Ive been going to Smokeless Solutions for a couple of years now. They have a great selection of e-juice and an awesome team. Their prices are better than some of the other vape shops Ive been to. I tried a few of the others in the surrounding areas, and I keep coming back to this one.Smokeless Solutions sells the Vape Crusaders juice, and they have several flavors and strengths to choose from. My favorite flavors are the Pixie Dip, Blue Raspberry, and Tigers Blood. I recommend all 3 of them. They have many other smooth flavors as well. I also purchase my coils and vape supplies from Smokeless Solutions. The staff is very helpful if I have any questions or concerns.Overall, I feel welcome anytime I visit this store. Be sure to ask what the daily special is so that you could save $$ on your visit. They also offer a rewards program to earn $5 coupons. I would recommend this location to my fellow vapers.

Best damn Vape shop on this side of the Mississippi River, Meowdy!

I quit smoking after 30 years and my doctor told me vaping was a good way to do so and was much better than smoking. I knew nothing about vaping. Went to this shop and the service was amazing. They helped me select the equipment, told me how to set it up and use it and answered all of my questions. The vape juice selection is amazing. I am still trying to find my favorite, but if you like fruity I would highly suggest their pixie dip juice. Great experience.

Moved to the albany area 2 years ago, have tried all the vape shops in town and this place takes the cake! Killer prices on juice and coils, house juice is phenomenal and $16 per 60ml bottle, some are even $12, some days they have a 2 for special! the customer service is 5 stars all the way! absolutely recommend!

Lets just say Ive been to ALOT of different vape shops ! But this one impreticular smokeless solutions is THE BEST !! Super helpful doesnt make you feel like you dont know or make you feel stupid for asking simple questions. OH freaking bonus they can help change your mod coil and even helps you by cleaning it ! So safe to say Im always going to be going to smokeless and going to recommend to people I know !

They dont have everything but still have a big selection.Prices are extremely reasonable since I used to live in California but Portland leftists are working on that with the tax increases.They have a point program that helps you save money.Overall a fantastic shop and well worth the visit.

Stopped in for a replacement glass for my tank, some juice, and a couple new coils. They had everything I was looking for, and the service was great. This is my favorite vape store!! Everyone that works there is so helpful. They are knowledgeable about all there products. Juice did not go up in price only the mods and coils. They worked with their vendors on pricing to keep our cost down. How awesome is that??? The owners are so cool. The sweet girl and great boy who work there are amazing. You guys rock!!!

The store was very clean and neatly organized. The woman that helped me was very pleasant and polite. She was very attentive to what I was looking for and helped me find the right product. Im not sure how the prices compare to other stores in the area but I feel like I got a great deal and was well taken care of. I will definitely be a return customer.

This place is incredible! They have always been so helpful to me on this new vape journey, and earlier today my SO needed a new resen tank and got a bad coil which showed that his mod could be defective.....of course I was stressed and they helped me fix his with all their expertise. They truly are incredible with their customer service, knowledge, and are just overall amazing people that work there

So, I have never edited a negative review. But I have to say. Something changed at Rock N Vape. New attitude and more consistent and better customer service. Bought a dud and they went above and beyond to make it right. Took time to show me new products even remembered my name. Great job by owners improving their store. From a 1 star to a 5.

Great place for all your vaping needs

Stopped by the other day on a whim and I walked out with a reasonably priced setup and my first bottle of juice.The young lady that helped me was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. She happily took the time to help get me set up with what I think is a great starter unit.I almost cant wait for my first bottle of juice to run low so I can go back and get a new flavor. I should have switched from cigarettes years ago.

Best vape store in Albany.

The young women there are excellent! Ive only been in twice, I bought my vape pen there, and each time the young women are friendly and helpful without being pushy. I actually bought a product from another vapr shop, and it wasnt really the right thing for me, and they helped me correct that mistake. I was a vape virgin before I went there, and I feel secure with them.

They were amazing! They walked me through step by step on how to use my vape and they were knowledgeable about their products! The price wasnt bad and they were very friendly. Will definitely be going back!

I have been going here since I first started Vaping and have never been disappointed. They started me with my first evod and I wouldnt buy equipment or juice anywhere else. Ive never had a bad experience and I never expect to. In response to the review by Karen Robertson, I know that if you had a bad experience its not because of a lack of courteousness on the shops part, its because you dont know how to treat people respectfully.

I really like to buy new vapes through them. The staff are extremely nice and down to earth. They have a decent selection! But I’m really into ice and minty vape juices and they don’t sell anything like that. I heard that the owner doesn’t like to sell those type of products. So it looks like I have to find another vape store to shop at for the vape juices I want.

