My first time going to this store today. Took no time at all to figure our what I wanted and get checked out. I signed up for the rewards program which is actually a pretty decent program. The employee who helped me out was super awesome, friendly, and fun to chat with. Ill definitely be going to this store next time I find myself in Albany needing some vapes.

Good little smoke shop, friendly employees. Great selection. Even have infused slushies. And there prices are reasonable compared to other places in Albany

The Clouds Vapor has an incredibly friendly and kind staff. After going to multiple vape stores around town with any of them having what I needed, I was greeted by a joyful employee that assisted me and answered my questions in a patient manner. Great service and will be coming back.

They will sell you broken stuff and offer no refund or exchange, which is not posted anywhere visible. They will then offer cheaper replacements to what you purchase or attempt to upsell you more potentially broken merchandise. Typical Albany business.

Clouds and vapor chapter 2 is by far the best vape store around. Best prices and deals hands down. They always keep there stock up-to-date with the newest devices and juices. The staff and owner are the most amazing and very helpful people.I will never go any where else thats for sure.

Visiting my daughter at school & I decided to Google a vape shop. I found this shop read the reviews and threw the dice. Soooooo..... glad I did. Spent $100 easy! Sarah was the absolute best! Very detailed & knowledgeable about the products. Everyone was nice & patient with me. I told Sarah I would write a review about her customer service but never got around to it. However, here I am back in Albany looking to stock up!! Haha. Im on my way back to the store again today! My favorite Ablany vape store!
