Well I want to start off by saying that this place can be seen from a block down from how bright the lights are outside (which is a good thing) , but also that new owners took over this place and the new design makes it stand out! The new owners are very friendly and have many different kinds of products that fit your needs. I was always looking for a friendly shop in the neighborhood that makes it feel like family and a welcoming area and this was the place to be at. I’m glad I came here and will be coming back soon.

I normally go to big Al’s smoke shop but decided to give this place a chance and I was beyond impressed. Hands down cheaper prices and better customer service. Definitely recommended!!!

Well, price is steep especially on incense or oil burners at $7 for one with no discounts on multiples unless you haggle. However they do seem willing to entertain offers and negotiate but they do tend to try to get as much as possible.The owners are personable and even very likable. So, Im sure if you visit on a frequent basis are a regular customer and become a familiar face. They might just be willing to give you a break with better pricing and discounts on pipes and other smoking accessories.Although they do seem pretty fair on their cigarette prices maybe even on the cheaper side that being said I am also a nonsmoker and may not be the best judge pricing tobacco.The store is relatively new and has a ways to go but I see it having great potential as it matures while building up a strong customer base and possibly becoming nice smoke shop to visit.

Incredibly high prices for a store that calls itself a discounter. Staff was rude. Don’t waste your time.

Shop was a bit over priced but I needed a quick vape wouldve been great but they didnt carry the brand or flavor I wanted. Guy was on his phone customer service was zero stars..

Super rude kid, acted like I wasn’t even there and got annoyed when I was asking about prices, which were on the high side. I would rather go to Big Al’s in Berkeley, the smoke shop in El Cerrito or Hollywood in San Pablo.

They have a wide variety of options available to consumers. The staff is great, very friendly informed, and they can do special orders.More than a cigarette shop, they offer cold drinks, snacks, etc.
