Always stocked with what I like. That’s the reason for 2 star instead of 1. Almost never open at 8am like it says on their sign and on their website, randomly stopped allowing firearms after allowing them for a few months after they opened. I took it as a personal attack for always wearing it on my hip and then I go back the next day and it’s posted on the window. Don’t even have the correct sign for it. Lady that works there is always nice.

Don’t let them convince you to buy the Space Ultra vape or any other brand if you are not 100% sure. Stick to what you know. There is no return policy so if you are unhappy with it you are stuck with it and they aren’t cheap. Don’t expect a receipt because they don’t issue those either. The other guys have a 48 hour return policy and rewards program. Only reason they deserve 1star is because they have my regular brand in stock.

By far the best smoke shop in town! This place does not get the credit it deserves. Im very new to this type of market. I went to 6 different smoke shops with great reviews around town before stopping here. I was trying to find a specific product or even just something similar, however the employees at the other shops didnt seem to be very knowledgeable about the products they were selling. Not to mention, they didnt have anything in an affordable price range. Emily at Planet Smokie is the person you need to see. She was so sweet and patient. Answered everyone of my dumb questions without blinking an eye. I found exactly what I was looking for and even learned about other brands/flavors that Ill be coming back ASAP to try. Ill save you some time and say skip the other shops. Head on over to Planet Smokie! They had the most variety of product, the most reasonable pricing, and the friendliest staff behind their counters! 😍😍

Terrible customer service. I asked for thca and was sold blue lotus extract. When I told the employee what happened and asked if I could exchange for what I thought I was paying $40 for, he just dismissed me and said no refunds. I asked to speak to a manger and he said no that I could come back tomorrow when he was there.

Came in for the first time today and Emily hooked us up, her customer service was amazing and her knowledge of the products was so helpfulEdit: Emily worked with me to find a vape that actually hit and tasted good. I went through and hit 7 vapes of the same flavor testing them only to find out their hissing or burnt before finding a vape that works. Very grateful for her and her customer service and patience

The staff are friendly, because they depend on a commission to make a living. Their vaping products are fine as long as you are fine with depending on proprietary coils. They will not order anything for customers. In essence, not much different than any other vape shop.

Our old vape shop closed so my husband and I were looking for somewhere new. Went in, got a new vape and juice, and paid $90+ paid for it and asked if he could show me how to fill it and get it going. The guy behind the counter had no idea how to work it, little did I know or him for that matter a battery had to be bought for it as well. I asked to get my money back because I wanted a all in one vape and be shown how to use it. He said oh all sales are final, no returns. He said I dont know why you expect me to know about this. I would think if you work at a vape shop you would know about the products that youre selling. Will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone
