To preface, I don’t write a lot of reviews. I just went to Kūre for the first time and was absolutely blown away by the customer service! With it being my first time, the employee, Drew, explained all of their warranties to me and got me signed up for their awesome rewards program! I’ve never been to a vape shop with such a SOLID warranty program. Will definitely be my go-to vape shop from now on!!

Have suffered from back problems all of my adult life and Icarus pointed me toward the Tranquil CBD lotion and oh my lord it has helped so much to manage my pain. I hate taking meds and hate getting gaslit by doctors. But Icarus took me seriously about my concerns and gave me try a tester to test drive and i was sold.

Ivy White is an incredible young lady very fast and sweet she will definitely make it feel like youre wanted there I will definitely be going back when shes working thank you ivy for making my first time incredible

Love that there are 2 locations and Laci works at both! She is super knowledgeable and really cares about her customers. I stopped back in to let her know the vape I purchased was accidentally dropped in my driveway and I ran over it with my car! However when I returned and found it I was very pleasantly surprised to find it still worked!

I’ve been satisfied with this place until tonight. I got charged for someones else order that I guess was still on the register. My card was approved, I told her my card was approved then she asked me to put my card back in and I got charged a second time. I got charged twice two different amounts for one item. I called the store asked for the mangers number. I’ll be waiting for a phone call back. When I walked in Customers were waiting with one employee and a 3 or 4 year was in the shop running around. I didn’t think children were allowed in this place.

If youre going to shut the store down for 30+ minutes, dont put a sign on the door that says will be back in 10 minutes (30 minutes is only how long I waited). This day, I HAD to go to a different vape shop and give them my business because of this, even though I almost exclusively buy from your shop normally. People dont have all day to wait around for you to re-open. In the 30 minutes I was waiting, I saw atleast 4 other people attempt to go inside too so I hope yall dont do this alot because youre losing some sales over it obviously.

The girl who waited on me was super sweet none of this was her fault. But I would have been better off ordering off their website had I not been traveling and had they not been the only place in town that had the vape I like it would have been so much cheaper and I was told they don’t honor their online prices in store….people friendly yes price friendly no!

The gentleman that took care of me was extremely nice and considerate. Its people like him that make me continue going back there.

I have had the same experience as some of the others on here. Only 1 guy ( probably the owner) has been helpful or knowledgeable. Other than that they seem annoyed and aggravated to help out a customer. Just want to watch t.v. and play on their phones. One guy is especially bad. Had no recommendations and just handed me a binder and then told me I had 5 minutes to choose a juice!?! There was no other customers to help out.. so being busy wasnt a factor. And when I wanted to try a 0 and nic it to 1 he gave me a song and dance about how they arent supposed to do that...never had anyone tell me this. After spending probably $200 on my first visit and then treated like that after. Im only making a return unless Im in dire, dire straights. Online for me from now on.. better customer service by far!

First shop I walked into in Abilene, and glad I did. The person behind the counter helped me out with the product and the price. AMAZING selection of products, juices, and knowledge. ALSO a Smok authorized dealer. Nothing to complain about, and will be coming back.

Helpful staff at long established industry name. Its great they have a brick and mortar location in Abilene with customer friendly hours. I have been a fan of mad vapes since they were doing mail order out of North Carolina!

Love this place, little to no issues everytime I go. Only problem Ive had is they charge a fee of 2.50 when a card is used. Very odd and I had no warning nor was I notified but its okay. Would still prefer their smoozie juices over other regular juices at any other vape shop

Over the last few weeks Ive noticed the same lady in the store with her 3 or 4 year old today I found out it is the manager and her daughter. Apparently she keeps her daughter with her all day while she works in a vape shop where the kid just sits and plays while having people vape around her all day.

I just started vaping, so im new to the whole deal. But these people were very helpful and informative. They were super nice too!! My little one didnt even want to leave because she wanted to hang out with the super nice lady there!!

This company has some of the greatest flavors Ive vaped! Mind you, Im very picky about the flavors I choose - and Ive been vaping for 5+ years since I stopped smoking cigarettes. Likewise, the wonderful employee Laci, who is employed here at this company, that works the morning shift; was extremely insightful and helpful with her high quality of customer service. Ive never spoken with ANYONE over-the-phone who was as detailed about vape flavor reccommendations, while upholding such a great sense of generosity all at the same time. An to top things off; instead of placing me on hold like a lot of retail sales associates usually do in a busy environment, she continued to stay on the phone with me ensuring I was taken care of while continuing to assist multiple customers, who walked in randomly, all at once. Give this woman a raise and a promotion, and put her in management please. She was amazing, and I greatly appreciated all her help. Keep her on your team for as long as possible! Blessings!

