Guy was was working was super helpful, I dont vape but I stopped in there for my wife to get her one of her favorites. Great hospitality and awesome customer service!

Went to a newly opened vape shop that I will not ever be going back to due to horrible customer service. Enedup comming to the vaping dragon they were such a big help in recommending juice and a vape. Showed me how to use it and everything without hesitation. This shop will be our new vape shop go to from now on. Great friendly customer service, would recommend to anyone!

Good place for your vape need in Abilene.

Im picky with my vape juice. I dont like super dark or sugary juices because it gives me a headache. Their Fresh Strawberry juice is the only juice I will use. Its exactly what I want, and theyre the only shop in the area who has anything like it.All the staff is very friendly and helpful as well

Im a Canadian visiting Texas. My friend brought me here because I needed juice. There was a HUGE selection of flavors and I was so impressed by their brewed and bottled on site thing ... So many flavours. I was not used to that many options. The flavour combos were unique and the ones I tested in store were delicious. 5* rating for the staff ... They were very helpful and seem to know their product when it comes to in house product line. Will definately be buying more and having it shipped up to me.

Over the top great customer service. Good place to go for mods and house juices. Staff is very helpful and hilarious to make your experience better. Wonderful set up if looking to buy or to just chill.

This place is awesome!!! Me and a couple buddies went in for some juice and all 3 employees were the most helpful/energetic people! They let us try all top 10 best seller juices before we bought!! They have amazing flavors and their prices are awesome!! I recommend this place to everybody!!!

Nice setup shop, easy access.However: very priceyA bottle of juice y normally pay $27 for, they had it for $35Same with coils: no single sale; gotta buy the box of 3.And last but not least: they have a 30.07 sign at the door. No 30.06, that’s why they didn’t get a single star, but two. Sad.

The customer service today was very sub pat from what I am used to. Its been a year since I have been in the store and figured I would give it a go today after work. I bought a smok mag batteries and a charger and juice as well and needless to say I done my research on the MOD and tank that I bought and with that I am pleased. Bit as far as the customer service and the juice quality I am not pleased with at all. The customer service from the individuals working in the establishment was not at all what I fell in love with a year ago. The juice quality is sub par to say the least the flavor is EXTREMELY muted. And I was not asked at all about my rewards account. I would definitely like to have a talk with the owner of this establishment!!!

Went in the first time and there was a young man who wouldnt get off his phone. It was annoying. Finally, the bad ass manager helped us out and was very helpful. I left with Dragon Snax and its so good. Went back a second time for batteries and again we got to deal with the manager. We got a 30ml for $10 because we had checked in on yelp. Went back a third time for more liquid but it was the same kid from our first visit and he acted like we were interrupting TV time. The manager is awesome and so helpful. If it wasnt for that one employee, this would be a five star review.

Hands down best vape shop in town. Their staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They always kindly answered any dumb question I had. Slightly cheaper prices online but I prefer to support this shop because of the amazing customer service!

These guys are hands down the most knowledgeable and friendly vaping store in the Abilene area. The store owner has a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding vaping, and helped me personally learn a lot more about the industry, including some of the problems regarding information on the contents of vaping liquid. I recommend this place for all your vaping needs.

Traveled across town because they were the only shop open. Get there for 1 coil because my wifes burned out the night before. She goes in only to be told she has to buy the whole box of coils, which comes with 3, she agrees only to be told she cannot use cash? Not your neighborhood friendly vape shop if you ask me. 0 stars for me . Will never recommend this shop to anyone. I had to put 1 star

Best place to get your juice! They have a huge selection and you can get your nic at different levels not just by 3s. The workers here are amazing.. Theyve help me out a lot when I needed it. I would never go to another place for all my needs.. They have everything I need right here in the store!

I️ have purchased juice at this location before and it was quite tasty, I️ stopped in yesterday and purchased 60 ml. of vanilla custard and it is the worst juice I️ have ever had there is no vanilla taste to it and also has a menthol taste it is like putting Vick’s vapor rub in your mouth. VERY NASTY!Spoke with the manager, he stated he would replace the juice in exchange for the bad bottle.

My family and I were greeted as soon as we walked in. Very friendly staff members. The cook was constantly making jokes while making our food. Our food was cooked the way we ordered it. I look forward to going back.

I go here for all my vaping needs. Their vaping juice is fantastic and the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about everything they sell and even things they dont. I am never disappointed here plus I love checking out Ruby the Boa.

I personally do not Vape but I do take my roommate here often and have noticed how friendly the staff is. They have a big selection of vapes and juices. If I ever get a wild hair for nicotine I will probably come here first.

Its a decent shop with an alright selection. The juice consistency can be a bit off. I usually get the same flavor and somedays its just not good. There was a rude lady working behind the counter on one occasion. She looked at me with disgust and muttered Eww that cigarette smell. I understand that cigarettes stink but this is the last place I would expect that kind of behaviour. A vape shop should be in support of people trying to get away from cigs. Not judge them.

I came in while two kids working there were telling me how they convinced friends and family the skin on your elbow is your vagina. The guy was the manager. The girl had no idea what she was doing. She only vapes at work. They gave me the wrong coils. Luckily, I changed the coil there. I went to exchange thinking they would give me what I had asked for. I ended up paying an extra buck. No biggie but what really bother me about this kid manager is when I told him I could write a review on this place, he said, Go a head. We already make a ton of money anyway. This place is way overpriced. Order online. Sadly, when someone is selling vapes and they have no idea what theyre doing, bad things happen.

Staff is always friendly, juice selection is great and affordable, and a really nice selection of new vapes. Rewards program has been really beneficial over the last year.

I went in to buy a mod & everything I needed to start up so I didn’t know what flavor of juice was good & I wasn’t even allowed to try one or anything!! They made me feel like they just wanted my money and didn’t provide me with good customer service! The juice wasn’t even that good & didn’t have much flavor!! Very very disappointed!!

Great atmosphere, employees are helpful and dont mind answering all your questions. Their house juices are amazing and their variety of mods, tanks, hardware, and premium juices are unrivalled.

Great local vape shop, Im from Phoenix and this place is on par with anything Iv found in the city. They also offer a military/veteran discount. Great selection of product and a knowledgeable friendly staff. I will most definitely be returning for any vape needs when I am in town.

I am a beginner at vaping and Davin in the store was so helpful he showed me how to prime the cap and set me up and showed me how to use the other store wernt like that but this place... highly recommended

I was very disappointed in the service all m5 times I have been. Recently bought the predator 228, since then has malfunctioned nd took it in tobe looked at and the guy was a ass and refused to look at my mod. Will not be return for any service what so ever

Visiting from cali and I needed a basic starter pen for my new cbd juice. The vaping dragon was the closest from my parents. Staff was patient and helpful I asked for the cheapest setup($30+tax) which worked perfectly for me. They got many other vape selections, juice selections and a nice size lounge.

Horrible customer service the chick that works there is rude and just not very friendly didnt wanna help or explain anything to me. I will not ever go back there!! And its a shame he has idiots working for him cause I use to love that place! Ya not no more...
