local business, especially a vape shop. The owners go above and beyond, not only for their customers, but also for their community. The atmosphere is amazing and very welcoming to newcomers. Im so glad we decided to check them out. Theyve all become family to us!

Im new to the area and needed to establish a shop where I can get my personals.My trip to this shop was informative as well as friendly and respectful.The shop is very clean and organized so you can find what you need right away.And so much to choose from, great selection!But Josh was right there if you had any questions, helpful and knowledgeable.And the prices are very fair !Over all I highly recommend.

Associates are very intelligent of their stock, I always ask for their recommendations and they have never failed me with amazing flavors. Their customer service is polite and sufficient, definitely a vape shop worth dropping into.

I used to be a hard core Juicys girl. Then I found Abilene Vape. Its closer to where I live and I Love the selection of fluids they have. And the fluid quality is outstanding! To top it off, they carry everything I would normally have to go to two or three different places to get. The customer service is phenomenal. They treat everyone like family. I wont ever go anywhere else.

Friendly shop that goes above and beyond for their customers. They really try to help you find exactly what’ll suit your preferences best offering taste tests. I’ve been a regular since opening and have always enjoyed shopping there. Today, I received a defective bottle spout that caused a lot of juice to pour out when filling my mod. I was able to keep most of it so I asked for an empty bottle to put it in. I received not only a that but was also gifted a new full sized replacement juice. Quality products at a low price. Highly recommend.

I want to start by saying that if I could give this place 10 ⭐s I definitely would. I used to go to juicys for just about everything. I started coming to this shop right after their grand opening. Now I wont shop anywhere else. The staff is all very knowledgeable they have been most helpful to me and my family. Their products are second to none, never had a single issue on a single product from their shop. I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and welcoming personalities. I look forward to visiting again.

I love this place. Megan is awesome. I stopped buy kratom online due to rona and USPS taking 10 years and now would rather support local business, plus kratom is better quality and service is always perfect. Get CBD and D8 products. Prices dang near same as online but you get the home town experience where they know you and always keep you informed with whats new and coming soon. Those claiming this place put Willys out of biz are dead wrong. The bottle put him out of business. I should know I use to be an alcoholic over a decade ago. That and he invested all his care in his Salina store. Willy was nice but I know what the bottle and working next to a bar does to any human stuck in that place. I hope he does well in whatever he does but Abilene vape is the best. Open 7 days a week and rock. Support local not some strange online. The do labs on all CBD products and kratom and know as much as me about such products which is interesting, most businesses would not bother to read new research into the growing industrial hemp market to which is saving Kansas farmers. Most in Abilene are unaware we have a large industrial hemp growing and oil making company right in town. The GOOD CBD oil and flower. All legal. Bad CBD is made with CO2 into a liver destroying oil NOT here. They have full spectrum not liver harming oil. Give them a try. 10am-7pm Monday through Saturday and Sundays noon to 4pm thank you Megan. That Sunday has saved my suffering so many times. You will not be sorry if you check them out. They are doing Abilene residents a great service so well they have no competition anymore. I love it, I am disabled so leaving town is hard for me and I know may others in town. Please stay around!!!!

The few times I went in the customer service was horrible. They are way over priced and con you with their coils. Rumored to get the other business Willys I think shut down by sending people over to get hired and find out what he “does wrong.” Even though they’ve been spreading rumors around that aren’t true anyways... They have also deleted reviews to make them seem better on other platforms. Trust what you ant with this info

What a wonderful place! We used to drive 25 minutes for what we needed and other vape shops wouldnt even try to find my most favorite juice on the planet. I ask the owners of Abilene Vape and low and behold they start carrying my most favorite juice. The fact that they will go out of their way for each and every customer that walks in is one of my most favorite places You can lounge, drink coffee, ask advice or for suggestions for the next upgrade to your device or try a new juice. Definitely a loyal customer to Abilene Vape! Thank you guys!

I wanted/needed a new tank I finally convinced my husband to let me get one. I have another RTA, my husband rebuilds everything for me. Before leaving I was taught how to build my tank on my own! It was so amazing that someone took the time in their shop to help me.

Amazing help and clean store

I would suggest not spending your money here! They sold me a clone! At first I was impressed at the huge selection of vape supplies, for such a small town. I do not recommend this store Unless you want to Waste your money. The store was very clean and nicely set up. The staff working that day gave me a bad vibe, it made me feel uncomfortable.

I started vaping back in December and from day one they have gone above and beyond for me. My very first purchase was a special order. They have amazing customer service. Plus you can just go in and chill hang out with the employees as well as the owner. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend over any where else. I have tried going to multiple other vape shops over the course of time and none have compared. They really out do the rest.

She and her staff are knowledgeable on all their products AND the current laws for her products.She ensures her customers are safe and treated with respect, not only by her staff but by everyone who enters her shop.Megans products are priced fairly, and she makes sure she has some of the best quality vaping, cbd, and legal THC and HHC products on the market, and the medicinal benefits truly help my husband, a combat veteran, in dealing with his PTSD, seizures, and anxiety.

I travel a lot for my job, and have been to a lot of vape shops. This shop not only had great deals but also had great customer service. They were k wledgeable, and did everything possible to assist me. There was another shop in town, i tried them as well, they were.not accommodating and I did not feel welcomed like I did at Abilene Vape.I will definately be back!

Actually you must not know how to review your cameras cause I was in your store and talked with Shawn for 10 to 15 minutes and he was very unhelpful for me trying to get my friends from smoking cigarettes to start vaping and he had no words for me and the environment was not very warming there as I walking in and was looking at juices and cbd and vapes and if I wasn’t in there why do I have a company card from your store with the price range on your mods and also a customer came in talking about stepping on another persons charger and broke it and he stopped helping me to help that guy and shut me out so I left and won’t go back and if you look at my page better you’d see I like vape shops all over in Junction City and abilene and salina and manhattan and el dorado so idk where you’re coming st me sideways for but your employee or person in charge was very unhelpful and seemed not to knowledgeable on the things he should know. So I won’t be sorry for the 1 star review cause it’s what is deserved again thank you for trying to call me a liar maybe you should ask Shawn about talking to a guy when a ups guy came in complaining about stepping on a friend of his charger and he didn’t even know what charger to get the guy then said yah I’d try that one I wouldn’t know what you need unless I see the ecig itself. Have a nice Sunday and yes I did give the other shop a higher review because they were actually helpful and explained everything I had asked about without hesitation..

I got ALOT of help, for being a relatively new vaper, these people are helpful, patient, eager to help you try out different flavors and coils so you dont spend a bunch of money on something you wont even like, Im very glad this is the place I chose to go to for my first vaping experience, I will keep going here, the customer service itself is worth it.

They are the best in town if they don’t have what you want they will get it for you they also have almost all the flavors in a tester to try out. Also a big selection of CBD stuff gummys liquid and stuff for your pets and cows and horses great place to go and hang out on Fridays they have a social meet anyone 18 or older can come and hang out I would so recommend this place to anyone

I tried this place out for the 1st time too see what all the hate was about from willys vape and too be honest the lady was alright the shop has a better veriety when it comes to cbd and they are better categorized. A lil more expensive but hey Ill take quality over quantity any day