Ive been going to Kure Vapes for months now and everytime the staff remembers me and if they dont have what im looking for they are very knowledgeable about finding me something i love! Ive been very pleased with thier customer service and staff, if you havent tried them you have to go by and see what im talking about!! Highly recommend if your looking for a new smoke shop! 😊

Enjoyed first visit. Only 1 person working but he was cool and took his time, helped me out while helping others too. Tried some premium juices in the testers and ended up buying the premium juice and anothet little goody too. We gotta help keep our local B&Ms alive! Who else would i go to when i walk out of the house and leave my juice behind! #vapefam

Unfortunately, my favorite juice is sold at this shop. Its just a place Id rather not go, Each and every time I go in, they respond to me as though Im an annoyance and irritated by having to help me. I finally said enough is enough and went to an online supplier with a juice that I actually like better, less expensive, where I dont have to tolerate being treated like that.Additionally, despite having purchased multiple units at this shop, they barely seem concerned when those product malfunction, giving me some ridiculous song and dance about why they cannot replace the device or refund my money. They literally will NOT go out of their way for you, period. If you have an issue and need thier help, mark my words, and be prepared to pressure them to help. Otherwise, they will not.So, enough was finally enough. Ill not spend a single penny more at this place. Im sure that young, still-adolescent millinials may be satisfied here, my opinion is that a pack of monkeys could do a better job running this shop.

Came to get juice on my lunch break from work. Its 11:15 am on a sunny Wednesday and shop is closed? Website says open. Called and no response. Nice.Edited: this was a Wednesday not a Tuesday I put that in wrong.

The guy that took care of us was knowledgeable and helpful but he was kinda a joykill my underage son was with me and he was a little too stern with explanation of business dealings. Almost took business elsewhere. Not cool sorry

There friendly and helpful staff insures you have the best experience everytime. Great and friendly staff is always a must and at Madvapes Abilene, you get nothing but the best.

I live in Alaska and for whatever reason this store was sending me text messages to let me know they were open. I don’t vape and don’t care to, but even if I did, soliciting strangers via sms is such a sleazy way to get new customers.

-Terrible Service and Trash Juice-Went in after hearing some radio hype. Customer Service was terrible, pushy and short. Got a strong feeling that they didnt care that I was there or didnt want me there at all. Bought a small bottle hoping the juice would at least be decent. It wasnt. It taste exactly how it looks. Like hot garbage. Generic cheap flavors and most of it is gunky coil cloggers. Its the same kind of stuff you find on those certain websites. If you have been vaping for a while, you know the ones I am talking about. I have been vaping for several years and this is some of the worst juice I have ever had. If you live in Abilene, go to Vaping Dragon or Stogies or just order online from reputable sellers. Just steer clear of this place!

This place is the legit place to go had a bad experience the first time. i guess it was just one of those days. anyways went there and was treated with the utmost respect since im rather new still to vaping oiling there new location on judge ely is LEGIT LEGIT. recommend them to the ones who are into alternative oils. trust me. these guys know their stuff

Came here upon looking for a regular vape for me and my hubs(another vape shop recommended me, because they only had juice, not vapes). Told them I had a $100 to spend and they hooked me up with 2 bottles of the most popular juices and 2 vapes. Think I paid $95 and some change. Will was super awesome, we where hard on money and he completely understood, has GREAT customer service, knew what he was talking about (Im new to the vapes, Ive always got the pre-filled things from the gas station) and I asked a HELL of a lot of questions. He smiled the whole time, personable, the list goes on. Thinking this guy needs a raise!! Anyways went back after my hubs broke his glass, thinking its going to cost a bit, nope, $3, again I was happy. That poor girl stood there and manually cleaned out his vape and put the new glass on and put the thing back together. Sorry this was long. The only negative thing I can say, is you can get most of this stuff cheaper online. But Id totally do it again because I like to see what Im buying and shown how to use it.

Worst juice everrrr! They have three types of juice i was on a budget and coulnt afford there prime so i got the cheapest one they had and it was so bad i couldnt stand to vape it.