I went here for the first time after going to other smoke shops for salt vape juice for two years and I was blown away! Their selection of salt juice is hands down far better than any other vape shop in the area!! The lady who help was also so friendly and helpful!

I have been going here once a month for a year almost 2 years. I bought some cinnamon juice and it was nast it was 2 bottles so I took the one I had not open back. I wanted to exchange it for something else it was so nasty tasting and the lady said not she would not trade she could have exchanged it she was just like o well so I will stop spending $50 a month at that place.

I came in the store after having a bad experience at another one here in town. I didnt know a lot about the juices and vaping but was wanting to quit smoking cigarettes and was told that vaping would help or could help. I came in the store and the staff there were very knowledgeable and helpful in sharing with me information about the nicotine levels and flavors and wattages on my mod. I left with two bottles of juice that tastes amazing and fit my needs. I am now a hundred and twenty four days smoke-free from cigarettes and enjoy my vape pen very much. I will always get my products from this shop. Definitely give them a try.

Prices went competitive. I had some juice that was marked down, they charged full price, which is twice what it costs online. They dont have the prices out on display.

I went into the store and immediately was treated snobbily by the girl behind the counter. When we finally asked to see a set up she rudely unscrewed the tank and handed us the battery like now what. My husband, so taken aback by the severity of the rude sales girl, he drop it on the counter and says how are we going to look at it if you take it off and just hand us the black box. She scolded us , told us to leave if we didnt like it. I asked to see her manager. She claimed she was. I asked to speak to someone in corporaterms or an owner. She said she didnt know it. Funny as a manager, not to know her boss number. I was gonna drop 3 hunny in the store for my family and thats how u treat ur patrons. Rock n vape needs new management then

I have veen vaping for about five years and have been to many vapor stores around Oregon. Rock N vape is by far my top choice when it comes to e liquid! The have the best quality vape sauces of everywhere in the valley. The staff there are knowledgeable and their customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

A little bit on the pricey side for house juice.. name brand is about the same as anywhere else that could be Ive been back East and South for a bit from Oregon and vape equipment/ juice out there is a little different priced from here if not for the prices on house juice I would give a solid 4 ⭐ the atmosphere is rockn

The guy who owns this shop sold me a nice battery but sold me a tank that was not compatible for the 50 watt battery it was for 100 watt to 150 watt battery pack. I took it back since they are the ones that suggested it I was given a 25.00 aspire replacement since I paid 45.00 I was less than thrilled. He also sold me the thicker vape juice that does not work with these coils anyway and burns them out in about 15 min since its to thick to wick properly. I was a loyal customers but will no longer be back. I vape has much better customer service and stands by what they sell me I will choose them from now on. This place doesnt deserve my money any longer I spent 135.00 on that battery and tank and was given a POS replacement tank that was obviously not selling when I purchased a SMOK top fill. Poo poo on this place, I love local but not if your not going to stand behind what you sell me.

Rock n vape is hands down the best vape shop in town. The workers are always friendly and very helpful, unlike some other shops I have visited.. They have a large selection of products and I always leave happy. I would definitely recommend going!

Went to get a gift for a my sister, Ive vaped for awhile but wanted to get her a salt-nic setup due to how much better i hear it is to help quit smoking. I knew nothing about salt-nic other than just the basics and the lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and knowledgable.

The original crew (younger guy and the owner) very knowledgeable and great service. But the latest crew (two girls at this time) NOT at All knowledgeable. The two new girls are snobby idiots.

Today was my first visit, Honestly they have a decent choice but we could do without the snobby remarks, and prices are alittle high, and no real knowledge of products, but they did have what I was looking for.

The only shop that carries the coils for my vaping device. There are at least two vape shops in Corvallis, but I have to go to Albany to get my coils so I just get my juice there too.

I recently quit smoking and desperatly needed something for the cravings. Went into Rock n Vape and both reps in the store helped me pick out a vape mod. Gave me all the info I needed on setting it up, then offered to set it up for me. which they did. Ive had the mod a couple of weeks now still no smoking and am loving the Regis vape mod

They have the nicest staff who are SO knowledgeable about all their products, so helpful & are always quick to help with any issues or concerns.

Rocknvape is most definitely the best vaping experience I have ever had. I was completely new to vaping a year ago, and when i went into Rocknvape to get some information i ended up walking out vaping! I have shopped at many vape stores since then and none compare to the relaxed feel of the shop itself and the incredible knowledge and willingness to help of the owner! I am now close friends with Micheal, the owner, and am a very loyal very happy customer. If you want to get started or you are already vaping I would definetly reccomend going to Rocknvape before anywhere else, you will be walking out the door vapng on quality products and Oregon made liquid!
